This study aims to determine the effect of the application of VAK learning model on the learning achievement of PAI in class V Tlogomulyo Waterford Elementary School. This study was a quasi-experimental study (quasi-experimental). Subjects in this study consisted of 26 students of class V. The data was collected using VAK learning guidelines, test learning Islamic education, observation, documentation, and interviews. The validity of the instrument showing of 10 items proved to be valid all, are the results of the analysis show the reliability coefficient of 0.710 and otherwise reliable. Analysis of the data used in the form of comparative analysis using t-test. The results showed that there are significant implementation VAK learning model significantly to the learning outcomes of Islamic education. It can be seen from the difference in learning achievement Islam shortly before and after the given method VAK, the t value of 0.828 and significance level (p) of 0.05. In addition, an increase in the average acquisition value before application of VAK learning model (pre-test = 71.9) and after application of VAK learning model (post-test = 87.3). This shows an increase in the average value of 15.4. By looking at the difference in the score of the pre test and post test, shows that the VAK learning model is a model of effective learning for learning PAI.

ABSTRACT [Relationship between Groundwater Surface Depth with Salinity at the Coast of New Kungkai Beach and its Implementation on Discovery Learning Model]. The aims of this study were 1) to describe the relationship between groundwater surface depth with salinity in the coastal areas of new kungkai beach of Seluma, and 2) to determine the improvement of learning outcomes (cognitive) of high ability students, moderate and low by using discovery learning model on the concept of static fluid in class X computer and network engineering at SMK Negeri 3 Seluma. This research was a quasi experimental research with one groups pretest-posttest design. The results showed: 1) The relationship between depth with salinity has a value of 0.6478 with a significance level of 0.001 (<0.05); 2) Learning with discovery learning model can improve student learning outcomes on cognitive aspects (knowledge). Increased cognitive results can be seen from the average value of the initial test, the final test and the average value of gain in the class x Tkj is high-ability groups are at high criteria with a value of 0.75 gain in the group is in the criteria medium with the value of gain 0,52 and in the low group were in moderate criteria with a gain value of 0.44. There is a difference in learning outcomes between the high, medium and low groups. The difference is shown by Fcount > Ftable (4.04 > 3.35) with a significance level of 5%. Keywords: Groundwater surface depth; salinity; discovery learning model; SMKN 3 Seluma.

The purpose of this study was to describe the effectiveness of a teaching materials based on local wisdom in jigsaw learning model to skill of writing description. The method used in this study is a quasi experimental design with two groups: the experimental class and control class. The results showed differences in the skills of writing description between the two classes. In the control class tend to not experience a significant increase, while the experimental class increased. The average value of the current skill of writing description in control class pretest to post-test by 61.25 to 71.40, increased 15.57% with average value of n-gain 0.274 in low category. Meanwhile, the average value in experimental class pretest to post-test by 61.22 to 83.31, increased 36.08% with average value of n-gain 0.570 in medium category. The difference of gain indicates that a teaching materials based on local wisdom in jigsaw learning model effectively used to improve the skills of writing description.   Abstrak Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk mendeskripsikan keefektifan bahan ajar berbasis kearifan lokal dalam model pembelajaran teknik jigsaw terhadap keterampilan menulis deskripsi. Metode penelitian menggunakan eksperimen kuasi dengan desain dua kelompok yaitu kelas eksperimen dan kelas kontrol. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan pada kelas kontrol cenderung tidak mengalami peningkatan yang signifikan, sedangkan pada kelas eksperimen terjadi peningkatan. Nilai rata-rata keterampilan menulis deskripsi kelas kontrol pada prates 61.25 pascates 71.40 peningkatan sebesar 16.57% dengan rata-rata n-gain 0.274 termasuk kategori rendah. Sementara itu, nilai rata-rata keterampilan menulis deskripsi kelas eksperimen saat prates 61,22 pada pascates menjadi 83,31 peningkatan sebesar 36.08% dengan rata-rata n-gain 0.570 termasuk kategori sedang. Perbedaan peningkatan tersebut mengindikasikan bahwa bahan ajar berbasis kearifan lokal dalam model pembelajaran teknik jigsaw efektif digunakan untuk meningkatkan keterampilan menulis deskripsi. Quasi-experimental study design with the pre-test and post-test is aimed to obtain objectiveinformation about the effectiveness of cooperative learning type STAD in improving students' mathematical understanding of class V MIN. The population of this study is student of class VMIN in the city of Banda Aceh. Based on the results of data analysis, improving the ability ofmathematical understanding in the experimental class and control class is quietly different in terms of level of school (good, adequate and low). The difference increased capability is then tested statistically by ANOVA test using two pathways with significance level (α) = 0,05. From the results of different test can be concluded that the increased understanding ofmathematical abilities of students through cooperative learning type STAD better than on improving the understanding of mathematical abilities of students through conventional learning.

This study aims to determine the effect of the application of the Two Stay Two Stray learning model (TSTS) to the history of student learning outcomes at SMA Negeri 7 Medan. The research method used is quasi-experimental. The study population was students of class X IPS with a sample of 65 students consisting of 34 students of class X IPS 2 as an experimental class and 31 students of class X IPS 1 as a control class. Data collection techniques using observation and tests. The data obtained were analyzed using the t-test. The observation results showed that 91% of the experimental class students who took part in learning with the TSTS model got very good average scores. The average post-test value of the experimental class was 80.3, while the average value of the post-test of the control class that followed the learning with the conventional model was 63.70. T-test results for the post-test scores were obtained tcount > ttable (7,004 > 1,670).These results indicate that the TSTS learning model has a great influence in improving the history of student learning outcomes in class XI IPS 2 SMA Negeri 7 Medan.

Half of the women in Indonesia experience menstrual pain / dysmenorrhoea, 54.89%, experience various disorders including abdominal pain, cramps and back pain. The purpose of this study was to determine the effectiveness of acupressure, ginger drink and the difference in giving acupressure and ginger drink to reducing the intensity of menstrual pain / dysmenorrhea in young women at SMK Swasta PAB 5 Klambir Lima 2020. The design of this study used a quasi-experimental pre and post test with a sample of 30 students who were divided into two groups. Each group was given acupressure and ginger drink in the morning and evening during menstruation from day one to day two. Respondents were assessed for pain before and after the intervention was given. The results of the Shapiro-Wilk normality test contained Sig data (p <0.05). The Wilcoxon test has a p-value of 0.002 (p <0.05), which means that acupressure is effective in reducing the intensity of menstrual pain / dysmenorrhea, there is a p-value of 0.001 (p <0.05) which means that ginger is effective against reducing pain intensity. menstruation / dysmenorrhea, there is a p-value of 0.034 (p <0.05), which means that there is a difference in the effectiveness of acupressure and ginger drink in reducing the intensity of menstrual pain / dysmenorrhea. There is an effectiveness of giving acupressure, ginger drink, and there is a difference in giving acupressure and ginger drink on the intensity of menstrual pain / dysmenorrhea on young women. It is hoped that the school will provide ginger drinks and acupressure measures to young women who experience menstrual pain / dysmenorrhea so that they can participate in learning activities at school.

Lesson material presented in the form of data or facts and specific concepts on expository learning model helps learners to connect new material with material that precedes it, so organizers help is provided to instill meaningful learning. This study aims to determine the difference of influence of the implementation of learning model of assisted advance organizer and post organizer expository. The population in this study is all students of class X MIA SMA Negeri 3 Mataram academic year 2017/2018. Sampling is done by purposive sampling technique, and quasi experimental research uses non-equivalent control group design with pre-test-and post-test. The results obtained from the classroom given the treatment of expository learning model assisted by advance organizer and post organizer have the same tendency improvement. In both classes there is a relatively similar increase in the mastery of the previous concept, but the difference between the two is not much different. Therefore, there is no difference of influence between expository model of assisted advance organizer and post organizer to the mastery of work and energy concepts of learners.

The research analyses the effect of cooperative learning model Jigsaw type and learning motivation on student’s understanding on citizenship subject. The research method uses quasi experimental design with post test only control design. The subject of research was 44 students which constitutes two classes, experiment and control classes. The data collection employs test and questionnaire. The data was analyzed using Two-way Anova test. The results show that cooperative learning model Jigsaw type hasa significant effect on student’s conceptual understanding. The ANOVA test produce significant level below 0.05, which indicates there is significant effect of the Jigsaw model and learning motivation on student achievement. It can be concluded that the cooperative learning model contributes better to learning achievement than conventional learning model, and a high learning motivation contributes better to students learning achievement in citizentship subject than a low learning motivation.   Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe Jigsaw dan motivasi terhadap kemampuan pemahaman konsep PPKn siswa sekolah dasar. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah quasi eksperimen dengan post test only control design. Subjek penelitian sebanyak 44 siswa yang terdiri dari 22 siswa sebagai kelas eksperimen dan 22 siswa sebagai kelas kontrol. Data dianalisis menggunakan uji Anova 2 jalur. Hasil analisis data menunjukkan pengaruh model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe jigsaw yang positif dan signifikan terhadap hasil belajar siswa berupa pemahaman konsep PPKn siswa. Siswa dengan tingkat motivasi yang tinggi lebih baik dalam hal penggunaan model Jigsaw dan hasil belajar, dibandingkan dengan siswa yang mempunyai motivasi rendah. Terdapat interaksi antara model pembelajaran dan motivasi belajar terhadap kemampuan pemahaman konsep PPKn. Dengan demikian dapat disimpulkan bahwa model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe Jigsaw lebih baik daripada model pembelajaran ceramah untuk mencapai  hasil belajar yang lebih baik, dan bahwa siswa dengan motivasi belajar yang tinggi lebih baik daripada siswa dengan motivasi belajar yang rendah dalam penggunaan atau pemanfaatan model pembelajaran Jigsaw dan hasil belajarnya.

  The purpose of this research and development is to produce a model of learning basketball skills on learning physical education for students middle school first. In addition, this research and development is conducted to obtain information in depth about: development and application of learning model of bolabasket skill (hamidi) on basketball game for students of middle school first and know the effectiveness, efficiency and attractiveness of student to model made. This research and development use research & development (R & D) research method from borg and gall. The subjects in this research and development are the students of the first class VII students aged 13-14 years as many as 98 people. The instruments used in this research and development are questionnaires, questionnaires, battery test tests used to collect basic engineering skill data, as well as "game performance instrument test" instruments to collect data on students' basketball skills, as for stages in research and this development is, at the stage of: (1) needs analysis, (2) expert evaluation (initial product evaluation); (3) limited testing (small group trial); and (4) the main test (field testing). The model effectiveness test uses a battery test test to determine the level of mastery of students' basic basketball techniques and "GPAI tests" to find out the skill level of play. Data analysis technique used is "t-test" based on data analysis, for elementary technique aspect of students obtained the average value of pre test 29.86 and average post test 50.36, standard deviation pre test 5.5. and post test 6.0, value t -32.36 significance level 0.05 Because H0 is rejected means an increase in basic engineering capability. As for the skills to play based on data analysis using the test "t" obtained the average value of pre test 1.6 and average post test 3.83, standard deviation pre test 0.54 and post test 15.02, t value 0.085 significance level 0.05 Because H0 rejected means there is an increase in the ability of students' playing skills. Based on the data, it can be stated that basketball skill learning model for middle school first students is developed effectively and can improve basic technique skills and basketball playing skills of first medium school students.   Keywords: Development, Game-based learning model, basic engineering skills, playing skills, basketball, students middle school first.

Abstract This study aims to determine the planning scramble method is applied in teaching Islamic Cultural History (SKI), to determine the feasibility of the methods scramble on the subjects of Cultural History of Islam and this research is also expected to improve student achievement in grade V MI Al-Iman Sorogenen. This type of research is the Classroom Action Research (Classroom Action Research) conducted in MI Al-Iman Sorogenen. This study uses two cycles of learning with two meetings in the first cycle, and the first meetings on the second cycle. The method used to scramble method is applied with a group discussion on the cycle I and II. In the discussions, the students were divided into small groups resulting in effective information exchange among members. The results showed that the planning of the use of methods scramble on learning SKI class V MI Al-Iman Sorogenen running smoothly starting from the manufacture of Learning Implementation Plan (RPP), card making questions and answer cards, make sheets of pre-test and post-test, and make the observation sheet , Scramble method can also be implemented and applied in teaching Islamic Cultural History, with the effect size of 7.3. Improved student achievement shows the average value of pre test cycle I is 46.6% increase in post test becomes 53.33%. While in the second cycle showed an increase learning achievement of the average value of pre-test 53.33% increase in post-test to 80%. Thus, an increase learning achievement SKI class V MI Al-Iman Sorogenen based on the results of post test is 26.7%. Keyword: scramble method, achievement
