Daily Report merupakan salah satu laporan harian yang sangat diperlukan oleh perusahaan manufaktur yang memproduksi produk Dies Casting (Cetakan). Belum maksimalnya pembuatan daily report pada produksi dies dalam suatu proyek menyebabkan sering terjadi kesalahan dalam pencatatan selama ini. Pencatatan ke dalam Microsoft Excel yang bersumber dari Form daily report yang pencatatannya dengan menggunakan tulis tangan sehingga sering terjadi kesalahan pengutipan disebabkan tulisan yang tidak terbaca atau kurang jelas, juga sering terjadi pencatatan yang berulang untuk data yang sama. Untuk mengurangi kesalahan atau permasalahan yang terjadi maka diperlukannya pengembangan sistem informasi pembuatan Daily Report produksi Dies yang sedang berjalan supaya bisa mengurangi kesalahan karena dalam memasukkan data daily report. Metodologi pengembangan sistem yang menggunakan SDLC dengan model Waterfall yang memiliki 6 pengembangan tahapan yang dipergunakan pada penelitian ini adalah System Engineering, Requirement Analysis serta Design. Sistem informasi pembuatan daily report produksi dies berbasis web yang dirancang dapat mengelola data berdasarkan daily report untuk mengurangi pencatatan manual perhitungan waktu produksi dies agar data yang disajikan sesuai dan dapat mengurangi kesalahan yang biasa terjadi ketika menggunakan sistem yang lama.

KPRI Andan Jejama adalah merupakan salah satu koperasi di Lampung yang bergerak di bidang jasa simpan pinjam. Seperti koperasi pada umumnya yang menerapkan sistem informasi penerimaan dan pengeluaran kas. Penerimaan kas pada KPRI Andan Jejama salah satunya berasal dari angsuran piutang anggota, sedangkan pengeluaran kas diantaranya pemberian pinjaman kepada anggota dan biaya oprasional kantor. Dalam proses penerimaan dan pengeluaran kas dibutuhkan dokumen awal yang digunakan yaitu dokumen yang berisi tentang data anggota dan data karyawan. Bagian bidang keuangan bertugas untuk mencatat data anggota yang ingin melakukan penyetoran pinjaman dan mencatat bukti kas masuk serta membuat jurnal penerimaan kas dan pengeluaran kas perbulan menggunakan microsoft excel. Kemudian diserahkan kepada bagian bidang pembukuan untuk dicatat dalam buku besar. Penyimpanan bukti penerimaan kas dan bukti pengeluaran kas belum menggunakan database management system. Hal tersebut menjadi kendala ketika pencarian data saat dibutuhkan karena dokumen tersebut ditumpuk sehingga penyampaian informasi yang dibutuhkan oleh bagian bidang pembukuan dan pimpinan seringkali mengalami keterlambatan. Untuk mengatasi masalah tersebut maka dibangun sistem informasi akuntansi penerimaan dan pengeluaran kas pada KPRI Andan Jejama dengan menggunakan metode pengembangan sistem waterffal. Pengumpulan data menggunakan teknik observasi, wawancara dan studi pustaka. Pada tahap requirement analysis dan defenisi melakukan analisis kebutuhan sistem. Hasil penelitian ini menghasilkan aplikasi sistem akuntansi penerimaan dan pengeluaran kas pada KPRI Andan Jejama. Sehingga membantu memudahkan karyawan dalam pengelolaan data penerimaan kas dan pengeluaran kas, mempercepat dalam penyajian laporan dan mempermudah dalam proses pencarian data kas masuk dan kas keluar pada KPRI Andan Jejama Kabupaten Pesawaran.

The article presents the practice of using systems engineering methods in the development of a universal locomotive frame. The work is aimed at developing the optimal design of the locomotive frame, which will simplify the production process of the unit and save on design and technological preparation of production. The advantages of applying a systematic approach to working with requirements, identifying the required functions and forming the structural structure of the product are described. The article presents an example of application of system approach methods to create a method of designing the installation of internal combustion engines on locomotives. The work is directed on development of the universal technique, allowing to reduce design terms as much as possible and to exclude errors arising at this process. Advantages of creation of the structured process with use of engineering of requirements and creation of the structurally functional scheme of a final product are shown. Balai Benih Ikan (BBI) Korowalelo saat ini memiliki 14 Fasilitas kolam yang terdiri dari 6 Kolam Pematangan, 2 Bak Pemijahan, 4 Kolam Larva dan 2 Kolam Pendederan. Benih ikan yang telah dihasilkan akan dijual secara umum. Namun Informasi Pengadaan Benih Ikan di Balai Benih Ikan Kabupaten Morowali Utara ini masih kurang diketahui oleh masyarakat umum karena lokasi Balai yang berada didalam wilayah perumahan warga dan sistem penyebaran informasi Balai Benih Ikan yaitu bertanya kepada orang lain. Sehingga penulis merancang sebuah aplikasi berbasis android yang dapat memudahkan penyajian informasi kepada masyarakat umum serta mempermudah pemesanan benih ikan.Metode analisis sistem yang digunakan adalah metode waterfall dengan tahapan yaitu perancangan sistem (system engineering), interaksi intensif antar analis sistem (Requirement Analysis), desain (Design), pengkodingan (Coding), eksekusi program (Testing), pemeliharaan (Maintenance).Untuk menguji apakah aplikasi dapat berjalan dengan baik maka dilakukan pengujian white box dan black box dan dapat disimpulkan bahwa hasil perhitungan Cyclematic Complexcity (CC) sama dengan V (G) karena itu dapat disimpulkan bahwa sistem dapat berjalan secara efektif dan efisien.Implementasi sistem diterapkan pada android versi 7.0 (Nougat), versi 8.0 (Oreo), dan Versi 6.0 (Marshmallow

Abstract The purpose of this article is to provide clinical supervisors with information pertaining to state-of-the-art clinic observation technology. We use a novel video-capture technology, the Landro Play Analyzer, to supervise clinical sessions as well as to train students to improve their clinical skills. We can observe four clinical sessions simultaneously from a central observation center. In addition, speech samples can be analyzed in real-time; saved on a CD, DVD, or flash/jump drive; viewed in slow motion; paused; and analyzed with Microsoft Excel. Procedures for applying the technology for clinical training and supervision will be discussed.

Objective: The present epidemiological study was conducted with the objectives of providing an insight into the current use of antidiabetic medications to diabetics and hypertensive diabetics in urban areas and determining how the patient factors influence the prescribing of antidiabetic medications. Methodology: Data of patients of past two years were collected from Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujib Medical University (BSMMU) Hospital, Dhaka, Bangladesh. The details were entered in the structured patient profile form. Data were statistically analyzed using the Microsoft Excel 2007 software. Result: A total of 958 patient’s data were collected and analyzed of which 632 (65.97 %) were males and 326 (34.03 %) were females. These patients were further categorized based on their age. 330 patients (34.45 %) belonged to the age group 20 – 44 years, 504 (52.61 %) to the age group 45 – 65 years and 124 (12.94 %) to the age group 65 – 80 years. 684 (71.4%) patients out of the 958 patients studied were suffering from coexisting hypertension. Co-existing hypertension was found to be more prevalent in the age group 45 – 65 years (67.69%) and was found more in females (84.04%). Conclusion: Metformin was the oral hypoglycemic which was the highest prescribed. In hypertensive diabetics Metformin and Pioglitazone were most frequently prescribed drugs. Biguanides and Insulin were the most commonly prescribed antidiabetics. A combination of two or more drugs of different classes was prescribed to hypertensive diabetics. It is necessary to have an improved understanding of the etiology and pathophysiology of diabetes to focus on research efforts appropriately.

Desain penyejuk udara juga dapat diterapkan di bidang kesehatan, dengan standar Cleanroom dapat diperoleh suhu, kelembaban, kenyamanan dan kebersihan yang dibutuhkan untuk ruang steril (ruang bedah). Perancangan pendingin udara dalam hal ini dilakukan dengan menentukan beban pendinginan yang diperlukan untuk ruang steril (ruang bedah), kemudian menentukan ukuran ducting, jalur ducting, dan jumlah penggunaan ducting. Desain ini menggabungkan unit split saluran yang dimodifikasi, kipas booster, filter pra, filter medium, dan filter HEPA dengan menggunakan saluran aluminium preinsulated sebagai saluran udara. Desain dilakukan dengan menggunakan perangkat lunak AutoCAD 2012, Design Tools Duct Sizer, dan Microsoft Excel. Dari hasil perhitungan dan desain didapatkan kebutuhan kapasitas 3 ruang bedah yaitu ducted ducted 100.000 BTUH sebanyak 3 unit, booster fan 3.3 - 4 Di WG sebanyak 3 unit, pre filter 24 "x 24" x 2 "6 set, filter menengah 610 x 610 x 290 mm 6 set, dan filter HEPA 1220 x 610 x 70 mm 12. Untuk ruang steril, tekanan statis yang dihasilkan oleh unit pendingin harus lebih besar daripada tekanan statis yang dihasilkan dari unit yang ada. di ruang semi steril. Dengan kata lain, ruang steril harus memiliki tekanan positif terhadap ruang semi steril. Hal ini dimaksudkan agar udara di ruang semi steril tidak masuk ke ruang steril ketika pintu antar ruangan dibuka. From the calculation and design result obtained the capacity requirement of 3 surgical room that is split ducted 100.000 BTUH as many as 3 units, booster fan 3.3 - 4 In WG as many as 3 units, pre filter 24"x 24" x 2" 6 sets, medium filter 610 x 610 x 290 mm 6 sets, and HEPA filter 1220 x 610 x 70 mm 12 sets. For the sterile room, the static pressure generated by the cooling unit shall be larger than the static pressure generated from the unit present in the semi sterile room. In other words, the sterile room must have positive pressure to the semi sterile room. It is intended that the air in the semi sterile room does not enter into the sterile room when the door between room opened. In this surgical room design and calculation, real temperature obtained is 23 °C ± 2 °C and the relative moisture obtained is 60% ± 2%.

Hospital was established to serve the medical needs of the citizen. In addition to serving, hospitals also need to explore the benefits for the sustainability and the development of the hospital. To achieve financial reports have involved a large role. Accounting information system computer-based accounting will help serving the financial reports, so that more accurate and faster. Errors can be diminished.  Research object is selected by the author to conduct research is Bogor Rumah Sakit Islam. A hospital that is located on Jl. Perdana Raya. 22 Budi Agung, Jakarta Utara. This hospital was established on May 12, 1991. The location is strategic as it is in the center of Bogor. In doing activity, accounting information system based on computerized accounting still not yet common use. Computer already exist but support application to create an accurate and fast financial statement does not exist. So much weaknesses if we still using manual method. Like slowly processing data, still using much worker and much step while processing. The information result is still contained high mistake. To solve all problems above we need accounting software as tool for accounting division. For that I try to apply computerized accounting using Microsoft Excel for helping creating financial statement. By doing observation and interview with related employee, this research can do well. Journalize transaction process by using Microsoft Excel is to make a column for each transaction such as Journal Voucher, General Ledger, Balance Sheet. After making a column, the next step is inputing achievement data to Journal Voucher. After inputing data, General Ledger and Balance Sheet can automatically fill up. By using computer, processing data is more faster, information result is more accurately, human resource is less needed. Related management can get information they need more faster, because amount recalculated every doing transaction.
