The purpose of this research is to determine the implementation of the district/city Worthy Development policy (KLA) in central Kalimantan province. The method used is qualitative descriptive. Data collection techniques using interviews, observations and documentation. The data analysis used is the interactive model of Miles & Huberman with data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion withdrawal. The results of this research show that the policy of district development/city worthy of children (KLA) has been implemented in central Kalimantan province, although not optimal because of the lack of effective communication done to the public. Another thing that hinders the policy of district/city development worthy of children is because of the limited budget resources so that the implementation of the policy of District/city development worthy of children in central Kalimantan province becomes hampered. The advice that can be conveyed is to the Women Empowerment Department, Child protection, population control and family planning (P3A-PPKB) with the Office of Population Control and family planning, women empowerment, protection District level children to conduct more active and sustainable communication to the public through the installation of banners, banners, and creative posters or through other advertising media to improve the Community's understanding and awareness So that the active role of the community in the process of implementing district/city worthy development policy can increase. Approach the private sector to allocate the budget of their Corporate Social Responsibility to support the implementation of the district/city proper development policy in Central Kalimantan province.

Population growth in Indonesia continues to increase, so the government makes a program to control the rate of growth of the population, namely the Family Planning Program (KB). The implementation of family planning also has another objective, namely to reduce the risk of maternal death after childbirth. To measure the level of increasing target achievement of postpartum family planning participants. So that it can be a reference for the DPPKBP3A in carrying out the postpartum family planning program. Data from the Population Control, Family Planning, Women Empowerment and Child Protection (DPPKBP3A) District Lima Puluh Kota data processed in this study is data on the achievement of postpartum family planning participants from 2018 to 2020. Data processing uses the Backpropagation algorithm through several stages, namely the stage initialization, activation stage, weight training (weight change) and iteration stage. One of the results obtained from the calculation is the comparison of the target with the output gradient error in Suliki District in 2018, namely the target of 0.11311 and the result of the error gradient output is -0.1171. The prediction results obtained from this process become a reference for the Population Control, Family Planning and Women Empowerment and Child Protection Agency (DPPKBP3A) of District Lima Puluh Kota to implement the implementation of postpartum family planning programs to the community the following year.

This research’s purpose is to know how is the implementation of Family Planning by the office of population control and family planning, women empowerment and child protection, for reaching a prosperous family, balanced population growth, two healthy kids (DAHSAT) in Indralaya Sub-district, OganIlir District, and also to know about the success that has been done by the office of population control and family planning in Indralaya Sub-district, such as come directly to the field (jemput bola) by using dedicated car (mobilkeliling), held a family planning counseling training for health workers and village hall workers, which the goals are to be able to give good service towards family planning acceptor achievement in Indralaya Sub-district, and mainly for achievement of family planning participants that using a contraception device MKJP and NON MKJP. This research used a descriptive research method with qualitative approach, expectedly be able to examine the achieved strategy in implementation of family planning such as by family planning counseling training in Indralaya Sub-district, OganIlir District. Based on the research’s result, the amount of family planning acceptors in year 2017 – 2019 showed a success attempt, this all been done by family planning counselling implementation called communication, information, and education (KB KIE) and also doing some coachings that called by the name of Tribina, Bina Balita, Bina Remaja, Bina Lansia, in Indralaya Sub-district, but in practice it is not maximally deliver good result, because of the limited number of trained counselling workers and the lacks of equipment required, the family planning counselling also has been done in parallel with Integrated Healthcare Center (Posyandu) activities and other related activites.

  The purpose of this study is to examine and analyze the influence of motivation and professional competence on employee performance moderated organizational commitment to employees of the Department of Women Empowerment, Child Protection, Population Control and Family Planning Batang District. The population in this research is all employees of Department of Women Empowerment and Child Protection, Population Control and Family Planning Batang Regency which amounted to 113 people. The sampling technique used is the census method. The data were collected through questionnaires. Hypothesis testing in this research is done by multiple linear regression analysis. Based on the results of the study note that work motivation positive effect on employee performance. Professional competence has a positive effect on employee performance. Organizational commitment has a positive effect on employee performance. Organizational commitment moderates the influence of competence on employee performance. Organizational commitment moderates the influence of professional competence on employee performance.

The purpose of this study was to find out, explain how the implementation of an integrated community-based child protection program, as well as the factors that support and inhibit integrated community-based child protection programs. This research was conducted at the Department of Population Control and Family Planning, Women's Empowerment, Child Protection in Palangka Raya City using qualitative methods. The results of this study indicate that the Implementation of the Community Based Integrated Child Protection Program (PATBM) in the Department of Population Control and Family Planning, Women's Empowerment, Child Protection in Palangka Raya City includes the integrated community-based child protection program that has been running and on target, a community-based integrated child protection program is useful and accepted in the City of Palangka Raya, during the implementation of an integrated community-based child protection program there has been a decrease in the number of violence, Resources Implementation of integrated community-based child protection programs both in terms of human resources and budget is still lacking and inadequate, integrated community-based child protection program received a good response from the people of Palangka Raya City, and strategy undertaken by the Population Control and Family Planning Office, Women's Empowerment, Child Protection in Palangka Raya City in implementing a community-based integrated child protection program is to carry out socialization and training activities for activists or cadres of Integrated Community Based Child Protection in the City Government Palangka Raya.


Subject Implications of Pakistan's sixth census, completed this year. Significance The provisional results of Pakistan’s sixth census were in August presented to the Council of Common Interests (CCI) before being revealed to the public; the previous census was in 1998. High population growth will generate challenges for the state in managing elections and making policy. Impacts Pakistan’s government may draw up schemes for population control, emphasising family planning. Demand will grow for low-cost housing in cities. Islamabad may step up plans to repatriate Afghan refugees.

The purpose of this study is to describe and analyze Integrated Self-Sufficient City development policy instrument. This research was conducted with qualitative methods, data presentation is done through interviews, documentation and observation, while data analysis is performed by adopting the thought Miles, Huberman and Saldana (2014) by using interactive methods of analysis models.The results of this study concluded that “policy instruments Integrated Self-Sufficient City construction on transmigration area in Northern Bengkulu district proven cannot be implemented to the fullest”. Conclusion of the existing findings as described from the evidence that there are the following. Recommendations are: The success of Integrated Self-Sufficient City policy implementation can be perceived by the public and appropriate goal would initially need to do various strengthening and improvement of the implementation of the policy. So that the reinforcement can be realized if the strengthening of institutional functions in every sector can formulate policies are clear and measurable. To the researchers have several recommendations that may be referenced regarding synergize the various types of policy instruments by taking into account local conditions and regulations as well as regional development.Integrated Self-Sufficient City promoting policies to all working Units local goverment that Integrated Self-Sufficient City program development across sectors that require coordination both at central and regional level.

Suntalangu village is one of the villages in the Suela Subdistrict of East Lombok Regency. The population of Suntalangu Village, based on the data from the past few years, was 7.754 people, with 2.540 families. Problems often encountered in Lombok, especially in Suntalangu Village, namely Early Childhood Marriage (Merarik Kodeq). It’s due to several factors, one of which is lack of awareness and lack of information to adolescents about the importance of maturation of the age of marriage. The KKN implementation for 45 days aims to increase adolescent awareness about the importance of Maturation of The Age of Marriage (PUP). This is done by running the main program, namely socialization on Maturation of Marriage Age by the Office of Women Empowerment of Child Protection and Family Planning (DP3AKB) in State High School 1 Suela District Suela East Lombok Regency. From this activity, it is expected that teenagers begin to pay attention to the importance of the Maturation of Marriage Age in order to create a prosperous Indonesian Family

This study aims to find out how to implement a program to increase the use of vasectomy contraception, to identify the implementation of vasectomy contraceptive services and to know the role and function of stakeholders in the implementation of vasectomy contraceptive use policies. This research was conducted through a qualitative research with a descriptive approach conducted in Tanjung Morawa Sub-District, Deli Serdang Regency. The research informants were determined by purposive sampling technique by involving the Department of Family Planning program manager in Deli Serdang District, family planning counselors, family planning cadres and acceptors (users) of vasectomy contraception. Research data collection were done through interviews, observation and documentation studies. The results indicates that the management of family planning programs was based on the mandate of Law No. 52/2009 where the government through the National Population and Family Planning Agency (BKKBN) carries out the function of controlling population and organizing family planning (KB) programs. In managing the vasectomy family planning program in Tanjung Morawa Sub-district, Deli Serdang Regency, there were several parties that have an important role in disseminating information and facilitating vasectomy services such as the Population Control Office, Family Planning and Women's Empowerment, Deli Serdang Regency Child Protection, Family Planning Extension, Family Planning Motivators and Family Planning Cadres. Strategy of vasectomy service for free, mobile services as well as the provision of incentives for vasectomy acceptors were able to attract men’s interest  to be involved in family planning programs as users of vasectomy contraception.
