This research intends to analyze student satisfaction that is influenced by the quality of information and the SINKAD system, academic and non-academic services where the research was conducted at the Malang Wearnes Education Center Education Institute. This research used a probability sampling approach with purposive sampling “sampling technique”. The research instrument used questionnaires.The research data is processed quantitatively with multiple linear regression analysis techniques using SPSS 25.0. Results of the research are supported by qualitative data used to strengthen the results of the research. The results of this research showed that: (1) The relevance of the information presented by SINKAD has an influence on student satisfaction at Wearnes Education Center Malang (2) the quality of the SINKAD system does not have an influence on student satisfaction at Wearnes Education Center Malang (3) Reliability of academic services has an influence on student satisfaction at Wearnes Education Center Malang (4) Reliability of non-academic services has an influence on student satisfaction in Wearnes Education Center Malang (5) Information quality of SINKAD, quality of SINKAD system, quality of academic services and non-academic service quality together have an influence on satisfaction college student.

This study aims to determine and analyze the influence of Trust and Quality of information on repurchase interest in the Market place in the city of Bima both partially and simultaneously. The population in this study is the people of the city of Bima who have made purchases at the Market Place media. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling with 96 respondents. With multiple linear regression analysis and SPSS 22, the results show that only trust has a significant effect on the buying interest of the Bima people in the Market place while the information quality has no influence and is not significant on the repurchase intention. this is supported by the magnitude of the relationship value (R) which is 0.498 which falls on the weak relationship area.Keywords:Trust, Quality of information and Repurchase Intention

This study aimed to analyze the effect quality of information system and quality of information on  user satisfaction of e-filing system. The object of the research is conducted at the Tax Services Office (KPP) Pratama Karanganyar, using sample of 100 respondent with purposive sampling technique. Collecting data using questionnaire techniques, data analysis techniques using multiple linear regression analysis. The conclusion of each hypothesis test results show that (1) quality of information system have significant effect on user satisfaction of e-filing system. (2) quality of information have significant effect on user satisfaction of e-filing system. Implication of this study, increased the quality of information system and quality of information can influencing increased on user satisfaction of e-filing system. Keywords: quality of information system, quality of information, user satisfaction of e-filing system

This study aims to analyze the effect of system quality, information quality, and service quality on student satisfaction in using the Integrated Academic Information System (SITA) at Batanghari University (Unbari) Jambi. This research was conducted in the Unbari Jambi environment, with the population in this study were students in the Unbari Jambi environment. The sample in the study was 98 students with proportionate random sampling technique. Types and sources of research data consist of primary data, namely data obtained from the opinions of respondents through a research questionnaire, and secondary data, namely data obtained from Unbari Jambi. The data analysis technique used in testing the research hypothesis was multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS version 21.0 for windows. The results of the study found that: 1) system quality has a positive and significant effect on student satisfaction in Unbari Jambi; 2) the quality of information has a significant positive effect on student satisfaction in Unbari Jambi; 3) service quality has a significant positive effect on student satisfaction in Unbari Jambi; and 4) system quality, information quality, and service quality together have a significant effect on the satisfaction of Unbari Jambi students with a contribution of influence of 68.1% and the remaining 31.9% is influenced by other factors not included in the scope of this study.

This study aims to assess whether the service quality of academic and educational facilities affects either jointly or partially on student satisfaction. The population in this study were students numbered 130, the number of samples taken as many as 88 students. Data collection instrument used was a questionnaire using Likert scale which is based on the construction summarized from various theories that translate them into operational variable, while the testing of research instruments is done through validity and reliability test. This study aims to determine the influence of library facilities, librarian performance, and quality of information on user satisfaction (students). The respondents of this research are Batam State Polytechnic students. Data collection techniques used questionnaires and documentation. Test the research instrument by using the validity and reliability analysis. Data analysis method used in this research is descriptive analysis and multiple linear regression analysis. This analysis tool is used to know how far library facilities (X1), librarian performance (X2), information quality (X3), to student satisfaction (Y). Partial research results indicate that library facility variables, librarian performance and information quality have positive and significant influence

The purpose of the study was to analyze the role of information systems consisting of system quality, information quality, ease of use, and user satisfaction on information systems on the effectiveness of employees' work. The study population was 221 employees at the University of PGRI Kanjuruhan Malang, the number of samples in the study was 69 employees using the proportional random sample technique. The data analysis technique used multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that the system quality, information quality, ease of use and user satisfaction had an effect on employee work effectiveness. So the information system will simplify and speed up the implementation of the work if the quality of the system is considered, the quality of information, the ease of use, and ensures that users are satisfied. Research is limited to one organization, can be developed by involving broader research

 One way to identify the success indicator of the use of information systems is conducting a survey of user satisfaction. Measuring the quality of Information Systems of Registration and Lecture Scheduling at the Bureau of Administration and Finance University of XYZ is important because it aims to find out how far the role and utilization of existing information systems run. This research aims to investigate the faktors that influence user satisfaction of the information system. Data are collected through the distribution of questionnaires with the number of respondents as much as 378 students. The data collected are analyzed using sampling techniques. The results of the regression analysis and the correlation between Information System Quality and Information Quality affect student satisfaction by 6.6% and 4.9%.

This study aims to determine the level of student satisfaction with the quality of service at Muhammadiyah University of Tasikmalaya by looking for service dimensions that affect student satisfaction. The method used is multiple linear regression analysis using total sampling technique, namely the entire population is the object of research. The population in this study were all 4th semester UMTAS students.  The process of collecting data applies ICT (information and communication technology). In this case the distribution and filling out of the questionnaire utilizes Googleform, which is a very easy and efficient data collection tool from Google. The researcher only informs the address of the shortlink that has been made, namely bit.ly/2WZtLr7 to the respondent, and the respondent can access the link from their respective Android cellphones. The results of the study show that simultaneously the five variables have a positive and significant effect on student satisfaction, with a coefficient of determination (R2) of 0.868. That is the five independent variables effect the student satisfaction variable by 86.8% while the rest (13.2%) is influenced by other variables not examined in this study.

This study aims to examine the effect of information quality, information system quality and perceived usefulness on user satisfaction of regional management information systems (SIMDA). Data are collected using research instruments in the form of questionnaires distributed to the Head of Financial Subdivision, Treasurer of Revenue, Treasurer of Expenditures, and Operators SIMDA to the Regional Government of Badung Regency. The data analysis technique used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the analysis show that information quality, information system quality, and perceived usefulness have a positive effect on SIMDA user satisfaction. Thus, the better the quality of information, the quality of information systems, and perceived usefulness, it will increase SIMDA user satisfaction. <p><em>This study aims to determine the quality of academic service on student satisfaction. The object of this research at the Faculty of Medicine, Diponegoro University. The independent variables in this study are tangibles, responsiveness, reliability, empathy and assurance. The dependent variable in this study is student satisfaction at the Faculty of Medicine at Diponegoro University.</em></p><p><em>The population in this research is 4522 active students with a sample of 97 students. The method used in this research is a probability sampling method with proportional stratified random sampling technique. This research uses Multiple Linear Regression Analysis tool.</em></p><p><em>The results showed that the tangibles, responsiveness, reliability and empathy partially has a positive and significant effect on student satisfaction. Assurance variable doesn’t have effect on student satisfaction at the Faculty of Medicine, University Diponegoro.</em></p>
