Bali has a charm nature, unique culture that captivated the hearts of foreign tourists and domestic to visit. Since the pandemic covid-19 struck the world, economic growth in Bali the year 2020 has decreased, because one of the economic incomes of the business sector tourism. Efforts The government Bali restore the economy, turn on the micro, small and medium Enterprises (SMES). Peken Facebook is the SMES take the opportunities businesses trading through online networks and social media that continues to innovate using digital technology in the pandemic covid-19. Based on observation and interview found a weakness, the absence of application of Management Information System (SIM) the better. The purpose for apply SIM in the running of the operational business Peken Facebook so the quality of services increased as well as customer satisfaction achieved. Methods the activities of socialization, provides training and the practice of direct application of SIM and mentoring. The results of the activity show the high enthusiasm of the participants, Peken Facebook apply SIM in the running of their business operations to support service activities to meet the needs of the consumer. Conclusion, the service is done to increase the quality of human resources and partnerships, understand the concept of SIM as well as can give the satisfaction of consumers. Advice, Peken Facebook expected can apply the SIM properly, perform the evaluation in accordance with the development of market conditions so that it can create, innovate, following the development of better technology, particularly in terms of the provision of excellent service to the consumer.

This research begins with the development of MSMEs (Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises) which is an illustration of strengthening regional potential. Developing MSMEs can improve services to consumers in order to create buying interest. The benchmarks that are assessed through the level of confidence in a product directly aim to analyze customer interest. In this study, it is explained that customer interest is product quality, service quality, price, and cost which are closely related to meeting the service needs of the Tebing Tinggi Business Clinic (KLIBI) assisted them. The method used is the canonical analysis method which is a multivariate model that studies the relationship between the dependent variable set varied from the independent variable set. The data characteristics for canonical correlation are metric data, namely interval or ratio data. The research result gained that responsiveness and concern give the significant effect on the cost so that customers want to buy continuously. For the recommendation, The Government needs to improve the quality of product endorsement among Tebing Tinggi and Indonesian consumers by making the program business promotion and international exhibitions through KLIBI.

The growth of cooperatives in Indonesia today is very fast, especially the growth of cooperatives in Bali. Based on data from the Department of Cooperatives, Micro, Small and Medium Bali Province the number of cooperatives in bali per June 30, 2016 as many as 4934, this is certainly a positive picture for the growth of cooperatives. The development of micro-credit activities undertaken cooperative is also growing very rapidly, but this is not matched by the quality of the performance of the cooperative itself. These conditions encourage the government oversight of credit unions and savings and loans by issuing a decision on guidelines for the rating of the cooperative based on Regulation Supervision Deputy Ministry of Cooperatives and Small and Medium Enterprises of the Republic of Indonesia Number 01 / Per / Dep.6 / IV / 2016. The process of calculating the cooperative health assessment has now been made but there is still a conventional manner using Microsoft Excel so that experienced problems in the calculation and delivery of information on the results. Supervision of the cooperative in question is difficult because the delay of information and the lack of technology used. Computerized system and geographic information system support can be used to assist in the process of assessment of the level of health and also facilitate cooperative Cooperative Agency in monitoring the cooperative in question.

The current situation in the growing European market, facing global competition and the world economic crisis and the pressure for minimum cost are forcing the Small and Medium Enterprises to act in order to increase their competitiveness. One possibility challenge this is to enhance the quality of the production process. This allows the production of high-quality products while keeping production costs at a reasonable and competitive level. This shall allow the companies to not only maintain the demanding market, but also contribute to their development and to build lasting relationships with customers.This article presents the results of the Q4SME project which aim was the preparation of the training courses tailored especially to meet the specific needs of production SMEs in terms to increase their competitiveness and to improve the production process quality.

This research is entitled "The Strategy of Small and Medium Enterprises to Increase Society Revenue (Case Study of Center for Elimination in Getap)". The purpose of this thesis is to find out the size of the income generated from the Welding in Getap, Cakra Selatan Baru Village, Cakranegara District, knowing what things affecting income, production costs, the quality of the products produced and the ways of marketing.The type of research used in this study is qualitative research with a descriptive approach by utilizing interview activities and direct observation as a technique of data collection, informants from this study consisted of the Welding Owners, Employees and Communities in Getap, South Cakra, New Cakranegara District.The results of this study indicate that the income of the welding is quite large on average - Rp. 20,000,000 per month which also undermines unemployment because workers who work in, work hard and want to take part in training conducted by the government so that they have expertise in the field of welding. On the other hand, with the presence of the welding, it was able to improve the living standards of the people around Getap with the opening of small kiosks of snack vendors, and rice stalls which earned an average daily income of Rp.250,000 to Rp.300,000 perday.

This chapter investigates the adequacy of the innovative government-backed policy measures as a sustainability plan for micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs) in the post-COVID-19 era in Nigeria. From a target population of 2,300 MSMEs, a sample of 729 companies was drawn using the sample determination formula of Parten. The 729 sampled MSMEs were randomly administered web-based questionnaires through their emails. In the end, the 169 responses received were analysed and the results presented using descriptive and inferential statistics. It was found that the lockdowns had adverse effects on production and supply turn-over, sales, profits, customer patronage of MSMEs. With regards to the government fiscal stimulus, it was found that the relief materials and cash assistance, tax relief, debt rescheduling, and support incentives were inadequate to forestall the adverse effect of COVID-19 on the business operations of MSMEs. In practical terms, the chapter confirms a strong readiness in Nigeria to sustain MSMEs in the post-COVID-19 era.

Business Continuity Management (BCM) is an integral part of civil security in terms of corporate crisis management. According to the ISO 22301 (2014) BCM is defined as a holistic management process which identifies potential threats to an organization and the impacts those threats might have on business operations. Looking at the current situation of studies conducted in this field it seems to be obvious that the use of BCM in Small and Medium Enterprises (SME) is underrepresented and that the security level is partially located in an uneconomical range. This paper presents a literature research on the use of BCM in SME and discusses research findings concerning this matter. Based on this a matrix for possible impacts vs. quality of the crisis management for different actors is derived. The article concludes with the presentation of lightweight und easy to handle BCM security solutions in form of Smart Services, as a possible solution for the increasingly IT relaying industry 4.0.

SMEs (Micro-Small and Medium Enterprises) are one of business sector that has an important role for improving economy condition in Indonesia. One of the SMEs that has the potential to competition is food SMEs. To create food MSMEs that able to compete with the other food products, they must be able to maintain the quality of various aspects. The many problems faced by food SMEs require a strategy to develop and continue. This research aims to create competitiveness and strategy in food MSMEs. This research was conducted by identifying food MSMEs, analyse the influence of internal factors and external factors with the IE matrix, looking for the formulation of food SMEs strategies using SWOT and QSPM methods. The location of the research was conducted in the city of Bandung, West Java. The results of this research based on the IE matrix show that the Bandung City food UMKM requires a grow and build strategy. Based on the SWOT and QSPM methods, various alternative strategies were obtained. Strategy III is the most suitable strategy for Bandung's food UMKM with a value 6.433. Strategy III is "improving human resource capabilities, utilizing associations and government support to expand product markets". The level of diversity of food MSMEs in Bandung is high, that makes the characteristics of the commodities produced. The majority of business people rely heavily on the government in all aspects of business. Procurement of raw materials is carried out independently with a contract system and own business capital

Yogyakarta is often called the main gateway to the Central Java as where it is geographically located. It stretches from Mount Merapi to the Indian Ocean. This province is one of the most densely populated areas of Indonesia. Yogyakarta is popular tourist destination in indonesia after Bali. These have attracted large number of visitors from across Indonesia and abroad to the city. This status makes Yogyakarta is one of the most heterogeneus cities in Indonesia. In edition, Yogyakarta has attracted large number of people to reside in this city for business. One of these comers is small entrepreneurs with their market munchies enterprise (specially a traditional snack trader). This business is one of famous business in Yogyakarta, we will find rows of pavement vendors selling market munchies. The students and tourists are their main target customers. Market munchies enterprise is part of small and medium enterprises SMEs as livelihood activities. SMEs has an important role in economic growth of Indonesia. Therefore, it is very important to develop and strengthen the micro enterprise empowerment. Micro enterprise empowerment is one of strategy to reduce the poverty rate in Indonesia. Major challenger in implement this program are that micro entrepreneurs are conventional and have satisfied with their revenue. It is very important to develop a comprehensive and sustainable micro enterprise empowerment which consist of strengthen the quality of human resources, maximize the government’s roles, empower the enterprise capital and strengthen the partnership and autonomous. Micro enterprise autonomy will contribute to the economic and investment climate. However, franchise arrangements also associated with a variety of other laws and regulations applicable in Indonesia. This article is going to state that the importance of partnerships with small and medium enterprises as an effort to encourage the involvement of the wider economic community.

AbstractNatural disasters have been a significant hurdle in the economic growth of middle-income developing countries. Thailand has also been suffering from recurring flood disasters and was most which are severely affected during the 2011 floods. This paper aims to identify the various factors that impact the speed of disaster recovery among the Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) severely affected by the floods in Pathumthani province in central Thailand, and how it is related to its speed decision of neighbours SMEs. The methodology adopts a spatial econometric model, to analysis and understand each of the chosen factors’ impact. The findings include the impact of disaster resilience, mitigation and planning at the SME level as well as the government level. The absence of accurate perception of actual risk, flood insurance and disaster management planning before the 2011 floods had contributed to the severity of the impacts during the 2011 floods.
