Along with the times and the demands of industry 4.0, strict technological, economic, social, and cultural developments make every country compete, and everything becomes very easy to access. For this reason, building human resources that are hard-working, dynamic, skilled, and mastering science and technology is necessary to invite talents from other countries to cooperate with Indonesia. Currently, Indonesia has collaborated with other countries, one of which is China. Therefore, in this community service activity, efforts will be made to improve Mandarin's conversational skills through the picture to picture method. This activity has been carried out online through zoom meetings. The number of students who took part in this activity was 20 students of SMA Dharma Pancasila. In its implementation, the picture and picture method approach is used with materials from power points that have been optimized by the service team and specifically for high school students. This community service has resulted in the outcome, namely assistance in improving Chinese conversations, which impacts improving students' Mandarin language skills

Most home and micro-scale industries have poor business management. Good management is able to produce the desired result or good in the business being run. The partner in this community service activity is students of Al Hidayah Senior High School in Mojokerto, who has a business in making ginger drinks “Jahe Sehat”. This training aimed to increase partner’s knowledge and skill about sanitation hygiene and production management. The manufacturing process starts from the preparation of raw materials, namely ginger, extraction, cooking, sieving, packaging and labeling to marketing. It was found that healthy ginger producers still do not understand the importance of hygiene and sanitation in the production process, unattractive packaging designs and no good financial cash planning system. The community service team conducts training and outreach to solve the partner's problems. By carrying out this service activity, partners increase partner’ skills and knowledge and the healthy ginger product "jahe sehat al-hidayah" has an attractive packaging.

<p align="justify"><em>This community service activity was conducted in order to ensure that younger and future generations finally have several insights regarding the importance of determining and setting the career path that they want to achieve in the future from the present time in order to ensure that they won’t get lost in determining what they really want to do during the course of their life. It is mainly because most people, particularly those who are from the younger generations, tend to not have a specific and clear intention of what they want to do, or what they want to achieve in their life, in which, they tend to just follow through with their life without having any clear intentions of what they really want to achieve in their life. Therefore, it is important for the younger generations to fully understand the importance and the crucial aspect of understanding their passion, their interest, or their affection toward certain field that they wish to do, in which, such passion could eventually and potentially become their career which they could develop for the entirety of their life. This community service was conducted virtually through Google Meet because of the current COVID-19 pandemic which hamper the possibility that this community service activity was conducted physically to the participants. Meanwhile, a total of 27 participants who participated in this community service session are senior high school students from Bunda Mulia Senior High School. Furthermore, regarding the completion of this activity, author was hopeful that all participants could finally understand the importance of setting their own objectives and career path that they want to pursue in their life in order to prevent them from experiencing much confusion regarding what kind of job or what they want to do during the entirety of their life.</em><em></em></p>

Meningkatnya jumlah remaja penderita HIV dan AIDS dimungkinkan karena keterbatasan akses informasi dan layanan kesehatan yang berdampak pada rendahnya pengetahuan tentang HIV dan AIDS yang benar. Pemahaman remaja tentang HIV dan AIDS masih sangat minim, padahal remaja termasuk kelompok usia yang rentan dengan perilaku berisiko. Meningkatkan pemahaman remaja tentang pencegahan HIV/AIDS dapat dilakukan dengan cara pemberian pendidikan kesehatan/edukasi khususnya pada siswa SMAN Yosowilangun. Tujuan kegiatan ini adalah seluruh siswa SMAN Yosowilangun Kecamatan Yosowilangun Kabupaten Lumajang menjadi lebih memahami tentang pencegahan HIV/AIDS. Beberapa faktor yang sangat menunjang atas keberhasilan kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah koordinasi yang baik antara pemateri dengan pihak sekolah, Penyampaian materi berupa Video yang cukup menarik bagi siswa SMA yang tergolong usia remaja, adanya diskusi dan tanya jawab yang tidak dibatasi waktu, serta adanya hadiah bagi peserta yang berani bertanya. Beberapa faktor penghambat pada kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah pemateri (yang dalam hal ini adalah beberapa mahasiswa) membutuhkan penguasaan terhadap sasaran penyuluhan yang berjumlah lebih dari 100 peserta serta dalam usia yang tidak beda jauh. Tetapi hal ini bisa diatasi. Hasil kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini dapat dikatakan berhasil karena 93% siswa mempunyai pengetahuan dan pemahaman yang baik tentang pencegahan HIV/AIDS setelah diberikan pendidikan kesehatan. Understanding adolescents about HIV and AIDS is still very minimal, even though adolescents, including age groups are vulnerable to risk behavior. Increasing adolescent understanding about HIV / AIDS prevention can be done by providing health education / education especially for high school students Yosowilangun. The purpose of this activity is that all students of Yosowilangun High School, Yosowilangun District Lumajang Regency become more understanding about HIV / AIDS prevention. Some factors that are very supportive of the success of this community service activity are good coordination between the speaker and the school, Submission of material in the form of a video that is quite interesting for high school students classified as teenagers, there are discussions and questions and answers that are not limited by time, as well as prizes for participants who dare to ask. Some inhibiting factors in this community service activity are presenters (which in this case are a few students) need mastery of counseling targets totaling more than 100 participants and in the age that is not much different. But this can be overcome. The results of these community service activities can be said to be successful because 93% of students have good knowledge and understanding of HIV / AIDS prevention after being given health education. Adolescence is a transitional period from the development of children to adults. At this stage of development, selecting a university course is a difficult task for students because they are still unsure about their own identity. Many of them still like to try out and follow what their friends do. The choice of university course is very important because it determines the continuity of the students’ studies in the university. Currently, SK High School does not have a psychologist in helping the students to understand their own aptitude and interest. Hence, a community service activity based on aptitude and interest test was carried out and conducted by a group of lecturers from Faculty of Psychology Universitas Tarumanagara (who are also psychologists). This aptitude and interest test was attended by 20 high school students of class XII and they completed five tests (Culture Fair Intelligence Test; Tes Administrasi, Keuangan, dan Dagang; Rothwell Miller Interest Blank; Pemeriksaan Teknik Pasti; Tes House Tree Person) to measure three aspects (intelligence, aptitude, and interest). Results were shown in the report format, consisting of description of the three aspects; a summary of students’ strengths, weaknesses, and suggestions for improvements; and recommendation university course. This report can be used by students, parents, and the school as a reference to assist students in selecting the most appropriate university courseABSTRAK:Masa remaja merupakan masa peralihan dari tahap perkembangan anak-anak menjadi dewasa. Di tahap perkembangan ini, pemilihan jurusan menjadi hal yang sulit bagi para siswa karena mereka masih belum memiliki ketetapan mengenai jati diri mereka sendiri. Banyak di antara mereka yang masih suka coba-coba dan ikut-ikutan teman. Pemilihan jurusan di perguruan tinggi sendiri merupakan hal yang sangat penting karena akan menentukan kelangsungan studi para siswa di perguruan tinggi. Sekarang ini Sekolah Menengah Atas (SMA) SK tidak memiliki psikolog yang dapat membantu para siswa untuk memberikan gambaran mengenai minat-bakat mereka. Oleh karena itu, kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat berbasis penelusuran bakat-minat dilaksanakan dan dilakukan oleh dosen Fakultas Psikologi Universitas Tarumanagara yang juga berprofesi sebagai psikolog. Tes bakat dan minat diikuti oleh 20 siswa SMA kelas XII dan mereka menyelesaikan lima tes (Culture Fair Intelligence Test; Tes Administrasi, Keuangan, dan Dagang; Rothwell Miller Interest Blank; Pemeriksaan Teknik Pasti; serta Tes House Tree Person) untuk mengukur tiga aspek yaitu inteligensi, minat dan bakat. Hasil ditunjukkan dalam bentuk laporan yang terdiri dari gambaran pada ketiga aspek tersebut; ringkasan singkat mengenai kekuatan, kelemahan, dan saran peningkatan untuk mahasiswa tersebut; dan rekomendasi jurusan di perguruan tinggi. Laporan dapat digunakan oleh siswa, orang tua, dan pihak sekolah sebagai referensi untuk membantu para mahasiswa dalam memilih jurusan di penguruan tinggi.

Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan memberikan bimbingan konseling pada siswa yang mengalam kendala belajar dan beberapa permasalahan yang dijumpai dalam keluarga. Metode yang akan dilakukan dalam Kegiatan ini adalah melalui beberapa tahap. Tahap pertama tatap muka, dan demonstrasi. Tahap selanjutnya para peserta diberikan bimbingan belajar dan cara mengatasi masalah yang timbul di kelas dan dirumah. Kegiatan diikuti oleh 37 siswa dari 2 SMA. Hasil kegiatan ini para siswa  menjadi lebih nyaman dalam menyampaikan informasi kendala dan hamatan belajar,Guru merasa terbantu, dengan adanya penerapan metode yang dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar disekolah,,bimbingan yang baik dapat memotivasi siswa untuk mengatasi masalah belajar dan para guru dapat memperbaiki pembelajaran dan meningkatkan kompetensi mereka dengan metode yang baik.Kata Kunci : Bimbingan , Klinis, Siswa SMA                                                                 AbstractThis community service activity aims to provide counseling guidance to students who experience learning constraints and some problems encountered in the family. The method that will be carried out in this activity is through several stages. The first stage is face to face, and demonstration. The next stage the participants were given tutoring and how to overcome problems that arise in the classroom and at home. The activity was attended by 37 students from 2 high schools. This Community Service Activity (PKM) is one of the manifestations of the Tri Dharma of Higher Education, which is to provide benefits to the community. This PKM activity is intended for high school students of St.Kristoforus 1 Catholic School, which is located in the Grogol area, West Jakarta. The method of implementing this community service activity is done by providing online training. The target participants for this training are high school students of St.Kristoforus 1 Catholic School. For Universitas Tarumanagara, especially the Faculty of Economics and Business, it is a means to introduce Universitas Tarumanagara Colleges and is a community service activity carried out by Universitas Tarumanagara lecturers by involving active students of the Faculty of Economics and Business, Universitas Tarumanagara to be able to apply their knowledge to the community. This activity began with a meeting to explore the needs of the school in this collaboration. After receiving a good reception, we made a proposal for activities to the LPPM Universitas Tarumanagara. The topic chosen for this activity is preparing the financial statements of a trading company. This topic was chosen because of the importance of understanding in the preparation of financial statements to be able to measure the company's performance and financial position. The output produced from this community service activity is a module and as the last stage, we will make a report on the implementation of this Community Service (PKM) task and submit it as our responsibility to the LPPM Untar.Kegiatan Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat ini (PKM)  merupakan  salah satu perwujudan Tri Dharma Perguruan Tinggi, yaitu memberikan manfaat kepada masyarakat. Kegiatan PKM ini ditujukan  bagi siswa – siswi  SMA  Katolik St.Kristoforus1 yang berlokasi di daerah Grogol, Jakarta Barat. Metode pelaksanaan kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini dilakukan dengan memberikan pelatihan secara daring. Target peserta pelatihan ini adalah siswa SMA Katolik St. Kristoforus 1. Bagi Universitas Tarumanagara-khususnya Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis merupakan salah satu sarana untuk bisa memperkenalkan Perguruan Tinggi Universitas Tarumanagara dan merupakan kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat yang dilakukan oleh Dosen Universitas Tarumanagara dengan melibatkan mahasiswa aktif Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis Universitas Tarumanagara untuk dapat mengaplikasikan ilmu yang dimiliki kepada masyarakat. Kegiatan ini diawali dengan pertemuan untuk menggali kebutuhan pihak Sekolah dalam kerja sama ini. Setelah mendapat sambutan baik maka kami membuat proposal kegiatan kepada pihak LPPM Universitas Tarumangara. Topik yang dipilih untuk kegiatan ini adalah menyusun laporan keuangan perusahaan dagang. Topik ini dipilih karena mengingat pentingnya pemahaman dalam penyusunan laporan keuangan untuk dapat mengukur kinerja dan posisi keuangan perusahaan. Preserving the culture of the archipelago's Islamic treasures is something that must be done One of the Islamic treasures that needs to be preserved is Penegusan Arabic Calligraphy. To this, community service activities wre carried out to provide training on all Metro City. The method used in mentoring to the community is Appeciative inquiry. The steps were iscovery, dream, design, define and destiny. This service used the Assed-Based Community Development (ABCD) approach. ABCD was ne of the discussions used in community service prioritizing existing assets and potential in the community compared to High School students.  The community service activity was carried out in 3 sessions, namely introducing and returning Arabic pegon, training to get calligraphy by the speaker and fixing it with independent calligraphy. This type of research is correlational. The objective of this research is to determine the extent of "The Relationship between Arm Muscle Strength and Bullet Resistance Ability in Students of OneRoof Junior High School in Jaya Bhakti Village, Enok District, Indragiri Hilir Regency. The populationin this study were all students of One Roof State Junior High School in Jaya Bhakti Village, EnokDistrict, Indragiri Hilir Regency, which numbered 10 VIII grade students. Samples were taken using theTotal technique and the results of the training of basic techniques of shot repelling are success - theimplementation of this community service activity can be seen from the results of the evaluation duringthe implementation of the activity, namely: The success - the implementation of this community serviceactivity can be seen from the results of the evaluation throughout the implementation of the activity,namely: Persistence and involvement of the participants training in involving themselves in theimplementation of this training activity, the participants or students have knowledge in the field of sports,especially bullet shooting. <p align="center"><strong>Abstrak</strong><strong> </strong></p><p><em>Masalah yang dihadapi oleh Panti Asuhan Harapan Remaja adalah kurangnya motivasi dan inspirasi anak asuh siswa SMP untuk belajar bahasa asing. Tujuan dari kegiatan ini adalah menumbuhkan motivasi dan inspirasi belajar bahasa asing untuk belajar bahasa asing.</em><em> Salah satu cara untuk menunbuhkan motivasi dan isnpirasi belajar bahasa asing adalah dengan dilakukannya pengenalan bahasa asing dengan konteks yang dekat dengan keseharian anak asuh/siswa. Untuk itu telah diadakan program penumbuhan motivasi dan inspirasi berbahasa asing terutama bahasa Jepang dan Inggris masing-masing selama 2 kali. Hasil dari kegiatan ini adalah munculnya ketertarikan siswa terhadap bahasa asing dan ketertarikan untuk belajar bahasa asing terutama bahasa Inggris dan Jepang. Selain itu terlihat juga peningkatan motivasi belajar bahasa asing selain pelajaran sekolah. Akan tetapi tidak ada peningkatan ketertarikan untuk berinteraksi dengan orang asing. This orphanage has a problem dealing with foster children’s motivation in learning foreign languages. The result of this activity is the emergence of an interest in foreign languages and learning those languages, especially English and Japanese. After the activities, the result shows that the learners’ motivation is still low. However, the activities related to foreign languages increased the participants’ interests to learn foreign languages, in this context, Japanese and English. Abstrak Pengabdian kepada masyarakat merupakan bagian integral tri dharma perguruan tinggi yang melibatkan dosen, mahasiswa, dan tenaga kependidikan. Pengabdian kepada masyarakat bertujuan memberikan makna kebermanfaatan keberadaan Program Magister Administrasi Pendidikan kepada sekolah Kasih Immanuel dalam meningkatkan kompetensi mengimplementasikan kurikulum 2013. Populasi seluruh guru SD, SMP, SMA Kasih Immanuel sebanyak 15 orang dan sampel penelitian seluruh guru, namun yang hadir 12 orang. Data diperoleh dengan wawancara mendalam terhadap kepala sekolah dan guru. Selain itu data diperoleh melalui instrumen pre test dan post test. Data dianalisis menggunakan statistik deskriptif. Hasil pengabdian kepada masyarakat menunjukkan: (1) Guru mengajar merangkap di SD, SMP, dan SMA, (2) Guru yang memenuhi standar kualifikasi pendidikan 50%, (3) Guru yang sudah tersertifikasi 25%, dan (4) Pemberian bimbingan teknis implementasi kurikulum 2013 sangat bermanfaat meningkatkan kompetensi pedagogik, personal, sosial dan profesional. Implikasi pengabdian kepada masyarakat guru semakin termotivasi melengkapi rencana pelaksanaan pembelajaran (RPP) dan meningkatkan profesionalitas guru.  Kata kunci: Kompetensi, implementasi, Kurikulum 2013 Abstract Community service is an integral part of the three pillars of higher education that involves lecturers, students, and education staff. Community service aims to give meaning to the usefulness of the existence of the Educational Administration, graduate Program Universitas Kristen Indonesia to the Kasih Immanuel school in improving the competence of implementing the 2013 curriculum. The population of all elementary school, junior high school students is Kasih Immanuel as many as 15 people and a sample of all teachers, but there are 12 people present. Data obtained by in-depth interviews with principals and teachers. In addition, data were obtained through pre-test and post-test instruments. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics. The results of community service show: (1) Teachers teaching concurrently in elementary, middle and high school, (2) Teachers who meet the 50% educational qualification standard, (3) 25% certified teachers, and (4) Providing technical implementation guidance the 2013 curriculum is very useful in increasing pedagogical, personal, social and professional. The implications of service to the teacher community are increasingly motivated to complete the lesson plan and increase teacher professionalism.  Keywords: Competence, implementation, curriculum
