Formation of the alphabet is a long evolved by human creation. It is natural for such works to have flaws and to be corrected over the time. Similarly, the Tamil script is subject to considerable change. Such reforms in the formation of Tamil alphabet plays an important role in the Tamil alphabet development. The Tamil alphabet has 12 vowels and 18 consonants. These combine to form 216 compound characters. Beside that there is one special character called as ayutha eluttu Therefor the number of alphabets in Tamil are 247. These characters have undergone various changes from the 6th century BC to the present days. The purpose of this study is to illustrate the Tamil script reformation. This study is based on library research work. The main texts of this work are from the books like Tamil Eluttu Cheeramaippu and Tamil Eluttin Varivadivam. This study, is done by studying the Tamil script reform and its related works.

Some of the theories of nation building have been dedicated to the study of link between nation and nationalism; others are attributed to explore nation building, state building, social integration, national integration and even conflict transformation during various historical periods. However, nation building is a normative concept used by academicians and nation builders alike to study the role of armed forces in nation building in recent times. Although research has conducted on ethnicity and nation building in Nepal, a little is known about application of theoretical perspective to explore the role of Nepali Army in nation building. Apparently, this article argues that the level of theoretical awareness of academicians and nation builders needs improvement and multiple theories of nation building are relevant to explore the role of Nepali Army in nation building during various enclaves of Nepali nation. Important issues like what are the relevant theories in Nepali context to analyse nation building? Their implication during the historical times to study the link of Nepali Army with nation building needs to be studied. Hence, this paper comparatively examines a nation building theories and their relevant implications during various enclaves of Nepali nation particularly applauding the role on Nepali Army. Conceptual framework based on Saunder's Research Onion Peeled (2007) method was used with qualitative design in a way of inductive approach to conduct the research work to investigate the research questions. Comparative document study, library research, quick survey with policy makers, government employees, professors, university students APF Officers and Army Officers based on purposive sampling method have been used. Study found that Nepali nation passes through its own way of building the nation in various enclaves, none of the theories are complete to study the employment of Nepali Army to produce visible and encouraging results. The level of theoretical awareness of academicians and nation builders needs further improvement. For this, multiple theories particularly related to social transformation, infrastructural development in support of centre to periphery relation; social integration and nationalism are appropriate.

Fishes are found adequately in the different water sources of Jaunpur India. Five rivers (Gomti, Sai,Varuna,Pili and Basuhi) ,Gujar tal and different pond are available here as a aquatic habitat. In research work author consider only two sites of river Gomti and two different ponds in district Jaunpur, U.P. They are external as well as internal .In this studyauthor focused on digenetic trematodes parasites. Digenean trematodes are completing their life cycle in two hosts so both are susceptible to the infection. There are considerable change occur in the environment wih the passage of time. We also know that environmental factors affect the life forms of any place. So it is important to study the different ecological terms in relation to the host and their infectious agents. From ancient time humans beings use large amount of fish food for survival because they are easily available from different water sources. When human beings eat unadequate cooked fish then suffered with food borne tremadiases. So it is important to know the infection level in the fishes.

Abstract Christianity in the spiritual growth and quantity of the church cannot be separated from believers who carry out the mandate of the Great Commission. But in the accompanying journey of God there is not much that can be done by believers in mission and discipleship. So with that focus and purpose of this research is to answer the research question of how the Bible study of mission and discipleship in the Great Commission and its implications for Christian life today. While the problem that occurs in this research work is how Discipleship and mission are not properly understood in the current era so that many prioritize mission but override discipleship or vice versa. But the benefits of this research are: first, the importance of mission in the Great Commission, then the importance of discipleship for believers and continuity and the last implies mission and discipleship as life priorities. To describe the biblical study of mission and discipleship in the Great Commission and its implications for contemporary Christian life, researchers used library research methods with quantitative descriptive approaches.

Libraries are widely used by government, universities, research institutes, and the public since they are storing and managing intellectual assets. The library information directly stored in libraries and about the people interaction with libraries can be transformed into accessible data which then will be used by researchers to help library better serve users. Librarians need to understand how to transform, analyze, and present data in order to facilitate such knowledge creation. For example, the challenges they face include how to make big datasets more useful, visible and accessible. Fortunately, with new and powerful analytics of big data, such as information visualization tools, researchers/users can look at data in new ways and mine it for information they intend to have. Moreover, interaction of users and stored information has been taken into librarian's consideration to improve library service quality. In this work, the authors discuss the characteristics of datasets in library and argue against a popular confusion that data involved in library research is not big enough, conduct a review for the research work on library big data and then summarize the applications and research directions in this field. The status of big data research in library in China is discussed. The challenges associated with it are also discussed and explored.

Broken plural is one of three plural study of arabic. It has special character whose make it different. Two other plural (intact masculine plural and intact feminine plural) have constant alteration of accidence measure, while it hasn’t. It has complex alteration measure. Alteration of this plural happend through augmentation, elimination, and by changing it’s vowel. Purpose of this research is to know derivate, formation method, and meaning from semantics sector of broken plural on the koran juz 29 and 30. This research is qualitative research with library research design. Data on this research are all of broken plural on the koran juz 29 and 30. Data aggregation of this research use documentation method with data card and recapitulation thread in instrument.  Result of this research is from 92 data, 28 data are minor plural, 37 data are major plural, and 27 data are ultimate plural form. Based on semantics, 41 data have constant meaning, 11 data have generalization meaning, 28 data have constrict meaning, and 12 data have changing meaning.

Under boundary and mixed lubrication surface roughness and topography have significant influence on the tribological behaviour of contact surfaces, where even a small change in surface topography can lead to a considerable change in tribological behaviour. In recent years an effort for better controlling friction and wear has been focused also on the surface topography modification, especially on surface texturing. The aim of the present research work was to investigate the possibility of using roughness parameters kurtosis and skewness as design parameters for optimizing texturing pattern in boundary and mixed lubricated contacts. Results of the investigation performed on groove and dimple textured surfaces under low load low sliding speed conditions confirm correlation between kurtosis and skewness parameters and coefficient of friction. For textured surfaces increase in kurtosis and more negative skewness, obtained by reducing cavity size, increasing cavity depth and decreasing texturing density were found to yield lower friction. Furthermore, kurtosis and skewness were recognized as suitable parameters for textured surfaces optimization. Through virtual texturing effect of different texturing parameters on kurtosis and skewness parameters can be identified and then optimized to result in reduced friction under boundary and mixed lubrication.

The ultrastructure of reproductive organs of pine, spruce, larch and ginkgo was investigated. It was found that the male reproductive organs possess similar organization. The most considerable change in the ultrastructure of the microsporocytes occur in meiosis. Sporoderm is being laid at the late tetrad stage. The cells of the male gameto-phyte are distinguished according to the metabolic activity of the or- ganells. They are most weakly developed in the spermiogenic cell. Ta-petum of the gymnosperms is of the periplasmodic - secretorial type. The Ubisch bodies which possess similar structure in the types investigated but are specific in details in different species are produced in tapetum.Parietal and subepidermal layers are distinguished for their high metabolic activity and are capable of the autonomous photosynthesis. Female reproductive organs differ more greatly in their struture and have the most complicated structure in primitive groups. On the first stages of their formation the inner cells of nucellus are transformed into the nucellar tapetum in which the structures similar to the Ubisch bodies taking part in the formation of the sporoderm of female gametophyte have been found.
