This study was conducted based on not achieving the revenue target for the "Raja Abon Makmur Lestari" UKM in Pangkalpinang City. The purpose of this study was to analyze the position of SMEs in the IE matrix and formulate a marketing strategy for UKM "Raja Abon Makmur Lestari" in Pangkalpinang City. The research method used is case study. The number of samples used in this study were 55 samples, 5 samples from internal UKM "Raja Abon Makmur Lestari" and 50 samples from external UKM "Raja Abon Makmur Lestari". Methods of data collection using questionnaires and data analysis methods using IE analysis and SWOT analysis. The results showed that the position of "Raja Abon Makmur Lestari" UKM was in quadrant V. In this position SMEs could be managed with a strategy of maintaining and maintaining (hold and maintain), namely market penetration and development of abon telur products. The strategy formulation that must be carried out by UKM "Raja Abon Makmur Lestari" in Pangkalpinang City is to improve good and quality service to consumers, Maintain existing business places, Develop product delivery by having special vehicles, Maximize promotional activities by expanding market networks, Adjust product prices in accordance with the increase in raw materials, Increase innovation-new product innovations both in terms of taste, shape, Adjust product prices with the ability of consumers, and Have permanent outlets in developing the business.

The title of this study is the Strategy of Increasing Consumer Food Loyalty in CurupCity, Rejang Lebong Regency (Case Study in "Henvian" Typical Food Industry). Thisresearch is based on the importance of strategies in increasing business and consumerloyalty to products sold.Strategies to increase business and consumer loyalty can bedone with a SWOT analysis. Place of this research is the "Henvian" shop that sellstypical Rejang lebong food. The method used in this study is descriptive qualitative.Informants in this study were people who were considered to know for certain about theHENVIAN Specialty Food Store in Curup City, Rejang Lebong Regency. The dataanalysis technique used in this study is a SWOT analysis to determine the strengths,weaknesses, opportunities and threats in a typical Rejang Lebong food business.By using SWOT analysis techniques that consist of strengths (weakness), weaknesses(weakness), opportunities (opportnity) and threats (threath). The results of this studycan be concluded that the internal factors that are the strength of the marketing strategyare the quality of the product that is good at a price affordable to the public andtourists, service that is friendly and responsive to consumer needs, as well astechnological advancements that facilitate the promotion of business. Internal factorsthat are a weakness are often lack of stock, there are some products that do not meet thestandard packaging, the product shelf life is short, employees do not use uniforms.External factors that become opportunities are a fairly high economic community,abundant raw materials while external factors that are a threat are the manycompetitors, an unstable economy, the price of basic needs increases. Based on theresults of the SWOT analysis of internal and external factors, the strategy used is toimprove product quality by improving the appearance of packaging and quality ofcontent and quality of service by providing uniforms to employees and providingstandards of service to consumers. .Keywords: Strategy, Consumer Loyalty, SWOT

Abstrak . Lada merupakan salah satu  tanaman rempah-rempah yang berasal dari tanaman perkebunan yang sangat terkenal dahulu di Aceh. Khususnya Petani lada di Aceh saat ini sudah mulai memperhatikan lada untuk dikembangkan dengan tujuan meningkatkan pendapatan dan kesejahteraan. Dengan kata lain, Lada menjadi komoditi primadona yang banyak diminati di perdagangan dunia. Karena berbagai negara menggunakan lada ini sebagai bumbu dapur masakan. Disisi lain disebabkan berkembangnya usaha makanan, berkembangnya industri farmasi, kosmetika yang menggunakan lada sebagai salah satu bahan baku, meningkatnya konsumsi dunia, konsumsi dalam negeri semakin meningkat dengan bertambahnya produk-produk industri makanan berbasis lada. Akibat permintaan lada yang tinggi menyebabkan terjadinya masalah bagi petani Aceh dalam keterbatasan produksi lada. Salah satunya lahan pertanian dikonversikan menjadi non pertanian seperti perumahan, gedung dan pertokoan. Sehingga lahan pertanian menjadi berkurang dan menjadi masalah bagi petani lada sendiri dalam mengembangkan lada. Penyebab masalah lain juga yang akibat hama dan penyakit terutama penyakit layu, penyakit keriting daun serta penyakit busuk pangkal batang. Tujuan Penelitian untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang diperhatikan pada pengembangan lada, serta mengetahui strategi pengembangan lada yang tepat. Metode Penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode studi kasus. Teknik Pengumpulan data digunakan dengan pendekatan wawancara. Hasil analisis  menunjukkan faktor internal yang  mempengaruhi usaha pengembangan lada adalah bibit, pestisida, sumber daya alam, pupuk, dan sumber daya manusia. Sedangkan faktor eksternal yang mempengaruhinya adalah pemerintah, pasar, harga, pesaing, hama dan penyakit. Berdasarkan hasil analisis SWOT didapatkan nilai IFAS (Internal Strategic Factors Analysis Summary)  sebesar 1,756 dan EFAS (Eksternal Strategic Factors Analysis Summary)  sebesar 2,773 berada pada kuadran I , maka  strategi pengembangan yang cocok untuk strategi pengembangan lada adalah  strategi agresif  yang artinya usaha tersebut sangat dimungkinkan untuk terus berkembang, meningkatkan pertumbuhan dan meraih kemajuan secara maksimal, dimana strategi agresif ini merupakan kondisi yang sangat menguntungkan, peluang dan kekuatan begitu besar sehingga pelaku usaha bisa memanfaatkan peluang dan kekuatan yang ada secara maksimal.Strategy of pepper development (case study of indatu farmer group in blang panyang village sub-district estuary one, Lhokseumawe City) Abstract. Pepper is one of the most popular herbs from Aceh plantations. Especially pepper farmers in Aceh are now starting to pay attention to pepper to be developed with the aim of increasing income and welfare. In other words, Pepper became the most popular commodity in the world trade. Because various countries use this pepper as a spice cooking kitchen. On the other hand, due to the development of food business, the development of pharmaceutical industry, cosmetics using pepper as one of the raw materials, the increasing of world consumption, domestic consumption is increasing with the increase of pepper based food industry products. As a result of high pepper demand causes problems for Acehnese farmers in the limitations of pepper production. One of them agricultural land converted into non-agricultural such as housing, buildings and shops. So that agricultural land becomes reduced and become a problem for pepper farmers themselves in developing pepper. Other causes of problems are also caused by pests and diseases, especially wilt disease, leaf curling disease and stem rot disease. Research Objectives to determine the factors that are considered in the development of pepper, as well as to know the appropriate pepper development strategy. The research method used is case study method. Technique Data collection is used with interview approach. The results of the analysis show that the internal factors affecting pepper development are seeds, pesticide, natural resources, fertilizer and human resources. While on external factors that include government, markets,prices, competitors,pest and diseases. Based on the result of SWOT analysis, the value of IFAS (Internal Strategic Factors Analysis Summary) of 1.756 and EFAS (External Strategic Factors Analysis Summary) of 2.773 are in quadrant I, then a suitable development strategy for pepper development strategy is aggressive strategy which means the business is very possible To continue to grow, to increase growth and to achieve maximum progress, where aggressive strategy is a very favorable condition, opportunities and strength so large that business actors can take advantage of opportunities and strengths that exist maximally.

The purpose of this study was to examine the development of micro business potential to utilize aerocity opportunities in Majalengka Regency that would change the livelihood and culture of the community. The local potential in Majalengka were agriculture and natural resource-based tourism. Processing of local raw materials into products that fit the needs of the community would be able to increase the income of the population. The research method used was descriptive qualitative. The results showed the right strategy was market penetration and new product development. Efforts to be taken to support the strategy included (1) Improving the quality of human resources in services and trade, (2) Innovation of new local based products, (3) Promotion of information technology utilization, (4) Increasing tourism infrastructure involving micro businessmen, (5) Business assistance, market survey, and management training involve Higher Education, (6) BUM Desa facilitations in machinery, storage, capital development, product marketing, (8) Producing products according to agricultural commodities.

The demands of international consumers for eco-labeling products and supported by Indonesia's considerable shrimp export potential, should be an opportunity for the shrimp processing industry in Indonesia which has implemented GAA-BAP eco-labeling certification. The purpose of this study was formulated as a good strategy to improve the application of GAA-BAP eco-labeling in the shrimp processing industry. This research was a descriptive study with a case study. The research had done at PT. XYZ Sidoarjo. Data were collected through observation, interview, focus group discussion (FGD) and secondary data collection. The data were analyzed using IFE and EFE matrix, IE matrix, and SWOT analysis. The result showed that the strategy could be used to increase the application of GAA-BAP eco-labeling were implemented Strengths-Opportunities (S-O) and combined it with development or stability according to company position in IE matrix. The strategy could be chosen to improve the application GAA-BAP eco-labeling at shrimp processing industry were optimized human resources, eco-labeling guidance, company location, and market network; utilized the company location and market network to increase the procurement of raw materials; maintained the good work integrity and the quality of eco-labeling guidance; also increased the quality of GAA-BAP eco-labeling products.

Potential land in Southeast Maluku regency, Maluku Province, is one of the means in the seaweed cultivation and production. Additionally, as most people work as fishermen, theireconomic situation is getting improved although it is not yetin accordance with the target of maximum achievement at the level of life necessities. To increase the production and marketing of seaweed, this study usedthe Value Chain System which analyzedmain activities include the process of Nurseries, Operations, Logistics and phase of marketing and sales which are supported by Infrastructure, Human Resource Management, and Development of Seaweed Technology. In the description of the Value Chain, theanalysisof added-valuewas also performed on each main actor with a value of Rp. 288 to fishermen, Rp. 550 to Small Scale Traders, and Rp.850 to LargeScale Traders. The determination of the marketing strategy using SWOT analysis (Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities and Threats) produced the alternative marketing strategies in strategy formulation. It was concluded based on internal and external factors in the seaweed production and marketing processes. In this context, the analysis of the value chain system was critical to improve the market access and to ensure a more efficient flow of products, as well asto ensure that all actors benefit proportionally, according to their contributions.Keywords: Value Chain, Seaweed Marketing, SWOT

The innovation of marketing strategy that can be done by SMES Culinary in Jember for business development needed an analysis about the business conditions. The formulation of the problems studied in this research is how to innovate marketing strategy with SWOT analysis for MSME culinary that exist in Jember. This method of research is done using a qualitative method of descriptive analysis with SWOT analysis. Results of external Internal MSMES is in the V quadrant marked Asterix (2.45; 2.6) which means having a stability/growth strategy to develop in the future, the strategy that can be applied to SMES, namely the strategy of maintaining and Maintaining, market penetration and product development. Result of the SWOT of the SMES culinary Jember has a strategy of S-O strategy that can be done in a SME that is to maintain product quality, set a cheap price as well as utilize local potentials. Based on the results of the innovations marketing strategy SMES culinary Jember namely developing the quality of existing products and adding product variants, set a cheap price to attract consumers as well as utilize local potential for example tourism and  Culture.

The aim of this research is: (1) Identifying and analyzing internal and external environment of the company that influence the marketing strategy of Suoklat Cafe. (2) Formulating the alternative marketing strategy of Suoklat Cafe that is obtained from the analysis result. (3) Formulating and setting the strategy formula that is most suitable to improve Suoklat Cafe. The data collection is taken from April to August 2016 in Suoklat Cafe located in Surabaya.Internal Analysis (IFE) results the primary factor focusing on chocolate products with the score 0,172. Meanwhile, the main weakness from this business is the less appropriate management implementation process scoring 0, 117. When the two internal factors are combined, the average total score is 2, 635.External Analysis (EFE) results main opportunity that can be used by Suoklat Cafe in order to face the competition; hanging out culture in Cafe in Surabaya by 0,216. The main threat that can be obtained from the calculation shows through the strong factor of bargaining high supplier, scoring 0, 212. Based on the two external factors that is obtained, the average score is 2, 916. IE Analysis in Suoklat Cafe positions it in quadrant V, known as maintaining and preserving strategy. SWOT analysis results strategies that can be applied: (1) Maintaining the price, increasing the variation and the product quality in order to enchance the loyality and consumers' satisfactions, (2) Expanding the market share, (3) Maintaining and improving the service quality towards the consumers (4) improving the internal managemeny of the company (5) streghten the capital through cooperations with the media, the investors, and the governmeny agencies (6) analyzing the competitors to find out tje advantages and the disadvantages, and also streghten the consumer-supplier relationship to help increase the loyality (7) Improving the effeciency and effectiveness of the employee's work, expanding the location of the parking area or cooperating with local authorities, also increasing the technology. This paper discusses the entry of Hershey’s Chocolates Company tothe Australian market with a new brand. For this purpose, background information and key performance indicators about the firm are presented. Also target customers and market summary, market demographics and target customer profile of the firm are mentioned in the context of situational analysis. Then,Hershey’s entry to the Australian market with a new product is proposed by providing and commenting on SWOT analysis, competition environment, accounting-finance indicators, marketing strategy and marketing mix (4P) factors. Thus, a deeper focus on the organization is realized and shared. As aresult, firm’s entry to the Australian market is discussed with a new product by suggesting recent and altered target customer base, customer profile,marketing strategy and marketing mix. Our study evaluates the potential disadvantages and advantages in detail and argues that there is a need for Hershey’s to enter the Australian market with a new product. In general, this article discusses and defends the entry of Hershey’s to Australian market witha new product by logical reasoning and draws a strategic roadmad to reach this goal.
