This study aims to test and analyze the effect of promotion on purchasing decisions Yamaha Nmax at PT Yamaha Bahana Lampung. The population in this study were consumers who bought Yamaha Nmax at PT Yamaha Bahana Lampung from July to October 2020 with a total of 37 consumers. The sample used is the entire population because there are few respondents. Primary data collection using a questionnaire. The questionnaire was processed and tested for validity and reliability, after which the questionnaire was distributed to the research sample. This study uses simple linear regression. From the results of the test and analysis, promotion has a significant effect on the purchase decision of Yamaha Nmax at PT Yamaha Bahana Lampung by 59.8%, the remaining 40.2% is from variables or other factors not examined.

Consumer purchasing decisions are an important factor in determining the existence of a company. purchasing decisions (Kotler & Philip, 2009) are actions of buyers/consumers to want to buy or not a product. This study aims to find out and provide an overview of how prices affect purchasing decisions in the tokopedia online shop. Data collection techniques in this study use the type of interval data and primary data sources by distributing questionnaires. Data analysis techniques used descriptive statistics, classical assumption tests and hypothesis testing using simple linear regression methods. The results of the purchase decision at the tokopedia online shop.

Abstract This study began with observations during the pre-study of guests staying at the Prince Beach Hotel in Padang. It was found that there were problems with the needs of guests who were not properly met so that guests were dissatisfied, including those who complained about room facilities that were experiencing a lot of damage that were considered less provide comfort for guests. This study aims to analyze the effect of room facilities on guest satisfaction staying at the Prince Beach Hotel Padang. This type of research is classified as quantitative research with a causal associative approach. The study population was individual guests who stayed overnight with an average monthly rate of 1,707 people. The research sample of 95 using purposive sampling technique. Data collection is done by distributing questionnaires using a Likert scale that has been tested for validity and reliability. Data analysis using simple linear regression with SPSS version 16.00. The results showed that: room facilities were classified as good (73.7%), and guest satisfaction was classified as good (61.05%). R square values ​​were obtained (10.3%), and the significance was 0.002 <0.05. This means that the influence of room facilities on guest satisfaction by 10.3% while 89.7% is influenced by other factors. Keywords: Room Facilities, Guest Satisfaction

The shift of the Indonesian lifestyle has become online oriented has a huge impact on e-commerce business's popularity. This study aims to determine the influence of trust on to purchase decision of Tiff Body's product. This research uses the quantitative methodology and data collection method to use an online questionnaire with a purposive sampling technique distributed to 100 respondents who have been shopping at Tiff Body. After the data is analyzed using Simple Linear Regression with IBM SPSS Statistics 25 program, the result shows that trust influences purchase decisions.

This study aims to determine whether there is influence on the purchase decision of Fladeo products. The object chosen by the researchers is Basko Grand Mall. Data Type is the primary data. The data is taken directly from Basko Grand Mall. While the sample of this study is determined by Accidental Sampling. Data analysis techniques used are validity test, reliability test, descriptive analysis, classical assumption test, simple linear regression analysis, T test and determinant coefficient (R²) using SPSS program. Based on the results of hypothesis testing found that independent variables have a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions. The regression coefficient of variable lifestyle is 6.916 and the significance is 0.000. Thus, the hypothesis in this study which states that lifestyle has a positive and significant effect on the purchase decision of Fladeo products in Basko Grand Mall, accepted.

The formulation of the problem in this research is whether the influence ofconsumer perceptions and attitudes toward online purchasing decisions inSungai Lilin District Musi Banyuasin. The purpose of this study is todetermine the influence of consumer perceptions and attitudes toward onlinepurchasing decisions in Sungai Lilin District Musi Banyuasin. The method inthis research is using assosiatif method, assosiatif method that is researchproblem problem which is stated relationship two variable or more. Thelocation of this research is in Sungai Lilin District Musi Banyuasin. Thepopulation in this study is the community in Sungai Lilin District MusiBanyuasin. The sample in this research is 100 respondents by using clustersampling method, that is sampling based on wide area or geographicallocation and sampling randomly. The data required in this study using primarydata. The method of data collection is questionnaire. The data obtained wereanalyzed using multiple linear regression technique. The test results provethat the variables of perception and consumer attitudes together significantlyinfluence simultaneously to the purchase decision variables. Hypothesistesting partially proves that, consumer attitudes have a significant effect onpurchasing decisions. While the perception has no significant effect onpurchasing decisions.

This research was aimed to investigate the effect of Islamic work ethics to the employee Satisfaction on Waroeng Steak & Shake in Surabaya. This study used questionnaires in primary data collection and quantitative approaches. Experiments were done using simple linear regression, where the dependent variable (Y) is the employee work satisfaction and the independent variable (X) is Islamic work ethics. The research sample were taken by census. The research sample was 33 employees working in Waroeng Steak & Shake Surabaya.Based on the findings, it obtained simple linear regression equation : Y = 0,929 + 0,684X. The magnitude of the influence of Islamic work ethics to the employees work satisfaction on Waroeng Steak & Shake in Surabaya is the R2 value of 0,423 (42,3%). The result show that employee work satisfaction on Waroeng Steak & Shake in Surabaya significantly affect by Islamic work ethics.

The purpose of the study was to find out the description of Positioning, to find out the description of the Purchase Decision, to find out how much influence Positioning had on the Purchase Decision. The population in this study were students of the University of Singaperbangsa Karawang who had consumed Teh Botol Sosro as many as 16,291 and taken as many as 100 respondents using the Slovin formula with an error rate of 10% through random sampling method. The analysis technique used is simple linear regression analysis and classic assumption test. Tests were carried out with the help of SPSS version 24 software. The results of the study showed that the positioning partially had a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions. This conclusion shows that positioning has a good influence so that it encourages consumers to make purchasing decisions on a product, especially Teh Botol Sosro products. Therefore, this research is expected to be carried out widely by future researchers.

AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh persepsi harga dan suasana toko terhadap keputusan pembelian konsumen pada pada Alfamidi Cabang Iskandar Muda Medan. Pengambilan sampel berdasarkan rumus  Non Probability Sampling, sehingga sampel yang di dapat dan digunakan dalam penelitian ini 112 orang. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah melalui kuesioner yaitu dengan cara menyebarkan kuesioner kepada responden dan mengumpulkannya kembali. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah Regresi Linear Berganda. Sebelum data diregresikan maka terlebih dahulu di uji keterkaitannya antara variabel, datanya di uji menggunakan uji asumsi klasik. Serta untuk mengetahui kontribusi faktor harga dan lokasi terhadap keputusan pembelian konsumen digunakan rumus r squre. Untuk menguji hipotesis dalam penelitian ini gunakan uji F dimana hasil yang diperoleh  bahwa ada pengaruh positf dan signifikan antara harga dan lokasi terhadap keputusan pembelian konsumen pada Alfamidi Cabang Iskandar Muda Medan. Kata kunci : Persepsi Harga, Suasana Toko, Keputusan Pembelian  AbstractThis study aims to determine the effect of price perception and Store Atmosphere Consumer Purchase at Alfamidi Cabang Iskandar Muda Medan. <p><em>This study aims to determine the effect of brand image, price and promotion on people's purchasing decisions through the Shopee online sales application. The population taken in this research is all people who make purchases through the Shopee online sales application with a total of 104 respondents. Data collection techniques are primary data, namely distributing questionnaires via google form. In this study, it is also explained whether all elements are related, namely whether brand image, price and promotion have an effect on people's purchasing decisions through Shopee's online sales. This study is also to determine how much influence arises from brand image, price and promotion on people's purchasing decisions through Shopee online sales, it is hoped that the results obtained can be a reference or Shopee marketing strategy to increase sales. Based on the results of data processing carried out by simultaneous testing, it was found that there was an influence between promotion, brand image and price on consumer purchasing decisions through the Shopee online sales application by 38.2%.</em></p><p><strong><em>Keywords</em></strong><em>: Brand Image, Price, Promotion, Purchase Decision</em></p>

<em>The growth of automotive world in Indonesia makes the emergence of many car companies. Competitive advantage is required for companies to compete in the market, one of them by increasing purchasing decisions. The purpose of this research is to analyze the partial and simultaneous influence of price and service quality on purchase decision of Honda car at PT. Istana Cendrawasih Motor Semarang. The data used are primary data obtained by using questionnaire. The sample in this study were 100 customers of the PT. Istana Cendrawasih Motor Semarang. Sampling is done by using purposive sampling. The analysis model used in this research is multiple linear regression. The result of determination coefficient (R Square) showed that 28,7% purchase decision was influenced by price and service quality. The rest was explained by other factors not examined in this research. The result of hypothesis testing shows the variables of price and service quality simultaneously and partially significant influence on purchase decision of Honda car at PT. Istana Cendrawasih Motor Semarang</em>
