Research background. Epilepsy is not only a central nervous system or brain disorder. It is a biological, psychological and social condition (Scambler, 2010). Children with epilepsy have a higher risk of having psychological disorders such as depression, anxiety and attention defcit disorders. The application of art therapy for people with epilepsy helps to express and understand feelings more effectively (Shore, 2014). Unfortunately, there is a lack of research that analyses the experience of epilepsy patients in art therapy. The aim of this article is to reveal and describe experiences of epileptic people during art therapy. Research questions: What experiences of epilepsy patients predominate in the collected thematic analysis data? What formal elements of drawing reflect the participants’ experiences? How does thematic analysis data relate to the data of formal elements analysis of drawings? Methods. Qualitative study in which the participants of the study were subjected to group art therapy. The data was analysed by the thematic method and the analysis of formal elements of the drawings. Results. The analysis of the verbal data revealed the individual themes of the study participants’ experiences. After drawing analysis formal elements were found that expressed the participants’ experiences. Conclusions. 1. Experiences dominating in thematic analysis are loneliness and confnement during difcult moments, as well as constant tension and internal confusion. 2. The experiences of research participants are reflected in these repeated formal elements of drawing: the use of confnes and framing, the use of black and red collars, fgurative and abstract depictions, the chaotic nature of the composition, the lack of concreteness in shapes, expressiveness, and incompleteness. 3. The thematic and formal drawing element analyses complement each other. Drawings that convey the illness-related experiences include confnes, framing, and black colour in the main elements of the composition. Drawing that reflects unpleasant feelings and experiences uses abstract depiction, chaotic compositions, the lack of concreteness in shapes, expressiveness and incompleteness. Keywords: epilepsy, art therapy, psychosocial risks.

Finance is an important input of agriculture. Sufficient and timely credit to the farmer is vital and indispensable for the rehabilitation and progress of agriculture. The present study was conducted in the West Tripura district of Tripura to analyze the magnitude, utilization, and constraints of farm finance availed by the borrowers in the district. 120 sample farmers and 20 lenders were selected using a purposive random sampling technique for detailed analysis. Data were collected by survey method using pretested schedules. The study revealed an increasing trend in terms of branch expansion, total deposits and advances over the years. Moreover, the C-D ratio increased from 41 in 2013-14to 45.77 in 2017-18. The sector-wise advances of banks showed an increasing trend and percentage share to the agricultural, and non-farm sectors was 27.57 and 72.43 in West Tripura. Inadequacy of loans, and lengthy lending procedures were problems identified by the borrower farmers. The majority of farmers (89.16 percent) opined that the borrowed amount was not adequate for meeting their farm expenses. As per the bank officials, the non-availability of the land records (80 percent) with the borrower was a major problem. To improve borrowing and utilization of farm finance remedial measures such as post-credit supervision by the Bank Field Officer and disbursement of the major portion of the loan in kind form may be adopted.

Abstract Background Although telehealth is becoming more popular for delivery of care for individuals with musculoskeletal pain, to our knowledge telehealth has not been used to manage Achilles tendinopathy. This research aimed to explore the experience of participants and physiotherapists with gym-based exercise interventions for Achilles tendinopathy monitored via videoconference. Methods A qualitative, interpretive description design was performed using semi-structured interviews (8 participants) and a focus group (7 physiotherapists). Participants and physiotherapists were interviewed about their experiences of the use of telehealth during a gym-based exercise intervention incorporating different calf load parameters for Achilles tendinopathy. We employed an inductive thematic analysis approach to analyse the data. Results Three themes identified from both participants and physiotherapists included i) acceptability of telehealth; ii) enablers to adherence with telehealth; and iii) barriers to adherence with telehealth. Two extra themes arose from participants regarding adherence with gym-based exercise, including enablers to adherence with the exercise intervention, and barriers to adherence with the exercise intervention. Both participants and physiotherapists expressed overall satisfaction and acceptability of telehealth monitoring of gym-based exercise. Conclusion Gym-based exercise intervention for Achilles tendinopathy involving weekly telehealth monitoring was acceptable to both participants and physiotherapists. Potential enablers and barriers were identified that may improve adherence to this type of intervention.

Property tax is a form of taxation payable by real estate owners on their holdings because of their ownership or possession of the property. In Malaysia, a property tax revaluation is done once every five years or within an extended period as determined by the state government. However, the Ministry of Housing and Local Government Malaysia has recorded that most local authorities have not revalued their property for almost 35 years. Thus, the researchers conducted a focus group interview to identify the impediments in a revaluation of property tax among local authorities. The participants consisted of forty-three (43) officers from twentytwo (22) local authorities in the West of Malaysia. Data from focus groups identified were transcribed and analyzed using thematic analysis. Findings from the focus group revealed four (4) main impediment factors, namely (1) lack of knowledge in property tax revaluation paperwork, (2) lack of workforce, (3) cost constraints, and (4) time-consuming.
