The introduction of continuous forms of organization of production was identified as a priority for textile enterprises as the most important condition and source of measures for the development of the country's textile industry and the production of export-oriented products. In this regard, the article examines some of the problems of the formation of a modern competitive national textile industry in the Republic of Uzbekistan. And on this basis, priorities were developed for the development of the textile industry for the medium term.

Dyeing & Weaving Weekly (1935-1941) is a scientific and technological periodical which has been published for a long time and has never been interrupted in the field of textile in modern China. The journal publishes a large number of the latest achievements in textile science and technology, and is an important historical material and typical case for the study of modern science and technology dissemination. Rich in content, Dyeing & Weaving Weekly focuses on solving practical problems in the textile industry and guiding the direction of scientific research, which not only promotes the dissemination of textile science and technology but also contributes to the development of the textile industry. Therefore, from the perspective of science and technology communication and the history of newspapers and periodicals, this paper examines the practice and communication strategies of Dyeing & Textile Weekly, in order to prove that Dyeing & Textile Weekly has a positive impact on science and technology communication in modern China, and also provides experience reference for the development of contemporary science and technology periodicals in China, which has certain reference significance.

Tourism is traditionally a priority sphere of Crimean economy development. This work is aimed to carry out a factor analysis of tourism development indicators of in coastal destinations in the Republic of Crimea and to identify the most significant parameters having a significant influence on the formation of the tourist flow. This research is relevant because the financial and economic crisis, the decline in foreign investment volumes and prolongation of sanctions force to look for new approaches to the development of the state economy and its separate territories. Estimation of development prospects of international tourism allowed to establish that tourism - one of the most dynamic activities of the global economy. The authors give results of analysis of development trends of Crimean tourism. They show that tourism, despite the negative dynamics of individual indicators of financial and economic activity of the sanatorium and tourism enterprises in 2014, has great potential and is a priority activity of the Crimean economy. The authors propose to consider a destination as the ecological and economic system that prove the possibility of engaging tourist flows in the recreational area without compromising the sustainability of the natural environment. The indicators of tourism development in Crimea destinations are analyzed. They are grouped into two blocks - resulting and factor. The results of factor analysis revealed a high level of correlation between natural resources of destinations and the viability of the tourist business in the Republic of Crimea. It is also showed a high level of coherence between the result indicator "number of organized tourists" and the indicator "number of sites of cultural heritage". Conclusions of previously conducted market research of tourist preferences are confirmed. Vacationers visit the Crimea with one dominant purpose (mainly beach vacation and treatment), and other possibilities of destinations are secondary or have no role in their preferences.

President Regulation of the Republic of Indonesia Number 2 Year 2015 on the National Medium Term Development Plan 2015-2019 mandates to carry out Reformation of the Civil Code system which is easy and fast, in an effort to improve the competitiveness of national economy. Related to this, the Supreme Court answered the vacancy of a simple lawsuit by issuing Regulation of the Supreme Court of the Republic of Indonesia (PERMA) Number 2 Year 2015 on procedures for settlement of simple suit in settling civil cases. The empirical juridical research in the Court of Kediri showed that the implementation of Regulation of the Supreme Court of the Republic of Indonesia Number 2 Year 2015 made the lawsuit procedure simpler and very effective and in accordance with the principle of simple, fast and light cost. Effectiveness Index of Regulation of the Supreme Court of the Republic of Indonesia Number 2 year 2015 at Kediri District Court Class I B was in the "good" category, influenced by substance rule of the law, legal culture, structure of the law, and community knowledge. Keywords: Effectiveness, Simple Lawsuit Received: 07 January, 2017; Accepter: 15 March, 2017

The city of Shtip is the main garment production center in the Eastern part of the Republic of North Macedonia. The textile industry participates with 70% in the total achievements of the industry in the Municipality. There are over 60 companies for production of clothes in Shtip, and among their most important partners are Germany, Italy, Austria, Belgium and the Netherlands. Most of the clothing companies are organized as small or medium enterprises for production of casual clothes such as shirts, blouses, etc., which operate on the basis of the "LON" (LOHN) production system.

In modern conditions, an important condition for the dynamic development of the Republic of Uzbekistan is the accelerated implementation of the modern innovative technologies in the economy, social and other spheres with widespread use of science and technology. Dynamically developing all spheres of public and state life of the country require close follow-up of ongoing reforms on the basis of modern innovative ideas, developments and technologies that ensure a fast and high-quality breakthrough of the country into the ranks of the world civilization leaders. This determines the relevance of the topic being developed. The paper studies various approaches to the methodology of state support of innovation in economically developed and dynamically developing countries of the world. Based on this analysis, taking into account the characteristics of the national economy, the authors proposed areas of state support for the innovation process in the Republic of Uzbekistan.

Abstract In the last few decades, the textile industry has been marked by great changes in its production and trade structure. Based on that, a greater involvement of this industry in the flows of international trade was initiated, with the stable intensification of the export positions of new production leaders. At the same time, this has led to key changes in the regional allocation of exports and imports of textile products. On the other hand, the textile industry of the Republic of Serbia has a long tradition and has had an important place in the structure of manufacturing industry for a long time. After the Second World War, the textile industry was one of the most important instruments of demographic and social policy. During the construction of the market system, the textile industry of the Republic of Serbia was unjustifiably neglected. Despite that fact, in the modern conditions, the textile industry has very important place in the exports structure of the Republic of Serbia. This paper gives specific theoretical and empirical recommendations to Serbian policy creators, through a comparison of the results of structural transformation of the textile industry at the global level and the results of this process in the textile industry of the Republic of Serbia.

The relevance of the issue is due to the need to improve the efficiency of the agro-industrial complex by uniting enterprises engaging in production, processing and sale of agricultural products. The aim is to develop recommendations on integration processes in the agricultural sector in order to improve the efficiency of the agricultural sector. The article discusses the objective nature of integration processes in modern agribusiness, identifies assumptions for creating integrated enterprises, such as unstable financial situations, worn-out material and technical resources, irrational organization of production, a low level of management and labor economics. The article describes a positive example of integrated formations in the Republic of Tatarstan, positive results of the activities of agro-industrial formations, which include the use of abandoned land and agricultural facilities, modernization of production using new equipment and technologies, increasing the attractiveness of agricultural labor, employment rate and incomes of the rural population, reduction of transaction costs in the agro-industrial chain, development of the agro-holding model as an effective interaction of enterprises of different agricultural sectors.
