ABSTRACT: RELATIONSHIP OF ORGANIZATIONAL COMMUNICATION, LEADERSHIP STYLE, MOTIVATION AND ATTITUDE WITH NURSE PERFORMANCE IN RSUD Dr.A.DADI TJOKRODIPO BANDAR LAMPUNG  Introduction: Performance is termed as job performance, in a broader sense, namely the results of work in quality, quantity, and timeliness achieved by an employee in carrying out their duties according to the responsibilities given. Almost all employee performance measurements consider the quantity, quality, and timeliness of work. Factors that affect performance include leadership, motivation, discipline and skills, and situational or work environment. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between organizational communication, leadership style, motivation, and attitude with the performance of nurses at RSUD Dr.A. Dadi Tjokrodipo Bandar Lampung in 2020.Research Methods: The type of research used in this study is quantitative and the design in this study uses descriptive-analytic by using a cross-sectional approach, namely the researcher visits the respondents directly to collect data at that time. The population in this study were all nurses at RSUD Dr.A. Dadi Tjokrodipo Bandar Lampung in 2020, totaling 98 respondents, the sample obtained was 78 people. In this study, the sampling technique used is the total population. Results: Based on the results of the Chi-Square test, there is a relationship between organizational communication (0.006), leadership (0.001), motivation (0.000), and attitude (0.002) with the performance of nurses at RSUD Dr.A. Dadi Tjokrodipo Bandar Lampung in 2020. Conclusion: It is hoped that the results of this study will become input so that RSUD Dr.A. Dadi Tjokrodipo Bandar Lampung can provide training facilities and motivational seminars to improve the performance of nurses, as well as provide rewards to nurses who excel. Hampir semua pengukuran kinerja pegawai mempertimbangkan kuantitas, kualitas dan ketepatan waktu dalam bekerja. Faktor yang mempengaruhi kinerja diantaranya kepemimpinan, motivasi, disiplin dan keterampilan, dan situasional atau lingkungan kerja. Tujuan dalam penelitian ini adalah diketahui hubungan komunikasi organisasi, gaya kepemimpinan, motivasi dan sikap dengan kinerja perawat di RSUD Dr.A.Dadi Tjokrodipo Bandar Lampung Tahun 2020Metode Penelitian : Jenis penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif dan desain dalam penelitian ini menggunakan diskriptif analitik dengan menggunakan pendekatan cross sectional yaitu peneliti mendatangi responden secara langsung untuk pengambilan data pada saat itu juga. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh perawat Di RSUD Dr.A.Dadi Tjokrodipo Bandar Lampung Tahun 2020 yang berjumlah 98 responden, sampel yang didapatkan berjumlah 78 orang. Dalam penelitian ini teknik sampling yang digunakan adalah total populasiHasil : Berdasarkan hasil uji Chi-Square, ada hubungan komunikasi organisasi (0,006), kepemimpinan (0,001), motivasi (0,000) dan sikap (0,002) dengan kinerja perawat di RSUD Dr.A.Dadi Tjokrodipo Bandar Lampung Tahun 2020.Kesimpulan : Diharapkan hasil penelitian ini menjadi masukan agar pihak RSUD Dr.A.Dadi Tjokrodipo Bandar Lampung dapat menyediakan fasilitas pelatihan serta seminar motivasi untuk meningkatkan kinerja perawat, serta memberikan reward/penghargaan kepada perawat yang berprestasi Kata Kunci   : Komunikasi Organisasi, kepemimpinan, motivasi, sikap dan kinerja perawat

Berdasarkan data hasil pencapaian Badan Pengelolaan Lingkungan Hidup (BPLH) Kabupaten Majalengka pada bulan Desember tahun 2013, pencapaian di beberapa program masih di bawah target, program pelayanan administrasi perkantoran baru tercapai 89,35% dari target 100%, program pengendalian pencemaran dan kerusakan lingkungan baru tercapai 91,37%  dari target 100%, serta dan program pengembangan kinerja pengolahan persampahan baru tercapai 82,28%  dari target 100%, hal ini merupakan salah satu indikasi belum optimalnya kinerja pegawai. Kinerja pegawai berhubungan dengan berbagai hal, diantaranya faktor kepemimpinan, motivasi dan lingkungan kerja. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui hubungan kepemimpinan, motivasi dan lingkungan kerja dengan kinerja pegawai BPLH Kabupaten Majalengka Tahun 2014.Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian analisis deskriptif analitik. Rancangan dalam penelitian ini adalah Cross sectional . Populasi penelitian ini adalah seluruh Pegawai Negeri Sipil BPLH Kabupaten Majalengka dengan sampel sebanyak 93 orang. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan tehnik angket menggunakan alat kuesioner, data yang terkumpul diolah dengan menggunakan program  SPSS, data dianalisis dengan analisis univariat dan analisis bivariat yaitu untuk melihat hubungan antara dua variabel yaitu variabel dependen dan variabel independen. Analisis univariat didapatkan hasil bahwa kepemimpinan dinyatakan baik (51,6%), motivasi dinyatakan baik (57,0), dan lingkungan kerja dinyatakan baik (55,9%). Analisis bivariat dilakukan dengan uji statistik Chi-square dengan batas kemaknaan (α) = 0,05. Hasil uji statistik didapatkan bahwa variabel motivasi (p = 0,007) dan lingkungan kerja (p = 0,005) mempunyai hubungan yang signifikan dengan kinerja pegawai sedangkan variabel kepemimpinan (p = 0,116) tidak memiliki hubungan yang signifikan dengan kinerja.Kata kunci           : Kepemimpinan, Motivasi, Lingkungan Kerja dan Kinerja ABSTRACTBased on the achievement data from Badan Pengelolaan Lingkungan Hidup ( BPLH ) Kabupaten Majalengka in December of 2013 , the achievement in some programs still below the target, program office administrative services only reached 89.35 % of the target of 100 % , pollution control and environmental damage programs reached 91.37 % of the target of 100 % , as well as program development and performance of waste processing reached 82.28 % of the target of 100 % , this is one indication of the employee's performance is not optimal. Employee performance related to a variety of things, including the factors of leadership , motivation and work environment. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship of leadership, motivation and work environment with Employee performance in BPLH Kabupaten Majalengka Tahun 2014. This type of research is descriptive quantitative research analysis.The design  of  this  study  was  cross-sectional .  The  study  population  was  all Civil Servants in BPLH Kabupaten Majalengka with a sample of 93 people . The data was collected using a questionnaire technique, the collected data were processed using SPSS version 17 and analyzed with univariate and bivariate analysis to look at the relationship between two variables: the dependent variable and the independent variables . Univariate analysis showed that leadership is expressed well (51.6 %), the motivation expressed either (57.0 %) , and otherwise good working environment (55.9 %). Bivariate analysis performed by Chi-square statistical test with a significance limit ( α ) = 0.05. Statistical test results showed that motivational variables (p = 0.007) and work environment (p = 0.005) had a significant relationship with employee performance while the leadership variable (p = 0.116) had no significant relationship with employee performance. <p><em>Burnout is a prolonged response related to stressors that continue to occur in the workplace where the result is a combination of workers and jobs. Nurse fatigue occurs when nurses work more than 80% of their work time. The purpose of this study was to determine the factors that influence burnout in nurses in the inpatient room of Pekanbaru Medical Center hospital in 2019.This research method was descriptive correlation with cross sectional approach done to 35 respondents. Sampling technique using total sampling method. The analysis used is univariate analysis and bivariate analysis using Chi-square test. The results showed that there was a significant relationship between workload and burnout (p = 0.024) and there was a significant relationship between leadership style and burnout (p = 0.027). Based on the results of these studies, the researchers recommend that the management of Pekanbaru Medical Center Hospital pay more attention to the level of burnout nurses because the performance of nurses plays an important role in patient care. </em></p>

The purpose of this paper is to examine the influence of transactional leadership style and motivation on employee performance. The methodology used is survey based. Primary data were collected from 40 employees of Merlynn Park Hotel in Jakarta. Data analysis using simple and multiple linear regression to test the hypothesis. The research resulted in mixed findings that only partially effect of motivation on performance. No significant relationship was found between transactional leadership and performance. Simultaneously, transactional leadership style and motivation no significant effect on performance. Keywords: transactional leadership, motivation

Abstract: Job satisfaction is a pleasant or unpleasant emotional state where employees viewwork. Leadership style is a behavior pattern designed to integrate organizational goals withindividual goals, to achieve a goal. Objective: To analyze the relationship between theleadership style of the room's head and the satisfaction of nurses at Bhayangkara Hospital.Samples: taken with a total sampling technique, which amounted to 49 people. Researchdesign: analytic descriptive with cross sectional approach and sampling technique of 49people Univariate analysis aims to explain and describe each researcher variable. In general,this analysis only describes the distribution and percentage of each variable that will beanalyzed by univariate analysis. Bivariate analysis is an analysis carried out on two variablesthat are allegedly related or correlated, namely data analysis to see the independent variable(Head of the room leader style) and the dependent variable (Nurse satisfaction). The test usedis the Chi-square test (x ^ 2). Results: The Chisquare test obtained a value of p = <0.05 =0.008. Conclusion: there is a significant relationship between the leadership style of the headof the room and the job satisfaction of nurses in Bhayangkara Manado Hospital.Keywords: Leader Room Style, Nurse Satisfaction.Abstrak: Kepuasan kerja merupakan keadaan emosional yang menyenangkan atau tidakmenyenangkan dimana para karyawan memandang pekerjaan. Gaya kepemimpinanmerupakan pola tingkah laku yang dirancang untuk mengintegrasikan tujuan organisasidengan tujuan individu, untuk mencapai suatu tujuan. Tujuan: Menganalisis hubungan gayapemimpinan kepala ruangan dengan kepuasan perawat di Rumah Sakit Bhayangkara. Sampel:diambil dengan teknik pengambilan total sampel, yaitu berjumlah 49 orang. Desainpenelitian: deskriptif analitik dengan pendekatan cross sectional dan teknik pengambilansampel 49 orang. Analisa Univariat bertujuan untuk menjelaskan dan mendeskripsikan setiapvariabel peneliti. Pada umumnya dalam analisis ini hanya menjelaskan distribusi danpresentase dari setiap variabel. Variabel yang akan di analisa dengan anlisa univariat tingkatkepuasaan kerja perawat. Analisi Bivariat merupakan analisa yang dilakukan terhadap duavariabel yang diduga berhubungan atau berkolerasi yaitu analisa data untuk melihat variabelindependen (Gaya pemimpin Kepala ruangan) dan variabel dependen (Kepuasan perawat). Ujiyang digunakan adalah uji Chi-square (􀝔􀬶). Hasil penelitian: Uji Chisquare didapatkan nilaip= <0.05 =0.008. Kesimpulan: terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara gaya kepemimpinankepala ruang dengan kepuasan kerja perawat di di Rumah Sakit Bhayangkara Manado.Kata Kunci: Gaya Pemimpin Kepala Ruangan, Kepuasan Perawat.

This study aims to examine the effect of the organizational culture and the leadership upon job satisfaction and job performance of the employees. The samples of this study are 125 employees of PT Promed Farma at the manufacturing division applying the proportional random sampling technique. And the hypothesis test has applied the Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) method. The Result of the Analysis has indicated that the organizational culture and the leadership have positively affecting job satisfaction. Organizational culture and job satisfaction have significantly and positively affected job performance of the employees, nevertheless, directly leadership has not significantly affected job performance of the employees. This research has proven that the organizational culture and the leadership have indirectly provided bigger effect upon job performance of the employees when it has been built up thru the highest level of job satisfaction. The variables of the organizational culture, leadership and job satisfaction have determined job performance of the employees which is 75% and the rest of 25% has been determined by other variables that have not been studied yet.Keywords: Organizational Culture, leadership style, job satisfaction and employee performance.

This study aimed to determine factors related with nurses’ compliance in the implementation of indicators of patient safety goals (IPSG 1, IPSG 2, IPSG 5, and IPSG 6). This study was a descriptive correlative with a cross-sectional approach. Samples were recruited using a purposive sampling technique (n = 102). Data were analyzed using chi-square and Mann–Whitney tests. The results of this study indicate that the leadership style of the head nurse, rewards, attitudes, and motivation had a significant relationship with the level of adherence in the implementation of IPSG 1 and IPSG 2. The level of nurses’ compliance in the implementation of IPSG 5 was only influenced by the leadership style of the room head and the nurses’ positive attitude. None of the factors had significant relationships with the level of nurses’ compliance in the implementation of IPSG 6. The consultative leadership style of the room head can change the level of nurses’ compliance in the implementation of IPSG 1 by 5.6 times, with 5.06 times toward IPSG 2 and 4.71 times toward IPSG 5. This research recommends the need for consultative leadership style from the room head to carry out the roles and functions as a supervisor to improve associate nurses’ compliance in the implementation of IPSG 1, IPSG 2, IPSG 5, and IPSG 6. Abstrak Faktor-Faktor yang Berhubungan dengan Tingkat Kepatuhan Perawat dalam Implementasi Indikator Sasaran Keselamatan Pasien di Rumah Sakit X Cilacap, Indonesia. Keselamatan pasien adalah salah satu dari lima isu penting keselamatan di rumah sakit. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menentukan faktor-faktor yang terkait dengan kepatuhan perawat dalam penerapan indikator sasaran keselamatan pasien (IPSG 1, IPSG 2, IPSG 5, dan IPSG 6). <p>This study aims to determine the effects of leadership style and motivation on Employee Performance PT. Panin Bank Cabang Atmo Palembang, either simultaneously or partialy. The hypothesis purpose It is suspected that there is an influence between the Democratic leadership style on the Employee Performance of PT. Panin Bank Atmo Branch Palembang. Allegedly there is an influence between Motivation on Employee Performance of PT. Panin Bank Atmo Branch Palembang. It is suspected that there is an influence between the Style of Democratic Leadership and Motivation simultaneously on the Employee Performance of PT. Panin Bank Atmo Branch Palembang. The study population was all employees of PT. Panin Bank Cabang Atmo Palembang which totaled 30 people, the study sample using sampling satured with details of the sample to be tested instrumen and sample data analysis by 37 respondens. From the discussion that has been described, then conclusions can be drawn as follows; The results of testing the research hypothesis there is an effect of Motivation on the Performance of employees of PT.Panin Bank Branch Atmo Palembang, the results of testing the hypothesis that there is no influence of the Democratic leadership style on the performance of employees of PT. This study aims to determine the effect of leadership style and motivation on the performance of the employees of the Ministry of Religion of South Sulawesi Province. This research uses a quantitative approach, primary and secondary data sources. Collecting data through field research by means of questionnaires and documentation. As for the population in this study were all employees totaling 232 civil servants. To determine the minimum required sample, the Slovin formula is used. By calculating the sample size, 69 samples were obtained. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression. The results showed that there was a partially positive and significant influence between leadership style and motivation on employee performance. The most dominant factor of leadership style influences employee performance. Leadership and work motivation are in the good category, and this condition should be maintained and improved. This study aims to determine the effect of leadership style, work environment and performance benefits on employee performance at the Service Office for Placement and Protection of Indonesian Migrant Workers (BP3TKI) Medan. The effect of these variables on employee performance was studied using statistical analysis. The sampling technique used in this study is saturated sampling. Scaled surveys has been done by 116 employees of Service Office for Placement and Protection of Indonesian Migrant Workers (BP3TKI) Medan. The statistical tool used is the Structural Equation Modelling (SEM), and analysed using LISREL 8.80 statistic software. The model developed fulfil Goodness of Fit (GoF) requirements from LISREL 8.80 to which shows that it is good enough. The most significant sub-variables are no strong grip and low confidence from leader, legislations related to employee’s performance benefits, and good air circulations in the workspace, which strongly affect work quality, time efficiency, and cooperation from employees in Medan BP3TKI office. For further research, other researchers, institutions, or parties, could use this research conclusion and suggestions as foundation or additional information for similar problems, that is to improve employee performance in an office.
