The West Java Provincial Office is a company engaged in education services, which has several parts, one of which is the High School Development (PSMA) field. PSMA itself has not used an information system in the registration process of student mutations, where problems faced by registrants want to request a mutation referral letter, referral letters are not always completed on time. registrars do not know the flow of procedures, and other constraints are on file storage that tends to accumulate. The purpose of the study is to notify the registrant that a referral letter has been completed, notify the registrant of the path - what paths must be done by the registrant and make it easier when searching the file for the registration mutation. The method used, namely using descriptive methods. which is aimed at gathering information about a problem. The results of this study are to notify the registrant that the referral letter has been completed or processed, notify the registrant of the path - what paths the registrant must do, and make it easier when searching the file for the registration mutation.

INTRODUCTION: Appropriate referral from primary care to hospital specialists is a critical component of general practice patient management. This study investigated the quality of such referrals in a group of general practitioners (GPs) and nurses. AIM: To assess whether feedback improves the quality of referral letters from general practice to secondary care and how electronic referrals affect the quality of referral letters. METHODS: All 15 GPs working on the West Coast in New Zealand and the two nurses in this locality who regularly wrote referral letters agreed to participate in the study. For each participant, referral letters to hospital specialists were assessed using a nine-point checklist. Ten consecutive letters were assessed for each participant. Written feedback on referral letter quality was given and a further 10 letters from each participant were assessed five months later. After a further five months, 10 electronic referral letters from each participant were assessed. RESULTS: Feedback to general practitioners and nurses improved the quality of referral letters for participants whose original referral letters were of poorer quality. The average score for referral letters was 81.4% at baseline and this improved to 86.9% after feedback. The introduction of electronic referral letters did not lead to a further improvement in referral letter quality. DISCUSSION: This study demonstrated that feedback to general practitioners and nurses can improve the quality of referral letters to secondary care. The introduction of electronic referral letters as used on the West Coast did not lead to any further improvement in referral quality. Sumbawa Besar 2 Vocational High School is a school where the author conducts research. At this time, the new student registration system, in recording new prospective students still uses books or is conventional, so registration officers experience many problems. The solution to the problem that is happening at Sumbawa Besar 2 Vocational High School is the application of information technology, namely building an information system that can be useful to facilitate the committee and registrants in the New Student Registration process. This system was developed using the Personal Home Page (PHP) and MySql programming languages as a database. The method used in building this system is using the Waterfall method. With the existence of this webbased information system can increase information. Making the registration of new student registration data becomes more structured so that it makes it easier to select new prospective students

In each agency or police organization, they often carry out a series of placement or transfer activities. Movements in a company or organization are made for certain interests of the company or its individual property. In this case, many members of the Riau Regional Water Police filed a transfer so that Pol Airut had difficulty determining which members had the right to be transferred. Currently the development of technology is very fast, computers are used not only as data processing but also as a solution to solving problems in various fields of science, one of which is the Riau Regional Water Police Transfer Information System. This system has added value in determining the transfer of members of the Riau Regional Water Police, because it can determine the transfer of members quickly, precisely and efficiently. Where previously the transfer process at the Riau Airut Police was only done manually where when filling in the data for the prospective transfer form, it needed a lot of space for file storage when data was needed, the administrative personnel had to find paper by unloading the pile of paper, of course this way of selling work becomes longer and inefficient.

PT.Balai Lelang Bandung is a company in Bandung which is located at Ruko Maple Kav. G, Jl. Gn. Batu No. 201, Sukaraja, Cicendo, Bandung - West Java, provides services such as pre-auction, auction, and post auction. The registration process of tender participants is quite convoluted and takes a lot of time in the registration process either in terms of the auction participants or the auctioneer itself. The auction process is very time-consuming bidders themselves, where in conducting the auction, participants are required to attend directly to the auction so many prospective bidders who discontinue their intention to follow the auction process. In this design approach method is prototypemethod, while system development method using Unified Modeling Language (UML). System design tool used to describe the system model such as usecase, scenario diagram, sequence diagram.  Index Terms - Information System, Online Auctions, Prototype, UML

On Monday, October 16, 1758., Hugh Gaine reported a novelty. “Friday last,” he told his readers in the New-York Mercury, “arrived here from the West Indies, a Company of Comedians; some Part of which were here in the Year 1753.” This brief notice, which went on to assure its readers that the company had “an ample Certificate of their Private as well as publick Qualifications,” marks the beginning of the most significant event in American theatre history: the establishment of the professional theatre on this continent. The achievements of the Company of Comedians during its sixteen-year residence in North America are virtually without parallel in the history of the theatre, and have not received sufficient recognition by historians and scholars.
