AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui perbedaan latihan pliometrik single leg speed hop  dan double leg speed hop tehadap kemampuan lompat jauh gaya jongkok di SMA Negeri 08 Bengkulu Utara. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian  ini adalah quasi eksperimen. Sampel pada penelitian ini adalah siswa di SMA Negeri 08 Bengkulu Utara yang berjumlah 50 siswa. Analisis statistik yang digunakan adalah uji t. hasil analisis uji t perhitungan perbandingan antara hasil akhir kedua kelompok ternyata terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan. Hasil perhitungan menyatakan bahwa thitung  sebesar 3,02 lebih besar dari ttabel 2,069 dengan taraf ?=0,05, sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat perbedaan pengaruh latihan pliometrik single leg speed hop  dan  double leg speed hop terhadap kemampuan lompat jauh gaya jongkok.Kata kunci : pliometrik, single leg speed hop, double leg speed hop,  lompat jauh.AbstractThis study aims to determine the differences in pliometric training of single leg speed hops and double leg speed hops on the ability of squat style long jump in SMA Negeri 08 Bengkulu Utara. Introduction: Roselle plants (Hibiscus sabdariffa) is one of the herbs that began to be used by the community. Benefits of this plant is quite a lot for health. The portion taken for consumption is the red flower petals. oselle tea is one of the sour beverages which can affect the salivary gland secretion. The purpose of this study is to analyzed the difference of salivary volume before and after drinking roselle tea. Methods: This study has been conducted to 40 students of Faculty of Dentistry, Padjadjaran University, ranging from 18-23 years of age with good general condition. This study is quasi-experimental in vitro study using the paired test analysis with α = 0,05 of the data collected from salivary volume. Results: The result of study indicates that the average of salivary volume before drinking roselle tea is 1,90 milliliter. After drinking roselle tea, the average of salivary volume is 4,54 milliliter. The result of paired test analysis shows that t-test is 16,172 and t-table is 2,022. The value of t-test > t-table. Result of statistic shown there is significant difference of salivary volume before and after drinking roselle tea. Conclusion: There is a difference of salivary volume before and after drinking roselle tea.

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh kurangnya kemampuan menulis sajak siswa kelas X IPA 2 SMA Santa Maria 3 Cimahi tahun Ajar 2017/2018. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan perbedaankemampuan menulis sajak siswa kelas X IPA 2 SMA Santa Maria 3 Cimahi sebelum menggunakan metode karya wisata, sesudah menggunakan metode karya wisata,sertasebelum dan sesudah menggunakan metode karya wisata. Metode yang digunakan adalah studi kuasi eksperimen, dengan desain penelitian one group pretests posttest design. Sumber data penelitian adalah siswa kelas X IPA 2 SMA Santa Maria 3 Cimahi. Tehnik mengumpulkan data yang digunakan adalah tes tertulis, sedangkan teknik pengolahan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan SPSS ver.20, Instrumen yang digunakan untuk mengumpulkan data adalah instrument tes.Data yang sudah diperoleh dianalisis menggunakan analisis t-test. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang telah dilaksanakan, rata-rata hasil belajar menulis sajak siswa kelas X IPA 2 sebelum menggunakan Metode karya wisata adalah (58,9) artinya siswa belum mampu menulis sajak, sedangkan rata-rata setelah menggunakan Metode karya wisata adalah (82,1) siswa sudah mampu menulis sajak.Dengan demikian adanya perbedaan yang signifikan antara kemampuan menulis sajak siswa sebelum menggunakan metode karya wisata dan sesudah menggunakan metode karya wisata, yang berarti hipotesis alternatif ( ) diterima dan hipotesis nol ( ) ditolak. terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan kemampuan menulis sajak siswa kelas IPA 2 SMA Santa Maria 3 Cimahi tahun Ajar 2017/2018 sebelum dan sesudah menggunakan Metode karya wisatadan dibuktikan dengan analisis t-test diperoleh harga  >  adalah 2.676 > 1.690. AbstractThis research is based by the lack of ability to write poem of students of class X IPA 2 SMA Santa Maria 3 Cimahi academic year 2017/2018. This study aims to determine the significant differences in the ability to write poem of students of class X IPA 2 SMA Santa Maria 3 Cimahi before and after using the field trip method . The method used is quasi-experimental study, with one group pretests posttest design research design. The source of research data is the students of class X IPA 2 SMA Santa Maria 3 Cimahi. Independent variables of research is the field trip methodi, while the dependent variable is the ability of students in writing poems. The instrument used to collect data is based test. The data obtained were analyzed using t-test. Based on the result of research that has been conducted, the average of learning result of writing poem of class X IPA 2 before using the  field trip method is (58,9) which proves that students have not been able to write poem, meanwhile after using field trip method is ( 82.1) students have been able to write poems. After the t-test analysis is obtained the price t_itung> t_tabel is 2.676> 1.690 which means alternative hypotesis (Ha) is accepted and the yangll hypothesis ( ) is rejected. That is, there is a significant difference in the ability to write poem students IPA 2 SMA Santa Maria 3 Cimahi academic year 2017/2018 before and after using the field trip method.

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of learning media based of macromedia flash on the knowledge of students high school in Sidoarjo Regency. The type of research carried out was quasi-experimental. The study was designed with two treatment classes, namely the experimental class and the control class. The sample used as subjects in this study were two high schools in Sidoarjo Regency, East Java. The research subjects are class XI PGRI High School and Sidoarjo High School. Each school was chosen by two classes which were used as the experimental class and the control class. The research instrument used was a test instrument about tax material. The research data were analyzed using the parametric statistical test with a t-test that aims to determine the average difference of each class of research. The results showed that: there was a significant difference between the knowledge of students who were given learning assisted by interactive media based on macromedia flash tax and conventional learning. Results of t-test analysis show that the significance value is less than alpha 0.05.

AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh metode latihan terpusat dan metode latihan acak terhadap kemampuan teknik dasar futsal secara ilmiah. Dalam penelitian ini mengunakan Pre-test Post-test Group Design yaitu kelompok satu diberi perlakuan metode latihan terpusat dan kelompok dua diberi perlakuan metode latihan acak. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa ektrakurikuler futsal SMPN 8 Rejang Lebong sebanyak 30 orang pada tahun 2019 dan Sampel penelitian ini menggunakan total sampling. Analisis statistik yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Uji t untuk menguji hipotesis bahwa ada pengaruh metode latihan terpusat dan metode latihan acak terhadap hasil penguasaan teknik dasar passing dan dribbling dalam permainan futsal. Hasil analisis Uji t perhitungan perbandingan antara hasil akhir dari kedua kelompok ternyata terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap hasil penguasaan teknik dasar futsal. Hasil perhitungan menyatakan bahwa tes akhir antara metode latihan terpusat dan metode latihan acak dengan perolehan perhitungan nilai thitung -2,73 > ttabel -2,160 dan ttabel 2,160 < thitung 2,73 dengan taraf ? = 0,05 artinya ada pengaruh yang signifikan antara X (latihan terpusat dan latihan acak) dengan Y (hasil penguasaan teknik dasar futsal). Sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa kedua metode latihan memiliki pengaruh terhadap kemampuan teknik dasar futsal.Kata Kunci : Metode latihan terpusat, Metode latihan acak, Teknik dasar futsal.AbstractThis study aims to determine the effect of centralized training methods and random training methods on the ability of basic futsal techniques scientifically. In this study using the pre-test post-test group design, the first group was treated with a centralized training method and the second group was given a random training method treatment. The population in this study were 30 futsal extracurricular students in Rejang Lebong Middle School as many as 30 people in 2019 and the sample of this study used total sampling. The statistical analysis used in this study is the t test to test the hypothesis that there is an effect of the centralized training method and the random training method on the results of mastering the basic techniques of passing and dribbling in futsal games. The results of the t-test analysis of the comparison calculation between the final results of the two groups turned out to have a significant effect on the results of mastering basic futsal techniques. The calculation results state that the final test between the centralized training method and the random training method with the calculation of the calculation of t count -2.73 > t table -2.160 and t table 2.160 < t count 2.73 with the level ? = 0.05 means that there is a significant influence between X (centralized training and random training) with Y (the result of mastering basic futsal techniques). So it can be concluded that the two training methods have an influence on the basic skills of futsal.Keywords : Centralized training method, Random training method, Basic futsal technique.

The research aim was to find out whether or not there was a significant difference in students' writing performance from descriptive passage among learners who practiced using the Process Writing Approach and those who were not. The design of that research used quasi-experimental. Participants were selected from X TKJ 3 being the experimental group and X TKJ 2 being the control group. Instruments of this study used a written test. There were five topics about the descriptive text in which students chose one of the issues. A paired sample t-test and independent-sample t-test were used to investigate the data. The outcome acquired from the paired sample t-test confirmed that students' writing achievement increased in the descriptive text after using the process writing approach. Independent-samples t-test analysis revealed that pvalue  (0.008) was lower than άvalu (0.05). Further analysis indicated a significant difference in students' writing performance from a descriptive passage within learners who practiced using the Process Writing Approach.

AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh latihan SKJ 2018 terhadap peningkatan kebugaran jasmani mahasiswa putri Penjas FKIP UNIB secara ilmiah. Dalam penelitian ini mengunakan metode eksperimen semu (quasi eksperimen) dengan desain “One-Group Pretest-Posttest Design”, yaitu   desain   penelitian   yang terdapat pretest sebelum   diberi   perlakuan   dan posttest setelah   diberi   perlakuan. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa putri penjas UNIB yang berjumlah 75 orang  pada tahun 2019 dan Sampel penelitian ini berjumlah 30 orang. Analisis statistik yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Uji t untuk menguji hipotesis bahwa ada pengaruh latihan SKJ 2018 terhadap peningkatan kebugaran jasmani mahasiswa putri penjas UNIB. Hasil analisis perhitungan Uji t ternyata terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap hasil kebugaran jasmani. Hasil perhitungan menyatakan bahwa tes akhir dengan perolehan perhitungan nilai thitung 1,882 > ttabel 1,701 dengan taraf ? = 0,05 artinya ada pengaruh yang signifikan antara X (latihan SKJ 2018) dengan Y (peningkatan kebugaran jasmani) dengan presentase peningkatan sebesar 49,28 %. Berdasarkan dari hasil pengujian hipotesis yang telah dilakukan sebelumnya menyatakan bahwa ada pengaruh yang signifikan antara latihan SKJ 2018 terhadap peningkatan kebugaran jasmani mahasiswa putri penjas UNIB. Kata Kunci: Latihan SKJ 2018, Peningkatan Kebugaran Jasmani AbstractThis study aims to determine the effect of scientific SKJ 2018 training on improving physical fitness of Penjas female students of FKIP UNIB. In this study using quasi-experimental methods with the design of "One-Group Pretest-Posttest Design", namely the design of the study that had a pretest before being treated and posttest after being treated. The population in this study were 75 female students from the UNIB penjas in 2019 and the sample of the study was 30 people. The statistical analysis used in this study is the t test to test the hypothesis that there is an effect of SKJ 2018 training on improving physical fitness of UNIB female students. The results of the analysis of the t-test calculations showed that there was a significant effect on the results of physical fitness. The calculation results state that the final test with the calculation of the tcount of 1.882> t table 1.701 with the level of ? = 0.05 means that there is a significant influence between X (SKJ 2018 training) with Y (increasing physical fitness) with an increase percentage of 49.28%. Abstract : Exercise, Older People, Cognitive Performance, MMSE. Cognitive performance in older people declines gradually due to aging process. It raises problems in functional daily activities, risks of injury, and dependency. Literatures have been revealed the benefits of exercise for health, not only physically, but also mentally. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of exercise on the cognitive performance of older people in Ngesrep Village, Boyolali District. This study was a quasi experimental one group pre test- post test with control group. A constitutive sampling method was applied to get subjects, and found 20 people for each experiment and control group. The instrument used was Mini Mental State Examination (MMSE). Based on paired t-test analysis in the experiment group, it was found a significant difference on the cognitive performance pre and post exercise intervention (α = 0.05, t = 2.492, p = 0.022, r = 0.657). In the control group, there was no diferrence in pre and post test (p = 0.053). Based on independent t-test analysis between experiment and control group, it was found a significant difference before the intervention (p = 0.031), but after the intervention, there was no difference between the two groups. It was due to the increasing MMSE’s score on the experiment group, whereas the score of control group was relatively the same. Physical exercise had a significant influence on the cognitive performance of older people in this study, so it should be held in Ngesrep Village’s Posyandu routinely.

The thesis entitled “The Influence of Using PLEASE (Pick, List, Evaluate, Activate, Supply And End) Strategy Toward Student’s Writing Achievement on Recount Text at The Tenth Grade of SMA Pangudi Luhur Sukaraja”. The problem of this study as follows “Is there any significant differences between the students who are taught by using the PLEASE strategy and who are not taught by using the PLEASE strategy toward student’s writing achievement on recount text at the tenth grade of SMA Pangudi Luhur Sukaraja?”. In this study, the writer used a quasi-experimental design. The population in this study was the tenth-grade students of SMA Pangudi Luhur Sukaraja, with the total of the population was 64 students. Whereas, the sample of the study was 40 students were taken by using purposive sampling, those were 20 students of X IPS1 as experimental group and 20 students of X IPS2 as the control group. Moreover, the writer used a written test. The data obtained from Independent t-test analysis, between the result of the post-test in experimental class and control class. Based on the calculation by using an Independent t-test, the researcher found that tobtained was higher than ttable (6.211> 1.697) at the significance level ɑ = 0.05 in a two-tailed test. So, the Null Hypothesis (H0) was rejected and the Alternative Hypothesis (Ha) was accepted.  It can be concluded that there was any significant difference in teaching writing by using PLEASE Strategy in SMA Pangudi Luhur.

Abstract This study attempts to see the effect of Think, Talk, and Write strategy on the students’ narrative writing competence. Considering the importance of the use of teaching media, this study tries to integrate Stick Figure as a teaching media in Think, Talk, and Write Strategy. A quasi experimental study was conducted to see the improvement of the students’ narrative writing competence. It involved 42 students who were selected on the basis of convenience sampling and assigned into two groups; experimental and control groups. The statistical analyses of paired sample t-test in experimental group showed that there was significant improvement on the students’ writing competence before (M=5.77, SD= 2.342) and after (M= 11.79, SD= 2.342), t(21)=12.059, p<0.05.Moreover, the result of independent t-test between experimental and control groups showed a significant difference. It can be seen that the mean differences was 3.79545 and the significance value is lower than 0.05, 0.000<0.05.
