This study aims to determine whether there is 1) The effect of plyometric training jumping over a kun with two legs to the side, 2) The effect of the plyometric training jumping over a kun with two legs in a zig-zag manner, 3) Comparison of the plyometric exercise jumping over a kun with two legs sideways and in a zig-zag manner on leg muscle power for male students of class VIII A SMP Negeri 1 Rambah, Rokan Hulu Regency. This type of research is a quasi experiment. The population was all male students of class VIII A SMP Negeri 1 Rambah, Rokan Hulu Regency, totaling 12 people. The sampling technique used in this study was total sampling, namely the entire population of male students of class VIII A SMP Negeri 1 Rambah, Rokan Hulu Regency. The instrument used in collecting data was the Standing Broad Jump test. The data analysis technique used was the t-test, where 1) The effect of the plyometric training jumping over a kun with two legs to the side is 4.27, 2) The effect of the plyometric training jumping over a kun with two legs in a zigzag manner is 5.97, 3) Comparison plyometric exercise jumping kun with two legs to the side and zigzag the leg muscle power of male students class VIII A SMP Negeri 1 Rambah, Rokan Hulu Regency is 2.36 with t table is 1.81. So from the two exercises given there are significant differences.

This study aims to find out better plyometric exercises between depth jump and jump to box plyometrics exercises on leg muscle power in volleyball smash games in Mts Salafiah extracurricular. This research uses experimental methods with the design of "pretest-posttest one group design". The population in this study were volleyball students in Mts Salafiah extracurricular totaling 30 students. Samples taken from the results of the sampling technique that is purposive sampling, with criteria namely; (1) actively participating in extracurricular activities in Mts Salafiah, (2) registered as extracurricular participants in Mts Salafiah, (3) willing to take part in the training during the research. Based on these criteria, there were 20 students who met them. The instrument used for the jump height test is the vertical jump. Data analysis using t test. The results of the analysis showed that: (1) There was an effect of depth jump plyometric training on leg muscle power in volleyball smash games in Mts Salafiah extracurricular, with t count 3.405> t table 2.23, and significance value 0.008 <0.05, increase in the average difference in value 5.40 cm. (2) There is an effect of jump to box plyometric training on leg muscle power in volleyball smash in Mts Salafiah extracurricular, with t count value 2. 945> t table 2.23, and significance value 0.016 <0.05, increase in mean difference of 3.70 cm. (3) Jump to box plyometric training is better than depth jump plyometric training on leg muscle power in volleyball smash games in Mts Salafiah extracurricular, with an average difference of 10.50 cm

AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji pengaruh latihan plyometric di pasir terhadap peningkatan power otot tungkai pada siswi di SMKN1 Kota Bengkulu tahun 2017/2018. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode eksperimen. Dengan sampel siswi yang berjumlah 32 orang. Instrumen penelitian ini untuk mengetahui peningkatan power otot tungkai dengan menggunakan tes vertical jump. Teknik analisis data menggunakan uji-t. Hasil penelitian di peroleh t hitung = 10,654 jika di bandingkan dengan nilai t tabel= 1,696 maka nilai t hitung > t tabel. This study aims to determine the relationship of nutritional status with long jump results, leg muscle power with long jump results, eye-foot coordination with long jump results. The research method is quantitative with the type of correlation. Total population of 13 athletes and samples of 13 people with total sampling technique. Data collection techniques with tests and measurements are body mass index measurements for nutritional status, standing broud jump test to measure leg muscle power, soccer wall volley test for eye-foot coordination and long jump test. The data analysis used multiple regression analysis with SPSS 20. The result showed that there was a significant correlation of X1 and Y with rcount > rtable that is 0,710 > 0,467 and Contrubution Correlation is 50,41%. There is a significant correlation of X2 and Y with rcount > ttable ie 0,608 > 0,467 Contrubution Correlation is 36,96%. There is a significant correlation of X3 and Y with rcount > rtable ie 0,724 > 0,467 Contrubution Correlation is 52,41%. There was a significant correlation between (X1, X2, X3 and Y) with fcount> ftable of 15.609 > 3.71.

Muscle power was defined as the combination between speed and strenght of muscle contraction and enters in the fitness components. Plyometrics exercises can be used to improve the skills of volleyball players. This study was an experimental study using research designs pre test and post test control group design. The sampling technique inthis study with a simple random sampling. The total sample of 20 person so in one group consisted of 10 person. The first group was given additional ballistic stretching on knee tuck jump exercise. The second group was given knee tuck jump exercise. Measurements of leg muscle power using vertical jump test. Normality test p > 0.05 and homogeneitytest p > 0.05. The results showed an increase in leg muscle power in first group amounted to 14.30 cm and in second group an increase of 7.70 cm. Paired samples t-test p value = 0.000 (p <0.05) in first group and p = 0.000 (p < 0.05) in second group. Test increase explosive power leg muscle after exercise in both groups using independent sample t-test obtained first group and second group where p = 0.000 (p <0.05) with an increase in the percentage of 30.95% in the first group and 16.73% in the second group. From the research done can be concluded that the addition of ballisticstretching on knee tuck jump exercise is more effective than knee tuck jump exercise in increasing explosive power leg muscle in male volleyball players Medical Faculty Of Udayana University. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui: (1) Perbedaan pengaruh metode latihan dengan menggunakan drill dan bermain terhadap peningkatan hasil tolak peluru. (2) Perbedaan pengaruh antara siswa yang memiliki power tinggi dan siswa yang memiliki power rendah hasil tolak peluru. (3) Interaksi antara metode latihan dan power otot lengan terhadap hasil tolak peluru. Penelitian menggunakan metode eksperimen rancangan 2 x 2. Populasi penelitian siswa putra kelas VIII SMP Piri Ngaglik Sleman usia 14-15 tahun berjumlah 72 siswa. Sampel penelitian 40 siswa yang diambil dengan teknik purposive sampling. Data penelitian diperoleh melalui tes dan pengukuran terhadap power otot lengan dan hasil tolak peluru.Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis varian (ANAVA) dua jalur pada taraf signifikan α = 0,05. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) ada perbedaan pengaruh yang signifikan antara metode drill dan bermain terhadap hasil tolak peluru, dibuktikan dengan nilai p = 0,032 < 0,05. Metode drill memiliki pengaruh yang lebih besar daripada metode bermain, dibuktikan dengan nilai mean difffrence (selisih rata-rata) adalah 0,637. (2) Ada perbedaan pengaruh yang signifikan antara siswa yang memiliki power lengan tinggi dan siswa yang memiliki power lengan rendah terhadap hasil tolak peluru, dibutikan dengan nilai p = 0,00 < 0.05 Power lengan tinggi memiliki pengaruh yang lebih besar daripada power lengan rendah, dibuktikan dengan nilai mean difffrence (selisih rata-rata) adalah 2,181. (3) Tidak ada interaksi antara metode latihan dan power lengan terhadap hasil tolak peluru dibuktikan dengan nilai p = 0,865 > 0,05. The comparison between the exercise’s methods and arm’s muscle power on the result of shot put Abstract This research aims to determine: (1) effect’s differences of the exercise methods by using drill and play on the result’s improvement of shot put. (2) effect’s differences between students who have high power and students who have low one on the result of shot put. (3) Interaction between the exercise methods and arm’s muscle power on the result of shot put. This research used experiment method of 2 x 2 design. The population covered 72 male students of 8th grade of Piri Junior High School aged 14-15 years old in Ngaglik, Sleman regency. The sample of this research was 40 students taken by using purposive sampling technique. The data of the research were taken through the test and measurement on arm’s muscle power and result of shot put. Data’s analysis technique used in this research was two tracks of varian analysis (called ANAVA) on significant rate α = 0.05. The result of this research shows that: (1) there is a significant effect’s difference between drilling method and playing method on the result of shot put which is proved by value of p = 0.032 < 0.05. Drilling method has greater effect than playing method which is proved by the value of mean difference (difference in average) is 0.637. (2) there is a significant effect’s difference between students who have high arm’s power and students who have low one on the result of shot put, which is proved by value of p = 0.00 < 0.05. The high arm’s power has greater effect than the low one which is proved by the value of mean difference (difference in average) is 2.181. (3) There is no interaction between the exercise methods and arm’s muscle power on the result of shot put which is proved by value of p = 0.865 > 0.05.

This study aims to determine the correlation between leg muscle power to volleyball spike skills in class X SMA Negeri 1 Ulu Musi, Empat Lawang. The method used is a descriptive correlational method, because basically this study aims to determine the relationship between variables. The research data collection instrument was carried out by measuring the power of the leg muscles using the Vertical Jump test, then the Spike skill was performed with the Spike. The results of data analysis indicate that the hypothesis proposed is acceptable, there is a positive relationship between the two variables, namely of 0.977 is positive, meaning that the greater the score obtained, the stronger the relationship between the two variables. The test for the significance of the correlation coefficient was carried out by means of the value r count with r table at α = 5% with N = 24 obtained r table of 0.404 because the correlation coefficient between rx.y = 0.97 r (0.5) (24) = 0.404 means the correlation between the power of leg muscles on the Spike skills of SMA Negeri 1 Ulu Musi students is significant. Thus, the hypothesis which says "there is a strong correlation between leg muscle power on the Spike skills of SMA Negeri 1 Ulu Musi students", is accepted. This means that there is a correlation between leg muscle strength and the Spike

Penelitian eksperimen ini bertujuan untuk mengatahui pengaruh pelatihan double leg box bound dan alternate leg box bound terhadap peningkatan power otot tungkai. Rancangan penelitian ini adalah the non-randomized control. Subjek penelitian adalah siswa putra peserta ektrakurikuler sepak bola SMA Negeri 1 Sidemen berjumlah 43 orang, dibagi menjadi 2 kelompok menggunakan teknik ordinal pairing, yaitu 22 orang diberikan pelatihan double leg box bound, 22 orang diberikan pelatihan alternate leg box bound. Power otot tungkai diukur dengan test vertical jump. Data dianalisis dengan uji F (one way anova) pada taraf signifikansi (α) = 0,05 dengan bantuan program SPSS 16.0. Hasil analisis data pada kelompok perlakuan double leg box bound terjadi peningkatan power otot tungkai sebesar 58,77, pada kelompok perlakuan alternate leg box bound sebesar 61,86. Hasil uji one way anova variable power otot tungkai antara kelompok perlakuan dan kelompok control didapat Fhitung sebesar 8,91 dan signifikasi 0,001 yang berarti terdapat perbedaan pengaruh antara pelatihan double leg box bound dan alternate leg box bound terhadap power otot tungkai. Berdasarkan hasil uji LSD, kelompok pelatihan double leg box bound lebih baik pengaruhnya dibandingkan pelatihan alternate leg box bound terhadap peningkatan power otot tungkai sebesar 2,46. Disimpulkan bahwa; (1) pelatihan double leg box bound dan alternate leg box bound berpengaruh terhadap peningkatan power otot tungkai. (2) terdapat perbedaan pengaruhantara pelatihan double leg box bound dan alternate leg box bound terhadap peningkatan power otot tungkai. (3) pelatihan double leg box bound lebih baik dari pada alternate leg box bound terhadap peningkatan power otot tungkai. Kata Kunci : double leg box bound, alternate leg box bound, power otot tungkai. This experimental research aims to know the effect of double leg box bound and alternate leg box bound to increase leg muscle power. The research design with the non-randomized control. The subject were 43 male student participants of volleyball extracurricularin SMAN 1 Sidemenschool, then divided into 2 groups using ordinal pairing techniques, which is 22 male students given double leg box bound, 22 male students given training in alternate leg box bound. Leg muscle power was measured by vertical jump test. The data can be analyzed by F test (one way ANOVA) at a significance level (α) = 0.05 with SPSS 16.0. In the treatment group of double leg box bound howed an increase of leg muscle power as much as 58.77, the treatment group alternate leg box bound as much as 61,86. The test results of Fmeasureof one way ANOVA of leg muscle power between the treatment group and the control group was obtained 8.91 and the significance is 0.000, which means there is a difference between the effects of double leg box bound and alternate leg box bound to the leg muscle power. Based on the test results of LSD, the repetition double leg box bound group have better influence than alternate leg box bound training to increase leg muscle power as much as 2.46. From the results of data analysis in the discussion it can be concluded that; (1) training double leg box bound and alternate leg box bound effecting the increase in leg muscle power. (2) There is a difference between the effects of double leg box bound and alternate leg box bound to increase leg muscle power. This study aimed to determine the contribution of leg power and height to the straddle high jump. This research is correlational. This study's population was students of Sports Coaching Education at the Faculty of Sports and Health, Gorontalo State University semester 1 T / 2020-2021, which had a population of 43 students. The research sample is the entire population (total sampling). This study used a vertical jump test for leg muscle power and a Stadiometer for height measurement. The result, this study suggests that leg muscle power with height has a contribution to high jump results.

This study aims to reveal the contribution of balance and leg muscle power to the side kick ability of Pencak Silat athletes at the Tapak Suci College in Bekasi. This research is included in the correlational research. The population in this study were all Tapak Suci athletes in Bekasi City, aged 15-17 years, amounting to 38 people and the sample was determined by purposive sampling technique as many as 29 male athletes alone. To get the research data used a balance test (stork stand test), leg muscle explosive power (vertical jump) and side kick ability tests. The data obtained were analyzed with produck moment and to see the correlation used dolittle double method and to know the contribution results determined by the dolittle formula. From the results of the study it can be seen that the correlation coefficient r count> r table (research hypothesis is accepted) and significant testing of the correlation coefficient of variables X1 - Y, X2 - Y and X1, X2 against Y is obtained Fcount> Ftable. From the results of this study prove: (1) there is a significant contribution between balance (X1) to the side kick capability of 23%. (2) There is a significant contribution between the leg muscle explosive power (X2) to the side kick capability of 74%. (3) There is a joint contribution of balance (X1) and leg muscle power (X2) to side kick capability (Y) of 97%.
