Research was conducted at PT Bank Muamalat KCP Rantaprapat. The objective of this research was to find out: To what extent is the influence of corporate image, service quality and completeness of facilities on customer satisfaction at PT Bank Muamalat KCP Rantauprapat.  The research subjects consisted of several customers, in this study the respondents were 100 people. Data collection techniques using questionnaires and observations. While the data analysis method used is the Research Instrument Test, Classical Assumption Test, Simultaneous Effect Significance Test (F), Partial Effect Significance Test (T Test), Determinant Coefficient (R2) using SPSS Statistics Version 22 software, then draw the appropriate conclusions. With research results. The results showed that the Company Image, Service Quality, and Completeness of Facilities Have a Positive Effect on Customer Satisfaction at PT Bank Muamalat KCP Rantauprapat, Keywords: Company Image, Service Quality, Facilities, Customer Satisfaction.

The purpose of this research is to find out the effect of corporate image, service quality, and customer satisfaction on the loyalty of BNI Mobile Banking use. The sampling technique used in this research is nonprobability sampling by accidental sampling using a quantitative approach by distributing questionnaires to 100 respondents. The data analysis method used in this research is multiple regression analysis. For operational variables using the Likert scale method of validity used a computer measuring instrument that is SPSS 26.0. The results showed that all independent variables have a simultaneous effect on the loyalty of BNI Mobile Banking usage positively and also have a positive effect on the loyalty of BNI Mobile Banking usage. Thus, corporate image, service quality, and customer satisfaction have positive affect and significance on the loyalty of BNI Mobile Banking usage, where the corporate image is the most dominant variable with a value of 0.342. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh citra perusahaan, kualitas layanan dan kepuasan nasabah terhadap loyalitas penggunaan BNI Mobile Banking. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan nonprobability sampling dengan cara accidental sampling, pendekatan kuantitatif dilakukan dengan cara menyebarkan kuesioner kepada 100 responden. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis regeresi linear berganda, dan untuk operasional variabel menggunakan skala Likert dengan bantuan SPSS 26.0. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa semua variabel independen secara bersama-sama berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap loyalitas penggunaan Mobile Banking dan juga berpengaruh positif dan signifikan secara individual terhadap loyalitas penggunaan Mobile Banking. Citra perusahaan merupakan variabel yang paling dominan dalam penelitian dengan nilai sebesar 0.342.

The purposes of this study are: First, to explore the effect among service quality on brand loyalty. Second, to explore the effect among staff behaviour on brand loyalty. Third, to explore the effect among service quality on customer satisfaction. Fourth, to explore the effect of customer satisfaction on brand loyalty. Fifth, to find out if customer satisfaction is able to mediate service quality toward brand loyalty. The populations of this research are all TIKI’s customer in Jakarta. The samples of this research are collected from TIKI’s customer in North Jakarta. The method of data collection was conducted by distributing questionnaires 200 respondents. The technique of data analysis used in this study was Partial Least Square and indirect effect test for mediation variable to example the hypotheses. The result are: first, the relationship between service quality have a significant and positive effect toward brand loyalty; second, the relationship between staff behaviour have a significant and positive effect toward brand loyalty; third, the relationship between service quality have a significant and positive effect toward customer satisfaction; forth, customer satisfaction have a significant and positive effect toward brand loyalty; fifth, customer satisfaction will mediate the effect between service quality on brand loyalty.

The purpose of the study looked at the influence: (1) Perceptions of service quality and corporate image directly on customer satisfaction; (2) Perceptions of service quality, corporate image, and satisfaction directly on customer loyalty; (3) Perceptions service quality and corporate image indirectly on loyalty through customer satisfaction at Travel Prima. The type of research data used comes from the primary (interview questionnaire to the respondent) and secondary (scientific books, articles, or internet). The data is processed quantitatively by path statistical analysis method using SPSS version 23.0. The conclusion of the analysis results can be drawn is: (1) Perceptions of service quality and corporate image directly have a significant positive effect against customer satisfaction; (2) Perceptions of service quality, corporate image, and satisfaction directly have a significant positive effect against customer loyalty; (3) Perceptions of service quality and corporate image indirectly have a significant positive effect against loyalty through customer satisfaction at Travel Prima (Samarinda City). The aim of this study was to analize the effects of product quality and service quality on the customer satisfaction. This study took place in the City of Bekasi and objects in this study are all customer who use the Matrass GM-9000. Primary data was obtained from customers of Matrass GM-9000 in Bekasi City through admission filling of questionnaire by using scale of Likert. The respondent of this study was chosen through accidental sampling method, and data analysis method was simple linear regression and multiple linear regression. The results of this study indicated that product quality and service quality positively and significant influenced the customer satisfaction

This study was conducted to analyze the influence of price (X1), service quality (X2) and promotions (X3) on customer satisfaction at Bu Rajab Resto Pancing and Cottage. The study used a quantitative approach and was conducted from March to June 2020. Purposive sampling was used. 120 people were included in the research and 97 people were selected as samples. Participants were customers of Bu Rajab Resto Pancing and Cottage who had visited at least 2 times. A questionnaire was used for data collection. Data analysis involved linear regression, hypothesis testing and classical assumption tests, using the SPSS program. Price and service quality had a significantly positive impact on customer satisfaction, but promotions did not. Keywords: price, service quality, promotion, customer satisfaction

Customer satisfaction is an important element in determining and maintaining and growing the company. To be able to develop loyalty among its customers, banks need to know what factors influence loyalty and assess their performance in these factors. This research was conducted at PT. BPR Bali Dananiaga Denpasar. The number of respondents of this study were 117 respondents. Data collection is done through observation, interview and questionnaire. This research uses instrument test by using path analysis technique. Based on the analysis result found that service quality variable have positive and significant effect to company image. Quality of service has a positive and significant impact on customer loyalty. So the better the service quality of PT. BPR Bali Dananiaga, it will increase customer loyalty in PT. BPR Bali Dananiaga in Denpasar City. Corporate image has a positive and significant impact on customer loyalty. Corporate image proved able to mediate positively and significantly influence between service quality to customer loyalty.

This study aims to determine the effect of Administrative Sanctions and Forced Letters on Optimizing Disbursement of Tax Arrears at the Pratama Tax Office North Makassar. Data collection uses secondary data obtained from the Pratama Makassar North Tax Service Office. The population is 36 tax payers and the sample is 36. The data analysis method uses multiple linear regression techniques. The results of this study indicate that administrative sanctions show a positive and significant. This means that administrative sanctions have a positive effect on optimizing the disbursement of tax arrears. The forced letter shows positive and significant. This means that forced letters have a positive and significant effect on optimizing the disbursement of tax arrears.
