This research aims to explain: (1) the competence of  leadership of MTs Al Manar Medan Head Master; (2) the quality of education MTs Al Manar medan; (3) the effectiveness of leadership’s competence of MTs Al Manar Medan Head Master in improving the quality of education in MTs Al Manar Medan. This research was conducted by using qualitative descriptive approach. Research Subject is Head Master. The informants are Head Master, Vice of Head Master and Teachers. The data collection technique in this research is by: (1) Observation, (2) Interview, and (3) Documentation Study. Data Analysis Process is done by: Data Reduction, Display Data and Conclusion Drawing/Verification. The collected data is examined the validity of data by using Triangulation Data. The results of this research are: (1) Head Master’s Leadership Competence of MTs Al Manar Medan include; (a) Personality Competencies, (b) Managerial Competencies, (c) Supervision Competencies, and (d) Social Competencies. (2) Quality of Education in MTs Al Manar Medan, Teachers are able to carry out the learning process well in accordance with the RPP that has been developed in accordance with the needs of schools, mastery of good learning media by teachers, discipline teachers and good students, students are able to follow the competitions in outside the school, the quality of graduates can compete with elite schools in Medan City. (3) The effectiveness of Headmaster Leadership Competence in Improving the Quality of Education includes: (a) Personality Competence, Head Master able to give good characters to teachers and students. (b) Managerial Competence, Head master able to makes annual program well, guide teachers and education personnel in performing tasks, motivate teachers to improve teacher professionalism, and maximize school’s facilities and infrastructure. (c) Supervision Competencies, Head master evaluates the performance of teachers and education personnel on a regular basis at the end of every end years of learning, principals provide direct supervision during the learning process in the classroom. (d) Social Competence, headmaster participate in any activity within and outside the school.

in an effort to improve the quality of education in Indonesia, supervision is needed to improve the quality of teacher professionalism, this is because the quality of learning in Indonesia has not been maximized. With the supervision of education is expected to improve the quality of education personnel and student achievement. This quality improvement should be done continuously in accordance with the development of science and technology in accordance with the times. By making continuous improvements, it can be seen that the quality development gradually, these quality improvement activities can be done by groups or individuals.

<p><em>Educators and education personnel are one of the most important elements in improving the quality of education. Human resources are important in achieving the goals of an institution or organization, because HR is the driving force of other resources. Competition between Integrated Islamic Primary Schools in Bandung Regency, especially in Baleendah District will have an impact on the quality of recruitment of Educators and Education Personnel, as has been done by SDIT Al-Ihsan Baleendah. The focus of this study is the analysis of the recruitment of teaching staff and education personnel at SDIT Al-Ihsan Baleendah. This study aims to capture the recruitment strategy carried out by SDIT Al-Ihsan Baleendah. This type of research is a qualitative descriptive study. In the data collection technique, various techniques were used in this study, namely interviews, observation and documentation. The data analysis procedure used in this study was qualitative analysis. Based on the findings from the research results, it was concluded that the implementation of recruitment at SDIT Al-Ihsan Baleendah was carried out through administrative tests, interviews and practice stages. </em></p>

The purpose of this study was to establish the extent to which school inputs affect the quality of education in day secondary schools in Kisumu County Kenya. The study was conducted in 18 day secondary schools, 18 head teachers, 123 teachers and 600 students. Proportionate sampling was used to select the number of day secondary schools in various divisions within the County. Simple random sampling was used to select the teachers and students for the study. Data was analysed using Linear multiple correlation. The most important inputs that affected the performance of the day secondary schools included involvement of Parents Teachers Association (PTA) in running of the schools; amount of instructional materials supplied and expenditure in laboratory equipment. The study recommended that PTAs should be strengthened, so that they could contribute to the provision of physical facilities in order to improve quality of education in the day secondary schools.

This study discusses the principal's strategy in improving the quality of Islamic Education in MAS Jam’iyyah Islamiyyah Pondok Aren. The world of education, especially Islamic education, is increasingly faced with quite severe challenges. Because Muslims live in a modern era full of challenges and opportunities. Islamic educational institutions especially madrassas still experience obstacles in improving the quality of education. This can be seen from various aspects ranging from curriculum objectives, education personnel, learning methodology, infrastructure, and evaluation, as a whole still contains problems that have yet to be completely resolved. For this reason, improving the quality of Islamic education in madrasas requires strong leadership from the principal. The purpose of this study was to evaluate: 1) the principal's efforts to improve teacher professionalism, 2) the principal's efforts to improve the quality of educational infrastructure, 3) the principal's efforts to improve the quality of the learning process, and 4) the principal's efforts to improve student achievements at MAS Jam'iyyah Islamiyyah Pondok Aren. This research uses a descriptive-qualitative method and approach using three research instruments, namely interviews, observations, and documentation studies. The results showed that: 1) MAS Jam’iyyah Islamiyyah Pondok Aren has experienced good quality improvement. Under the leadership of a reliable school principal, MAS Jam’iyyah Islamiyyah Pondok Aren can now be one of the institutions of Islamic education that is in the vanguard and capable of producing outputs that excel. 2) The principal's efforts in improving the quality of education, namely: a) increasing teacher professionalism by creating rules for teachers, placing teachers according to their abilities, giving confidence and motivation, conducting coaching. b) improve the quality of infrastructure facilities through improving infrastructure, collaborating with other institutions / agencies in the procurement of infrastructure. c) improve the quality of the learning process by developing Islamic education models, improving learning methods, managing curriculum quality. d) improve student achievement by holding activities of strengthening, additional lessons, collaboration with tutoring institutions, guiding teachers to create effective learning, creating a disciplined school culture, providing various extracurricular activities, sending students in various competitions.

Teachers are the key in improving the quality of education. They are in a very strategic position for education reformation oriented in quality achievement. The role of  teachers is even more strategic in schooling context. Teachers play a major role in the development of education, particularly formal education in schools. Teachers also determine the success of students, especially in learning process. Teachers play the main role in the learning process. The learning process is a process with a course of conduct between teachers and students who are in a reciprocal relationship that takes place in an educational situation in order to achieve certain goals. Any efforts made to improve the quality of education would be meaningless without professional teachers. Therefore, any efforts to reorganize and improve the quality of education must involve teacher empowerment. Professionalism characterized by autonomy, adequate expertise, teachers’ high commitment of their tasks and their passion to improve their skills continuously are the indicators of the teacher’s professionalism. Teacher professional development to improve the professionalism standard related to skills; includes mastery of teaching materials and learning methodologies as well as professional attitude regarding motivation and commitment of teachers in performing their duties, needs to be improved to create synergy towards quality of education.

This study aims to determine the type of principal leadership in improving the quality of teaching and learning process, also supporting factors at State Junior High School 4 in Walenrang, Luwu. This research is a qualitative study using pedagogical, management, and psychological approaches. Instruments used observation, interviews, and documentation. This study indicates that the type of principal leadership in improving education quality at State Junior High School 4 Walenrang is a democratic type with personality, managerial, entrepreneurial, supervisory, and social competencies. The form of the principal's efforts to improve the quality of education at State Junior High School 4 Walenrang through 8 National Education Standards, namely content standards, process standards, graduate competency standards, standards for educators and education personnel, infrastructure standards, management standards, financing standards, and the assessment standards uses four approaches, namely: school review, benchmarking, quality assurance and quality control. Supporting factors in improving the quality of education at State Junior High School 4 Walenrang are teacher professionalism and a quality learning process, support from the government and local communities. The inhibiting factors are students' undisciplined behavior, lack of funds, and lack of IT tools.

In the current era of technology and globalization, the role of principals in improving the quality of education through supervision is very important. The principal is a driving factor for school resources, especially teachers and students. One of the actions that must be taken is to guide and foster teachers in academic supervision activities, which are professional assistance to teachers to improve the professional abilities of teachers in the learning process. The easiest and most frequent academic supervision done by the Principal is academic supervision with class visit techniques, namely the Principal as the supervisor holds a class visit when the teacher teaches in class. Through supervision techniques conducted by principals by conducting direct visits to teachers and students is expected to be able to influence the quality improvement and quality of learning conducted by teachers and students in education so as to produce the best graduates and be able to compete with the world especially with the technological era and globalization as it is today.

Progress in information technology that is so fast is expected to improve the quality of education in Indonesia. In the world of information technology education can help and support the learning process. Especially now all the learning process activities can be done online. Progress in information technology must also be supported by quality human resources. In this case the teacher is very instrumental in the utilization of information technology in the world of education. Because the teacher is one of the education supervisors who will encourage the advancement of the quality of education in Indonesia. But in reality the quality of teachers in Indonesia is inadequate. There are still many teachers who cannot use information technology in learning especially for teachers who are senior or old. As teacher supervisors, they must improve the quality of their performance in using technology. To improve the ability of teachers to use technology, ongoing training is needed to use technology. The role of the head of the school as a supervisor is also needed, namely the principal is obliged to supervise, control, and approach the teacher in terms of the use of technology in the learning process.

The problem in this research is the head of the school can manage all the components or resources that exist in the school environment with good so thatstudent achievement continues to rise in academic and non academic. The purpose of this study is: (1) Describe and analyze so that the head of school in implementing managerial competencies in SMP Islam Al Azhar 15 Cilacap. (2) Describe and analyze the response of the teachers and education personnel  of the competence of the managerial head of school in SMP Islam Al Azhar 15 Cilacap. (3) Describe and analyze the contraints of the head of school in implementing mangerial competencies in SMP Islam Al Azhar 15 Cilacap. The results of this study are: (1) The head of the SMP Islam Al Azhar 15 Cilacap has been making efforts to utilize existing resources in the school environment both from human resources, school facilities and infrastructure, financial resources of the school, and the advancement of technology in the field of information and communication, which includes 16 type of competence; (2) support of personal is realized by setting up the school adminstration well in order to improve the quality of education, as for the support of educators is realized with:  create lesson plans, implement learning process and assesment and evaluation; The head of SMP Islam Al Azhar 15 Cilacap get the constrains in implementing  managerial competencies, namely limitations in manging the school’s finances.

This study aims as a way to determine the effect of the recitation method on learning outcomes of events in life that focuses on sub-theme 2 national events about the proclamation of independence day at SDN Gongseng 1 Jombang. As we know that the average learning process in schools is still centered on the teacher himself. By using the right application, it is certain that it will have a good impact on the quality of education. The lack of student interest in the methods taught by the teacher had a significant impact. In the process of working on questions, for example, students are less able to understand what is conveyed by the teacher who is able to provide a learning process whose substance is carried out by selecting the appropriate method. This research is pre-experimental research design, in the form of one-group pretest-posttest. The sample of this study consisted of 9 boys and 10 girls totaling 19 students who were in the experimental class. In the academic year 2021, it can be seen that the results of the pretest and posttest data of students by using the recitation method have sig. 0.000 < 0.05. From these results, it can be concluded that the effect of recitation has an influence on classroom learning by using conventional methods.
