Discharge planning<em> </em>is part of the nursing process and the main function of the treatment. Discharge planning is an important stage that should be done. Small details of discharge planning are often overlooked and it often does when patient leaves hospital. This research aimed to overview Discharge Planning Implementation in Ambun Suri Inpatient Room of Dr. Achmad Mochtar Bukittinggi in 2019. The type of this study was quantitative descriptive. The populations were 182 patients. Then, by using accidental sampling<em> </em>technique, 65 patients were chosen as the samples. The data were collected through questionnaires and it was analyzed by univariate analysis. The results of this research showed that 33 people (50,8%) the discharge planning implementation was not optimal and 32 people (49,2%) respondents said that the implementation of discharge planning was optimal. In short, the implementation of discharge planning Inpatient Room is not optimal because nurses only performed important actions without paying attention to the details of the discharge planning measures.

<span>DM sufferers continue to increase every year. Diabetic ulcers are a common complication that often occurs in DM patients. complications prevention behavior that must be performed by DM patients in order to prevent complications. This study aims to determine the factors related to the behavior of prevention of diabetic ulcers in patients with diabetes mellitus at Achmad Mochtar Bukittinggi Hospital in 2019<br />This type of research is analytic descriptive with cross sectional study approach. The population in this study was 334 people. Sampling using accidental sampling technique with a sample size of 35 people. Data collection in this study used a questionnaire sheet. Data analysis included univariate and bivariate analyzes using the chi-square test.<br />The results showed that 62.9% of respondents had low knowledge, 88.6% had no ulcers, 51.4% were low socioeconomic. The results of bivariate analysis showed that there was a relationship between knowledge (p = 0.038, OR = 6) and socioeconomic status (p = 0.028, OR = 6.417) with the prevention behavior of diabetic ulcer complications, whereas the ulcer experience variable was not related to the prevention behavior of diabetic ulcer complications (p = 0.619).<br />It was concluded that knowledge and socioeconomic status were significantly related to the prevention of diabetic ulcers in DM patients. It is expected that all parties, especially health workers, will maximize education and counseling for DM patients, especially in the low knowledge group and with low socioeconomic status.</span>

Even in the high technological situation, those are unavoidable and become parts of nurses` everyday work, especially in some units such as emergency department (ED), intensive care unit (ICU), high care unit (HCU), etc. Facing dying and death of patients were reported to cause nurses` grief (Shorter &amp; Stayt, 2009). In some cases, the grief may stay longer than it should be.</p><p> </p>

<p><em>Burnout is a prolonged response related to stressors that continue to occur in the workplace where the result is a combination of workers and jobs. Nurse fatigue occurs when nurses work more than 80% of their work time. The purpose of this study was to determine the factors that influence burnout in nurses in the inpatient room of Pekanbaru Medical Center hospital in 2019.This research method was descriptive correlation with cross sectional approach done to 35 respondents. Sampling technique using total sampling method. The analysis used is univariate analysis and bivariate analysis using Chi-square test. The results showed that there was a significant relationship between workload and burnout (p = 0.024) and there was a significant relationship between leadership style and burnout (p = 0.027). Based on the results of these studies, the researchers recommend that the management of Pekanbaru Medical Center Hospital pay more attention to the level of burnout nurses because the performance of nurses plays an important role in patient care. </em></p>

<p><em>According World Health Organization (WHO) data, maternal mortality is high. Every day, around 800 women die because of pregnancy complications childbirth in the world. Based on data Health Service in 2018 in Guguk Panjang Community Health Center, there were 647 pregnant women in Guguk Panjang Community Health Center, Bukittinggi. Therefore, this study aimed to determine The Analysis of Stressor Primipara Pregnant Women toward the Delivery Process in Guguk Panjang Community Health Center Bukittinggi.The type of this research was qualitative with descriptive phenomenology approach. It was conducted on April-May 2019. By using purposive sampling technique, 7 respondents had been chosen as the samples. The data were collected through in-depth interviews.The results of this research showed that there were three schemes gotten. First, the causes stress because internal and external factors. Then, the influences of stress because the roles of psychological and social factors. Last, there were three ways to reduce stress due to support from social factors and activities from relaxation and spiritual. In short, it can be concluded that the causes of stress, the effect of stress and how to reduce stress of primipara to prevent the inhibition of labor. Therefore, it is expected that midwives improve health promotion activities to prevent stressors in labor.</em></p><p><em> </em></p><p><strong><em>Keywords               : </em></strong><em>Stressor, Primipara, Labor Experience</em></p>

<p><em>The percentage of elderly people in Indonesia increases every year to reach 9.27 percent or around 24.49 million people in 2018. The health problem that often occurs in the elderly is chronic pain due to several diseases. Pain is a general picture that persists and is closely related to substantial morbidity in the elderly. This study aims to get an overview of elderly knowledge regarding pain management. Using a quantitative research design and analytical description approach, this study was conducted on 46 elderly people in the working area of the Guguak Panjang Health Center, Bukittinggi City. The elderly were given a questionnaire based on the Nursing Outcome Classification regarding Knowledge: Pain management. Data analysis used descriptive analysis to see the description of each statement point in the questionnaire. The results of this study indicate that there are still 43.5% of the elderly lacking in poor knowledge in pain management. Less knowledge influences how to deal with pain in the elderly. It is expected that the elderly will be given education about pain management so that they can improve their health status.</em></p><p><em>Keywords         : Pain, Elderly, Knowledge</em></p>

<p><em>Social dysfunction is a manifestation of symptoms of schizophrenia which is characterized by decreased social functioning. One of the modality therapies that can be done to improve the socialization ability is social skills interventions in the form of repeatedly and gradually socialization exercises in patients. </em><em>Th</em><em>i</em><em>s article aimed to explore the using virtual reality for improving social skills of  patients with  schizophrenia.<strong> </strong>Literature review used in this study reviewed journals collected  from  </em><em>Clinical Key</em><em>, EBSCO, ProQuest and  Scopus since 2007-2019.</em> <em>L</em><em>iter</em><em>a</em><em>t</em><em>u</em><em>r</em><em>e study in this scientific paper shows the result that using virtual reality in schizophrenia  patient need to  be  applied  to  improve his/her social skills, though the method that already done in conventional way.<strong> </strong>Virtual reality   is   one   of   methodes   that can be used  to improve social skills of schizophrenia patients.</em></p><p><em> </em></p><p><em>Keyword:</em><em> Social Skills</em><em>, </em><em>Virtual Reality</em><em>, Schizoprenia</em></p><p><em> </em></p>

<p>Musculoskeletal system disorders of weakness in the muscles of the elderly are common. Actions that can be taken to reduce complaints of the elderly are with range of motion (ROM) exercises. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of active range of motion (ROM) exercises on increasing the strength of lower limb muscles in the elderly. Pre-experimental research design with one group pre-test and post-test. By means of purposive sampling with 6 respondents. Giving intervention as much as 6 times exercise for 3 weeks with a frequency of 2 times a day . It takes 10 minutes with 3 repetitions of movements. Analysis was performed by paired dependent T-test samples. The results showed that the average lower limb muscle strength in the elderly before active ROM exercises were the hip region = 3.03317, the knee region = 3.44433, the ankle region = 3.24300, the toe region = 3.31950. While the average lower limb muscle strength after active ROM exercises are the hip region = 3.22117, knee region = 3.76367, ankle region = 3.51383, toe area = 3.86800, with hip value p = 0.028, knee p = 0.002, ankle p = 0.002, toe p = 0,000. Based on the results of the study it can be concluded that there is an effect of active range of motion (ROM) exercises on increasing muscle strength in the elderly. This research is expected to be a consideration for the elderly orphanages in order to make the range of motion (ROM) as an exercise program to increase muscle strength in the elderly.</p>

<p><em>Low Back Pain (LBP) is one of the health problems that are often found in the community. Every year 15-45% of adults suffer from low back pain, and one in 20 sufferers must be hospitalized due to acute attacks. Risk factors that influence the occurrence of low back pain include work period, work attitude and gender. This study aims to determine the relationship between Work Period, Work Attitude and Gender with Low Back Pain Pain Complaints in the Neurological Polyclinic of Royal Prima Jambi Hospital. The population in this study were all low back pain sufferers at the Nerve Polyclinic at Royal Prima Jambi Hospital from 425 people in May and sampling was done using accidental sampling technique which amounted to 78 patients. The analysis in this study using the Chi-square test. The results of the analysis show that there is a relationship between Work Period, Work Attitude and Gender with Low Back Pain Complaints in the Neurological Polyclinic of Royal Prima Jambi Hospital with a P-Value value of &lt;0.05. <p><em><em>H</em></em><em>ypertension and its complications can be minimized by using pharmacological and non- pharmacological therapy. One of the non-pharmacological therapies is musical therapy. This literature review aims to find out how music can affect blood pressure. This literature review follows the method of analyzing PICO (problem, intervention, comparison, outcome) from 20 articles obtained from Google Scholar, Science Direct, and OAJSE from 2001-2018 using the following keywords: 'Musical Therapy', 'Music for Hypertension', and 'Hypertension Therapy'. From 20 articles, the musical therapy showed effective outcome to decrease blood pressure in patients with hypertension, including by using classical music, instrumental music, and moderate frequency music. The result of this literature review recommends the application of musical therapy to decrease blood pressure for patients with hypertension. </em></p><p><strong>Keywords: </strong><em>musical therapy, hypertension, blood pressure</em><strong></strong></p><p><em><br /></em></p><p><em><br /></em></p>
