ABSTRACT [Relationship between Groundwater Surface Depth with Salinity at the Coast of New Kungkai Beach and its Implementation on Discovery Learning Model]. The aims of this study were 1) to describe the relationship between groundwater surface depth with salinity in the coastal areas of new kungkai beach of Seluma, and 2) to determine the improvement of learning outcomes (cognitive) of high ability students, moderate and low by using discovery learning model on the concept of static fluid in class X computer and network engineering at SMK Negeri 3 Seluma. This research was a quasi experimental research with one groups pretest-posttest design. The results showed: 1) The relationship between depth with salinity has a value of 0.6478 with a significance level of 0.001 (<0.05); 2) Learning with discovery learning model can improve student learning outcomes on cognitive aspects (knowledge). Increased cognitive results can be seen from the average value of the initial test, the final test and the average value of gain in the class x Tkj is high-ability groups are at high criteria with a value of 0.75 gain in the group is in the criteria medium with the value of gain 0,52 and in the low group were in moderate criteria with a gain value of 0.44. There is a difference in learning outcomes between the high, medium and low groups. The difference is shown by Fcount > Ftable (4.04 > 3.35) with a significance level of 5%. Keywords: Groundwater surface depth; salinity; discovery learning model; SMKN 3 Seluma.

This study aims to determine the effect of the application of VAK learning model on the learning achievement of PAI in class V Tlogomulyo Waterford Elementary School. This study was a quasi-experimental study (quasi-experimental). Subjects in this study consisted of 26 students of class V. The data was collected using VAK learning guidelines, test learning Islamic education, observation, documentation, and interviews. The validity of the instrument showing of 10 items proved to be valid all, are the results of the analysis show the reliability coefficient of 0.710 and otherwise reliable. Analysis of the data used in the form of comparative analysis using t-test. The results showed that there are significant implementation VAK learning model significantly to the learning outcomes of Islamic education. It can be seen from the difference in learning achievement Islam shortly before and after the given method VAK, the t value of 0.828 and significance level (p) of 0.05. In addition, an increase in the average acquisition value before application of VAK learning model (pre-test = 71.9) and after application of VAK learning model (post-test = 87.3). This shows an increase in the average value of 15.4. By looking at the difference in the score of the pre test and post test, shows that the VAK learning model is a model of effective learning for learning PAI.

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh model pembelajaran discovery learning terhadap hasil belajar siswa kelas X pada materi pokok Listrik Dinamis. Jenis penelitian ini adalah quasi experiment. Populasi dalam penelitian adalah seluruh siswa kelas X yang terdiri dari 8 kelas. Pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan cara cluster random sampling dengan mengambil 2 kelas secara acak yaitu kelas X-5 sebagai kelas eksperimen dan kelas X-6 sebagai kelas kontrol. Instrumen yang digunakan adalah tes hasil belajar yang telah divalidasi dalam bentuk pilihan berganda sebanyak 20 soal. Hasil penelitian diperoleh nilai rata-rata pretes kelas eksperimen 33,06 dan kelas kontrol 32,78. Kemudian diberikan perlakuan yang berbeda, kelas eksperimen dengan model pembelajaran discovery learning dan kelas kontrol dengan model pembelajaran konvensional. Setelah pembelajaran selesai diberikan, diperoleh postes dengan nilai rata-rata kelas eksperimen 75,69 dan kelas kontrol 69,86. Hasil uji t dengan taraf signifikasi 0,05 bahwa secara signifikan ada perbedaan akibat pengaruh model pembelajaran discovery learning terhadap hasil belajar siswa pada materi pokok Listrik Dinamis di kelas X. Kata kunci : model pembelajaran discovery learning dan hasil belajar siswa.   ABSTRACT This research aimed to know the effect of discovery learning model on students learning outcomes in the subject matter dynamical electricity in class X. The type of research was quasi-experimental. The population were the tenth grade students consisting of 8 classes. The samples collection done by means of cluster of random sampling by taking 2 class at random that is class X-5 as experiment class and class X-6 as control class. The instruments used were test of learning outcomes that have been validated in the form of option as much as 20 questions. The research result obtained average value of experiment pretest class 33,06 and the control class 32,78. Then given different treatment, experiment class with discovery learning and control class with conventional of models. After learning is completed, obtained postest the average value of experiment class 75,69 and control class 69,86. The results of t one party with the level significance in 0,05 obtained there is difference of students’ learning outcomes due to the effect of discovery learning in the subject matter listrik dinamis in class X. The purpose of this study is to determine differences in learning outcomes of 4th grade students in Mathematics in SD Gugus Patimura using Problem-based Learning and Discovery Learning model. This is a quasi experimental research. The instrument of data collection was test items, previously tested of its validity and reliability. The result of hypothesis test using ANCOVA test showed the result of significance / probability 0,00 <0,05, meaning H0 was refused and Ha was accepted. It means that Problem-based Learning has significantly higher impact than Discovery Learning model. The conclusion is supported by the average value of the learning outcomes using Problem-based Learning model which was 80.24, while the one using Discovery Learnings model only reached 71,87. Based on the conclusions of this study, it is recommended that the elementary school teachers use the model of learning Problem Based Learning.

This research is a quasi-experimental that aimed to find out the effect of discovery learning model toward interests and learning outcomes of students in class XI MIA SMAN 3 Pinrang. Independent variable in the research is discovery learning model and direct instruction and dependent variables is areinterest and learning outcomes of acid-base. The population in this research is all students class XI MIA SMAN 3 Pinrang that consist of six classes. Class XI MIA5 as an experiment group that consist of 31 students and class XI MIA2 as a control group that consist of 33 students. The result data of the research was obtained by interest questionnaires and learning outcomes test on acid-base topic for post test. Data were analysed using descriptive statistics and inferential statistics. The results of hypothesis testing for interest using t-test values obtained at tcount = 3,025 and significance level α = 0,05 with df = 3 and ttable = 1,66 because tcount > ttable  it indscate that H0 failed. So the are is effect learning model effect learning model to learning interets of students class XI  MIA SMAN 3 Pinrang. While for testing the learning outcomes using Mann-Whitney test obtained at Zcount  = 3,48 and significance level α = 0,05 with df = 3 and ztable= 1,64. It shows that there is the effect of discovery learning model toward learning outcomes of students in class XI MIA SMAN 3 Pinrang. Testing correlation for experiment group is obtained rcount  = 0,618 on significance level  α = 0,05 and rtable = 0,355, so it can be concluded that there is positive correlation interests with learning outcomes in discovery learning model. While testing correlation for control group is obtained rcount = 0,488 on significance level α = 0,05 and rtable = 0,344, so it can be concluded that there is positive correlation interests and learning outcomes in direct instruction.

Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui : (1) Apakah  hasil belajar pendidikan agama Islam siswa yang dibelajarkan dengan model jigsaw lebih tinggi daripada hasil belajar pendidikan agama Islam yang menggunakan model make and  match, (2) Apakah hasil belajar pendidikan agama Islam siswa yang  memiliki komunikasi interpersional tinggi lebih tinggi daripada hasil belajar pendidikan agama Islam yang memiliki komunikasi interpersional rendah, (3) Apakah terdapat interaksi antara model pembelajaran dan komunikasi interpersonal terhadap hasil belajar pendidikan agama Islam siswa. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada siswa SD Negeri 013849 dan siswa SD Negeri 018453 Siumbut-Umbut kelas V. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah quasi eksperimen dengan factorial 2 x 2. Teknik analisa yang digunakan adalah analis varians dua jalur dengan taraf signifikan α = 5% dengan Uji F, pengujian lanjut menggunakan Uji Scheffe. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan (1) hasil belajar Pendidikan agama Islam siswa yang ajar dengan  model  pembelajaran Jigsaw lebih tinggi daripada  pembelajaran model Make and Match dengan  nilai Fhitumg > Ftabel.  dengan nilai Fhitung  12.94 > FTabel 4,00, (2) hasil belajar pendidikan agama Islam siswa yang memiliki Komunikasi Interpersonal tinggi lebih tinggi daripada hasil belajar siswa yang memiliki komunikasi interpersonal rendah dengan nilai Fhitung =  11.86 > Ftabel = 4,00, (3) terdapat interaksi antara Model Pembelajaran dan komunikasi interpersonal dalam mempengaruhi hasil belajar pendidikan agama Islam  dengan nilai FHitung kolom – baris (interaksi) lebih besar dari Ftabel.  Fhitung =  10,39 > Ftabel = 4,00 pada taraf signifikansi 5%. Kata Kunci: model pembelajaran, komunikasi interpersonal dan hasil belajar pendidikan agama islam. Abstract: This study aims to find out: (1) Whether the learning outcomes of Islamic religious education students who are taught with a jigsaw model are higher than the learning outcomes of Islamic religious education using make and match models, (2) Are the results of Islamic religious education learning for students who have interpersional communication higher than the learning outcomes of Islamic religious education which has low interpersional communication, (3) Is there an interaction between learning models and interpersonal communication on the learning outcomes of Islamic religious education students. This research was conducted on students of SD Negeri 013849 and students of SD Negeri 018453 Siumbut-Umbut class V. The research method used was a quasi-experimental with 2 x 2 factorial. F, further testing uses the Scheffe Test. The results showed (1) the learning outcomes of Islamic Religious Education students who taught with the Jigsaw learning model were higher than the Make and Match model learning with the value of Fcount > Ftable. with a Fcount of 12.94> FTabel 4.00, (2) learning outcomes of Islamic religious education students who have high Interpersonal Communication is higher than the learning outcomes of students who have low interpersonal communication with a value of Fcount = 11.86> Ftable = 4.00, (3) there is an interaction between the Learning Model and interpersonal communication in influencing the learning outcomes of Islamic religious education with the value of Fcount column-row (interaction) is greater than Ftable. Fcount = 10.39> Ftable = 4.00 at the significance level of 5%. Keywords: learning model, interpersonal communication and learning outcomes of Islamic religious education.

This research is motivated by the low student learning outcomes in social studies learning in the fifth grade of SDN 50 Kuranji Padang. This study aims to determine the effect of the Bamboo Dancing learning model on the learning outcomes of fifth grade students of SDN 50 Kuranji Padang. The research method used was Quasi Experimental Design with the design of Posttest Only Control Design. The population in this study were fifth grade students of SDN 50 Kuranji Padang, which class VB using the Bamboo Dancing learning model while the VA class using the Bamboo Dancing learning model. Based on the results of the posttest, the average value of the experimental class is 80.0 and the average value of the control class is 63.93. From the results of hypothesis testing with a significance level of 0.05, obtained a significant value of 0.51 because sig˃α, the hypothesis is accepted, so it can be concluded that the Bamboo Dancing learning model influences social studies learning outcomes of students in fifth grade SDN 50 Kuranji Padang in the 2018 school year / 2019.

The goal of this study was to describe the differences in students learning outcome, between those who use the jigsaw learning model with those who study conventionally in analytical chemistry learning. This research used quasi-experimental method with a non-equivalent design and control grup design. The research conducted at chemistry study program fifth semester. In the non-equivalent control group design, the sample was not chosen randomly but by purposive sampling technique. The sample was chosen by purposive sampling technique. The research used two classes, i.e. class A as the experimental-class and class B as the control-class. Both classes were given pretest to find out the student's initial ability before being given a lesson and a posttest to find out the student's final ability. This research was conducted in three meetings in accordance with the material to be delivered. In experimental-class, we used jigsaw learning model. In this learning model there were stages in the organization where students can discuss by expressing their thoughts, exchanging knowledge, understanding and abilities and correcting each other among friends in the group. The average value of the final learning outcomes of the experimental class students showed a value of 70.24 and a control class of 60.00 with a value of sig. (2-tailed) = 0.000 < sig. alpha = 0.05. Therefore, it can be concluded that there were significant differences in the student ability of learning outcomes using the jigsaw learning model with those using conventional learning.
