The purpose of this study was to determine the level of anxiety students during the Covid-19 pandemic. This research method uses a survey with data collection techniques using a questionnaire given to 110 respondents. The scores obtained from the questionnaire were analyzed using quantitative descriptive analysis. Based on the results of the study, 36.4% felt very anxious, 34.1% felt anxious, 20.9% felt not anxious, and 9% felt very uneasy about this pandemic. At the level of fear during activities, 50% felt afraid, 22.7% were not afraid, and 6.8% felt very unafraid. At the level of concern, 25% of respondents felt very worried about the Covid-19 pandemic that was happening, 56.8% were worried, 11.4% were not worried, and 6.8% felt very unconcerned. Of the 110 respondents 83% did sports activities during the pandemic and 17% did not do sports activities. 65% of respondents know that anxiety affects the body's immunity 35% do not know. This anxiety because of the fear of contracting this virus and it affects the learning process of students and the family economy will be disrupted.

This research aims to find out students' interest and how much support from the school to support junior high school extracurricular sports activities in Pringsewu Kota District, Pringsewu Regency. The research method used in this research is quantitative descriptive analysis technique. In this research instrument using a questionnaire or questionnaire (Questionnaires). The results of the study were obtained with good categories as a whole as many as 65 students with a total percentage of 93% in the category of extracurricular sports activities and 14 students with a total percentage of 20% in school infrastructure. Then from the results which stated that it was quite good, it reached 5 students with a percentage of 7% in the category of extracurricular sports activities and 35 students with a total percentage of 50% in school infrastructure. As for the poor classification, there are no extracurricular sports activities and 21 students with a percentage of 30% in school infrastructure.

This study aims to improve mastery of dexterity gymnastics through playing approaches and assistive media in physical education learning for students. This research method uses a classroom action research method with research subjects namely students of class II SD Negeri 44 Ampenan. The research instrument used observation, interviews, and tests. The data analysis technique used in this research was qualitative and quantitative descriptive analysis. The results of this study indicate that the play approach and assistive media can increase interest, activeness, and dexterity gymnastics for the second grade students of SD Negeri 44 Ampenan.

Sunscreens are cosmetic preparations that protect the skin from exposure to UV radiation resulting in erythema , skin burning , aging and skin cancer. Leaf of Sesbania grandiflora (L.) Pers. contain phenolic compounds such as tannins and flavonoids which act as photoprotective . This research method is experimental with quantitative descriptive analysis. The purpose of research is to know the value of SPF, transmission erythema (% Te) and pigmentation (% Tp) of acetone extracts of Sesbania grandiflora (L.) Pers. using Spectrophotometry UV -Vis at a wavelength of 280-400 nm with intervals of 5 nm. This study variations in extract concentration were made 100, 200, 400, 600, 800 and 1000 ppm. The results showed the SPF value of extracts of all concentrations in a row was 1.9 ( minimum ); 3.6 ( minimum ); 15.9 ( moderate ); 56.3 ( high ); 133.9 ( high ); and 136.6 ( high ). The %Te value is 400 ppm ( fast tanning ), 600 ppm ( regular suntan ) and 1000 ppm ( extra protection ). The value of %Tp at all extract concentrations is included in the category total block .

This study aims to analyze income and profitability of processed robusta coffee as a superior product in Tirto Kencono Cooperative. The research method used in this study is a case study. Respondents in this study were manager, suppliers and all people related in the robusta coffee processing unit. The research wasconducted at the Tirto Kencono Cooperative located in Talang 20 Village, Air Naningan Sub-District,Tanggamus District. Data collection was conducted in February 2019 and analyzed using quantitative descriptive analysis. The results of the research showed that the four products were viable and feasible because the R/C values were more than one on cash costs and total costs. Four products have profitability ratio of more than 0% with the highest profitability ratio was obtained by Green Coffee T20 product (77.40%) and the lowest product was Gendis Coffee T20 (21.24%).Key words : income, profitability, robusta coffee

The competition between Banks in Indonesia required the existence of a marketing strategy for appropriate banking products and services offered on the state-owned bank in Indonesia, including in Jakarta. This study aims to determine whether there is influence between variable Product Development, Advertising and Service Quality, to Saving Decision in State-Owned Bank in Jakarta. Methods of data collection using a survey distributed to 127 customers. The research method used quantitative descriptive analysis and method of data analysis used in this research is multiple regressions. The results of this study, shows that Product Development, Advertising and Service Quality has an influence on Customers Saving Decision at State-Owned Banks in Jakarta.

This study aims to find out how much the factors of education, capital, and dependents influence the role of mothers in improving the family economy in Wamanggu Market and analyze the dominant factors that influence the role of mothers in improving the family economy in Wamanggu Market. This research was conducted at the Wamanggu Merauke Market, for four (4) months, namely from August to December 2018. The population in this study were all vegetable sellers in the Wamanggu Merauke Market. The sampling technique was random sampling with 173 samples and a total population of 63 sellers, while data analysis was carried out with quantitative descriptive analysis method using multiple linear regression analysis. The results of multiple regression analysis show that the magnitude of the effect of education on income (Y): based on education (X1) affects income (Y) insignificantly by 0.044 or 4.4%, based on capital (X2) affects income (Y) significantly by 0.919 or 91.9%, based on dependents (X3) affect income (Y) not significantly by 0.005 or 5%. The dominant factor that influences the decision of mothers in improving the family economy is the capital factor (X2) which is equal to 0.919 or 91.9%.   Keywords: Education, Capital, Dependents, Income.

This study aims to determine the effect of the influence of Recruitment, Training and Counseling on Employee Productivity at PT. Telkom Medan access both partially and simultaneously. The research method uses quantitative descriptive analysis.  The population in this study were all totaling 462 people. Data analysis techniques using the F Test, T Test, and Multiple Linear Regression. Based on the results of data analysis in this study shows that partially it can be seen that the recruitment variable (X1) has a tcount of 0.837 and a value of 1.663, then the tcount value <ttable (0.837 <1.663) and a sig.0.00 value <0.405. This means the hypothesis is rejected namely: partial recruitment has no positive and significant effect on employee productivity at PT Telkom Akses Medan. The results showed that the training (X2) had a tcount of 3.254 and a t-table value of 1.663, then a tcount> ttable (3.254> 1.663) and a sig value. 0.00 <0.002. This means that the hypothesis is accepted: training has a positive and significant effect on employee productivity in PT Telkom Akses Medan. The results showed that counseling (X3) had a tcount of 2.974 and a t-table value of 1.663 then the tcount> ttabe l (2.974> 1.663) and a sig value. 0.00 <0.004. This means that the hypothesis  is accepted: counseling has a positive and significant effect on employee productivity at PT Telkom Akses Medan.

The purpose of this study was to study the influence of Leadership Style, motivation, and Work Discipline on Employee performance at PT. Agro Nusantara facilities in Medan. The research method uses quantitative descriptive analysis. With a total of 163 people in this study, as many as 163 people. Data analysis techniques using the F Test, T Test, and Multiple Linear Regression. Based on the results of data analysis in this study shows that the leadership style (X1) has a positive influence on the performance of employees of PT SAN Medan. The results showed motivation (X2) had a significant positive effect on employee performance at PT SAN. The results showed work discipline (X3) work discipline did not have a positive or significant effect on employee performance at PT Sarana Agro Nusantara Medan.

This study aims to test analyze and menginterpertasi; 1). the influence of competence on employee performance; 2). The effect of financial compensation on employee performance; 3).The influence of work discipline on employee performance 4). Influence of competence, financial compensation and work discipline to performance of Makassar First Class Navigation officer. The design in this research using quantitative research method dengang using survey method. The number of samples in this study were 71 people. This research used quantitative descriptive analysis technique which was analyzed with the help of SPSS 24 software. The conclusions of this study are: 1) competence has a positive and significant effect on employee performance; 2) financial compensation has a positive and significant impact on employee performance; 3). work discipline has a positive and significant impact on the performance of Makassar First Class Navigation personnel.

This study aims to increase student participation through limited structured guidance in distance learning at SMA Negeri 2 Bayan. This research method used school action research with the stages of planning, action, observation and reflection which consists of 2 cycles. The instruments used were questionnaires and documentation. The data analysis technique used in this research was qualitative and quantitative descriptive analysis. The results showed that in the pre-cycle, learning participation was very low, namely only 5%, (less) in the first cycle of 41% (less) and in the second cycle of 51% (sufficient). The quality of guidance in the first cycle was 74 (enough) while in the second cycle it was 84% (good). So that the results of this study can be concluded that limited structured guidance can increase student participation in SMA Negeri 2 Bayan.
