This study discusses the rigorousness of Sahaba in memorizing the Hadith of Prophet Muhammad peace be upon him. What is meant by memorization? What are its kinds? How did it happen? How did the Sahaba use to memorize the Hadith? What are the reasons for memorization? So this study aims at defining Hadith authentication, its kinds and the different reasons behind the rigorous memorization of the honorable Hadith by the Sahaba. This, in turn, will confirm for the future researchers the rigorousness in the link of Hadith Chain which is its starting point. The researcher has used the inductive method to clarify the reasons behind the strong points in authentication, which are included in the Hadith and their small parts of the general principles of the narrations. He also used the analytical method in studying the narrations. The researcher came up with two kinds of authentication: memorizing by the hearth and by writing, especially the Sahaba were known for their distinguished ability in memorization. This distinguished ability can be ascribed to different reasons; some of them are related to their own mental abilities, others ascribed to their closeness to the Prophet Muhammad peace be upon him and time and place (era). They (companions of the Prophet peace be upon him) memorized Al-hadith thoroughly, and they told these Hadith to the people carefully and rigorously. Over time, this has given the future researchers in Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) Hadiths' science the confidence and convenience in depending on the narrations in terms of the chain and its initiation where the revisionists and skeptics are paying attention.

AbstractTraditional arts play a role in the characterization of a region. This conclusion outlines the most recent incarnations of technopopulism. Since technopopulism is not vested in any particular politician or party but as a political logic operates in a way that shapes the constraints and incentives political actors face, the precise identity of technopopulists and the synthesize they achieve between technocracy and populism will change over time. The conclusion then takes up the question of the whether technopopulism can endure as a political logic. Using the corona virus crisis as its starting point, and based on the normative discussion of technopopulism in chapter five, the conclusion looks at various ways in which we may go beyond technopopulism. We conclude that whereas technopopulism is an unstable political logic, there are good reasons to think that it will endure and continue to shape and structure political attitudes and behaviour well into the future.

In this brief autobiography, I reflect on how my childhood and adolescent experiences influenced my decision to study the psychology of sport and physical activity. I describe how my research evolved over time, my contributions to the field, and the people who were influential in my career. Finally, I offer some suggestions for how the field of kinesiology, as a whole, might engage in the future.

Whatever may be the present attitude of the people of the United States toward the League of Nations, it now seems clear that the Government of the United States has come to feel the necessity for such an international organization. For several years past, official American coöperation with the League has steadily increased. The situation has now developed to a point where the current formulae for explaining the official attitude are to some extent misleading, and it may serve a useful purpose to trace the changes which have occurred since 1920, to survey the situation as it now exists, and to forecast some of the probabilities for the future.Let us start with the fact that the United States has not ratified the Covenant of the League of Nations and has not accepted the place provided for her in the Assembly and the Council of the League. It is beside the present purpose to explain that fact, to attempt to say whether it is due to drift or to design, or to offer any argument for changing it. Whatever the seven millions of voters who constituted President Harding's majority in 1920 may have desired at that time, the Government of the United States has since interpreted their votes as a determination that the United States should not accept membership in the League, and it has proceeded on the theory that that issue is closed. But if this fact is to be taken as the starting-point, there still remains a question as to the account to be taken by the Government of the United States of other important facts, viz., that the League of Nations continues to exist, that more than fifty governments are vigorously pushing its work and effecting through it their coöperative action, and that much of the organized international life of our time is centered at Geneva.

The Vietnam's Party and Government have issued many guidelines, policies, and laws on the migration of ethnic minorities. These guidelines and views of the Party as well as the Government's policies and laws are truly accurate and have been perfected over time. However, they still had a certain limitation in the period before 1990. Policies on destinations and household registration have affected the prevention of migration, including ethnic minority migration. Access to the "rights" of the people thus has not been recognized and properly addressed. On the basis of the research results of the project "Migration of ethnic minorities: Issues and solutions", the author discussed the approach on "rights" and some remarks about migration in general and migration of ethnic minorities in particular as well as proposed some policies on the migration of ethnic minorities in the future. It is hopeful that the author's recommendations and proposals will be researched and referenced by the Party, the Government and authorities.

Over time, as humans have come together to survive and thrive, the places they settled became a reflection of physical topography and climate, as well as the activities of the people living there. Within a region there may be similarities among places, but also slight differences. Further away, in different geographical circumstances settlements might be quite different.  Such rich cultural history provides us an identity, but also lessons for how to live sustainably into the future. New Traditional Architecture MMXX recognizes the importance of our cultural and built tradition and explores these larger themes. Alejandro García Hermida (ed.). [full article and abstract in Lithuanian; abstract in English] This article discusses the relationship between the development of individual identity and the culture of social memory. The starting point of the analysis is the hermeneutics of biblical texts referencing the postulate to remember and commemorate specific events in the history of the people of Israel. Such remembrance, however, is not understood solely as a memory of the past, but instead becomes the point of reference for the present and the future. The results of the analysis of the biblical texts are then referenced to education in contemporary social and cultural settings. The author points out that breaking with the past causes confusion and disorientation with regard to the reference points in the future and ultimately affects the meaning of the present, which – deprived of perspective – acquires its own autotelic value. The lack of the culture of memory also results in reducing the past to an idyllic form, illusionary rather than authentic, thus becoming a mere object of longing. It also reduces the future to the merely incidental, uprooted from the past events and thoughtlessly independent of the human being.

Friedrich Nietzsche's influence on Isadora Duncan's work, in particular his idea of the Dionysian, has been widely discussed, especially in regard to her later work. What has been left underdeveloped in critical examinations of her work, however, is his influence on her earlier choreographic work, which she defended in a famous speech held in 1903 called The Dance of the Future. While commentators often describe this speech as ‘Nietzschean’, Duncan's autobiography suggests that she only studied Nietzsche's work after this speech. I take this incongruity as a starting point to explore the connections between her speech and Nietzsche's work, in particular his Thus Spoke Zarathustra. I argue that in subject and language Duncan's speech resembles Nietzsche's in important ways. This article will draw attention to the ways in which Duncan takes her cues from Nietzsche in bringing together seemingly conflicting ideas of religion and an overturning of morality; Nietzsche's notion of eternal recurrence and the teleology present in his idea of the Übermensch; and a renegotiation of the body's relation to the mind. In doing so, this article contributes not only to scholarship on Duncan's early work but also to discussions of Nietzsche's reception in the early twentieth century. Moreover, the importance Duncan ascribes to the body in dance and expression also asks for a new understanding of Nietzsche's own way of expressing his philosophy.
