The shift of the Indonesian lifestyle has become online oriented has a huge impact on e-commerce business's popularity. This study aims to determine the influence of trust on to purchase decision of Tiff Body's product. This research uses the quantitative methodology and data collection method to use an online questionnaire with a purposive sampling technique distributed to 100 respondents who have been shopping at Tiff Body. After the data is analyzed using Simple Linear Regression with IBM SPSS Statistics 25 program, the result shows that trust influences purchase decisions.

The purpose of this study was to discover the effect of product quality, promotion and brand image on the purchase decision of Moola Pedawa Coffee. This type of research is associative with a quantitative approach. The population was customers who have bought and consumed Moola Pedawa Coffee for 384 respondents, collected by the purposive sampling technique. The data collection method was using questionnaires. The data analysis technique was using multiple linear regression. Hypothesis tests were conducted using the t test and f test. The results showed that partially and simultaneously product quality, promotion, and brand image have a positively effect on purchase decisions

The purpose of this research was to measure the relationship and the impact of promotion and product differentiation on Jukajo consumer purchase decision. This research was a quantitative research with a questionnaire as the data collection method. The sampling technique in this research is purposive sampling technique. Then, the questionnaire was measured by Likert-scale and multiple linear regression. The result shows that promotion and product differentiation variable have positive impact on purchase decision partially and simultaneously. Bothvariables have 50,5% of impact towards consumer purchase decisions of Jukajo. Moreover, product differentiation becomes the most dominant variable which partially affects consumer purchase decision.

Shopee is one of the consumer-to-consumer (C2C) e-commerce sites in Indonesia. Shopee often collaborates with domestic and international celebrities to become brand ambassadors, one of which is Cristiano Ronaldo. This study aims to determine whether there is an influence and how much influence the attractiveness of Cristiano Ronaldo on Shopee brand awareness. The sample in this study were 400 respondents. The sampling technique in this study was using purposive sampling technique. The data collection method used a questionnaire. The analysis technique used is simple linear regression through SPSS staticstic 24 software. The findings of this study are that there is an influence between the attractiveness of Cristiano Ronaldo to Shopee's brand awareness of 3.3%. The results of this study indicate that the attractiveness of Cristiano Ronaldo has a significant and positive effect on Shopee brand awareness.Keywords: Attraction, Brand Awareness, Shopee.

This study aims to determine the influence of advertising, price, and brand trust on Revlon cosmetics purchase decision of the undergraduate students of Diponegoro University. Type of research is explanatory research with the population undergraduate students of Diponegoro University, and the number of sample taken is 100. The data collection techniques are questionnaire, documents, and literature review. The sampling technique is purposive sampling. The data analysis techniques are correlation test data analysis, determination test, simple linear regression test, multiple linear regression test, t test, and F test using IBM SPSS (Statistical Product and Service Solutions) program version 16.0. Based on the results of the analysis, it is concluded there is a positive and significant influence between advertising, price, and brand trust on purchase decision partially and simultaneously (together). There are other factors that influence the Purchase Decision. Therefore it can be advised that Revlon has to evaluate their message in Revlon advertisement, increase the discount frequency on certain events, and add some product variants.

This study aims to determine the effect of academic procrastination on academic dishonesty in teaching and education faculties students in Indonesia. Respondents in this study were 260 students (N=260). The data collection method used the procrastination assessment scales-student (α = 0.88) and dishonesty academic scale (α = 0.93). Data analysis in this quantitative study uses Simple Linear Regression. The results of the analysis show that academic dishonesty affects student procrastination. F value = 53.078 with a significant level of 0.000 <0.05, it can be said that H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted, so that it can be said that H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted. From the output of Rsquare = 0.175, this value means that the effect of academic procrastination (x) on academic dishonesty (y) is 17.5%. In comparison, 82.5% of academic dishonesty is influenced by other variables that do not positively impact increasing academic procrastination carried out by a student. It will affect the increase in academic dishonesty in the student. So it can be said that there is a positive and significant influence between academic procrastination and academic dishonesty on students of the faculty of teaching and educational sciences at University X Purwokerto.

Abstract This study began with observations during the pre-study of guests staying at the Prince Beach Hotel in Padang. It was found that there were problems with the needs of guests who were not properly met so that guests were dissatisfied, including those who complained about room facilities that were experiencing a lot of damage that were considered less provide comfort for guests. This study aims to analyze the effect of room facilities on guest satisfaction staying at the Prince Beach Hotel Padang. This type of research is classified as quantitative research with a causal associative approach. The study population was individual guests who stayed overnight with an average monthly rate of 1,707 people. The research sample of 95 using purposive sampling technique. Data collection is done by distributing questionnaires using a Likert scale that has been tested for validity and reliability. Data analysis using simple linear regression with SPSS version 16.00. The results showed that: room facilities were classified as good (73.7%), and guest satisfaction was classified as good (61.05%). R square values ​​were obtained (10.3%), and the significance was 0.002 <0.05. This means that the influence of room facilities on guest satisfaction by 10.3% while 89.7% is influenced by other factors. Keywords: Room Facilities, Guest Satisfaction

Accounting fraud is an action due to the desire or encouragement to use the opportunity so as to manipulate accounting of financial statements, corruption or misappropriation of assets. Research aims to determine the influence of individual morality, organizational commitment and conformity of compensation on accounting fraud in the LPD of Mengwi sub-district. The sampling method is using the purposive sampling technique. The data collection method is permormed using questionnaires and questionnaires returned are 194 questionnaires. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression. Based on the results of the tests, individual morality, organizational commitment and compensation conformity have negative affect on accounting fraud. The purpose of this research was to analyze the effect of packaging toward purchase intention with quality of the product as a mediation variable for Micro, Small, and Medium Scale Business “Legit” Product. This research used descriptive quantitative methods. The method of data collection were primary and secondary data. The population of this research is the entire Indonesia population of 2016 (257.912.349 peoples). This study used non-probability sampling technique by taking purposive sampling. This study used simple linear regression and multiple linear regression with instrument test, a classic assumption (normality, multicollinearity, and heteroscedasticity), model test (adjusted R2, T test and F test), Causal Steps and Bobel Test to checked the validity of the hypothesis. Based on the results of the study, it was found that the packaging has a significant effect on the purchase intention of the Legit’s product, the packaging has a significant effect towards the quality of the Legit’s product and the packaging has a significant effect towards the purchase intention of the Legit’s product with the quality of the product as a mediated variable.

The success of a company is influenced by employee performance. By improving employee performance will make it easier for company goals to be achieved. One factor that can improve employee performance is the provision of compensation and motivation. This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of compensation and work motivation on employee performance. The sampling technique used is by taking a purposive sampling. The method used in this research is data collection through questionnaires, literature study, and observation. The technique used to analyze simple linear regression data and examine hypotheses simultaneously and partially. The result is compensation and motivation significantly influence employee performance simultaneously.

The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the effect ofincentives on employee discipline at the Office of Housing and Settlementsof Bima Regency. The type of research used is associative, with a sampleof 68 respondents. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling.The research instrument used was a questionnaire with a Likert scalemeasurement. Data collection techniques by questionnaire, observationand documentation. Data analysis methods used were validity test,reliability test, simple linear regression, coeficient correlation, coeficientdetermination and t test (two part). The results of this study conclude thatincentives have a significant influence on employee discipline asevidenced by the t test value of 9,429 and Sig 0,000. The degree ofinfluence of incentives on employee discipline at Bima Regency Housingand Settlement Service Office is strong.Kata Kunci: Incentives, Employee Discipline
