Kewirausahaan merupakan soft skills yang perlu dimiliki oleh mahasiswa untuk menjadi lulusan yang multitalent dan memiliki kemampuan yang meningkatkan daya kerja, dan mampu menangkap peluang di era persaingan kerja yang ketat. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh pendidikan kewirausahaan terhadap minat berwirausaha mahasiswa. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah regresi linear sederhana dengan instrumen Skala Likert. Hasil penelitian menemukan bahwa proses belajar-mengajar pada mata kuliah kewirausahaan memberi dampak pada pemahaman mahasiswa tentang kewirausahaan yang baik. Pengetahuan kewirausahaan mahasiswa berpengaruh secara nyata dan positif terhadap minat kewirausahaan mahasiswa. Agar generasi muda saat ini berminat untuk menjadi pengusaha dan tidak bergantung pada permintaan tenaga kerja (demand for labor) yang dibuat oleh perusahaan-perusahaan, maka harus dibekali dengan soft skills manajemen kewirausahaan yang cukup. Entrepreneurship is a soft skills that required for student to become multitalented graduates and have abilities which will increase their employability, and ability to recognize the opportunity in an era intense work competition. This study try to determine the effect of entrepreneurship education on student’s interest in entrepreneurship. The analytical method used is simple linear regression with a Likert Scale instrument. The result show that the teaching-learning process in entrepreneurship education had an impact on students understanding of good entrepreneurship. Entrepreneurship education has a significant and positive effect on student entrepreneurship interest. knowledge has a significant. So, to make young people are interested in becoming entrepreneurs and do not depend on the demand for labor was made by companies, they must be given an understanding of entrepreneurial management soft skills.

Over the past few decades, the adoption of an inclusive approach to education has stimulated a reflection on the educational value of body and movement within teaching-learning process in order to break down all barriers to learning and promote the full participation of young people to school activities. Indeed,body and movement represent an important didactic "medium" for developing individualized and personalized learning paths that take into account the specific needs and characteristics of students thus contributing to their global and harmonious development.

One important principles of good governance in public services is public participation. since good governance is a conception of a clean, democratic, and effective governmental administration, it regulate a synergistic and constructive relationship between the government, private business world and society. This research combines both quantitative and qualitative methods as mixed methods. Based on simple linear regression analysis results, it is found that technological training, participation in law and government, financial governance and assets and development of managerial values have a significant positive effect on implementation of good governance. The advice in this research is the application of technology training should be done effectively, with technological training to the employees themselves, especially in the use of computerization and internet in order to achieve tujuan that want to be achieved by trade and industry service.Keywords:good governance, technology training, participation in law and government

PurposeDespite the significance, university student start-ups and student entrepreneurship ecosystems (SEEs) have been subject to little research. This study aims to apply a qualitative emergent enquiry approach to explore best practice SEEs in Australia, complimented by narratives from leading scholars in higher education institutions with the aim of delineating the integrative components of SEEs.Design/methodology/approachAdopting the entrepreneurial ecosystem framework and aligned to the social cognitive theory, this paper explores the components and dynamics of SEEs, contributing to an understanding of how such components can better support the growth, sustainability and success of student start-ups. The authors extend entrepreneurship research on social construction using narrative research.FindingsThe findings provide guidelines for researchers, entrepreneurship scholars and educators, entrepreneurship students, policymakers and practitioners to enhance the impact and success of university student start-ups by adopting a student ecosystem approach.Research limitations/implicationsThe narratives represent a limited number of universities with an opportunity for further research to empirically measure the impact and outcomes of SEEs. The research is exploratory, inherently conceptual and emergent, providing an opportunity for validation of narrative frameworks in future studies.Practical implicationsThe findings may assist university managers to be more aware of their own subconscious preferences to student entrepreneurship and start-up initiatives, which may be useful in refining their impact and offerings regarding a quest toward the entrepreneurial university.Social implicationsFrom social perspectives, the alignment of the components of SEE has the ability to enhance and shift the entrepreneurial mindset of entrepreneurship students, notwithstanding enhancement of intentionality and self-efficacy.Originality/valueThis is the first study of SEEs in Australia, highlighting the importance of the integration of entrepreneurship education programs, entrepreneurship education ecosystems, the entrepreneurial university and specific start-up initiatives such as university accelerators. Furthermore, students may enhance their entrepreneurial mindset by actively engaging in such ecosystems.

Research related to the effect of product turnover on the performance of companies in the industrial sector is still needed to do research and study in depth. This is needed because the developed sector, especially related to product rotation, has an important role in advancing the sustainability of the company. The research methodology in this research is descriptive quantitative using simple linear regression analysis and using SPSS v 23 and Amos v 23 software as a calculation tool through a measurement model using simple Linear Regression at 87 MSMEs in Sukabumi City. The results of this study indicate a positive effect of product turnover on the performance of Small and Medium Enterprises.

This study is focused on the effects of multimedia aided instructions in Grade 4 Science and health pupils’ performance and attitude towards multimedia. Specifically this study sought to explore the multimedia aided instruction on the learning environment of the grade four pupils’ performance in science and health. Two intact classes in grade 4 were exposed to multimedia aided instructions. The difference in gain scores produced by integrating multimedia in Science and Health 4 classes and those produced by conventional method of teaching was investigated in this quasi experimental research.  Results indicated that using the multimedia in the classes produced significant improvement in the performance of the pupils in Science and Health, but not in the other, which is congruent with most other results for this strategy of teaching found in the literature. Follow-up survey of attitudes of 86 pupils towards the use of multimedia in the classroom provided additional evidence for its positive effect in the teaching learning process. The pupils’ attitudes towards their class were positive about the potential for multimedia and enthusiastic about what this would mean in learning Science and Health. Utilizing multimedia seemed to affect the teachers’ personal and professional growth. Teachers expect to develop their technological skills and knowledge to use multimedia in their classrooms. Abstract The most promising way to prevent the explosive spread of COVID-19 infection is to achieve herd immunity through vaccination. It is therefore important to motivate those who are less willing to be vaccinated. To address this issue, we conducted an online survey of 6232 Japanese people to investigate age- and gender- dependent differences in attitudes towards COVID-19 vaccination and the underlying psychological processes. We asked participants to read one of nine different messages about COVID-19 vaccination and rate their willingness to be vaccinated. We also collected their 17 social personality trait scores and demographic information. We found that males 10-20 years old showed the minimum willingness to be vaccinated. We also found that prosocial traits are the driving force for young people, but the motivation in older people also depends on risk aversion and self-interest. Furthermore, an analysis of 9 different messages demonstrated that for young people (particularly males), the message emphasizing the majority’s intention to vaccinate and scientific evidence for the safety of the vaccination had the strongest positive effect on the willingness to be vaccinated, suggesting that the herding effect arising from the “majority + scientific evidence” message nudges young people to show their prosocial nature in action.

ABSTRACTThis study was initiated by the students’ low learning outcomes on Chemistry subject and the teachers’ preference in using lecture method in teaching learning process.This study aimed at 1) finding out the differences of students’ learning outcomes between the use of flash media-assisted practical method and lecture method on hydrocarbon class at grade XI MIA of SMA Muhammadiyah I Pontianak. Using quasi experimental design and Control Group Posttes Design, this study employed the students of grade XI MIA 2 as the samples of experiment group, andthe students of grade XI MIA 2 as the samples of control group. The data collection techniques used were measurement and observation. While the instruments employed were observation sheet and essay. TheU-Mann Whitneytest revealed that the post test score of 0,0140< 0,05 Ho was rejected, while the Ha one was accepted. It means that there was correlation of students’ learning outcomes between the experiment and the control groups. In addition, the effect size result was 1,086 > 0,8 and considered high which indicated the positive effect of flash media-assisted practical method in enhancing students’ learning achievement.Keywords: flash, learning outcomes, hydrocarbon, practical method

The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of motivation on the result cognitive learning of the model TGT assisted YuGiOh Card. The population in this study were students of class VII semester 1 with the number of 16 students at MTs Baitul Amin Bali. The type of research design used was pre-experimental design with a one-shot case study. The study used 2 (two) variables examined in this study, namely motivation and result cognitive learning. The method used in data collection in this research is questionnaire (questionnaire), documentation and test. The collected data were analyzed using simple linear regression. Based on the motivation data obtained using themodel TGT assisted by the YuGiOh card in this study, it shows that students who are in the very good motivation category are 62.5% and good categories are 37.5%. Data on students' resultcognitive learning from post-test results can be categorized very well by 6%, both by 31%, enough by 44% and less by 19%. The influence of motivation on result cognitive learning using the model TGT assisted YuGiOh card is 27.2% while the remaining 72.8% is influenced by learning readiness, social support and learning facilities. The results showed that learning motivation had a positive effect on result cognitive learning in science learning using the model TGT assisted by YuGiOh card.

Research on the role of the APIP review of the Ministry/agency Work Plan and Budget document to determine the impact on the efficiency of ministry/agency spending (case study at the Ministry of Religion). The method used in this study uses simple linear regression with dummy. The use of linear regression is used to examine the relationship between independent variables (certain types of expenditure) and dependent variables (total expenditure). Whereas, dummy is used to find out before and after the APIP review is done. Throughout the author's search, this research has never been done. Based on the results of linear regression obtained, the APIP review significantly had a positive effect on official travel expenditure and honorarium but did not significantly affect building spending and equipment. Abstrak   Penelitian atas peran reviu APIP atas dokumen Rencana Kerja dan Anggaran Kementerian Negara/Lembaga untuk mengetahui dampaknya terhadap efisiensi belanja kementerian/lembaga (studi kasus pada Kementerian Agama). Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan regresi linier sederhana dengan dummy. Penggunaan regresi liner digunakan untuk meneliti hubungan antara variable independen (jenis belanja tertentu) dan variable dependen (total belanja). Sedangkan, dummy digunakan untuk mengetahui sebelum dan setelah reviu APIP dilakukan. Sepanjang penelusuran penulis, penelitian ini belum pernah dilakukan. Berdasarkan hasil regresi linier diperoleh, reviu APIP signifikan berpengaruh positif terhadap  belanja perjalanan dinas dan honorarium tetapi tidak signifikan berbengaruh terhadap belanja gedung dan alat.
