This study aims to determine and provide information about the corellation of COBIT 5, ITILV3 ,and ISO 27001 for customer satisfaction. This study uses a causal associative method with a quantitative approach. The population of this research is all customers of company Quota Broadband Internet. The sampling technique in this research is probability sampling technique through simple random sampling. The research sample was 135 customers. The results showed that there was an corellation of COBIT 5 (6.Customer-oriented service culture ), ITIL V3 (Service Operation 4.2 Incident management), and ISO 27001 (A.16 Information security incident management) for 10002 (3.4 customer satisfaction). The biggest influence is COBIT 5 on ISO 27001 with a T statistic of 6,960 and a P value of 0,000.

The purpose of this study was to determine customer satisfaction as a mediating variable through product variations and service quality to repurchase intention. This research uses a quantitative method with 92 respondents of TB Triguna customers, this research uses a simple random sampling technique. Data collection techniques are using a questionnaire and data analysis used is using SmartPLS (SEM). The analysis technique used is the path analysis test with the aim to find out how much influence customer satisfaction as a mediating variable through product variation and service quality variables on repurchase intention. The results showed that product variation and service quality significantly influenced repurchase intention mediated by customer satisfaction. With each p-value < 0.05 so that the five hypotheses are accepted and indicate that the variable repurchase intention and customer satisfaction can be explained by variable variations in product and overall service quality by 89.7% and the rest is influenced by other factors outside the research model this is 10.3%.

This study aimed at analyzing correlation between digital marketing and customer satisfaction and loyalty at general hospitals during the COVID-19 pandemic era. This study was a quantitative study with an observational design and a cross-sectional approach. The population of this study was the hospital’s customers with a total sample of 100 customers that had already received hospital services during the COVID-19 pandemic era and taken using a simple random sampling technique. Data analysis was done using Pearson’s correlation test. Digital marketing was perceived well by 84% of the respondents. Further, for customer satisfaction, it was shown that most respondents had a high satisfaction of 77%. For customer loyalty, it was shown that most respondents had a high loyalty of 75%. The result of data processing for correlation between digital marketing and the respondent’s satisfaction showed a significance level of 0.000 (p-value 0.05) with an r-value of 0.827. Meanwhile, correlation between digital marketing and the respondent’s loyalty showed a significance level of 0.000 (p-value 0.05) with an r-value of 0.655. Digital marketing and customer satisfaction and loyalty at general hospitals are correlated and it’s an effective way to improve hospital customer satisfaction and loyalty during the COVID-19 pandemic era.

OBJECTIVE To compare the effectiveness of mobilization and self-exercises in the management of adhesive capsulitis of shoulder STUDY DESIGN Randomized Control Trial SAMPLE SELECTION 30 patients of adhesive capsulitis of shoulder from physiotherapy department of tertiary care hospitals of Karachi were selected through simple random sampling technique. PROCEDURE Treatment was continued for 5 days per week for the period of 3 weeks followed by assessment. Patients were randomly divided into two equal groups. Group A was treated with midrange mobilization while group B performed self-exercises. Both groups received TENS and hot pack prior to the exercises. Mean ± SD, frequencies and percentages were used for descriptive analysis. ROM via goniometry and pain intensity through VAS was analyzed by paired t-test within the groups and by independent t-test between the groups, using SPSS. P-value of less than 0.05 was considered significant. RESULTS 60% were females (n=18) and 40% were males (n=12) with mean age of 50.17±6.37 years. Significant improvement (p-value <0.05) in pain and shoulder ROM was observed among patients of Group A as compared to Group B. Pain intensity was decreased to 1.67 ± 0.62 in group A, whereas ROMs in these patients were also better than other group.

This study aims to describe the relationship between emotional intelligence and adaptability in online learning in class VII at SMPN 1 Bogor City. The method used in this research is a quantitative method with a correlation approach. The sample in this study was 25% of the total population of 288 (72 respondents) using simple random sampling technique. This data collection technique uses a questionnaire (questionnaire). Emotional intelligence using a questionnaire with the results of the validity test of 15 statement items, there are 14 statements that are proven valid and the reliability test results of the coefficient of 0.750 are declared reliable. While the ability to adapt in online learning using a questionnaire with the results of a valid test of 15 statements proved valid and a reliability test result of 0.762 was declared reliable. Prerequisite test is done by normality test and linearity test. Data analysis used the analyze correlate-bivariate technique on SPSS 26 with a significance level of 5%. The results showed that there was a positive and significant relationship between emotional intelligence and adaptability in online learning as indicated by the r-count value of 0.623 which means it has a strong correlation. And r-count is greater than r-table (0.623 > 0.232), then Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted. And the two variables also have a significant relationship because the significant value (p-value) is 0.000 <0.05, then Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted. Laparotomy is one of the major surgeries. Laparotomy is an operative technique that can be performed on digestive and urinary sistem disorders that will cause pain. This study aims to determine thes effects of kinesio taping on the level of pains in post laparotomy patients. The methods of this study use a pre-post and control group quasi experimental design research. Consisting of the intervention group and the control group, the number of sample was 24 samples with 12 respondent in the kinesio taping installation intervention group and 12 respondent in the control group giving standar drug, using a simple random sampling technique. Dependent t-test obtained an average difference of 2.08 in the control group while ansaveragesdifferencesof 3.84 insthe intervention group. Independent T test results obtained P value (0.001)<(0.05). The conclusion there was assignificant difference in the level of pain in the kinesio taping intervention group and the control group that did not have kinesio taping. Variable confounding has been performed statistically. The results shows that here is no relationships between age, attitude and belief in the pain of Laparotomy, while age is related to post-Laparotomy pain, kinesio taping can be used as an independent nursing intervention to reduce the intensity of pain in post-Laparotomy patients.

This study aims to see and determine the direct effect of the marketing mix on purchasing decisions and customer satisfaction. Research site at the Kimteng coffee shop Pekanbaru. The population in this study were all customers who made repeat purchases at the Kimteng coffee shop Pekanbaru. The sampling technique used was non-probability sampling using the simple random sampling method, because the sampling of members from the population was done randomly without paying attention to the strata in the population. Determining the number of samples 5 times the number of variable indicators as many as 30 are used. Thus, the number of samples to be studied in this study was 150 people. In this study, researchers will use SEM (Structural Equation Modeling) analysis. The results of this study indicate that there is a positive and significant influence between the marketing mix on purchasing decisions and there is a positive and significant influence between the marketing mix and purchasing decisions on customer satisfaction. Purchasing decisions are able to positively and significantly mediate between marketing strategies and customer satisfaction.

This research used cross sectional design. The population was 194 respondents and the sample was 54 respondents which are taken by using simple random sampling technique. Independent variable in this research was demographic status that was measured by questionnaire and nutritional status that was measured based on Body Mass Index (BMI). Meanwhile, dependent variable in this research was the occurrence of anemia that was measured by using spectrophotometry. Data analysis used Fisher's Exact test and Two-Sample Kolmogorov-Smirnov test (α = 0,05). Result of Fisher's Exact test was obtained that p value = 1,000 > 0,05, which meant that there was no significant correlation between demographic status and the occurrence of anemia. Meanwhile, result of Two-Sample Kolmogorov-Smirnov test was obtained that p value = 0,017 < 0,05, which meant that there was a significant correlation between nutritional status and the occurrence of anemia.

Sibling rivalry is the natural jealousy or dislike feeling of a children to a new child in the family. Preliminary study result obtained 6 (60%) children have sibling rivalry. The purpose of the study was to analyze the relationship of parent role in anticipatory guidance sibling rivalry and emotional intelligence with sibling rivalry incident in preschooler. The design of this research is correlational analytic with cross sectional approach. The independent variable is the parent role in the anticipatory guidance sibling rivalry and emotional intelligence, while the dependent variable is sibling rivalry. The unit of analysis of this study is preschool children who have younger siblings, and the source of information is parents, the sample of 37 children with simple random sampling technique. The data collected from these three research variables used questionnaires. The statistical test using spearman rank with α (0,05). The result of the statistical test shows the value of p value with the alpha significance level α (0,05), mean value of p value < α, so H0 is rejected and H1 accepted, it means there is relation of parent role in anticipatory guidance sibling rivalry and emotional intelligence with incident sibling rivalry preschooler. The results of this study is expected parents can perform its role in anticipatory sibling rivalry and improve the emotional intelligence of children to avoid sibling rivalry between siblings

Background: Children's health is very important for their better learning and timely nourishment everywhere in the world. Malnutrition among school going children has remained a big challenge in under developed countries. Methods: Cross-sectional study was conducted among 422 children of four Government Primary schools of Qasimabad, district Hyderabad after taking the proper consent and administration approval from the head of school. Multi stage simple random sampling technique was adopted. Study was approved from Institutional review board of Health Services Academy Islamabad. Results: Out of total, 217 (51.4%) were boys and 205 (48.6%) were girls. Mean Height of boys and girls were 128.09 cm (±SD 12.90) and 130.36 cm (±SD 12.50) respectively. Mean Weight of boys was 25.27 Kgs (±SD 6.17) while in girls mean Weight was 26.83 Kgs (±SD 7.03). 17.57 cm (±SD 2.34) was mean MUAC for all participants and mean BMI was 15.42 (±SD 2.02). Prevalent of stunting and wasting were 24.4% and 18.3% respectively. While in 13.7% thinness (BMI for age) was seen. Stunting was statistically significant in girls 9-10 year (p value=.015, CI: .118-.823, OR=.311) and 11-≥12 years (p value=.018, CI: .215-.874, OR=.434). Pallor was more in girls (17%) and Dental caries were higher in boys (20.8%). Insufficient breakfast was done by 347 (82.2%), whereas 75 (17.8%) were doing sufficient breakfast. 341 (80.8%) students became ill during last year, out of that 80 (19%) were having history of hospitalization. Conclusion: Poor polices and lack of food aid interventions regarding health of primary school going children was assessed during this study.

Terminal workers work with physical load activities every day and are in a hot work climate, which has the potential to experience status disturbances, potentially resulting in hydration problems. The purpose of the study was to analyze the relationship between Heat stress and Physical Workload and Hydration Status of Tirtonadi Bus StationWorkers in Surakarta. research design using observational analytic with a cross-sectional approach. A sample of 48 people was taken by simple random sampling technique. Heat stress is measured by heat stress area, physical workload with SNI 726/2009, and hydration status by urine specific gravity examination. the average heat stress measurement results amounted to 34.75 ° C. the correlation between independent and dependent variables shows there is a significant relationship between heat stress and physical workload with hydration status with p-value = 0,000 and r = -0,799, and p-value = 0.028 and r = 0.317. Conclusion: There is a significant correlation between heat stress and hydration status, and there is a significant correlation between physical workload and the hydration status of workers at the Tirtonadi Surakata Terminal.
