Marriageraisesrights and obligations to husband and wife. The rights and obligations existing before the divorce are created from their marriage ceremony. The rights and obligations are contained in the provisions of Qur’an. To avoid conflict divorce is not an easy thing, it is motivated by several factors that cause a domestic relations be cracked even ended in divorce. The purpose of this research is to understand and analyze the factors that hinder the provision of livelihood to the former wife in divorce cases through decision of Manna Religious Court of South Bengkulu. Analyzing theproblems in this study, researchers used a analysis descriptive method to produce the research results showingfactors that inhibit the provision of livelihood to the former wife in divorce cases through decision of Manna Religious Court of South Bengkulu consisted of internal and external factors.

The aim of the study was to find out the benefits obtained from processed starfruit sweets, to know the efficiency of the starfruit candied processing business, and the added value obtained from starfruit candied processing at UD. Cemarasari. The research method used is descriptive method, the type of data uses primary and secondary data. The type of data analysis used is income, efficiency gains, profitability and added value. Where in the end the results were in the form of profits of candied starfruit business in the amount of Rp.137,165.55. R / C is 1.58, with a profitability value of 57.67%, the value of high profitability is influenced by several factors, namely, internal and external factors. And added value of Rp. 12,146.

<p><span class="s14"><span class="s10">The study aimed to describe the difficulties in solving math word problems a</span><a name="_GoBack"></a><span class="s10">bout statistics encountered by fourth grade students of SD Negeri Munggangsari in academic year of 2020/2021. It was qualitative research with descriptive method. The results indicated that most of the students had difficulties in solving statistics word problems. The difficulties were (a) reading errors, (b) comprehension error, (c) transformation errors, (d) process skill errors, and (e) encoding errors. The internal factors were (a) the students could not find the information in word problems, (b) the students could not read long sentences, (c) the students found difficulty how to convert data, (d) the students found difficulty to understand the problems, (f) the students did not apply steps to solve word problems, and (f) the students were inaccurate in doing word problems. The external factors were (a) the teacher had limited word problem practices, (b) the teacher had limited learning strategy, (c) the teacher had limited learning models, and (d) the teacher had limited interaction to the students.</span><span class="s10"> </span><span class="s10">It concludes that most of the students have difficulties in solving statistics word problems, there are internal and external factors affected the students. The next step is performing solutions that steps applied by the teachers and the students to decline the factors causing difficulties in solving story problems about statistics.</span></span></p><p><span class="s14">Penelitian</span><span class="s14"> ini bertujuan untuk mendespkripsikan kesulitan menyelesaikan soal cerita matematika tentang statistika yang dialami oleh siswa kelas IV SD Negeri Munggangsari tahun ajaran 2020/2021. Penelitian ini menggunakan </span><span class="s14">penelitian kualitatif dengan metode deskriptif. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa sebagian besar siswa mengalami kesulitan menyelesaikan soal cerita statistika </span><span class="s14">yakni</span><span class="s14">:</span><span class="s14"> </span><span class="s14">(a) </span><span class="s14">kesalahan membaca soal, </span><span class="s14">(b) </span><span class="s14">kesalahan memahami apa yang ditanyakan dalam soal,</span><span class="s14"> (c) </span><span class="s14">kesalahan transformasi,</span><span class="s14"> (d) </span><span class="s14">kesalahan dalam proses, dan </span><span class="s14">(e) </span><span class="s14">kesalahan dalam menuliskan kesimpulan.</span><span class="s14"> </span><span class="s14">T</span><span class="s14">erdapat faktor </span><span class="s14">internal</span><span class="s14">, yakni: (a) siswa tidak mampu mencari informasi yang ada pada soal, (b) siswa belum mampu membaca kalimat panjang, (c) siswa belum mampu mengubah penyajian data, (d) siswa tidak paham dengan apa yang ditanyakan dalam soal, (e) siswa tidak menerapkan langkah-langkah menyelesaikan soal cerita dengan benar dan (f) siswa kurang teliti saat mengerjakan soal, </span><span class="s14">sedangkan</span><span class="s14"> faktor </span><span class="s14">eksternal</span><span class="s14"> </span><span class="s14">yaitu: (a) guru kurang bervariasi dalam memberikan latihan soal cerita, (b) guru kurang kreatif dalam menggunakan strategi pembelajaran, (c) guru kurang inovatif dalam menggunakan model pembelajaran, dan (d) interaksi yang kurang baik antar siswa</span><span class="s14">.</span><span class="s14"> D</span><span class="s14">ari analisis yang dilakukan peneliti, disimpulkan bahwa</span><span class="s14"> sebagian besar</span><span class="s14"> </span><span class="s14">siswa kelas IV SD Negeri Munggangsari mengalami kesulitan menyelesaikan soal cerita statistika, terdapat faktor internal dan eksternal yang mempengaruhi siswa. Langkah selanjutnya </span><span class="s14">yakni memberikan alternatif solusi berupa langkah-langkah yang dapat dilakukan guru maupun siswa untuk mengurangi kesulitan siswa kelas IV SD dalam mengerjakan soal cerita statistika.</span></p>

<p>ABSTRACT<br />The study was conducted for analyzing an operational activity of the PPP Dadap, and examining factors that affect the PPP Dadap's performance. Data analysis was done by two methods: first descriptive method for analyzing the PPP Dadap's activities; and second parametric analysis for examining the relationship between organizational and social factors and the PPP Dadap's performance. This study summerized that the determinants of the PPP Dadap's performance are internal and external factors, and organizational and social factors.<br />Key words: operational activities, PPP Dadap, multiple linear regression analysis</p><p>-------</p><p><br />ABSTRAK<br />Kepuasan para pengguna pelabuhan dapat dilihat dari kinerja pelabuhan tersebut. Tahun 2008, PPI Dadap berubah status menjadi PPP (Pelabuhan Perikanan Pantai). Namun peningkatan status tersebut tidak diikuti dengan peningkatan produksi ikan, dan aktivitas operasional pelabuhan perikanan. Perubahan status PPI menjadi PPP, tidak mengakibatkan peningkatan kinerja pelabuhan perikanan tetapi justru menurun. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui aktivitas operasional PPP Dadap setelah perubahan status, dan faktor-faktor penentu kinerja pelabuhan PPP Dadap. Analisa data dilakukan dengan dua metode; pertama metode deskriptif yaitu untuk menganalisa aktivitas operasional PPP Dadap; kedua metode statistik parametrik yaitu untuk mengetahui pengaruh faktor organisasi dan sosial terhadap kinerja PPP Dadap. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa penentu kinerja PPP Dadap adalah faktor internal dan eksternal, serta faktor sosial dan organisasi.<br />Kata kunci: aktivitas operasional, PPP Dadap, analisis regresi linier berganda</p>

This research is a study case of XYZ company which moving in technology information business industry. The data in this research was collected through field and library method. The research results showed that XYZ company has implemented the service differentiation and has the above average response in facing threats and opportunities that exist in its business so that the company can use the SO strategy and expansion strategy as its business strategy.

This research is conducted to analyze the internal and external factors of the protagonist’s repentance from Second Act movie written by Justin Zackham And Elaine Goldsmith-Thomas. The internal factors of repentance are self evaluation, self-motivation, self-control, knowledge, regret, hatred towards the sin, and returns to god’s power and will. The external factors of repentance are peer support, social support, intense guidance, and stimulus. It is in accordance to the theory proposed by Fachitiandi. This study uses qualitative descriptive method because the process and the result are accomplished descriptively and the focus goes to the analysis of social phenomena conducted and experienced the main character. Repenteance is not only found in a literary text but also in social reality, therefore this research is important enough for the readers to maintain a good life by avoiding things contrary to social norms. After the analyzing, it is found that internal factors of the Protagonist’s repentance in the movie script are self-evaluation, self-motivation, and knowledge, while, the external factors of the protagonist’s repentance are peer of support and social of support.

Can Macanan Kaddu’ adalah salah satu kesenian yang hidup di Kabupaten Jember. Salah satu kelompok yang masih bertahan dan eksis dengan pertunjukan Can Macanan Kaddu’ ialah Paguyuban Bintang Timur. Paguyuban Bintang Timur termasuk paguyuban Can Macanan Kaddu’ tertua di Kabupaten Jember. Pertunjukan Can Macanan Kaddu’ memiliki beberapa tari dalam sajiannya yaitu Tari Burung Garuda, Tari Ganong, Tari Leak, Tari Gandrung, Tari Jaranan, dan Pencak silat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bentuk pertunjukan dan eksistensi pertunjukan Can Macanan Kaddu’ paguyuban Bintang Timur di Kabupaten Jember. Penelitian bersifat kualititatif dengan menggunakan metode deskriptif analisis untuk menganalisis hasil lapangan. Beberapa teori yang digunakan yaitu teori bentuk dari Suzanne K. Langer untuk menganilisis tentang bentuk pertunjukan, pendapat Vincent Martin dan Loren Bagus tentang eksistensi serta pendapat Sri Rochana Widyastutieningrum mengenai faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi eksistensi. Langkah penelitian yang dilakukan dalam pengumpulan data diperoleh melalui kepustakaan, observasi, dokumentasi dan wawancara. Hasil penelitian mengenai eksistensi pertunjukan Can Macanan Kaddu’ paguyuban Bintang Timur di Kabupaten Jember diketahui secara rinci melalui kehidupan dan perkembangan Paguyuban Bintang Timur, serta dijelaskan melalui faktor pendukung yaitu faktor Internal dan eksternal. Bentuk pertunjukan meliputi urutan sajian, elemen-elemen bentuk pertunjukan yang meliputi gerak, musik atau iringan, rias dan busana, serta tempat pertunjukan, dan deskripsi sajian diuraikan sebagai wujud sajian yang menarik sehingga kesenian tersebut disukai oleh masyarakat.Kata kunci: Can Macanan Kaddu’, Bintang Timur, Eksistensi.AbstractCan Macanan Kaddu’ is one of the living arts in Jember District. One of the groups that still survives and exists with the performance of Can Macanan Kaddu’ is Paguyuban Bintang Timur. Paguyuban Bintang Timur includes the oldest community of Can Macanan Kaddu’ in Jember District. Performances Can Macanan Kaddu’ has several dances in the dish that is Garuda dance, Ganong dance, Leak dance, Gandrung dance, Jaranan dance, and Pencak Silat this research aims to find out the form of performances and the performances of Can Macanan Kaddu’ Paguyuban Bintang Timur di Kabupaten Jember. The reserech is qualitative by using descriptive method of analysis to analyze the results of the field. Several theories used are the form theory of Suzanne K. Langer to nalyze the form of performance, the opinions of Vincent Martin and Loren Bagus on the existence and opinion of Sri Rochana Widyastutieningrum on foctors influencing exixtence. Steps of research conducted in collecting data obtained through literature, observation, documentation and interviews. The results of research on the existence of Can Macanan kaddu’ show of Bintang Timur group in Jember are known in detail through the life and development of Paguyuban Bintang Timur, also explained through the supporting factors of internal and external factors. Performing forms include the order od presentation, the elements of the form of performances that include motion, music or accompaniment, makeup and clothing, as well as the place of performances, and the the description of the dish is described as an interesting form of presentation so that the art is favored the public.Keywords: Can Macanan Kaddu’, Bintang Timur, Existence.

This study is concerned with the causes of conflicts in Habiburrahman El Shirazy’s Novel Bumi Cinta which was published in 2019. The causes of conflicts derived from internal and external factors are the focus of the study. Through this study it is found that Ayyas can protect himself from the temptation that attacks his faith. He also surrenders himself to God so that he could be saved from all disturbances that come at any time to him. He is very angry with Linor who regards that his religion is a primitive one. The method used to analyze the causes of the conflict in this study is literary descriptive approach proposed in which it is shown that qualitative research methods are complex, changing and contested field site of multiple methodologies and research practices. The research results show that the main character faces internal as well as external conflicts in the forms of temptation and difference in perception.

The Surabaya City Government under the leadership of Tri Risma Harini in the 2015-2020 period has shown various successes with indicators from the economic, development, and environmental sectors. The research method used in this study is a qualitative descriptive method with a literature review approach. The results showed that several internal and external factors of government greatly influenced the development of good governance, which had an impact on the success of governance.

Enterprises’competitiveness determines the performance of businesses in general and banks in particular. Therefore, among internal and external factors impacting on businesses, internal factors play decisive roles. As the survey responded by 200 bank staffs of Vietnam Bank for Agriculture and Rural Development in Ba Ria- Vung Tau province (Agribank Ba Ria- Vung Tau) on October 2018 then analyzed via SPSS 20, there’re 05 internal factors affecting its competitiveness: marketing capability, technologcial capability, brand, service quality and professional compentence. Accordingly, 5 implications are suggested based on the research results in order to increase the competitiveness of Agribank Ba Ria-Vung Tau.

ABSTRACTThis research aims at describing the changes of Kim performance in the context of wedding ceremony in Solok city, Sumatera Barat province. Kim was initially used as one of musical performances in gamble, yet it has changed now to be entertainment at a wedding ceremony. This research uses analysis descriptive method by examining the Kim performance, textually and contextually. To see the changes of Kim performance, this research employs metamorphose theory. Research results show that changes in the Kim performances caused by the changes in people’s perspective about a gamble and music in the performance. Therefore, Kim has been transformed from performance in a gamble to be entertainment at the wedding ceremony among Solok community, in West Sumatra province. . Keywords: Kim performance, marriage ceremony, art metamorphose and entertainment ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan  untuk mendeskripsikan perubahan bentuk permainan Kim dalam masyarakat   Kota Solok Propinsi Sumatera Barat.  Kim merupakan salah bentuk pertunjukan musik yang dijadikan sebagai sarana perjudian.  Namun, dewasa ini pertunjukan Kim telah menjadi sarana hiburan  dalam konteks upacara perkawinan.  Penelitian ini dilaksanakan dengan  metode deskriptif  analisis yang menggunakan teori metamorfosa.  Hasil  penelitian menunjukkan bahwa perubahan permainan Kim terjadi karena adanya pengaruh pandangan masyarakat terhadap konteks judi dan musik yang ada dalam  pertunjukan  Kim.  Oleh karena itu, pada saat ini pertunjukan Kim bukan lagi menjadi sarana perjudian, namun telah berubah menjadi  sarana hiburan yang ditampilkan dalam  upacara perkawinan pada masyarakat kota Solok, Propinsi Sumatra Barat. Kata Kunci: permainan Kim, upacara  perkawinan,  dan metamorfosa seni pertunjukan, seni hiburan
