Online shopping is the most popular transaction, where the estimated transaction online is approximately USD 1.9 Trillion with an average growth from 8 -12% every year. Online shopping leads to huge consumption of paper boxes. Since, when the buyers receive the goods, they normally destroyed the paper boxes, throwing them away into a dust bin, and some were kept for nothing. Those papers wasted cause environmental impacts, huge organizational costs, and unnecessary spaces are wasted. The study investigates on activities of returning the used paper boxes through online shopping among university students in China by underpinning the Theory of Reasoned Action (TRA). The survey was conducted among 24 public universities in Guangxi, China, with 401 questionnaires accepted for analysis. The study employed regression analysis to test the hypotheses. Both independent variables have a significant relationship to return the paper wasted boxes from online shopping. This paper has its methodology contribution since a rare study focuses on all the bachelor degree students in public universities in Guangxi, China.

ABSTRACTSize is a contingency variable that can influence firms’ performance. This study aims to contrast whether exists or not a significant relationship between organizational size and performance in agrifood firms, particularly in the case of Fruit and Vegetables Cooperatives in Spain. Therefore, an applied empirical study using regression analysis is carried out from economic and financial information of such companies obtained from official registers. The study shows that there is not a significant positive relationship between performance and size for such type of firms.

This paper employs a measurement of the service quality of educational Websites as perceived by students, following a conceptual model developed by Santos (2003).  Perceived service quality of educational Websites is conceptualized as dependent on the following variables—ease of use, content, reliability, privacy, and interaction. An empirical test with university students validates the overall model.  As for the individual independent variables, all of them except privacy are found to have a significant effect on perceived service quality.

Objective:To examine the association between environmental, social, and personal factors and cycling for transportation among university students. Methods:Five hundred and thirty-eight university students participated in the questionnaire study. Multi-nominal regression analysis was applied to identify associations between independent variables and cycling behavior.Results:Forty-one percent of the students were regular cyclists and 15% irregular cyclists. Regular cycling was negatively associated with the perception of traffic safety and positively associated with high safety from bicycle theft, many friends cycling to the university, high emotional satisfaction, little physiological effort, and high mobility. Irregular cycling was positively related with environmental attractiveness and little physiological effort. Conclusions:Improving bicycle parking security and promoting peer support for and positive psychological experiences and convenient mobility of cycling may increase this transport mode among university students.

Underpinned by Fishbein and Ajzen's (1975) theory of reasoned action, this study examined some factors that influence the formation of the attitudinal constructs of affective union commitment, calculative union commitment and union satisfaction among a sample of unionised e1nployees (N=426) in Singapore. Data was obtained with the aid of structured questionnaires. IISREL 7 confirmatory factor analysis provided weak support for the distinctiveness of the three attitudinal constructs. Results of regression analysis revealed that the model explained different amounts of the variance in the attitudinal constructs. Furthermore, although union instrun1entality and union communication there related to all three attitudinal constructs, in general the independent variables where differentially related to the three constructs. For example, union socialisation was related to affective union commitment while procedural justice was related to affective union commitment and union satisfaction, and distributive justice sas related to union satisfaction and calculative union commitment. Limitations of the study, directions for future research and implications of the findings are discussed

This study aimed to examine the effects of nomophobic behaviors of university students on their intellectual thinking tendency in their daily lives. This study used a descriptive and cross-sectional study design. The study was conducted between May and June 2020 with the online participation of 448 university students in Turkey. The study sample consisted of 448 students who met the inclusion criteria. A statistically significant relationship was found between the sub-dimensions of the Nomophobia Scale and intellectual thinking disposition (p < .05). The stepwise regression analysis conducted to examine the effects of independent variables on the sub-dimensions of the scales showed statistically significant correlations. Nomophobia prevents students from communicating effectively with their friends and intimate surroundings, leads to misunderstandings, prevents intellectual development and negatively affects their overall lives. The Intellectual thinking tendency in university students is affected by nomophobia. There is a significant relationship between nomophobia, which is felt when there is no mobile phone, and the tendency to think intellectually. It has long been known that nomophobia is an extremely harmful condition. With this study, it has been proven that it causes high intellectual harm to young people.

The aim of this research is to review the relationship between university students’ resilience and levels of social exclusion and forgiveness. Study group of the research includes 355–206 (58%) female and 149 (42%) male–students who marked at least one item in Risk Factors Determination List. This study is a correlational survey model. The Resilience Scale, The Risk Factors Determination List, The Social Exclusion Scale for Adolescents and Forgiveness Scale are used as data collection tools. Pearson Product-Moment Correlation coefficient and Multiple Linear Regression Analysis are used in data analysis. In the wake of correlation analysis, a significant relationship cannot be found between resilience and forgiveness level. A negative and significant relationship is found between resilience and exclusion and negligence sub-dimensions of social exclusion. In the wake of regression analysis, sub-dimensions of social exclusion predict resilience. In order to increase the resilience of university students, rejection by their friends should be minimized, and in order to prevent individuals from being exposed to social exclusion, communication skills can be improved. Social support, which is among the protective factors of resilience, has an important place in life of university students. Therefore, social activities that every student can participate in can be hold.
