The purpose of this research is to know the Influence of Supervision and Work Environment to Employee Performance of Secretariat Office of Election Commission of Lahat Regency. The respondents were all employees of the secretariat office of Lahat district electoral commission as much as 33 respondents. The analysis used is Multiple Linear Regression Analysis with hypothesis testing with t-test and F-test. From the value of regression equation obtained value equation Performance = 5.673 + 0.107 Supervision + 0.766 Work Environment + e. Monitoring and work environment variables together affect the performance with the value of determination coefficient of 67.4%. This means that 67.4% of the performance of the Lahat Regency Electoral Commission (KPU) is influenced by supervision and work environment while 32.6% is influenced by other factors outside the model. The result of partial test shows that the control variable has no significant effect on the performance, while the work environment variable has a significant positive effect on the performance.

Micro, small and medium enterprises or MSMEs in Indonesia each year increase. The increasing number of MSMEs still needs to experience intensive assistance in order to achieve independent, resilient, and quality MSMEs. Employee performance is a form of employee achievement after going through various stages in the work process. Based on the observations, researchers showed that the performance of MSME employees in Babakan Madang subdistrict and Cisarua Sub-District of Bogor Regency was not optimal. This is allegedly due to being influenced by capital, work environment, and marketing. The formulation of problems in this research is whether the capital and work environment can affect the performance of employees directly or through the marketing of MSMEs in two sub-districts in Bogor Regency. This study aims to find out the influence of capital and work environment on employee performance with marketing co-operation on MSMEs Bogor Regency, this research uses the archework of The Posttest Only Control Group with marketing covariance. Data collection techniques use interviews and questionnaires, while sampling techniques use non probability sampling with a sample number of 72 people. The results showed that capital and work environment have a positive and significant effect on employee performance through marketing. This can be seen from the results of simple linear regression analysis, multiple linear regression, t test, determination coefficient test, sobel test and path analysis. Marketing as a moderator variable mediates between capital to employee performance that is partial mediation and marketing as moderator variables that mediate between the work environment and employee performance, both of which are full mediation.

This study aims to determine how much influence the compensation, work motivation work environment has on employee performance in the Kerinci district education office. The analytical method used is regression analysis and correlation analysis. The results of the analysis show that the compensation, work environment and work motivation variables have a significant positive effect on employee performance variables, together. The amount of Adjusted R Square is 0.682. This means that 68.2% of the variation in employee performance can be explained by the three independent variables of compensation, work environment and work motivation. While the remaining 31.8% is explained by other variables outside this study such as job satisfaction, work performance and others.

Research related to the effect of product turnover on the performance of companies in the industrial sector is still needed to do research and study in depth. This is needed because the developed sector, especially related to product rotation, has an important role in advancing the sustainability of the company. The research methodology in this research is descriptive quantitative using simple linear regression analysis and using SPSS v 23 and Amos v 23 software as a calculation tool through a measurement model using simple Linear Regression at 87 MSMEs in Sukabumi City. The results of this study indicate a positive effect of product turnover on the performance of Small and Medium Enterprises.

The data in this study were obtained through a questionnaire that was filled out independently. The analysis used in this study uses the analysis method of Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). This study proves and concludes that: work environment and work training have a significant positive effect on work satisfaction. However, competence does not affect work satisfaction. Besides, the work environment negatively affects employee performance, and work training does not affect employee performance. Also, competence and work satisfaction have a significant positive effect on employee performance. More than 50% of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in Indonesia run their business for reasons of livelihood, while 30% do this since MSMEs are profitable, and may support their living costs. This study aims to determine and analyze the influence of risk management behavior, characteristics of MSMEs through overconfidence on MSME business sustainability, and consequently MSMEs as a source of livelihood. The result of this study indicates that risk management behavior has a significant positive effect on overconfidence, while the characteristics of MSMEs have a significant negative effect on that. In turn, it’s shown that overconfidence had a positive and significant effect on the sustainability of MSMEs. However, the characteristics of MSMEs and risk management behavior had no significant positive effect on the sustainability of MSMEs. These results indicate also that MSME entrepreneurs’ overconfidence plays a major role in managing their business, which could be considered by the local government and/or the central government in determining MSME policies, such as placements to sell which are given and regulated by each local government considering the accessibility of sellers and buyers as well as their safety.
