Suntalangu village is one of the villages in the Suela Subdistrict of East Lombok Regency. The population of Suntalangu Village, based on the data from the past few years, was 7.754 people, with 2.540 families. Problems often encountered in Lombok, especially in Suntalangu Village, namely Early Childhood Marriage (Merarik Kodeq). It’s due to several factors, one of which is lack of awareness and lack of information to adolescents about the importance of maturation of the age of marriage. The KKN implementation for 45 days aims to increase adolescent awareness about the importance of Maturation of The Age of Marriage (PUP). This is done by running the main program, namely socialization on Maturation of Marriage Age by the Office of Women Empowerment of Child Protection and Family Planning (DP3AKB) in State High School 1 Suela District Suela East Lombok Regency. From this activity, it is expected that teenagers begin to pay attention to the importance of the Maturation of Marriage Age in order to create a prosperous Indonesian Family

AbstractThis study departs from a juridical confusion regarding the age limit of marriage with other provisions regarding age. Article 7 Paragraph 1 of Law No. 1 of 1974 concerning Marriage, states that marriage is only permitted if the male has reached the age of 19 (nineteen) years and the female has reached the age of 16 (sixteen) years. Law Number 23 the Year 2002 concerning Child Protection states that what is called a 'child' is a person who is under 18 years of age. As for Law Number 26 of 2000 concerning the Human Rights Court, it is explained that an adult category is a person who is 18 years old. The Marriage Age Maturing Program (PUP) offers a solution, namely the ideal age of marriage seen from various perspectives is a minimum of 20 years for women and 25 years for men. Departing from this, this study seeks to explore why the need for an ideal marriage age limit according to Maqasid Sharia, as well as how to analyze Maqasid Sharia against the provisions of the ideal age limit of marriage in Mating the Age of Marriage (PUP). To answer this question, this study uses Maqasid Sharia theory with the basic assumptions of the theory, namely the protection of religion, soul, reason, descent, and property. The normative-empirical approach in this study refers to the study of the formal aspects of the Marriage Age Maturity (PUP) program.This study found that the existence of an ideal marriage age limit in Maqasid Sharia theory can have a variety of positive impacts when applied. The positive impact is in the form of increasing the ideal age of marriage; increasing family welfare; improved education; increased understanding related to the importance of the ideal age of marriage; and parents increasingly understand the importance of the ideal age of marriage when they want to marry their children. The provisions of the ideal marriage limit in Maturing Marriage Age (PUP) are at least 20 years for women and 25 years for men. Sharia Maqasid's analysis results in this study indicate that the ideal age provisions applied in the Marriage Age Maturing (PUP) program are the right solution in creating a good Sharia Maqasid family. The application of these provisions can regulate relations between men and women; look after offspring; creating sakinah, mawaddah, warahmah families; maintain lineage; maintain diversity in the family; set the pattern of good relationships in the family and regulate financial aspects in the family.Keywords: Maqasid Sharia, Maturity Maturity (PUP). AbstrakPenelitian ini berangkat dari sebuah kerancuan yuridis mengenai batas usia perkawinan dengan ketentuan lain mengenai usia. Pasal 7 Ayat 1 UU Nomor 1 Tahun 1974 tentang Perkawinan, menyebutkan bahwa perkawinan hanya diizinkan apabila pihak laki-laki telah mencapai umur 19 (sembilan belas) tahun dan pihak perempuan sudah mencapai usia 16 (enam belas) tahun. Undang-Undang Nomor 23 Tahun 2002 tentang Perlindungan Anak menyebutkan bahwa yang disebut dengan ‘anak’ adalah orang yang masih berusia di bawah 18 tahun. Program Pendewasaan Usia Perkawinan (PUP) menawarkan solusi, yaitu usia ideal perkawinan dilihat dari berbagai perspektif adalah minimal 20 tahun bagi perempuan dan 25 tahun bagi laki-laki. Berangkat dari hal tersebut, penelitian ini berusaha menelusuri mengapa perlunya batas usia ideal perkawinan menurut Maqasid Syariah, serta bagaimana analisis Maqasid Syariah terhadap ketentuan batas usia ideal perkawinan dalam Pendewasaan Usia Perkawinan (PUP). Untuk menjawab pertanyaan tersebut, penelitian ini menggunakan teori Maqasid Syariah dengan asumsi dasar teori yaitu perlindungan terhadap agama, jiwa, akal, keturunan, dan harta. Pendekatan normatif-empiris dalam penelitian ini mengacu pada kajian aspek formal program Pendewasaan Usia Perkawinan (PUP).Penelitian ini menemukan bahwa adanya batas usia ideal perkawinan dalam teori Maqasid Syariah dapat memberikan berbagai dampak positif apabila diterapkan. Dampak positif tersebut berupa meningkatnya usia ideal perkawinan; meningkatnya keluarga sejahtera; meningkatnya pendidikan; meningkatnya pemahaman terkait pentingnya usia ideal perkawinan; serta orang tua semakin memahami pentingnya usia ideal perkawinan ketika hendak menikahkan anaknya. Adapun ketentuan batas ideal perkawinan dalam Pendewasaan Usia Perkawinan (PUP) yaitu minimal 20 tahun bagi perempuan dan 25 tahun bagi laki-laki. Hasil analisis Maqasid Syariah dalam penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa ketentuan usia ideal yang diterapkan dalam program Pendewasaan Usia Perkawinan (PUP) merupakan solusi tepat dalam menciptakan Maqasid Syariah keluarga yang baik. Penerapan ketentuan tersebut mampu mengatur hubungan antara laki-laki dan perempuan; menjaga keturunan; menciptakan keluarga sakinah, mawaddah, warahmah; menjaga garis keturunan; menjaga keberagamaan dalam keluarga; mengatur pola hubungan yang baik dalam keluarga dan mengatur aspek finansial dalam keluarga.

This study aimed to describe the implementation of the Life Setup program for adolescentsconveyed throughYouth Information and Counseling Center at Senior High School 1 Talang Empat Central Bengkulu District.This research was a qualitative research. Informants in this study were selected by snowball sampling techniques, namelyWomen Empowerment Family Planning, Supervisor of Youth Information and Counseling Center, Counseling teachers and students and Senior High School 1Talang Empat. Data collection techniques in this study using observation, interview and documentation study.Data analysis technique used was descriptive analysis.From the results of this research noted that the implementation of the Life Setup program delivered through Youth Information and Counseling Center in Senior High School 1 Talang Empat Central Bengkulu District was not operating effectively. The problem was,the lackness of socialization held by Women Empowerment on Family Planning Program on Life Setup program for adolescentsand also very rarely held a promotion to the students about the activities of Youth Information and Counseling Center at Senior High School 1 Talang Empat Central Bengkulu District, lack of supervision carried out by the Family Planning Extension given the task to supervise every activity takes place,the response of students was very little because they were not interested and not convincedthat the program wasn’t be able to solve their problems, there’s still a juvenile delinquency such as smoking, skipping, issued clothes and drinking, as well as almost every year a student found out because she became pregnant out of wedlock.

Population growth in Indonesia continues to increase, so the government makes a program to control the rate of growth of the population, namely the Family Planning Program (KB). The implementation of family planning also has another objective, namely to reduce the risk of maternal death after childbirth. To measure the level of increasing target achievement of postpartum family planning participants. So that it can be a reference for the DPPKBP3A in carrying out the postpartum family planning program. Data from the Population Control, Family Planning, Women Empowerment and Child Protection (DPPKBP3A) District Lima Puluh Kota data processed in this study is data on the achievement of postpartum family planning participants from 2018 to 2020. Data processing uses the Backpropagation algorithm through several stages, namely the stage initialization, activation stage, weight training (weight change) and iteration stage. One of the results obtained from the calculation is the comparison of the target with the output gradient error in Suliki District in 2018, namely the target of 0.11311 and the result of the error gradient output is -0.1171. The prediction results obtained from this process become a reference for the Population Control, Family Planning and Women Empowerment and Child Protection Agency (DPPKBP3A) of District Lima Puluh Kota to implement the implementation of postpartum family planning programs to the community the following year.

This research’s purpose is to know how is the implementation of Family Planning by the office of population control and family planning, women empowerment and child protection, for reaching a prosperous family, balanced population growth, two healthy kids (DAHSAT) in Indralaya Sub-district, OganIlir District, and also to know about the success that has been done by the office of population control and family planning in Indralaya Sub-district, such as come directly to the field (jemput bola) by using dedicated car (mobilkeliling), held a family planning counseling training for health workers and village hall workers, which the goals are to be able to give good service towards family planning acceptor achievement in Indralaya Sub-district, and mainly for achievement of family planning participants that using a contraception device MKJP and NON MKJP. This research used a descriptive research method with qualitative approach, expectedly be able to examine the achieved strategy in implementation of family planning such as by family planning counseling training in Indralaya Sub-district, OganIlir District. Based on the research’s result, the amount of family planning acceptors in year 2017 – 2019 showed a success attempt, this all been done by family planning counselling implementation called communication, information, and education (KB KIE) and also doing some coachings that called by the name of Tribina, Bina Balita, Bina Remaja, Bina Lansia, in Indralaya Sub-district, but in practice it is not maximally deliver good result, because of the limited number of trained counselling workers and the lacks of equipment required, the family planning counselling also has been done in parallel with Integrated Healthcare Center (Posyandu) activities and other related activites.

The purpose of this research is to determine the implementation of the district/city Worthy Development policy (KLA) in central Kalimantan province. The method used is qualitative descriptive. Data collection techniques using interviews, observations and documentation. The data analysis used is the interactive model of Miles & Huberman with data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion withdrawal. The results of this research show that the policy of district development/city worthy of children (KLA) has been implemented in central Kalimantan province, although not optimal because of the lack of effective communication done to the public. Another thing that hinders the policy of district/city development worthy of children is because of the limited budget resources so that the implementation of the policy of District/city development worthy of children in central Kalimantan province becomes hampered. The advice that can be conveyed is to the Women Empowerment Department, Child protection, population control and family planning (P3A-PPKB) with the Office of Population Control and family planning, women empowerment, protection District level children to conduct more active and sustainable communication to the public through the installation of banners, banners, and creative posters or through other advertising media to improve the Community's understanding and awareness So that the active role of the community in the process of implementing district/city worthy development policy can increase. Approach the private sector to allocate the budget of their Corporate Social Responsibility to support the implementation of the district/city proper development policy in Central Kalimantan province.

This research was conducted to find out whether the work environment, work training, work facilities, and work motivation directly determine the performance and to find out whether the work environment, work training, work facilities directly determine the work motivation carried out at the Office of Womens Empowerment, Child Protection, Batam Population, and Family Planning Control. The sample of this research are field workers of families (PLKB) who work in 12 districts. Seventy-six respondents received questionnaires and all duely returned. This research data is analysed through multiple regression analysis techniques using Smart PLS software. The indirect determination results indicate that the variable work environment, work training, and work facilities on performance mediated by work motivation have a significant effect <0.05. R Square determination coefficient of the work environment, work training, work facilities and work motivation on PLKB performance of 0.802 and work environment

This study aims to analyze the effort that has been done by Women Empowerment,Child Protection and Family Planning Bureau (BP3AKB) of Semarang city. This is aqualitative research. The technique of collecting data employed interviews, documentation,book references, and related agencies official documents.   The purpose of this study is to examine and analyze the influence of motivation and professional competence on employee performance moderated organizational commitment to employees of the Department of Women Empowerment, Child Protection, Population Control and Family Planning Batang District. The population in this research is all employees of Department of Women Empowerment and Child Protection, Population Control and Family Planning Batang Regency which amounted to 113 people. The sampling technique used is the census method. The data were collected through questionnaires. Hypothesis testing in this research is done by multiple linear regression analysis. Based on the results of the study note that work motivation positive effect on employee performance. Professional competence has a positive effect on employee performance. Organizational commitment has a positive effect on employee performance. Organizational commitment moderates the influence of competence on employee performance. Organizational commitment moderates the influence of professional competence on employee performance.

AbstractThe purpose of this study is to find out normative studies relating to changes in age of marriage to prevent child marriages. Through juridical normative research methods with an emphasis on primary legal material in the form of systematic review based on applicable laws and secondary legal materials as a support in this paper, it can be said that changes in the age limit of marriage cannot help reduce the occurrence of child marriage if it is still permissible a marriage dispensation is filed. So that the validity of the revision of the marriage age limit should be unification that integrates the interests of customary law and religious law that returns to the fulfillment of children's rights as the next generation of the nation. In addition, the revision of changes in the age limit of marriage can be synchronized with the enactment of the Child Protection Act whose presence is to protect the future interests of children.Keywords: age; children; marriage Abstrak Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui kajian secara normatif berkaitan perubahan usia melangsungkan perkawinan untuk mencegah terjadinya perkawinan anak. Melalui metode penelitian secara yuridis normatif dengan penekanan pada bahan hukum primer berupa kajian secara sistematis berdasarkan peraturan perundang-undangan yang berlaku dan bahan hukum sekunder sebagai pendukung dalam penulisan ini, maka dapat dikatakan perubahan batas usia para pihak yang akan terikat perkawinan tidak bisa membantu menekan terjadinya perkawinan anak jika masih diperbolehkan dilakukan pengajuan dispensasi perkawinan. Sehingga seharusnya keberlakuan dari revisi batas usia ini bisa bersifat unifikasi yang mengintegrasi kepentingan hukum adat dan hukum agam yang kembali kepada pemenuhan hak-hak anak sebagai generasi penerus bangsa. Selain itu adanya revisi perubahan batas usia para pihak dalam hendak melakukan perkawinan bisa sinkron dengan keberlakuan dari Undang-Undang Perlindungan Anak yang kehadirannya untuk melindungi kepentingan masa depan anak. Kata kunci: anak; perkawinan; usia
