Faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi good governance di Kelurahan Depok Sleman Yogyakarta

One important principles of good governance in public services is public participation. since good governance is a conception of a clean, democratic, and effective governmental administration, it regulate a synergistic and constructive relationship between the government, private business world and society. This research combines both quantitative and qualitative methods as mixed methods. Based on simple linear regression analysis results, it is found that technological training, participation in law and government, financial governance and assets and development of managerial values have a significant positive effect on implementation of good governance. The advice in this research is the application of technology training should be done effectively, with technological training to the employees themselves, especially in the use of computerization and internet in order to achieve tujuan that want to be achieved by trade and industry service.Keywords:good governance, technology training, participation in law and government

ABSTRAK Dunia usaha tidak terlepas dari turbulensi dan resiko keuangan, dalam perkembangan UMKM resiko menjadi lebih tinggi karena aset yang kecil membuat dana usaha habis dalam pembayaran kewajiban kredit, terutama saat inflasi dan suku bunga tinggi. Kenaikan inflasi dan suku bunga akan membuat biaya keuangan dalam usaha semakin tinggi, sehingga dapat berpengaruh pada kelangsungan usaha. Selain itu, permodalan merupakan tantangan yang paling penting dalam usaha pengembangan UMKM. Faktor modal bagi UMKM menjadi penting, sebab UMKM seringkali mendapatkan peluang usaha yang cukup besar. Namun, kondisi permodalan yang minim membuat UMKM tidak dapat mengembangkan usahanya lebih jauh lagi. Peranan penting lainnya adalah UMKM mendorong munculnya wirausaha-wirausaha baru. Wirausaha memiliki dua fungsi dalam perekonomian suatu negara yaitu fungsi makro dan mikro serta menengah. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh Kebijakan Dampak Penyaluran Kredit Kepada UMKM berpengaruh terhadap pertumbuhan Kredit di Provinsi Sulawesi Utara.Penelitian menggunakan penelitian assosiatif dengan teknik analisis data menggukana analisis regresi linier sederhana. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Kebijakan penyaluran kredit tidak berpengaruh terhadap pertumbuhan kredit UMKM di Sulawesi Utara. Saran yang dapat diberikan adalah Bank Indonesia perlu menurunkan tingkat bunga kredit agar pertumbuhan kredit dapat mengalami peningkatan, Pihak bank sebaiknya memberikan kelonggaran untuk kredit UMK, Pemerintah sebaiknya membantu dalam hal memberikan modal bagi UMKM dan membuka akses UMKM untuk mendapatkan modal usaha Kata kunci : kebijakan kredit, pertumbuhan kredit ABSTRACT The business world is inseparable from turbulence and financial risk, in the development of MSMEs the risk is higher because small assets make business funds run out in payment of credit obligations, especially when inflation and high interest rates. The increase in inflation and interest rates will make the financial costs of the business higher, so that it can affect the sustainability of the business. In addition, capital is the most important challenge in developing MSMEs. The capital factor for MSMEs is important, because MSMEs often get considerable business opportunities. However, the lack of capital makes the MSMEs unable to expand their business further. Another important role is that MSMEs encourage the emergence of new entrepreneurs. Entrepreneurship has two functions in the economy of a country, namely macro and micro and medium functions. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the Impact Policy on Credit Distribution to MSMEs affecting the growth of Credit in North Sulawesi Province.The study used associative research with data analysis techniques using simple linear regression analysis. The results showed that the credit distribution policy did not affect the growth of MSME loans in North Sulawesi. The advice that can be given is that Bank Indonesia needs to reduce the loan interest rate so that credit growth can increase. Banks should provide concessions for MSE loans. The government should help in providing capital for MSMEs and open access for MSMEs to obtain business capital. Keywords: credit policy, credit growth

Every time there is a celebration of Eid al-Fitr in our society, at that time the demand for goods and services increases. This phenomenon, if it is not balanced with adequate supply, will cause a significant increase in the prices of goods and services. The increase can occur before or after. The phenomenon of rising prices of goods and services in general is called inflation. Inflation is a very important economic indicator. Low and stable inflation will be a stimulator of economic growth. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of Eid al-Fitr on inflation in the City of Tasikmalaya so that it is expected to help the government in determining policies related to price control. This study uses a simple linear regression analysis method with the variable to be studied is Eid al-Fitr. The data used is secondary data from the Central Statistics Agency (BPS) in 2010-2017. The results of this study indicate that Eid al-Fitr has a positive effect on inflation in the City of Tasikmalaya, the magnitude of the effect is 8.7 percent.

Research related to the effect of product turnover on the performance of companies in the industrial sector is still needed to do research and study in depth. This is needed because the developed sector, especially related to product rotation, has an important role in advancing the sustainability of the company. The research methodology in this research is descriptive quantitative using simple linear regression analysis and using SPSS v 23 and Amos v 23 software as a calculation tool through a measurement model using simple Linear Regression at 87 MSMEs in Sukabumi City. The results of this study indicate a positive effect of product turnover on the performance of Small and Medium Enterprises.

Pajak adalah kewajiban yang harus dibayar oleh masyarakat pada pemerintah untuk kegiatan pembangunan di segala bidang, Pajak dapat dikatakan keharusan atau kewajiban yang dibayar oleh masyarakat pribadi maupund badan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisa pengaruh pengenaan pajak pertambahan nilai, pajak penjualan atas barang mewah dan Pajak kendaraan bermotor tarif progresif terhadap daya beli konsumen. Populasi penelitian ini adalah konsumen kendaraan bermotor roda empat yang ditemui di kantor Badan Pendapatan Daerah Sulawesi Selatan,Pengumpulan data menggunakan data primer yang diperoleh dari kuesioner dengan menggunakan sample Slovin,Teknik analisis data yakni analisis regresi linier berganda.Hasil peneltian yaitu pengenaan PPN tidak berpengaruh terhadap daya beli konsumen, PPnBM mempunyai pengaruh positif signifikan, serta PKB tarif progresif berpengaruh positif pada daya beli konsumen kendaraan bermotor roda empat. Taxes are obligations that must be paid by the public to the government for development activities in all fields. Taxes can be said to be imperatives or obligations paid by private and maupund bodies of society. This study aims to analyze the effect of the imposition of value added tax, sales tax on luxury goods and progressive motor vehicle tax on consumer purchasing power. The population of this study is four-wheeled motor vehicle consumers found in the office of the South Sulawesi Regional Revenue Agency. Collecting data using primary data obtained from a questionnaire using the Slovin sample, the data analysis technique is multiple linear regression analysis. consumer purchasing power, PPnBM has a significant positive effect, and PKB progressive tariffs have a positive effect on the purchasing power of consumers of four-wheeled vehicles.

This research will further explore the practice of Good Financial Goverance (GFD), with case studies on the partnership process that took place between the city government of Makassar with PT.GMTD in managing the finances for the participation of local government capital. The research will focus on actor relationships taking place between actors involved in capital partnerships as a recipe offered by Good Financial Governance. The research used qualitative method with researcher location in Makassar South Sulawesi, Indonesia.The main argument of this study is to question the claims of Good Financial Governance, which relies on economic development issues and good financial governance by opening investment shells and the involvement of actors outside the government. For this study, the claim is completely wrong. The results of this study found that good financial governance actually gave birth to a new problem that is Exclusivity Actors. Exclusivity of actors as a consequence of the unequal amount of capital on actors involved in Good Financial Governance. Abstract This study aims to analyze the effect of environmental ethics knowledge on household waste management behaviour in Jatibening Village, Pondok Gede District, Bekasi City. The research data collection was conducted from October to November 2020. The data was collected using a questionnaire from 127 homemakers. Respondents were selected using a simple random sampling method. The data that has been collected is processed and analyzed using descriptive statistics and inferential statistics, namely simple linear regression. The simple linear regression analysis results indicate that Environmental Ethics Knowledge has a significant positive effect on Household Waste Management Behavior ((3 = 0.215, p <0.05). These results indicate that increasing knowledge about environmental ethics can improve the behaviour of homemakers in managing household waste. Thus, it is hoped that homemakers can increase their knowledge of environmental ethics to improve their behaviour in managing household waste.

eng:Independence is one of the important modalities for survival as adults. Schools are expected to teach and train children's independence through activities that can foster children's self-reliance. One of them is through extracurricular scouts. The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of activeness following extracurricular scout against the independence of students in grade V State Elementary School Cibuk Lor Seyegan Sleman Year Teaching 2017/2018 as many as 19 students.This research is an ex post facto research and according to its method is kind of quantitative research. The population in this study were 19 students. Data collection techniques using questionnaires. Instrument validity test using product moment correlation technique with SPSS version 16.00 and reliability test using alpha cronbach technique from SPSS program version 16.00. Data analysis techniques in this study using simple linear regression analysis techniques.The results showed that there is a positive and significant influence on the activity of extracurricular scouts on the independence of students of grade V SD Negeri Cibuk Lor Seyegan Sleman with a positive coefficient value of independence. This can be shown on the value of determinant coefficient (R2) of 0.409, tcount of 3.429 and significance value of 0.003. Because the significance value shows the number <0,05 then it can be concluded that the activity follows extracurricular scout have positive effect on independence.-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------Ind:Kemandirian merupakan salah satu modal penting untuk bertahan hidup ketika dewasa. Sekolah diharapkan mampu mengajarkan dan melatih kemandirian anak melalui kegiatan-kegiatan yang dapat menumbuhkembangkan sikap mandiri anak. Salah satunya yaitu melalui ekstrakurikuler pramuka. Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui pengaruh keaktifan mengikuti ekstrakurikuler pramuka terhadap kemandirian siswa kelas V SD Negeri Cibuk Lor Seyegan Sleman Tahun Ajaran 2017/2018 sebanyak 19 siswa.Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian ex post facto dan menurut metodenya merupakan jenis penelitian kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 19 siswa. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner. Uji validitas instrument menggunakan teknik korelasi product moment dengan bantuan SPSS versi 16.00 dan uji reliabilitas menggunakan teknik alpha cronbach dari program SPSS versi 16.00. Teknik analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik analisis regresi linier sederhana.

Community participation in mountainous areas towards the realization of Good Governance in Maiwa District, Enrekang Regency ". The study aims to 1) To determine the participation of the community in the mountainous area of Maiwa Subdistrict 2) To find out the realization of good governance in Maiwa Subdistrict 3) To determine the effect of community participation in the mountainous region on the realization of good governance in Maiwa District, Enrekang Regency. The method used is descriptive quantitative research with frequency table analysis techniques to determine the condition of independent and dependent variables, namely the participation of people in mountainous regions as the variable "X" and the realization of good governance as a variable "Y", while to find out the formulation of associative problems using Simple Linear Regression Analysis . The results showed that the participation of the community in the mountainous area of Maiwa Subdistrict was 69.2 in the "Good" category. The realization of 77.02 percent good governance in the category of "Good" while the influence of participation in the mountainous community towards the realization of good governance using simple linear regression analysis then processed using spss version 20.00 obtained R2 or R square values from the summary table of 0.239 or 23.9 percent Community participation in mountainous regions has an influence on the realization of good governance in Maiwa Subdistrict, Enrekang Regency. While 76.1 percent is caused by other factors not examined.

Control Of Corruption

Corruption is a complex social, political and economic problem and occurs in every country with different levels. Corruption will complicate democracy and governance of a country. To overcome the problem of corruption, the government must implement good governance. This study aims to provide empirical evidence regarding the effect of elements of good governance on the level of corruption in Southeast Asia. Good governance variables are presented by six variables: voice and accountability, political stability and absence of violence / terrorism, government effectiveness, regulatory quality, rule of law and control of corruption. Meanwhile, the level of corruption is measured using the Corruption Perceptions Index (CPI). The research sample was selected using the purposive sampling method and produced a sample of 8 countries and the observation period was carried out in 2009-2018 or as many as 10 years, so the number of samples in this study were 80 samples. Corruption level data used in this study uses the Corruption Perceptions Index (Transparency International), while the good governance data used in this study uses the Worldwide Governance Indicators (World Bank). The research methodology used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis with the IBM SPSS Statistics 24 program. The results showed that the variable voice and accountability, political stability and absence of violence / terrorism, and rule of law had no effect on the level of corruption, whereas the government variable effectiveness, regulatory quality, and control of corruption affect the level of corruption.

This study aimed to analyze the influence of murabahah financing and mudharabah in BMT Mu’amalah Syari’ah Tebuireng Jombang on customer’s micro business development. This study used quantitative methods. The datas were analyed using simple linear regression analysis to know the influence between the independent variables and dependent variabels. The research population were 30 murabahah financing’s customers and 19 customers of mudharabah financing. Thus, the entire population of murabahah and mudharabah financing customers were used as the research sample. Data collection techniques used questionnaires and documentation to obtain data on the number of customers and about the development of small business. The results showed that murabahahfinancing and mudharabah had a significant positive effect on the development of small business customers BMT Mu’amalah Syari’ah Tebuireng Jombang.
