This study aims: (1) To determine how the instructional design of Islamic Religious Education teachers at SMP Negeri 20 Medan. (2) To find out how the implementation of Islamic Religious Education teacher teaching at SMP Negeri 20 Medan. (3) To find out what the teaching media for the Islamic Religious Education teacher at SMP Negeri 20 Medan. This research use desciptive qualitative approach. Data collection was carried out by observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis was carried out, namely examining all data, reducing data, presenting data, and concluding existing data.

This research aims to identify and analyse students’ response on the application of the Hypnoteaching in learning Hindu religious education in class X of SMAN 7 Denpasar. This research follows a qualitative approach with observation as the main data collection technique. The sample of the study is X Mipa 6 class with 34 students from a total of 389. The application of hypnoteaching methods is fun for students compared to  conventional methods which tend to be uninteresting. When using Hypnoteaching method, students were very excited during learning activities. By using hypnoteaching methods in learning Hindu religious education students becomes very enthusiastic in listening to the teacher's explanation of Hindu religious learning materials. To improve learning activities students prepare themselves for the topic discussion. Students’ response to the application of Hypnoteaching method is positive. They think that the method is effective as it can increase students’ enthusiasm to learn.

This paper discusses about the strategies of Islamic Religious Education teachers in dealing with students absorption skills. This study used qualitative research methods. Data collection techniques through observation, interviews and documentation. The data analysis technique used was data reduction, data presentation and data verification. This paper found that the Islamic religious education teacher at SMP Negeri 4 Sojol Kec. Sojol Kab. Donggala is successful in using learning strategies to increase thinking skills, because it can create fun learning and make students feel faster in understanding the subject matter of Islamic Religious Education. One aspect that affects the success of learning is the ability of the teacher to manage learning. The teacher delivering material learning with calm, not rushing in delivering material. So, the students can analyze the material. Creating a pleasant learning atmosphere in the classroom, making students not feel bored with the material

Abstract: The purpose of this study is to determine whether there is an effect of cooperation between parents and teachers on Islamic religious education at MTs Muhammadiyah 03 Sedayulawas Lamongan. This research is a qualitative research with a background at MTs Muhammadiyah 03 Sedayulawas Lamongan. Data collection was carried out through observation, interviews / interviews, and documentation. This research uses a qualitative descriptive approach, so the presence of researchers in the field is very important. Researchers act directly as instruments and as data collectors from in-depth observations and are actively involved in research. Data in the form of words were obtained from informants,while additional data was in the form of documents. Data analysis is done by examining existing data, then reducing data, presenting data and drawing conclusions and the final stage of data analysis is to validate the data by using the accuracy and persistence of triangulation observations. The results showed: (1) The cooperation of parents and teachers. (2) Efforts to improve Islamic Religious Education. (3) The effect of cooperation between parents and teachers on Islamic Religious Education

Islamic Religious Education (PAI) is not sufficient for cultivating anti-corruption character. As a result, future generations at risk of experiencing brain disorders which are considered normal but unhealthy. This study aims to integrate PAI and Anti-Corruption Education (PAK) with neuroscience approach in PAUD. This research used a qualitative approach in the form of field research in brain-friendly PAUD, i.e.1 Sleman Kindergarten Yogyakarta. Data collection technique was done by observation, interview, and documentation. Data analysis was done in descriptive, interpretative, and comparative. The research indicates that the application of PAK in I Sleman Kindergarten is by following findings National Learning Movement of I'm an Honest Kid (Gernas Manjur), while PAI is implemented thematically and scientifically, but it is not yet integrated. This research integrates PAK and PAI by extending the forms of corruption into Gernas Manjur and deepening the themes of PAI learning based on neuroscience learning theory.[Pendidikan Agama Islam (PAI) ternyata belum cukup untuk menumbuhkan karakter antikorupsi. Akibatnya, generasi bangsa di masa depan beresiko mengalami ganguan otak yang hanya normal tetapi tidak sehat. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengintegrasikan PAI dan Pendidkan Anti Korupsi (PAK) dengan pendektan neurosains pada jenang Pendidikan Anak Usia Dini (PAUD). Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitif dalam bentuk penelitian lapangan di Pendidikan Anak Usia Dini (PAUD) yang ramah otak, yakni TK N 1 Sleman Yogyakarta. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Analisis data dilakukan secara deskriptif, interpretatif dan komparatif. Temuan penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan PAK di TK N I Sleman dilaksanakan dengan mengikuti Gerakan Nasional Pembelajaran Aku Anak Jujur (Gernas Manjur), sedangkan PAI dilaksanakan secara tematik dan saintifik namun keduanya belum terintegrasi. Penelitian ini mengintegrasikan PAK dan PAI dengan cara memperluas bentuk-bentuk korupsi ke dalam Gernas Manjur dan memperdalam tema-tema pembelajaran PAI berdasar teori pembelajaran neurosins.]

The purpose of this study was to determine the perception of farmers on the audit of Islamic financial institutions (LKS) in handling the financing of the needs of farmers in Sukopuro village, Jabung sub-district, Malang regency. This research use desciptive qualitative approach. The population used in this study were the Sukopuro villagers who were members of the Joint Business Group (KUBE). Determination of the sample is done by purposive sampling with the criteria for the community that conducts business and utilizes funds from Islamic financial institutions in the area. The data collection techniques used are observation methods, interviews, documentation and focus discussion groups (FGD). Data analysis in the research in this study by recording data from the results of interviews, observation, documentation and FGD then organized to be sorted out to answer the problem formulation. This analysis is continued by finding and finding meaning related to the formulation of the problem

Membentuk kepribadian anak memiliki moral yang baik sangat penting. Apalagi di zaman sekarang semuanya serba canggih dan dengan mudahnya mempengaruhi anak-anak meninggalkan kewajiban untuk belajar dan kegiatan selayaknya seorang muslim. Menanggulangi permasalahan tersebut MA Darul Hikam Kertonegoro Jenggawah Jember menerapkan pembiasaan kegiatan keagamaan dalam membentuk karakter religius. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mendeskripsikan pembiasaan kegiatan keagamaan dalam membentuk karakter religius. Penelian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan jenis field research. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Analisis data menggunakan model interaktif Miles, Huberman dan Saldana. Keabsahan data menggunakan triangulasi sumber dan teknik. Hasil penelitian ini adalah 1) pembiasaan sholat dhuha dalam membentuk karakter religius yaitu membiasakan siswa tepat waktu, berjama’ah, dan khusyuk dalam beribadah; 2) pembiasaan kegiatan pembacaan asmaul husna dalam membentuk karakter religius membiasakan siswa untuk berdzikir serta membiasakan siswa untuk disiplin dan tanggung jawab dalam menghafal nama-nama Allah; 3) pembiasaan kegiatan khotmil Qur’an dalam membentuk karakter religius yaitu saling bekerjasama dalam mengkhatamkan Al-Qur’an serta membiasakan siswa untuk selalu membaca Al-Qur’an; 4) pembiasaan kegiatan pembelajaran terjemah Al-Qur’an dalam membentuk karakter religius yaitu membiasakan siswa untuk lebih cermat, seksama serta sungguh-sungguh dalam menerjemah Al-Qur’an sehingga mampu memahami kitab Allah dan mampu memperbaiki tingkah lakunya dalam kehidupan sehari-hari. Kata Kunci: pembiasaan kegiatan keagamaan, karakter religius Forming a child's personality to have good morals is very important. Moreover, in this day and age everything is very sophisticated and it easily influences children to leave the obligation to study and do activities like a Muslim. Overcoming these problems MA darul hikam Kertonegoro Jenggawah Jember implements the habituation of religious activities in shaping religious character. This study uses a qualitative approach with the type of research file. data collection techniques using observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis using interactive models of miles, huberman, and saldana. The validity of the data used source and technique triangulation. The results of this study are 1) the habituation of Duha prayer in forming religious characters, namely accustoming students to being on time, in congregation and being devoted to worship, 2) habituation of reading Asmaul Husna in forming religious characters accustom students to dzikir and accustom students to discipline and responsibility in memorizing the names of Allah, 3) habituation of Qur'anic khotmil activities in shaping religious character, namely working together in understanding the Koran and accustoming students to always reading the Qur’an, 4) habituation of learning activities to translate the Qur’an in forming religious characters, namely accustom students to be more careful and earnest in translating the Qur'an so that they are able to understand the book of Allah and be able to improve their behavior in everyday life. Target of this research is to describe objectively about: (1) the kinds of Indonesian learning media, (2) the activities use media in learning of Indonesian language, and (3) the achievement of the students of SMP Negeri 3 Baureno referring to the usage of media in learning Indonesian language.To reach the target above, this research use qualitative approach. Source of data in this research is kinds of learning media used by Indonesian teachers, the teaching learning activities that use the learning media, and the students’ achievement posed at with daily test. The data collected through observation, interview, and documentation.Based on the data analysis which is described descriptive qualitative obtained the following conclusions (1) the kinds of learning media used by the Indonesian teachers in the form of conventional media, (2) the activities that use the learning media applied by the Indonesia teachers depend on the creativity of the teacher to modify the media so that the conventional media have new value because supple in its use, and (3) the achievement of students grade VII of SMP Negeri 3 Baureno referring to the usage of media in learning Indonesian language very gratifying, both aspect of language skills and  aspect of language art.

This research aims to understand and analyze the management of the flagship program of Islamic Religious Education at SMK Nurul Hidayah Al-Falah Mojokerto in facilitating students to contribute to society. This research uses a qualitative approach to the type of case study, where data collection is done through interviews, observation, and documentation. While the data analysis is done through display data, data reduction, and conclusion. The results showed that the management of the Islamic Religious Education's flagship program at SMK Nurul Hidayah Al-Falah Mojokerto in facilitating students to contribute to society was carried out in a planned and systematic manner through strengthening the Islamic Education extracurricular program as a superior program in the institution, which has types of activities. All of these activities are carried out through careful planning and are carried out concerning existing plans and evaluated with the principle of continuous improvement.

This study aimed to examine the effect of demographic factors and organizational climate on the intention of internal whistleblowing. The sample was an accountant who had worked as an auditor. Data collection methods using questionnaires with financial statement fraud case scenarios. This research use ANOVA data analysis method to examine demographic factors include age, gender, and experience, as well as organizational climate on the intention of internal whistleblowing. The results showed only the experience of demographic factors that influence internal whistleblowing. Besides internal whistlelowing also influenced by organizational climate in the company.Keyword: Demographics, Organizational Climate, Whistleblowing

This study aims to explain how the distribution of productive zakat in the Rumah Zakat North Sumatra and how the effectiveness of productive zakat distribution in improving the welfare of mustahik in the Rumah Zakat North Sumatra. This study uses a qualitative approach with a type of descriptive method, which is a problem that guides researchers to explore and photograph situations that will be thoroughly investigated, broadly and deeply. Data collection techniques with field research, while the tools used are observation, interviews and documentation. Data analysis used is descriptive qualitative analysis. The results of this study inform that in distributing productive zakat funds, Rumah Zakat is in accordance with Law No. 23 of 2011 concerning Management of Zakat. The distribution of productive zakat carried out by the Rumah Zakat North Sumatra through the Senyum Mandiri Program to mustahik in Medan Helvetia Subdistrict has been effective, because it can improve the welfare of mustahik, this is evidenced by the income of eight of thirteen mustahik people in total, five people whose income is fixed and four out of eight people whose income has increased has reached the level of muzaki.
