The article discusses the main regulatory documents, trends in the development of the housing stock and its management system in Uzbekistan. Scientific and methodological proposals and recommendations have been developed for improving the management system, maintenance and modernization of residential buildings in modern conditions. As a result of the systematic implementation of modernization in the field of housing and communal services in the republic, the quality of communal services, as well as the standard of living and living conditions of the country's population, are improving.

Subject. This article deals with the issues of social justice and a high quality of life, creating favorable economic and social conditions. Objectives. The article aims to assess the rate and changes in poverty in Russia and the Republic of Bashkortostan and develop complementary measures to reduce it. Methods. For the study, I used the methods of logical, comparative, economic and statistical analyses, the results of sociological studies, and official statistics. Results. The article highlights additional measures to reduce poverty in the region, including the establishment of a minimum social standard of living in each particular region that determines the poverty rate. Conclusions. Various factors, such as economic sanctions, economic slowdowns, territorial and regional imbalances, lead to living standards decline and poverty rise.

The problem of assessing and improving the quality of medical care in a medical organization is considered. Analyzed the management of medical organization processes. A scheme for managing these processes, a list of regulatory documents, types and methods for monitoring the effectiveness of their implementation are presented. Formed groups of criteria used to assess the quality of the medical organization. It is argued that the introduction of a quality management system for the provision of medical care in a medical organization increases the efficiency of its activities.

One of the most important and promising areas of digitalization is to create favorable environment for the population of cities and improve the quality of housing and communal services. “Smart City” concept implemented in many countries provides solutions for this problem. However, the analysis of examples of the implementation of such initiatives indicates that the housing and utilities sector is represented in Russia by a limited number of projects, in particular, the problem of controlling the timing and quality of work in maintaining the housing stock, including the overhaul of residential buildings, remains unresolved. This leads to accidents and does not contribute to creating a comfortable environment for the population. This study is devoted to the analysis of the use of digital technologies in the housing and communal sector and contains recommendations on the creation of an information-analytical system for controlling and monitoring the quality of overhaul repairs of housing.

The purpose of the study based on the analysis of current trends in the development of housing construction and the assessment of the role of the state in this process, to identify existing problems and propose promising ways to solve them in the Republic of Kazakhstan.Methodology. The article uses such research methods as comparison, generalization, analysis and synthesis, modeling (making a trend forecast).Originality / value of the research. The results of the assessment of the development of the housing market in the Republic of Kazakhstan over the past 18 years allowed us to identify current limitations and problems in its development, including on the basis of the forecast of the development of the housing market until 2025 in order to develop appropriate recommendations for their solution.Findings. According to the results of the study, the process of housing construction development from 2003 to 2020 in Kazakhstan was carried out mainly thanks to state financial support. The results of the trend analysis for the period from 2020 to 2025 showed that the peak of commissioning of residential buildings put into operation will be observed in 2023, and housing prices will increase. In this regard, the authors have proposed recommendations for solving such problems as reducing the level of corruption in the system of distribution of tender purchases, in the process of adoption and commissioning of the housing stock, as well as in the distribution of housing, the closedness of general plans of settlements to the population, insufficient quality of housing and others.

The article is aimed at consolidating the theoretical aspects of formation of a management system for innovatively oriented development of enterprises. According to the results of the carried out research, it is identified that modern industrial enterprises are in a crisis state, which causes the need to develop an economically substantiated program for their reform, focusing on expanding innovation-technological activities and increasing investments in the real sector of the economy, as well as increasing the efficiency of their use. It is defined that the need for research, namely, the formation of a management system for innovatively oriented development of enterprises, is determined by its role in accelerating the growth rate of social production, improving the quality of products and increasing scientific-technological progress, which are the main directions of economic strategy, planning and forecasting of production. The results of the analysis of the economic essence of the concepts of «management», «system», «management system», «innovations», «development» and «innovative development» allowed to define that a management system for the innovatively oriented development of enterprises represents an orderly set of elements interaction, which is directed towards the continuous and comprehensive process of introducing innovations for the formation of efficient activity in the strategic perspective, taking into account the factors of internal and external environment together with the laws of development of social production aimed at concentration, parallelism, adaptability and rhythmicity of the enterprise management system.

Introduction. The publication is devoted to the role of laboratory research in ensuring the quality of domestic medicines and is a review and analysis of regulatory documents and current publications on this topic.Text. A number of different types of laboratories are involved in Drug life cycle and ensuring their effectiveness and safety. Today there are a large number of regulations governing laboratory research. Common to all types of laboratories and regulatory documents is the need to organize an effective quality management system (QMS) for the drug life cycle laboratories. The aim of this review is to analyze approaches to regulating the quality of laboratory research of domestic drugs and to consider the most effective QMS model, which is fundamental for all types of laboratories in the life cycle of drugs.Conclusion. The laboratory research quality system serves as a basic tool for achieving the ultimate goal - the clinical value of drugs and is designed to ensure that risks for patients are minimized. At the same time, each stage of the drug life cycle provides a solution to a specific problem on the way to this goal, which must be taken into account when building a QMS in each type of laboratory. The range of regulatory documents and external assessment systems (accreditation, certification, inspection control, etc.) in the field of domestic laboratory research is quite diverse. In this regard, it is advisable for the laboratory to build a harmonious QMS based on priorities in accordance with the goals and objectives. The most effective method for building such a system is an integrated management system model.

The Object of the Study is a northern territory (the Republic of Sakha (Yakutiya).The Subject of the Study the living standards of the population of the Republic of Sakha (Yakutiya).The Purpose of the Study is to identify the most important problems of the standards of living of a northern region (by the example of the Republic in Sakha (Yakutiya)) and finding ways of their improvement.Methods of Investigation: analysis of the statistics and the data of the public bodies of the State administration on the issues of demographic development, changes in the dynamics of incomes of the population, subsistence minimum, life expectancy, etc. It is found that sustainable development of northern regions can be achieved by raising the standards of living of the population and this is one of the conditions for ensuring national security of Russia. More than half of the total area of the country belongs to the northern territories. The regions of the North give 60% of all foreign exchange earnings of the Russian Federation. The transition to market relations significantly affected the deterioration of the quality of the social infrastructure of the North. Over the past 15 years, all subjects of the Far Eastern Federal District, except for the Republic of Sakha (Yakutiya), have lost their population. The reasons for the migration outflow are the reduction of material incentives for work in the Far North. There is a limited access to quality medical, educational and cultural services.Thanks to the measures taken, in the period of 2002-2016 life expectancy increased by 7 years in the Republic of Sakha (Yakutiya), Khabarovskiy Kray, Amur and Magadan Oblast’s. The Republic of Sakha (Yakutiya) has a number of unresolved problems that are deterrent factors in raising the living standards of the population of the northern region which are a high cost of travel on vacation during summer season, a significant proportion of old and dilapidated housing in the general housing stock and poor quality of drinking water. <p>Direktorat Jenderal Pajak telah melakukan perubahan yang bersifat menyeluruh dan komprehensif di segala bidang. Salah satunya melalui pelaksanaan reformasi perpajakan dengan pembentukan kantor yang menerapkan sistem administrasi perpajakan modern dengan didukung teknologi informasi terkini. Perubahan organisasi ini diharapkan akan meningkatkan kinerja pegawai serta meningkatkan profesionalisme dan integritas pegawai agar mampu memberikan pelayanan yang prima yang berorientasi pada kepuasan wajib pajak sehingga dapat mempermudah dan membantu wajib pajak dalam memenuhi kewajiban perpajakannya. Penelitian ini difokuskan untuk meneliti efektivitas pelaksanaan reformasi perpajakan di Lingkungan Kantor Pelayanan Pajak Pratama Demak.</p><p>Narasumber dalam penelitian ini adalah pegawai dan wajib pajak di lingkungan Kantor Pelayanan Pajak Pratama Demak, serta Anggota Komisi XI Dewan Perwakilan Rakyat Republik Indonesia. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, memperlihatkan bahwa pelaksanaan Reformasi Perpajakan di Kantor Pelayanan Pajak Pratama Demak sudah berjalan dengan baik. Melalui upaya-upaya peningkatan kualitas sumber daya manusia, manajemen sistem informasi terpadu, dan edukasi kepada wajib pajak yang berkesinambungan diharapkan Kantor Pelayanan Pajak Pratama Demak dapat meningkatkan kinerja dalam rangka pencapaian kepatuhan dan penerimaan pajak yang optimal.</p><p> </p><p>The Directorate General of Taxation has made changes that are comprehensive and comprehensive in all fields. One of them is through the implementation of tax reform with the establishment of an office that implements a modern tax administration system supported by the latest information technology. This organizational change is expected to improve employee performance and improve the professionalism and integrity of employees in order to be able to provide excellent service oriented to the satisfaction of taxpayers so as to facilitate and assist taxpayers in fulfilling their tax obligations. This study focused on examining the effectiveness of the implementation of tax reform in the Demak Primary Tax Office.</p><p>The interviewees in this study were employees and taxpayers in the Demak Primary Tax Office, as well as Commission XI Member of the People’s Representative Council of the Republic of Indonesia. Based on the results of the study, it was shown that the implementation of Tax Reform in the Demak Primary Tax Office had gone well. Through efforts to improve the quality of human resources, integrated information system management, and education to sustainable taxpayers, it is expected that the Primary Demak Tax Service Office can improve performance in order to achieve optimal compliance and tax revenue</p>
