The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of employee competence on archive management at the Library and Archives Service of Bojonegoro Regency. This research is a quantitative research. Data collection techniques used are questionnaires and interviews. The population in this study were employees at the Library and Archives Service of Bojonegoro Regency, amounting to 40 people. The sampling technique used is saturated sampling, where the number of samples used is the same as the total population of 40 people. The instrument test in this study consisted of a validity test and a reliability test. The data analysis techniques used in this study are: 1) classical assumption test consisting of normality test and heteroscedasticity test; 2) hypothesis testing using simple linear regression. The results showed that there was a significant influence of employee competence on archive management at the Library and Archives Service of Bojonegoro Regency as evidenced by the sig value 0.000 <0.05 and tcount 5,619 > ttable 2,021 so it can be concluded that employee competence has a significant influence on archive management.

This research aims to determine the effect of competence and work ethic on work performance with motivation as a moderating variable. In this study using a population of all employees of PT. Sapta Sentosa Jaya Abadi Muko-Muko with a total of 70 respondents, the sampling technique used saturated sampling with questionnaires which were distributed to all employees of PT. Sapta Sentosa Jaya Abadi Muko-Muko. This research is a quantitative research. Data analysis techniques used in this research are descriptive analysis, multiple regression analysis, and Moderate Regression Analysis (MRA). The results of this study indicate that the competence variable has a positive and significant effect on work performance, the work ethic variable has a positive and significant effect on work performance, the motivation variable has a positive and significant effect on work performance, the motivation variable can moderate competence on work performance, The motivation variable cannot moderate work ethic on work performance Keywords: Motivation, Competence, Work Ethic, Work Performance

Abstrak Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh kompetensi terhadap kinerja dosen pada Sekolah Tinggi Ilmu Ekonomi Riau. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah dosen STIE Riau yang berjumlah 54 orang. Dan sampel berjumlah 54 orang dengan menggunakan teknik pengambilan sampel yaitu sampling jenuh. Analisis data yang dilakukan adalah dengan menggunakan uji reliabilitas, regresi linear sederhana, uji R2 dan uji t. Pengujian tersebut dilakukan guna untuk mengetahui pengaruh kompetensi terhadap kinerja dosen Sekolah Tinggi Ilmu Ekonomi Riau. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian bahwa kompetensi dengan nilai R square di dapat 0,541, yang berarti kompetensi memberikan  kontribusi sumbangan sebesar 54,1% terhadap kinerja dosen, serta berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja dosen dengan tingkat sig. 0,000. Kesimpulan dari penelitian bahwa hipotesis kompetensi dapat diterima kebenarannya. The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of competence on the performance of lecturers at the STIE of Riau. The population in this research is the lecturer of STIE Riau which amounted to 54 people. And the sample amounted to 54 people by using sampling technique that is  sampling saturated. Data analysis was performed by using reliability test, simple linear regression, R2 test and t test. The test is conducted in order to determine the effect of competence on the performance of lecturers of the STIE of Riau. Based on the result of research that competence with R square value can be 0,541, which means competence contributed 54,1% to lecturer performance, and have positive and significant influence to lecturer performance with sig level. 0,000. The conclusion from the research that the hypothesis of competence acceptable truth.

<p><em>This study aims to determine whether there is influence either partially or simultaneously between economic literacy and prakerin experience of entrepreneurship interest of class XI students of Office Administration (APK) program of SMK Negeri 1 Pogalan year lesson 2017/2018. This research is a quantitative research. Population in this research is class XI student of Office Administration skill program (APK) amounting to 73 students. Sampling technique by nonprobability sampling. Samples in this study were 73 students. Data analysis techniques using SPSS Version 23.00 For Windows. The result of data analysis in this research shows that can be concluded that there is a significant influence between economic literacy and prakerin experience of entrepreneurship interests kelsi XI skill program Administrative Office (APK) SMK Negeri 1 Pogalan year lesson 2017/2018</em><em>. Overall influence of economic literacy and prakerin experience to entrepreneurship interest equal to 21,6%, while the rest equal to 78,4% influenced by other factors outside of variable in this research. The results of this study can be used as input and consideration material for learners, teachers and institutions to improve the quality of education and inculcate entrepreneurship interests in learners and can serve as a reference for further research by developing existing research.</em></p>

in this study is to find out how the influence of service quality, price and promotion on customer satisfaction with the aim of testing and analyzing the effect of service quality, price and promotion on customer satisfaction at PT. Benua Trans Maju Bersama Cabang Medan. The research was started in October 2020 – May 2021. In this study, the researcher used quantitative research techniques with the type of research being descriptive quantitative and the nature of the research was descriptive explanatory research. The population in this study were all customers has 223 customers. where validity and reliability were first tested in order to determine whether a questionnaire was valid or not, and researchers did it to 30 customers and the rest were 143 customers as a sample test. Then it is processed using the classical assumption test which includes: normality test, multicollinearity test, and heteroscedasticity test. The data analysis model in this study uses multiple regression analysis. The conclusion from the results of this study is that there is a service quality partially positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction. The price partially positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction. Promotion positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction Simultaneously the variables of service quality (X1), price (X2) and promotion (X3), there is a positive and significant influence on customer satisfaction (Y).

The purpose of this study was to determine how much influence the product display and promotion partially on consumer purchasing decisions on books published by Mizan at Gunung Agung BSD Tangerang bookstore and to find out how much influence the product displays and promotions simultaneously on consumer purchasing decisions on books published by Mizan at the Gunung Agung BSD Tangerang bookstore. This research is causality with quantitative approach. The population in this study is Mizan's book customers at the Gunung Agung BSD bookstore Tangerang with convenience sampling technique obtained samples of 69 respondents. Data analysis techniques used in this study are: data quality tests including validity and reliability, the classic assumption test of normality, multicollinearity, heterocendatisity, regression analysis that is multiple regression, partial t, simultaneous F and coefficient of determination. The results of the study are as follows: (1) The results of first hypothesis that is no significant influence between product displays on consumer purchasing decisions, (2) The results of second hypothesis that is a positive and significant effect between promotions on decisions consumer purchases, and (3) The results of third hypothesis, namely product display and promotion together have a positive and significant effect on consumer purchasing decisions.

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menemukan dan menganalisis pengaruh Model Kepemimpinan Kepala Madrasah terhadap peningkatan Kinerja dan Disiplin Guru. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan bersifat deskriftif kuantitatif, yang beralokasi di Kelurahan Ereng-Ereng Kecamatan Tompobulu Kabupaten Bantaeng. Teknik pengambilan sampel yaitu sampel jenuh sebanyak 20 subjek. Teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi, koesioner, interview, dan dokumentasi. Analisis data dengan langkah-langkah berupa validitas, realibilitas, uji normalitas, linearitas dan uji hipotesis dengan menggunakan rumus regresi linier sederhana dengan SPSS 17 for Windows.Berdasarkan hasil analisis data yang dilakukan, maka nilai signifikansi yang diperoleh 0,000, sedangkan nilai resquare menunjukkan 0,53 artinya terdapatpengaruh model kepemimpinan kepala madrasah terhadap peningkatan kinerja dan disiplin guru di Madrasah Aliyah Pondok Pesantren KH. Ahmad Dahlan Muhammadiyah Ereng-Ereng Kabupaten Bantaeng sebesar 53%. Adapun 47 % kinerja dan disiplin guru dipengaruhi oleh faktor-faktor yang lain.Kata kunci: Model Kepemimpinan, Kepala Madrsah, Kinerja dan Disiplin GuruThe purpose of this study is to find and analyze the effect Principals Leadership Model to increase performance and Discipline Teachers). This type of research is descriptive quantitative, which is located in Ereng-ereng District of Tompobulu Bantaeng.  Sampling technique that saturated sample of 20 subjects. Technique of collecting data through observation, questioner, interview, and documentation. Analysis of data by measures such as validity, reliability, test for normality, linearity and hypothesis testing using simple linear regression formula with SPSS 17 for Windows. Based the results of the data analysis, the significant value gained 0,000, while the value of r square shows 0 , 53 means that ifluence headmaster leadership model to the improved performance and discipline of teachers in Madrasah Aliyah boarding school KH. Ahmad Dahlan Muhammadiyah Ereng-ereng, Bantaeng by 53%. This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of work stress and the environment on turnover attention of employees of Oppo Kota Bima. The type of research used is associative, with a sample of 35 respondents. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling. Data collection using a questionnaire with a Likert scale. The data analysis method used is validity test, reliability test, simple linear regression, simple correlation, determination test and t test (two parties). The results of this study conclude that the workload has an influence on the work environment of the Bima City oppo employees, where the t value of 8.325 is greater than the t table value of 2.036 (8.325 2.036) with a significant value of 0.000 less than 0.05 ( 0,000,0,05).

Abstract This study began with observations during the pre-study of guests staying at the Prince Beach Hotel in Padang. It was found that there were problems with the needs of guests who were not properly met so that guests were dissatisfied, including those who complained about room facilities that were experiencing a lot of damage that were considered less provide comfort for guests. This study aims to analyze the effect of room facilities on guest satisfaction staying at the Prince Beach Hotel Padang. This type of research is classified as quantitative research with a causal associative approach. The study population was individual guests who stayed overnight with an average monthly rate of 1,707 people. The research sample of 95 using purposive sampling technique. Data collection is done by distributing questionnaires using a Likert scale that has been tested for validity and reliability. Data analysis using simple linear regression with SPSS version 16.00. The results showed that: room facilities were classified as good (73.7%), and guest satisfaction was classified as good (61.05%). R square values ​​were obtained (10.3%), and the significance was 0.002 <0.05. This means that the influence of room facilities on guest satisfaction by 10.3% while 89.7% is influenced by other factors. Keywords: Room Facilities, Guest Satisfaction

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh model pengajuan dan pemecahan masalah (JUCAMA) terhadap kemampuan berpikir kreatif Matematika siswa kelas IV sekolah dasar yang dilaksanakan di Sekolah Dasar Negeri Sukamakmur 1. Penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian kuantitatif. Populasi yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa kelas IV SD Negeri Sukamakmur 1 yang berjumlah 97 siswa. Peneliti mengambil sampel 40 siswa dari jumlah populasi yang ada. Teknik pengumpulan data melalui tes soal Kelipatan Persekutuan Terkecil (KPK) dan Faktor Persekutuan Terbesar (FPB) pada soal Matematika. Teknik analisis data untuk menguji hipotesis dilakukan dengan perhitungan pearson product moment. Hasil dari uji validitas tes soal Matematika diperoleh 10 butir instrumen yang valid dari 10 butir instrumen yang diujicobakan. Hasil uji reliabilitas nilai r20 sebesar 0,939. Hasil pengujian hipotesis, terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan penerapan model pengajuan dan pemecahan masalah (JUCAMA) terhadap kemampuan berpikir kreatif Matematika siswa kelas IV. Hal ini diperoleh probabilitas (signifikansi) 0.000 < 0.050 menunjukkan adanya pengaruh model pengajuan dan pemecahan masalah (JUCAMA) terhadap kemampuan berpikir kreatif Matematika siswa kelas IV.   Abstract: This study aims to determine the effect of the model of problem submission and troubleshooting (JUCAMA) on the mathematical creative thinking ability of fourth grade learners in elementary school. This location was conducted at Sukamakmur 1 State Elementary School. This research is a type of Quantitative Research. The population who was used in this study. There were all fourth grade learners of State Elementary School Sukamakmur 1 with totalling 97 learners. Researcher took a sample of 40 learners from the existing population. Data Collection Techniques were through tests about the Smallest Guild Multiplication (KPK) and the Biggest Guild Factor (FPB) in Mathematical Questions. Data Analysis Techniques to test hypothesis were done by calculating Pearson Product Moment. The result of the validity test of mathematical questions were obtained 10 valid instruments from the 10 items tested. The reliability test resulted of the r20 value were 0/939. The result of testing the hypothesis, there was a significant effect of the application of the model of problem submission and troubleshooting (JUCAMA) to the Mathematical Creative Thinking Ability of fourth grade learners. This was obtained probability (significance) 0.000 < 0.050 showed the influence of submission and troubleshooting model (JUCAMA) on Mathematical Creative Thinking Ability of fourth grade learners. This study is to study the effect of internal control and individual morality on fraudulent transportation orders based online at PT. Go-Jek, City of Padang. This research is quantitative research with primary data from questionnaires and using a Likert scale. The population of this research is a car and motorcycle driver, PT. Go-Jek in Padang City. The purposive sampling technique of sampling and a sample of 150 respondents. Data analysis technique is data quality test, classic assumption test and hypothesis test consisting of multiple linear regression tests using SPSS 23.0 for Windows.
