The objectives of this study are to study and test the effect of using the effect of the single leg and double leg bounding exercise program (BEP) on the improvement of physical agility, strength, balance, and leg muscle power. The subjects of this study were 42 students of Physical Education class 2017 STKIP PGRI Jombang. This type of research is quantitative with quasi-experimental techniques. Sampling using the Solvin formula and purposive sampling technique. The process of taking data from the initial test and the final test uses the leg dynamometer test to determine leg muscle strength, side step test for agility, force plate test for leg muscle power, and balance beam test for balance. The results of the study on the normality and homogeneous tests showed normal and homogeneous data results with a significance value above 0.05. The mean difference test was carried out using the paired test and the Manova test. The method of increasing the agility, strength, balance and leg muscle power has a significant improvement with the two experimental methods. The conclusion of this study is that the bounding exercise program can significantly increase the agility, strength, balance and leg muscle power. However, from the two exercises the increase was greater in the group using the single leg bounding type of exercise.

This study aims to determine the relationship of nutritional status with long jump results, leg muscle power with long jump results, eye-foot coordination with long jump results. The research method is quantitative with the type of correlation. Total population of 13 athletes and samples of 13 people with total sampling technique. Data collection techniques with tests and measurements are body mass index measurements for nutritional status, standing broud jump test to measure leg muscle power, soccer wall volley test for eye-foot coordination and long jump test. The data analysis used multiple regression analysis with SPSS 20. The result showed that there was a significant correlation of X1 and Y with rcount > rtable that is 0,710 > 0,467 and Contrubution Correlation is 50,41%. There is a significant correlation of X2 and Y with rcount > ttable ie 0,608 > 0,467 Contrubution Correlation is 36,96%. There is a significant correlation of X3 and Y with rcount > rtable ie 0,724 > 0,467 Contrubution Correlation is 52,41%. There was a significant correlation between (X1, X2, X3 and Y) with fcount> ftable of 15.609 > 3.71.

This study aims to reveal the contribution of balance and leg muscle power to the side kick ability of Pencak Silat athletes at the Tapak Suci College in Bekasi. This research is included in the correlational research. The population in this study were all Tapak Suci athletes in Bekasi City, aged 15-17 years, amounting to 38 people and the sample was determined by purposive sampling technique as many as 29 male athletes alone. To get the research data used a balance test (stork stand test), leg muscle explosive power (vertical jump) and side kick ability tests. The data obtained were analyzed with produck moment and to see the correlation used dolittle double method and to know the contribution results determined by the dolittle formula. From the results of the study it can be seen that the correlation coefficient r count> r table (research hypothesis is accepted) and significant testing of the correlation coefficient of variables X1 - Y, X2 - Y and X1, X2 against Y is obtained Fcount> Ftable. From the results of this study prove: (1) there is a significant contribution between balance (X1) to the side kick capability of 23%. (2) There is a significant contribution between the leg muscle explosive power (X2) to the side kick capability of 74%. (3) There is a joint contribution of balance (X1) and leg muscle power (X2) to side kick capability (Y) of 97%.

Various studies were conducted to try to improve the accuracy in performing the volleyball jump service, either by simple exercises to modification of the form of training. The purpose of this study was to determine the difference in the effect of recovery time in distributed practice and leg muscle power on the accuracy of volleyball jump service. This research was conducted on volleyball athletes at Vita Surakarta club. The research method used is an experimental method with a 2x2 factorial design, the sample size in this study was 40 athletes obtained through total sampling technique. Data analysis techniques in this study used ANOVA, Saphiro-Wilk test (Lilliefors test with α = 0.05) and variance homogeneity test (Leve's test with α = 0.05). The results showed that (1) athletes who were given training using long recovery times had a significant effect on the accuracy of the volleyball jump service compared to athletes who were given training using short recovery times. (2) athletes who have high leg muscle power have a significant effect on the accuracy of the volleyball jump service compared to athletes who have low leg muscle power. (3) there is an interaction between the recovery time and leg muscle power on the accuracy of the volleyball jump service.

This study aims: (1) to determine the effect of rope jump training on increasing leg muscle power and agility; (2) to determine the effect of step-up training on increasing leg muscle power and agility 3) to determine the effect of diagonal cone hops exercises on increasing leg muscle power and agility; and (4) to find out the differences in the effect of pliometric rope jump, step up, and diagonal cone hops exercises on increasing leg muscle power and agility. The sample of this study was 40 students of futsal extracurricular at Firdaus Jembrana High School. This type of research is quantitative research with a quasi-experimental method. The study design used a pre-test and post-test non-randomized control group, with data analysis using MANOVA. The process of collecting data was to use leg muscle power tests by using jump df and agility tests using the agility T-test during the pre-test and post-test. Then the research data were analyzed using SPSS ver 16.0. It can be concluded that there is an increase in limb muscle power and agility for each group after being given training with a significant value <0.05 in the paired sample t-test. Increased limb muscle power by 12% and 1% agility in rope jump training, 5% increase in leg muscle power and 1% agility in step-up exercises, and increased leg muscle power by 8% and 2% agility in diagonal cone hops exercises.

This research aims to examine:1) How big the effectofbench press and sitting calf exercises to arm muscle power and leg muscle power; 2) How big the effect of chest press and leg press exercises to arm muscle power and leg muscle power; 3)How big the effect difference between bench press and sitting calf exercises and chest press and leg press exercises to to arm muscle power and leg muscle power. Research subject was boy student of SMA Negeri 1 Manyar as many 36 students, with age span 15-17 years which divided to three groups. Experiment group I received bench press and sitting calf while the second ones received chest press and leg press and the third experiment group performed activities according to daily routines. This type of research was applied quantitative research with quasi experimental research methods. The research design applied non-randomized control group pretest-postest design. And data analysis used were t-test and MANOVA. The data collecting process was using a medicine ball to obtain arm muscle power data and jump DF for leg muscle power during pretest and posttest. The results showed the difference between the pretest and posttest means of each group, namely: experimental group I for arm muscle power = 28.3 leg muscle power = 51.1. The second experiment group for arm muscle power = 45.9, leg muscle power = 78.2. Experiment Group III for arm muscle power = 13.3, leg muscle power = 27.1. Based on the above analysis, it can be concluded that there was an increase in all dependent variables for each experimental group after received bench press and sitting calf, chest press and leg press exercises, whereas chest press and leg press exercises were more effective at increasing arm muscle power and leg muscle strength Keywords: Weight training, Bench Press, Calf Sitting, Chest Pres, Leg Press, Arm     Muscles Power, Leg Muscle Power.
