The activities of diverse, dense flurry of making people want to refresh eliminate tired from the busy daily routine. One way is to make a tour. Determine the purpose of there desirability is not easy. Prior to the goal, first seeking information about the area to be visited, then comparing and selecting the appropriate criteria. To assist visitors in finding a tourist holiday destination then it takes a computer-based system. This system can be used for decision making for tourist visitors to search for a tourist destination. The required criteria are the location, costs, transportation, distance, time of visit, and facilities. This study compares the author Saw and Topsis method, where that method showed results perangkingan not always the same because there is a different algorithm and value weighting scale differences. The purpose of this method is to help visitors who would tour the West Java in choosing the right attractions in accordance with his wishes. The research indicates that based on the method of Saw, the code (A3) with a value of 0.80 with the tourist attractions of the Park is designated as the primary option mekarsari on attractions in Indonesia. Whereas, the calculation using Topsis method in the code (A5) Goa Buniayu to the first option with a value of 0.59.

This research was conducted to solve the problem of decision making to determine the feasibility of giving loans to CUM Caritas HKBP Pematangsiantar. The applicant's assessment includes an administrative assessment and the survey is still being conducted without using a computer-based decision support system. To simplify the decision making to determine the feasibility of giving the loan, a decision support system was designed using the Topsis method (Technique for Order Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution). The criteria used consist of: Income, Dependent, Loan Size, Guarantee Value and Number of Installments. The results of the calculation of the case of this study that are eligible for a loan in order are NA2 with a value of 0.6390, NA1 with a value of 0.5737, the third is NA3 with a value of 0.5053, and the last is NA4 with a value of 0.3102. The results of this study can be concluded that the Topsis method can answer or resolve problems faced by CUM Caritas HKBP Pematangsiantar in determining creditworthiness.

Tourism is one of the activities carried out by humans that has a purpose as entertainment. Human who travel are referred to as tourist. West Sumatra Province is one of the regions with the best tourism is sea tourism and land tourism. Marine tourism consists of beach tourism, island tourism and lake tourism, while mainland tourism consists of tourist panorama, mountain tours, hill tours and others. However, only a portion of West Sumatra's tourist attractions are known to tourists, because of this information is obtained so that there are still many tourist attractions in West Sumatra unknown to tourists from outside the West Sumatra region. To overcome this problem, a system is needed that can be used to support the electoral decision-making process in West Sumatra. This system is built on the Web, using the PHP programming language and Laravel Framework and MySQL as a Database. The method used in this system is the Elimination of Et Choix Traduisant la Realite (ELECTRE). The use of Elimination Et Choix Traduisant la REalite (ELECTRE) can help provide information in West Sumatra, which is in accordance with the wishes of tourists according to the specified criteria. With the help of this system, the information obtained will make it easier for tourists to find tourist attractions.

Strategically important information for executive decision-making is often not readily available since it may be scattered in an organization’s internal and external environments. An executive information system (EIS) is a computer-based technology designed in response to specific needs of executives and for decision-making. Executives having the “right” information for strategic decision-making is considered critical for strategic intelligence (SQ). SQ is the ability to interpret cues and develop appropriate strategies for addressing the future impact of these cues. In order to gauge the current situation in respect of information in an EIS and for managing future EIS development, the authors research EIS in organizations in two selected countries: South Africa and Spain. From their EIS study, parallelisms and differences are identified and implications for SQ are discussed. Some practical implications for future EIS development are given. The authors suggest these should be considered so that SQ for executive decision-making is facilitated.

Abstrak: Mall merupakan tempat berbelanja dan refreshing yang sangat disukai banyak kalangan. Selain untuk tempat berbelanja, di mall juga terdapat banyak kuliner, tempat bermain anak, bioskop, dan masih banyak fasilitas hiburan yang ada di mall. Ada banyak mall di Kota Depok seperti Detos, Margo City, CIPLAZ Depok (Ramayana), D’Mall, Pesona Square, ITC Depok, Cinere Bellevue Mall, dan Cimanggis Square. Banyaknya Mall yang ada kerap kali membuat pengunjung bingung untuk menentukan kemana harus pergi kemall yang membuat nyaman dan bisa semua dilakukan. Berangkat dari permasalahan ini maka tujuan penelitian ini dilakukan untuk menentukan Mall terbaik. Ada beberapa kriteria yang digunakan dalam menentukan Mall terbaik yaitu Kebersihan, Keamanan, Tempat parkir, Kelengkapan tenant, Lokasi strategis dan Fasilitas umum. Dalam penelitian ini penulis menggunakan Metode Topsis, metode ini pengambilan keputusan menggunakan multi kriteria dengan prinsip untuk alternaatif yang terpilih memiliki jarak terdekat untuk solusi terbaik positif. Hasil perhitungan didapat bahwa Mall Terbaik di Kota Depok yaitu Margo City dengan nilai 1, untuk rangking kedua yaitu Detos dengan nilai 0,9887, dan rangking ketiga yaitu ITC Depok dengan nilai 0,3246.   Kata kunci: mall, metode Topsis, sistem pendukung keputusan   Abstract: The mall is a place for shopping and refreshing that is very popular among many people. In addition to shopping, in the mall there are also many culinary delights, children's playgrounds, cinemas, and many entertainment facilities in the mall. There are many malls in Depok City such as Detos, Margo City, CIPLAZ Depok (Ramayana), D'Mall, Pesona Square, ITC Depok, Cinere Bellevue Mall, and Cimanggis Square. The number of existing malls often makes visitors confused about where to go to the mall which makes everything comfortable and can be done. Departing from this problem, the purpose of this study was to determine the best Mall. There are several criteria used in determining the best mall, namely Cleanliness, Security, Parking, Tenant Completeness, Strategic Location and Public Facilities. In this study, the author uses the Topsis method. This method uses multiple criteria for decision making with the principle that the chosen alternative has the closest distance to the best positive solution. The results of the calculation show that the Best Mall in Depok City is Margo City with a value of 1, for the second rank is Detos with a value of 0.9887, and the third rank is ITC Depok with a value of 0.3246.   Keywords: decission support system, mall, Topsis methode

Tourism is currently very potential to be developed as a source of local income by providing information both online and offline to the community so that regional income increases. Bali is one of the tourist destinations in Indonesia which is visited by many local and foreign tourists. The island of Bali has many interesting sights consisting of natural attractions, royal festivals, culinary tours, traditional markets, and museums. There are many criteria that must be considered, so through this recommendation system, tourists can find out what places are in Bali they will visit. One of the problems of decision making with many criteria and attributes in the selection of attractions is to provide detailed decisions that refer to the scale of weight possessed. Decision support systems provide priority results of attractions that are suitable for every traveler. Traveling is very important because with tourism we can eliminate fatigue due to activity during the day. The selection of the right tourist attraction also affects this, so it is necessary to choose the right tourist attraction. This study focused on the application of multi-attribute decision making (MADM) to decision support systems (SPK) using preferred organizational methods for enrichment and evaluation (Promeethe). When a traveler fills out a questionnaire, he must be consistent with the answers to get the best results based on his willingness and characteristics. This research uses descriptive analysis method that presents a summary of the results of surveys and interviews of tourists who want to choose Bali tourist attractions according to costs, security, natural beauty, facilities, and infrastructure and location.

Yogyakarta is a province that has many excellent tourist destination. In this research will be discussed about choosing an accurate tourist spot for tourists by using decision-making system with weighted product method, in this thesis the writer take 3 criterion as supporting of SPK calculation that is cost, mileage and tourist visit. SPK application created has various features such as the calculation of the ranking value of each resort, location information and other supporting information. In this study produce an android application that serves as a supporter in decision making a tourist who will travel. Based on testing done this SPK application displays an accurate calculation with a calculation difference of 0.00587 of manual calculations. Applications that are made to run minimal on android version 4.0.3 is ice cream sandwich or above. The average value generated from the tests and trials with the questionnaire yielded a value of 70.95% scale, so the tests and trials based on the questionnaires were included in very good category.

The role of the government is very important in formulating strategies to support the development of tourism destinations, especially new destinations.There are several factors that are fulfilled in developing an area to become a tourist destination, including objects, facilities, infrastructure, transportation. In addition, in this era of all-around social media, there are so many tourist objects that are viral to the public via social media such as Instagram, TikTok, Facebook and others. Tourist attractions managers must be able to take advantage of this social media phenomenon because it will greatly impact a very significant increase in visits.In the midst of the current corona virus pandemic, it has resulted in a significant decline in the tourism sector. Therefore, the right strategy to prepare for the new normal era really needs to be prepared.

Data processing in the determination of scholarships in SMK Madyatama to date still use a system that is still manual. Where the absence of a well-computerized system in determining the acceptance of scholarship which then led to the emergence of some problems in this manual system. The problem that often arises is not exactly the distribution of scholarships to students. Problems like this are triggered by the lack of scrutiny of the scholarship selectors in conducting the selection process of the scholarship recipients, which is basically the selection process conducted by teachers from the school itself. The decision-making system at SMK Madyatama will be made using TOPSIS method to determine the right scholarship recipient in accordance with the scholarship recipient criteria. With the decision support system of awarding scholarship recipients at SMK Madyatama Palembang based on this website can help and facilitate the school in evaluating the selection of scholarship receipt.

Freight forwarding services are increasingly developing and each delivery service provider competes to provide the best service, resulting in competition in terms of price and delivery time, in order to attract the attention of users of shipping services. The number of service providers with various types of packages offered by freight forwarding services, making users difficult in determining the right service provider. One way to overcome this problem is by the existence of a method that can provide recommendations as consideration for making appropriate decisions. This study aims to create a decision support system for the selection of goods delivery services by applying the Simple Additive Weighting method that can solve problems by comparing between shipping services. The results of this study are in the form of conclusion calculations that can be taken into consideration for decision making in choosing the most widely chosen freight forwarding services for students and getting the best results in decision making. The results of calculations using the Simple Additive Weighting method, the highest value based on time criteria is JNE YES with a value of 0.73, based on price criteria is a vehicle with a value of 0.68, based on the weight criteria is JNE YES with a value of 0.75, while based on the volume criteria the highest value is a vehicle with a value of 0.70 .

Semarang Regency is a region that is very vulnerable to landslides based on the spread of the wider area each year to the occurrence of landslides. The need for a proper assessment of the mapping of landslide hazard so that it can be used as decision making in the mitigation system in Semarang Regency. Geographical Information System (GIS) is the right method of mapping disaster-prone areas for a wide area with a relatively short time. This method is carried out as an effort to analyze risk and hazard mapping through the dissemination of hazard information so that it will accelerate the process of delivering information to the public and can improve preparedness in taking actions to reduce disaster risk. Then, various methods that can be used to obtain weighting and classification, one of which is to make a decision-making method using the Multi Criteria Decision Making (MCDM) method. One of the MCDM methods that can integrate with SIG is the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP). this research it can be concluded that the use of the AHP method to the GIS analysis of landslide mapping provides good accuracy with a value of 70.97% of the 31 validation points suitability. The results of this landslide map can be used as a basis for planning landslide disaster mitigation in Semarang Regency.
