Business ethics is one of the important branches of applied ethics. Many thinkers including ethicists, economists, academicians and philosophers have tried to explore necessary principles, standards, rules and regulations for business-related issues. Islam, a major religion of the world, has prescribed, from its very inception, necessary rules and principles for every aspect of life including business and commerce-related dealings. This paper explores Islamic concepts of business, its principles, rules and regulations. From the Islamic point of view, this paper shows that business is not merely a job of profit-making, but also an ibadah (worship). Moreover, it claims that Islamic business ethics is not only concerned with moral soundness of business persons, but also closely connected with the salvation of man. Trade is a form of business that is run by many people around the world, ranging from trading various kinds of daily necessities or primary needs, to selling the need for luxury goods for human satisfaction. For that, to overcome the many needs of life, they try to outsmart them buy products that are useful, economical and efficient. One of the markets they aim at is the second-hand market or the so-called trashy market. As for a trader at a trashy market, they aim to sell in the used goods market with a variety of reasons. These reasons include; first, because it is indeed to fulfill their needs. Second, the capital needed to trade at trashy markets is much smaller than opening a business where the products come from new goods. Third, used goods are easily available and easily sold to buyer. Here the researcher will discuss the behavior of Muslim traders in a review of Islamic business ethics (the case in the Jagalan Kediri Trashy Market). Kediri Jagalan Trashy Market is central to the sale of used goods in the city of Kediri. Where every day there are more than 300 used merchants who trade in the market. The focus of this research is how the behavior of Muslim traders in the Jagalan Kediri Trashy Market in general. Then, from the large number of traders, of course not all traders have behavior in accordance with Islamic business ethics, as well as traders who are in accordance with the rules of Islamic business ethics. This study aims to determine how the behavior of Muslim traders in the Jagalan Kediri Trashy Market in buying and selling transactions and to find out how the behavior of Muslim traders in the Jagalan Kediri Trashy Market in reviewing Islamic business ethics. Ethics has existed in religion and philosophy for thousands of years and has been applied to business activities in the same way ethical values and norms have been applied to everyday life. This article summarizes the arguments and counterarguments within the scientific discussion on the study of business ethics as the form of applied ethics, which studies morals, ethical principles and problems in the business environment. The main goal of the study is to analyze business ethics from the point of view of integration of general morals and ethical norms to business, a combination of key signs of the right (good) or wrong behavior while doing business, determined on the basis of expected behavior approved by the society. The study of the role of business ethics in the corporate sector of the economy allowed to determine the most general principles of business ethics, namely awareness, caring, compliance, consideration, fairness, honesty, implementation, integrity, integration, loyalty, responsibility, and trustworthiness. The methodological basis of the research is analytical, statistical and comparative methods based on the use of Google Trends. In general, in Google Books, the use of the term business ethics shows an exponential trend. The findings show that the highest search frequency of business ethics is in the “all” category, after that in the “business and industry” category, then in the “science” category, finally in the “law and government” category. On average, the highest interest frequency was in 2004 in all examined categories. The author has proved that a third-degree polynomial downward trend can be fitted to each time series. The analysis of this concept on a geographical basis showed that the interest frequency of the principles of business ethics was most significant in South and Central East Africa, in South and Southeast Asia, over and above in the Caribbean. The Manggisan ebankment market is a traditional market where the people conduct daily buying and selling transactions. In conducting business activities does not deny the existence of fraud that can be caused by a lack of awareness and knowledge in doing business based on Islamic business ethics. Awareness of the application of business ethics values must be carried out by every market player. Syari’ah business ethics is a moral reference as part of Islamic forms of Akhlaqul Karimah in muamalah. Islamic business ethics is based on monotheism, honesty, justice (balance) and kindness (ihsan). In conducting business activities Abu Hamid Muhammad Al Ghazali emphasied to always be guided by Islamic business ethics because by doing so a Muslim in doing his business will get two advantages namely the world and the hereafter. The formulation of the problem from this study is how the behavior of the vegetable traders ethics in the embankment Manggisan market. And how the behavior of greengrocer business ethics in the market of Abu Hamid Muhammad Al Ghazali’s embankment perspective. This research is a type of (field research) by using juridical empirical methods, namely methods that collect data by means af observation, interviews and documentation of the behavior of business ethics of vegetable traders in conducting business activities.Based on the result of the study, it can be concluded that in general the vegetable traders in the Manggisan embankment market have applied business ethics behavior in their business activities. Including starting a business by reading basmalah, not reducing scales and not taking very much profit, even though in reality they do not understand that what they are doing is part of the theory of business ethics. But there are still traders who someties are rude to buyers due to having personal problems with their families, this is considered to have violated Islamic business ethis. One of the principles that must be possessed by a Muslim trader is to be good so that what is done will provide benefits to others so that the business carried out does not only benefit themselves but also benefits others.

This study aims to interpret the value of local wisdom of the Buton's natives pobinci-binciki kuli through entrepreneurs and then internalize it in sharia business ethics to achieve prosperity and well beings of the people. The approach used in this study is an ethnographic approach that makes Central Buton as a center of research. The findings in this study are the values of the local wisdom of Buton's island natives pobinci-binciki kuli which can be internalized in Islamic business ethics as follows: Defining value, pomae-maeaka (mutual shame) internalized in nature siddiq (integrity), internalized in value poma-maasiaka (love one another) internalized in nature fatonah (Intelligence), internalized in values of popia-piara (mutual protection) internalized in nature of amanah (trustworthy) and the value of poangka-ngkataka (mutual support) internalized in nature tabligh (communicative). These are the identities inherent in the Prophet Muhammad. when running a business. Therefore, sharia business ethics in real terms have been applied by the people of Central Buton through the local wisdom of Buton's natives, known as the pobinci binciki kuli. These values have brought Central Buton’s entrepreneurs to achieve prosperity oriented to the world and hereafter.

Islam does not forbid its servants from doing business in the world. The difference between Islamic business and others is its motivation. In addition to worldly, but the business of Islam is also for the benefit of ukhrowi. And the main goal is not just profit, but zakat and blessing of the results of his efforts. However, business is not always lucky continuously, sometimes experiencing losses due to various factors. Especially at this time, the non-technical factor that is faced now is the impact of the 2019 (covid-19) coronavirus disease pandemic greatly affecting the economies of all Countries in the World. It is interesting to study how the marketing strategy of the company or also business people in order to survive in the midst of this pandemic. Generally affected, the Charitable Institution namely Baitul Maal Hidayatullah (BMH) Kediri has increased incomes. Thus, researchers are interested in conducting a study of Islamic business ethics review on BMH Kediri's marketing strategy in the midst of the covid-19 pandemic. This research uses a qualitative descriptive approach. Because the object of this research is field research, so qualitative research aims to explain phenomena profusely through data collection. Morals are very important in every action in the life of a Muslim, including in his business activities. In a difficult or happy situation a Muslim must continue to prioritize in order to create the benefit of the whole community. In difficult circumstances such as in early 2020 where the world and Indonesia were shocked by the emergence of the COVID-19 virus which disrupted the health and economy of the country. At such times it is important to review the establishment of policies that can provide welfare for all levels of society both from the government or business actors in accordance with applicable norms and culture. This research . This research was conducted with a literature review method using analysis of secondary data. The results of this study indicate that some requirements that are in accordance with Islamic business ethics must be considered by the government and business actors, namely establishing clear and transparent information platforms, setting standards on business activities and products that are in accordance with health regulations to control the needs of community products, and making public educative. Earnings management in this study are based on the opinion of Schipper that saidearnings management as managerial engineering undertaken by management to deliberately intervene in the process of determining earnings or financial reporting by utilizing techniques and accounting policy for a particular purpose. This study aims to examine and analyze the point of view of Islamic business ethics on the practice of earningsmanagement. This study used a qualitative descriptive methods, data collection technique, study of literatures and interviews. The results showed that earnings managementis not in accordance with Islamic business ethics. Islamic business ethics contains thevalues of tauhid, unity; fair, equilibrium; freedom; responsibility; ihsan, benevolence.

Islam is a source of values ​​and ethics in all aspects of overall human life, including business discourse. One of the unique teachings of Islam is to teach its adherents to carry out economic practices based on Islamic norms and ethics. In this association of life every person has an interest in other people therefore rights and obligations arise. This interaction has many benefits, especially for the fulfillment of basic living needs such as eating, drinking and so forth. Especially in the case of drinking humans need water as a basic need. Water is a resource that is needed by all people in the world and becomes something that is very vital, even for the entire life of living things on this earth. As is the case of trading water in Candiwates Village, Prigen District, Pasuruan Regency. The method used in this research is a qualitative method using case studies. This research uses the method of collecting observation, interview and documentation data. The results of this study conclude that the application of Islamic business ethics in Candiwates Village, Prigen District, Pasuruan Regency is in accordance with the concept of Islamic business ethics which includes unity, justice, responsibility, free will and honesty. But they pay less attention to the implementation of social and environmental responsibility.
