In order to reduce poverty and create a prosperous society, we are not only challenged to prepare Human Resources who are ready to work, but also must be able to prepare and create the employment by entrepreneurship. Entrepreneurship or have an own business is a dream for many people since there are many benefits can be obtained. In this context, the concern of growing the spirit of entrepreneurship on housewives in the village of Sei Mencirim is based on several reasons. First, by entrepreneurship, housewives are able to help the heads of household in improving family living standards. Second, since housewives have more free time, it is going to be more efficient if used for entrepreneurship. Third, housewives tend to be more skilled at managing time and easily to socialize with others. Thus, to foster this entrepreneurial spirit, it is necessary to familiarize housewives about the importance of entrepreneurship, so that, later, housewives in Sei Mencirim village can understand the importance of entrepreneurship. The objectives of this community service are: (1) To provide a deeper insight of the entrepreneurship importance, especially for housewives in Sei Mencirim Village, Jati Dusun II Street, (2) To see how much housewives’ interest in Sei Mencirim Village, Jati Dusun II Street for entrepreneurship, (3) To share the knowledge about how to see business opportunities for housewives in Sei Mencirim Village, Jati Dusun II Street. The result of this community service activity is the community has been able to make a small group in making the projects for housewives as an alternative that can be used to build the business later and housewives can help improve the family economy without forgetting its role.

Tujuan dari kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini adalah untuk menumbuhkan jiwa wirausaha skala home industry untuk meningkatkat ekonomi keluarga masyarakat Desa Cidokom. Selain itu juga untuk menggerakkan masyarakat sekitar agar sadar menjaga kebersihan dan kesehatan lingkungan dengan sadar pengelolaan sampah yang baik dan benar. Metode pengabdian dengan penyuluhan, diskusi dan tanya jawab serta praktek langsung pengolahan barang bekas menjadi barang yang bernilai ekonomis. Hasil kegiatan ini diharapkan dapat turut berkontribusi membangun desa Cidokom melalui ibu-ibu PKK nya berbagi pengetahuan,  mendorong masyarakat untuk pengembangan sumberdaya yang dimiliki secara berkelanjutan untuk meningkatkan ekonomi keluarga. Wirausaha home industry daur ulang barang bekas ini dimaksudkan dapat memberikan motivasi bagi masyarakat untuk meningkatkan kemampuannya dan berkarya sehingga mendatangkan manfaat bagi dirinya dan masyarakat sekitar.Kata Kunci: Wirausaha, Home Industry, Ekonomi Keluarga ABSTRACTThe purpose of this community service activity is to foster entrepreneurial spirit of home industry scale to improve the family economy of Cidokom Village community. In addition, it is also to move the surrounding community to be aware of maintaining environmental hygiene and health by being aware of good and correct waste management. Dedication method with counseling, discussion and question and answer as well as direct practice of processing used goods into items of economic value. The results of this activity are expected to contribute to building the village of Cidokom through its PKK mothers sharing knowledge, encouraging communities to develop their resources in a sustainable manner to improve the family economy. Towards the creative industry today economic activities are forced to intensify information and creativity by relying on ideas and knowledge from human resources as the main key in moving economic activities, housewives and women generally become the main guard in community life to regulate and cultivate the family economy. In fact, housewives have not been able to exploit their potential to help the family economy due to various factors. This community service activity is focused on empowering home industry actors in helping to increase family income, while the problems faced are (1) Lack of knowledge about home industry, 2) Low understanding of the perpetrators of home industry about the importance of the internet to support business activities. The aim of this program is to develop business carried out by groups of housewives to become economically independent communities.

Keberdayaan kaum perempuan di bidang ekonomi adalah salah satu indikator meningkatnya kesejahteraan.  Kaum perempuan juga mempunyai andil besar dalam kegiatan penanggulangan kemiskinan melalui pemberdayaan masyarakat. Salah satunya kaum perempuan dapat meningkatkan kesejahteraan keluarganya dengan melakukan kegiatan usaha produktif  rumah tangga, dengan memproduksi dan menjual makan rumahan. Peluang bisnis makanan rumahan masih terbuka karena makanan rumahan merupakan makanan pokok masyarakat, dimana makanan tersebut dibutuhkan setiap saat. Bisnis makanan rumahan tidak terlalu sulit dilakukan, karena ibu-ibu rumah tangga dapat melakukan kegiatan produksi atau memasak sekaligus untuk keluarganya dan bahan bakunya mudah diperoleh di pasar-pasar tradisional.  Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat  ini, bertujuan untuk (1) memanfaatkan potensi ibu rumah tangga untuk memperoleh penghasilan tambahan guna menopang ekonomi keluarga. (2) Meningkatkan perekonomian/kesejahteraan keluarga. Luaran kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah  Ibu-ibu Rumah Tangga RW 04, Kelurahan Pisangan Timur, Cirendeu, dapat memperbaiki manajemen usaha dan mencari peluang usaha yang dapat dilakukan dari rumah tanpa harus meninggalkan keluarga.Kata Kunci: Ekonomi Keluarga, Ibu Rumah Tangga, Pemberdayaan, Usaha RumahanEmpowerment Of Household Mothers In Efforts To Improve The Family Economy Through Management Of Home Business In South TangerangABSTRACTThe success of women in the economic field is one indicator of welfare. Community Empowerment in the Tourism Sector in Efforts Acceleration of Economic Recovery in Dambalo Village As an effort to grow the economy which is currently slumped as a result of the covid 19 pandemic. Here fore, we are interested in providing creative ideas in the tourism sector, where in this village there is a pretty good tourist attraction to be developed, namely the Botudidingga tourism object, as for the tourism objects in this village that have existed since a few years ago which are located on the coast which has its own uniqueness, because to go to this place the tourists seem to go on a trip to the mountains, the vast expanse of sea surrounded by mangroves and has a courtyard to the middle of the sea makes Botudidingga tourism object the maldeves of North Gorontalo. ABSTRACTThe hijab sewing skills training program is seen as a strategic educational skill to be implemented for women because hijab sewing can be applied for their own needs or become a side business. This skill, if properly trained and mastered, can become a form of business that can help the family economy and create jobs for the community. The village community service activities were carried out in Bunsur Village, Sungai Apit Subdistrict, Siak Regency, Riau Province with the target audience is the housewives of the village. They have given basic knowledge in choosing materials for the hijab. Then skills trained was held, starting how to make pet and headscarves, cutting fabrics according to the patterns that have been made, and sewing headscarves with various existing patterns. After the stitches are finished, then an examination of the results of the stitches so that they are suitable for sale and market. Keywords: Bunsur Village, home industry, sewing training, hijab  ABSTRAKProgram pelatihan keterampilan menjahit jilbab dipandang sebagai sebuah skill pendidikan yang strategis untuk dilaksanakan bagi wanita karena menjahit jilbab dapat diaplikasikan untuk kebutuhan sendiri ataupun menjadi usaha sampingan. Keterampilan ini bila dilatih dan dikuasai dengan baik dapat menjadi bentuk usaha yang dapat membantu perekonomian keluarga dan penciptaan lapangan kerja bagi masyarakat. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat desa ini dilaksanakan di Desa Bunsur Kecamatan Sungai Apit Kabupaten Siak Propinsi Riau dengan khalayak sasarannya adalah Ibu-ibu rumah tangga desa tersebut. Mereka diberi pengetahuan dasar dalam memilih bahan untuk jilbab. Kemudian diadakan pelatihan keterampilan, mulai cara membuat pola pet dan jilbab, memotong kain sesuai dengan pola yang sudah dibuat, dan menjahit jilbab dengan bermacam pola yang telah ada. In general, the residents of RT 004 RW 03 have a level of education at the junior and senior high school levels. This is due to the economic factors and the absence of encouragement from parents for their children to continue their education to a higher level. Moreover, women who do not continue their education at school are unemployed or decide to become housewives, because they do not have the skills to live independently. Most of the mothers are only housewives who only take care of their children and husbands. This condition cannot improve the economic condition of the family that is not fixed and coupled with the high economic burden that requires each family to be able to think creatively in order to survive amid the economic pressure. The objectives of this community service activity included: Assisting women’s group of Family Welfare and Empowerment in the formation of business groups, assisting women’s group of Family Welfare and Empowerment on how to utilize and cultivate the broiler rabbits as a small entrepreneur. The implementation of this training activity was expected to help in fostering an entrepreneurial spirit in rabbit cultivation for underprivileged people through the formation of a small business group of women of Family Welfare and Empowerment and in the form of published scientific articles. Abstrak Warga masyarakat yang berada di RT 004 RW 03 pada umumnya adalah lulusan SMP dan SMU. Hal tersebut disebabkan oleh faktor ekonomi dan tidak adanya dorongan dari orang tua agar anak-anak mereka melanjutkan pendidikan ke jenjang yang lebih tinggi. Terlebih anak perempuan yang tidak melanjutkan sekolah akhirnya menganggur atau hidup berumah tangga, karena mereka tidak mempunyai bekal keterampilan untuk bisa hidup mandiri. Sebagian besar ibu-ibu hanya sebagai ibu rumah tangga yang hanya mengurusi anak dan suaminya. Kondisi ini tidak dapat memperbaiki kondisi ekonomi keluarga, penghasilan yang tidak tetap dan ditambah beban ekonomi yang tinggi menuntut setiap keluarga untuk dapat berfikir kreatif agar dapat bertahan hidup ditengah himpitan ekonomi. Tujuan dari kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini antara lain: Membantu Ibu PKK dalam pembentukan kelompok usaha yang harus dibentuk, membantu Ibu PKK dalam cara pemanfaatan dan pengolahan kelinci pedaging sebagai wirusaha kecil. Diharapkan setelah kegiatan pelatihan ini dilaksanakan menumbuhkan semangat berwirausaha budidaya kelinci bagi masyarakat prasejahtera melalui pembentukan kelompok usaha kecil ibu PKK dan berupa luaran artikel ilmiah yang dipublikasikan.

Desa Terong memiliki cukup banyak kasus stunting. Perhatian terhadap pemenuhan pangan yang bergizi perlu dilakukan. Upaya peningkatan gizi masyarakat lewat pemanfaatan lahan pekarangan dengan penanaman tanaman buah seperti papaya California dan alpukat yang bergizi bisa menjadi solusi yang tepat. Kegiatan pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan gizi dan ekonomi masyarakat sasaran dengan memanfaatkan lahan pekarangan. Metode yang digunakan adalah penyuluhan dan pendampingan. Masyarakat sasaran sangat antusias dengan kegiatan pengabdian ini, terlihat dari jumlah peserta saat penyuluhan dan penyerahan bibit pepaya california dan alpukat. Meskipun hasil dari tanaman buah tersebut membutuhkan waktu, masyarakat sasaran merasa bahwa upaya ini cukup membantu dalam usaha perbaikan gizi masyarakat. Bahkan masyarakat berpikiran bahwa penanaman tanaman buah di lahan pekarangan ini bisa menjadi potensi pengembangan desa menjadi desa wisata berbasis buah. Jangka panjang dari dampak kegiatan pengabdian ini sangat berarti mulai dari level keluarga sampai wilayah desa. Pemenuhan gizi keluarga secara mandiri lewat lahan pekarangan perlu dikembangkan, masyarakat perlu lebih disadarkan. Selain memberikan asupan gizi yang baik, juga bernilai ekonomis. This community service activity aims to increase people nutrition and economic through homegarden utilization. Method which was used is extension and assistance. The targeted community was very enthusiastic about this community service program, it can be seen from the number of participants during extension and handing over California papaya and avocado seeds. Although the results of the fruit crops need time, the targeted community feels that this effort is quite helpful to improve people nutrition. The targeted community thinks that planting fruit trees on homegarden can be a potential for village development to become a fruit-based tourism village. The long-term impact of these community service activities is significant from the family level to the village area. Fulfillment of family nutrition independently through the homegarden utilization, the community needs to be more aware. In addition to providing good nutrition, it is also economically valuable.

The abundance of wood supplies as the main raw material in the manufacture of furniture should encourage people in Samarinda City to look at this business as a promising business. But in reality, the development of the furniture business in Samarinda City is still far behind when compared to other cities. One of the factors causing the underdevelopment of this industry is the low capacity of human resources. Realizing the problems, the community service team in collaboration with partners (Meubel Berkah Ghegan) aimed to provide molding training to the community around the Politeknik Negeri Samarinda. The training is carried out in seven work steps, socialization, determination of furniture types, design / design, material checking, wood cleaning and drying, material processing, and finishing. This service activity improves the skills of participants in designing and producing furniture, increases knowledge about furniture making techniques with modern tools, and provides insight related to furniture business opportunities in Samarinda City.

Tujuan dan target dari BUMDes dapat dicapai jika dikelola dengan benar dan profesional karena dalam esensi BUMDes adalah hadir sebagai solusi bagi masyarakat dalam mengembangkan usaha kreatif dan UKM di desa. Atas dasar permasalahan yang terjadi pada mitra maka program PKM ini perlu dilakukan dengan memberikan sosialisasi tentang berbagai peluang usaha yang dapat dilakukan UKM di Era New Normal.dan tata Kelola keuangan BUMDes yang baik melalui aplikasi akuntansi sederhana sesuai dengan akuntansi yang berlaku umum. Metode yang digunakan adalah diskusi dan ceramah. Kegiatan pengabdian yang dilakukan Tim PKM ini dengan metode ceramah dan diskusi telah mampu memberikan motivasi bagi masyarakat di Desa Manjalling untuk melakukan variasi produk pada UKMnya terlebih lagi atas dukungan dari Kepala Desa Manjalling, para pelaku UKM, tokoh masayarakat dan pengurus BUMdes yang dijadikan sebagai sasaran kegiatan pengabdian pada Masyarakat. Kegiatan Pengabdian pada masyarakat ini juga dapat membantu bagi pengurus BUMdes mengetahui dan memahami tata kelola keuangan BUMDes yang baik melalui aplikasi akuntansi sederhana sesuai dengan akuntansi yang berlaku umum.   The goals and targets of BUMDes can be achieved if managed properly and professionally because in essence BUMDes is present as a solution for the community in developing creative businesses and SMEs in the village.
