Based on the description on the background of the problem, that there are many that affect teacher performance. The results of the analysis of the Model of Organization Behavior's Integrative Model proposed by Colquit, Lepine, and Wesson which asserted that the individual outcomes considered to influence performance consisted of: job satisfaction, stress, motivation, trust, justice and ethics, and learning and decision making. And The formulation of the problem in this study is there any influence of work motivation on the performance of teachers SMK Medan City. The purpose of this study is to determine the magnitude of theinfluence of work motivation on the performance of teachers SMK Medan City. The research was conducted at 14 SMK Negeri in Medan city, there are SMKN 1, SMKN 2, SMKN 3, SMKN 4, SMKN 5, SMKN 6, SMKN 7, SMKN 8, SMKN 9, SMKN 10, SMKN 11, SMKN 12, SMKN 13, SMKN 14.The population of this research is Vocational High School (SMK) teacher in Medan city both public (civil servant) and private (Non PNS)which is 4,379 people with 367 samples taken by Slovin formula.The research instrument is a questionnaire with Likert scale.Research data is processedand analyzed by simple regression analysis.This simple regression analysis begins by testing the requirements analysis including normality test, linearity test and regression significance. The results of this study indicate that the influence of Work Motivation on Teacher Performance SMK Medan City of 5.1%, while the rest influenced by other variables outside the variable in this study.

The activity of a company requires quality human resources. Humans are a resource factor that is different from other resources because humans are creatures that have strong feelings and desires. Therefore, human resources must be able to be fostered and managed effectively and efficiently in order to provide optimal results for the company. Relationship patterns that occur between superiors and employees are strongly influenced by leadership style, is one of the factors that influence the behavior of others to work and strive to achieve company goals, because the success of an organization is very dependent on the effectiveness of the company. This study aims to determine the effect of leadership style on employee work motivation Guidance and Learning Consultation Nurul Fikri Ragunan. In this study, the number of respondents was 40 employees. Data was collected using a questionnaire with data analysis using a normality test, linearity test, simple regression analysis, t-test, correlation coefficient, and coefficient of determination. The results of the study showed leadership style towards employee work motivation Guidance and Learning Consultation Nurul Fikri Ragunan. The magnitude of the correlation coefficient shows the amount of 0.754, it means that the relationship between organizational culture and employee performance is quite strong. The coefficient of determination or R Squared = 0.568 which means that the organizational culture has a contribution to employee performance by 43.2% while the rest is influenced by factors other than leadership styleKeywords: Leadership Style, Motivation of Employee Work

Research based on phenomena that show a decline in teacher performance. The purpose of this study was to describe the contribution of kindergarten principal leadership and academic supervision to performing kindergarten teachers. This type of research is quantitative, with a descriptive correlational approach. The population in this study were kindergarten teachers, amounting to 43 people. Respondents in this study amounted to 43 people. The instrument used is a Likert model scale and a questionnaire about teacher performance, the leadership of the kindergarten principal, and the academic supervision of the education unit supervisor. Test the validity using the product moment correlation. For the reliability test using Cronbach’s alpha. The requirements analysis tests carried out are; normality test, linearity test and multicollinearity test. The data analysis technique used simple regression and multiple regression. The results showed that; 1) there is a contribution from the leadership of the kindergarten head to performing the kindergarten teacher, 2) there is the contribution of the academic supervision of the education unit supervisor to the kindergarten teacher’s performance, and 3) there is the contribution of the leadership of the kindergarten head and the academic supervision of the education unit supervisor to the kindergarten teacher performance.

This study aims to determine the magnitude of the value of the influence of the work climate on the work productivity of private university lecturers in Aceh Province. The population of this research is the number of lecturers in 8 (eight) private universities in Aceh Province, namely Gajah Putih Takengon University, Al Muslim Bireuen University, Gunung Leuser University Aceh, Jabal Ghafur Sigli University, Abulyatama University, Muhammadiyah University Aceh, Serambi Mekah University Banda Aceh, Usman Safri High School, with a total of 1769 people, while the number of samples taken by proportional sampling is 313 people. The research instrument used a questionnaire with a Likert scale. The research data were analyzed with a simple regression analysis that began with the analysis requirements test, including normality test, linearity test and significance of a regression. The results showed that; the work climate directly determines the work productivity of Aceh's private lecturers by 0.3512 = 0.09, the rest is influenced by other variables outside of this research variable. Conclusion of the regression test of 9% and the results of the linearity calculation obtained a simple regression equation Y = 44.79 + 0.41X. This shows that work productivity is influenced by the competence of lecturers.

Abstrak Riset ini bermaksud demi mengetahui apakah pengaruh pengetahuan perpajakan terhadap kepatuhan wajib pajak di Kantor SAMSAT Kota Tomohon. Pada riset ini variabel kepatuhan wajib pajak menjadi variabel dependen. Sampel pada pengkajian ini sebanyak 100 wajib pajak serta diambil memakai rumus Slovin.             Metode yang dipergunakan dalam riset ini ialah metode survei dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Pada riset ini data primer dikumpulkan dengan cara teknik pengumpulan data observasi, dokumentasi serta angket/kuesioner, adapun teknik analisis data yang digunakan pada pengkajian ini ialah analisis regresi sederhana dengan uji normalitas, uji linieritas, dan uji hipotesis.             Hasil pengkajian ini adanya dampak positif dan signifikan mengenai dampak pengetahuan perpajakan terhadap kepatuhan wajib pajak kendaraan bermotor di mana persamaan regresi sederhana dalam riset ini menunjukkan nilai koefisien Regresi X sebesar 0.072 memperlihatkan ternyata setiap penambahan 1% pengaruh pengetahuan perpajakan, maka nilai kepatuhan wajib pajak kendaraan bermotor bertambah sebesar 0.072. Koefisien regresi tersebut bernilai positif, sehingga dapat dikatakan bahwa dampak variabel X terhadap Y ialah positif. Dengan demikian variabel pengaruh pengetahuan perpajakan berdampak signifikan atas kepatuhan wajib pajak kendaraan bermotor di Kantor Samsat Kota Tomohon.   Kata Kunci : Pengetahuan Perpajakan, Kepatuhan Wajib Pajak   Abstract                This research intends to find out whether the influence of tax knowledge on taxpayer compliance at the Tomohon City SAMSAT Office. In this research, the taxpayer compliance variable becomes the dependent variable. The sample in this study was 100 taxpayers and was taken using the Slovin formula. The method used in this research is a survey method with a quantitative approach. In this research, primary data were collected by means of observation data collection techniques, documentation and questionnaires, while the data analysis techniques used in this study were simple regression analysis with normality test, linearity test, and hypothesis testing. The results of the study are that there is a positive and significant impact on the impact of tax knowledge on motor vehicle taxpayer compliance where the simple regression equation in this research shows the X regression coefficient value of 0.072 showing that all 1% additions affect tax knowledge, then the motor vehicle taxpayer compliance value increases by 0.072. The regression coefficient is positive, so it can be said that the impact of variable X on Y is positive. Thus the variable influence of tax knowledge has a significant impact on motor vehicle taxpayer compliance at the Tomohon City Samsat Office.   Keywords: Tax Knowledge, Taxpayer Compliance

The purpose of this study was to analyze influence teache’s creativity on teaching towards the student learning interest in entrepreneurship with used explanatory survey method. Data collection techniques used question model on scale of 1-5 form with likert scale. The respondents of this research consist of 90 students in grade XI of Office Administration in Vocational High School in Cimahi. The technique of data collection with the use of simple regression analysis. Based on the results of this study, there are some information which are the teacher’s creativity on teaching significantly influences the learning interest for the students in grade XI of Office Administration in Cimahi. This study suggests the teachers to concern creative teaching method in order to increase the students’ learning interest on learning activities.ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kreativitas mengajar guru terhadap minat belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran kewirausahaan dengan menggunakan metode survey explanatory. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan angket dengan skor yang terentang antara 1 sampai 5 model likert scale. Responden dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 90 siswa kelas XI Administrasi Perkantoran di Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan di Cimahi. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis regresi sederhana. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, didapatkan informasi yang menunjukkan bahwa kreativitas mengajar guru berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap minat belajar siswa kelas XI Administrasi Perkantoran di SMK di Cimahi. Penelitian ini menyarankan agar pihak guru lebih memperhatikan cara mengajar yang kreatif, agar dapat meningkatkan minat belajar siswa dalam kegiatan belajar mengajar.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Kepemimpinan Kepala Sekolah, Komitmen Guru, Disiplin Kerja Guru, dan Budaya Sekolah terhadap Kinerja Guru di SMK Negeri Kabupaten Sleman Yogyakarta. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian korelasional dengan menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh guru di SMK Negeri yang berada di Kabupaten Sleman yang berjumlah 659 orang. Penentuan ukuran sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik random sampling dengan mengacu table Krejcie dan Morgan. Uji coba instrumen menggunakan uji validitas dan uji reliabilitas Alpha Cronbach’s. Teknik analisis data menggunakan uji prasyarat analisis yang meliputi uji normalitas, uji linieritas dan uji multikolinieritas. Pengujian hipotesis menggunakan analisis regresi dengan tingkat signifikansi ditentukan sebesar 5%. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) terdapat pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan kepemimpinan kepala sekolah terhadap kinerja guru; (2) terdapat pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan komitmen guru terhadap kinerja guru; (3) terdapat pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan disiplin guru terhadap kinerja guru sebesar; (4) terdapat pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan budaya sekolah terhadap kinerja guru; (5) terdapat pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan kinerja kepemimpinan, komitmen guru, disiplin kerja guru dan budaya sekolah secara simultan terhadap  kinerja guru.Kata Kunci: kepemimpinan kepala sekolah, komitmen, disiplin kerja, budaya sekolah, kinerja guru THE INFLUENCE OF PRINCIPAL’S LEADERSHIP, TEACHER’S COMMITMENT, TEACHER’S WORK DISCIPLINE, AND SCHOOL CULTURE ON VOCATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL TEACHER’S PERFORMANCEAbstractThis research is aimed to know the influence of  Principal’s Leadership, Teacher’s Commitment, Teacher’s Work Discipline, and School Culture on Teacher’s Performance in SMK Negeri in Sleman District. The method of analyzing the data uses analysis precondition test which covers normality test, linearity test and multicollinearity test. The hypothesis proposal uses regression analysis with significance level determined by 5%. Penelitian ini bertujuan membuktikan adanya pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan transformasional, motivasi kerja, dan kepuasan kerja, secara sendiri-sendiri maupun bersama, terhadap kinerja guru SD negeri di Kecamatan Comal Kabupaten Pemalang. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan pendekatan cross sectional dan survey yang bersifat explanatory. Data dikumpulkan menggunakan kuesioner dengan skala Likert yang telah teruji keabsahannya terbukti valid dan stabil. Pengujian prasarat analisis yang meliputi uji normalitas, multikolinearitas, heteroskedasitas, dan linearitas menunjukkan persyaratan telah terpenuhi. Hasil uji F hitung 120,311 dengan nilai signifikansi 0,000<0,05, berarti ada pengaruh signifikan dan positif gaya kepemimpinan transformasional, motivasi kerja, dan kepuasan kerja terhadap kinerja guru. Dari uji parsial, diperoleh nilai signifikansi gaya kepemimpinan transformasional 0,001, motivasi kerja 0,000, dan kepuasan kerja 0,000< 0,05, berarti gaya kepemimpinan transformasional, motivasi kerja, dan kepuasan kerja masing-masing berpengaruh signifikan dan positif terhadap kinerja guru. Hal ini menunjukkan semua hipotesis dalam penelitian ini dapat diterima, artinya ada pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan dari gaya kepemimpinan transformasional, motivasi kerja, dan kepuasan kerja, baik secara sendiri-sendiri maupun bersama, terhadap kinerja guru.AbstractThis study aims to prove the influence of transformational leadership style, work motivation, and job satisfaction both individually and collectively on the performance of elementary school teachers in Comal District, Pemalang Regency. This is a quantitative study using a cross sectional approach and an explanatory survey. Data were collected using a questionnaire with a Likert scale that has been tested for validity and is proven valid and stable. The results of the analysis prerequisite test including normality test, multicollinearity, heteroscedasticity, and linearity show that the requirements have been fulfilled. The result of the F test count is 120.311 with a significance value of 0.000<0.05, meaning that there is a significant and positive effect of transformational leadership style, work motivation, and job satisfaction on teacher performance. Partial test shows that the significance value of transformational leadership style is 0.001, work motivation is 0.000, and job satisfaction is 0.000<0.05, meaning that transformational leadership style, work motivation, and job satisfaction have a significant and positive effect on teacher performance, respectively. It shows that all hypotheses in this study are acceptable, which means that there is a positive and significant effect of transformational leadership style, work motivation, and job satisfaction both individually and collectively on the teachers’ performance.

The study population was all the staff of Office of Communications River City Full totaling 34 people. Samples were taken from all of the population is 34 people. Methods of analysis using simple regression analysis and multiple regression analysis. Results obtained (1) Partially Competence , Work Motivation and Work Discipline, positive and significant impact on employee performance of Communications River City Full (2) Simultaneously Influence of Competence (X1), work motivation (X2), Work Discipline (X3) on employee performance (Y) is 0.003 with Sig. F 0.003 <0.05 and Fhitung value of 5.847, while the value of F table is 2,92 so that the value of F larger than F table, it can be said that the competence (X1) work motivation (X2) and the Discipline of the work (X3) proved positive and significant influence on employee performance of Office of Communications City Full River and regression equations for these three variables is Y = 52,271+ 0,190 X1 + 0,204 X2 + 0,412 X3. Finally the authors suggest the results of this study to increase competence, work motivation and work discipline in accordance with their respective indicators and for other researchers can continue this research in order that the limitations in this study could be refined.Keywords: Competence, Work Motivation and Work Discipline and Employee Performance

This study was aimed at finding if integrity affects the performance of High School Teachers in Pekanbaru. So the hypothesis of this study is that if the integrity has an influence on the performance of high school teachers in Pekanbaru. The method used in this study was a survey with correlational techniques. This technique was carried out to analyze the influence of two independent variables X with dependent variables Y. The population in this study were all high school teachers (178 teachers) and the samples were teachers who had received teacher certification at the SMAN Kecamatan 121 Tenayan Raya. Data were analysed using descriptive analysis techniques and inferential analysis to test hypotheses. The requirements for analyzing the data are: normality test, homogeneity test, and linearity test. The results showed that integrity had a significant effect with a positive direction on teacher performance in the Tenayan Raya High School in Pekanbaru. This is indicated by the regression coefficient of integrity against teacher performance of 0.083. The point is that if the integrity variable rises by one unit, an increase in teacher performance is 0.083. Furthermore, the effect of the variable integrity on teacher performance resulted in a value of 0.69%. This means that integrity contributes significantly to teacher performance by 0.69%. This contribution is in the very low category. Therefore, it can be concluded that integrity has a positive and significant effect on teachers’ performance in Tenayan Raya High School.
