This study aims to describe and analyze the leadership role of school principals in online learning during the Covid-19 pandemic. This study used a qualitative approach with phenomenology. The research site at SD Negeri Krapyak Wetan. The data collection technique is done through interviews, documentation and observation. Data analysis was carried out through data collection, data reduction and ending with drawing conclusions. The results showed that; the role of the principal's leadership in online learning during the Covid-19 pandemic, is; a) Optimizing learning and deliberations with teachers, b) Providing education and training on online learning platforms (online), c) Providing appreciation and motivation to teachers, students and guardians of students, d) Conducting multidirectional coordination and communication.

ABSTRACTThe importance of the principal's role in managing and developing the quality of education in the education unit, a school if managed with good school management will certainly make the school a quality school and has a good output. This research aims to 1. To Know the Role of School Principals in Empowering SD IT AL IMAN Bojonggede teachers for the creation of a quality learning process, 2. To find out the Role of School Principals in establishing cooperation with the community / SD IT AL IMAN Bojonggede committees 3. To find out the Role of the Principal Schools in applying the principles of SBM in SD IT AL IMAN Bojonggede, 4. To find out the role of the School Principal in monitoring and evaluating SBM in SD IT AL IMAN Bojonggede, this study is descriptive qualitative, object studied by foundations, principals, teachers, staff and committee. The method of data collection is observation, interviews, and documents. The interactive data analysis model starts with data collection, data presentation, reduction and conclusion drawing. The results of this study indicate that 1. There is an effort from the School Principal in empowering and increasing the competence of SD IT AL IMAN Bojonggede teachers by holding seminars, training in motivational training by bringing in resource persons, following teachers in MGMP activities, 2. There is good collaboration between schools and community / commitment with the participation of the Community in school management and social activities. 3. In his leadership the school principals apply the principles of school-based management including independence of school staff in managing schools in various aspects, there is justice in school management, among which the headmaster is fair in deciding suatau permaslahan, being fair placement and assignment of teachers and staff, openness, the leadership of the school is open to all parties, including foundations, teachers / staff and the committee both in terms of administration and finance. 4. there is monitoring and supervision conducted by school principals in the application of school-based management among school program monitoring, administrative monitoring, learning monitoring, teacher and staff disciplinary monitoring.Keywords: Leadership, Principal. This study examines the perception of English teachers towards HOTS-based Learning in EFL classroom. This study was a survey study with interview as the data collection technique. The participants of the study were five English teachers in senior high school in Singaraja, Buleleng, Bali. The result of data analysis found that teachers’ awareness of implementing HOTS-based instruction starting from lesson plan, teaching strategies that promote higher thinking and assessment. However, teachers also faced difficulties in developing HOTS-based Instructions such as limited knowledge and lack of training. It is suggested that English teachers broaden their knowledge on developing HOTS-based instruction and conduct a discussion with peers and experts. The role of principle is also essential in giving instructions and training towards HOTS-based learning instructions.

This study aims to 1)  determine the reasons for the formation of religious students and daily behavior at MTs Daar El Qolam Gintung. 2) find out the daily behavior of students at MTs Daar El Qolam Gintung. 3)  find out the efforts of the Aqidah Akhlak teacher in forming Religiosity and Daily Behavior at MTs Daar El Qolam Gintung. This type of research is descriptive with a qualitative approach. Meanwhile, the research sources are the leaders, Islamic boarding schools, the head of the care section, the head of the worship department, the principal, the teacher / teacher and the students. The data collection technique is done through interviews and observation and documentation. The data analysis technique was carried out using data collection, data reduction, data presentation and data conclusion. The findings in this study are the role of aqidah akhlak teacher in shaping the daily behavior of students at MTs Daar El Qolam 1 Gintung, 1) as a guide, aqidah akhlak teacher to motivate and give advice to students to always do good. 2) acting as an educator, namely teaching according to norms and rules. 3) as an evaluator, aqidah akhlak teacher always admonishes and gives advice to students who violate the rules, give sanctions to students who violate the rules. It is hoped that this research will be useful for the Daar el-Qolam Islamic boarding school in particular and also benefit other educational institutions so that it can be implemented properly and correctly.

Abstrak: Penelitian deskriptif kualitatif ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan tentang upaya kepala sekolah dalam meningkatkan kedisiplinan guru dalam pelaksanaan pembelajaran daring di masa pandemi Covid-19 pada SMAN 2 Kahayan Hilir. Sumber data pada penelitian ini adalah para guru dan peserta didik di SMAN 2 Kahayan Hilir. Pengumpulan data menggunakan teknik wawancara dan penyebaran kuisioner melalui google form, berisikan pertanyaan-pertanyaan tentang berbagai upaya yang dilakukan kepala sekolah untuk meningkatkan kedisiplinan guru dalam melaksanakan pembelajaran daring, serta dokumen-dokumen terkait. Analisis data dilakukan melalui tahapan: pengumpulan data, reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Pengabsahan data penelitian ini menggunakan teknik triangulasi sumber dan metode. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa berbagai upaya yang dilakukan kepala sekolah efektif dalam meningkatkan kedisiplinan guru sekaligus mengatasi berbagai kendala yang dihadapi dalam pelaksanaaan pembelajaran daring di masa pandemi Covid-19 pada SMAN 2 Kahayan Hilir.  Abstract: This qualitative descriptive study aims to describe the principal's efforts in improving teacher discipline in the implementation of online learning during the Covid-19 pandemic at SMAN 2 Kahayan Hilir. Sources of data in this study were teachers and students at SMAN 2 Kahayan Hilir. Collecting data using interview techniques and distributing questionnaires via google form, containing questions about the various efforts made by school principals to improve teacher discipline in carrying out online learning, as well as related documents. Data analysis was carried out through stages: data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. Validation of this research data using triangulation of sources and methods. The results showed that the various efforts made by the principal were effective in improving teacher discipline as well as overcoming various obstacles faced in implementing online learning during the Covid-19 pandemic at SMAN 2 Kahayan Hilir.

The purpose of the research is to describe the leadership of madrasah headmaster to improve teacher performance. This research method uses qualitative methods and the research subjects are madrasah school principals and teachers. Data collection is done with interviews, observation, and documentation. The data analysis uses miles & Huberman analysis models with the sequence of data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and deduction. This research shows (1). The importance of the leadership role of the madrasah headmaster to improving teacher performance through a teacher's professional improvement by attending a seminar, subject teachers' deliberations (MGMP)  (2). The leadership of the madrasah school principal in creating a conducive cultural climate of madrasah school which encourages teachers in teaching students to improve their character and moral of the learners.

<p><em>The Covid-19 pandemic has had a major impact on the world of education in Indonesia. Educators must ensure that teaching and learning activities continue, even though students are at home. This research was motivated by the state of teaching and learning activities at SDN Sukareja 02 during the covid-19 pandemic. The application of online learning media for teachers and students is a must during covid. -19. The purpose of this study was to determine the problems of online learning in SD Negeri Sukareja 02, Brebes Regency. This type of research is descriptive qualitative. The data collection technique was done by interview. Data analysis used in this research is data collection, data reduction, data presentation and conclusions. The results showed that the reality of online learning at SD Negeri Sukareja 02 was not ready to be implemented because there were still obstacles including learning applications, internet networks and devices, learning management, e-mail, and assessment</em>.</p>

<p>The study investigated some difficulties on the implementation of learning English through online learning due to Covid-19 pandemic on students from Islamic Family Law of IAIN Surakarta in the academic year of 2020/2021. The type of this research is qualitative descriptive. The data in this study are learning problems that occur in English language online learning activities. The data collection technique was carried out by documentation techniques and observations. Data analysis used in this research is data collection, data reduction, data presentation and conclusion. The study found that there are three main difficulties which hinder English language teaching and learning process namely: (1) student’s limited skills of English, (2) lack of teacher supervision and interactions during the learning process, and (3) inadequate learning facilities and internet networks for online learning. The right implementation of learning strategy, communication, patience, and consideration on students’ condition become the key factors to overcome all the problems during online learning in pandemic era.</p>

In the current technological era many children are using social media. Children are more vulnerable to experiencing violence in cyberspace. The role of teachers, principals and guardians of students is needed to prevent the occurrence of violence in cyberspace. This study aims to determine the perceptions of teachers, principals, and guardians of students about the phenomenon of cyber violence against children. The subjects of this study were 4 teachers, 2 school principals, and 4 student guardians. Selection of subjects using purposive sampling technique. The object in this study is the perception of teachers, principals, and guardians of students about child violence in cyberspace. This research is a qualitative research with data collection techniques in the form of observation, interviews, and documentation. The validity of the data uses triangulation techniques with data analysis using an interactive model consisting of data collection, data reduction, display data, and conclusion drawing. The results of the study show that from (1) the cognitive aspects of teachers, principals and guardians of students who know about child violence in cyberspace prevent children from violence in cyberspace. (2) Affective aspects, feelings of teachers, principals and guardians of students are good, if children experience violence in cyberspace feel sad and sad. However, in the context of finding children who experience violence in cyberspace is still classified as passive. Teachers, principals and guardians of students will take action if there is a complaint from the child. (3) Conative aspects, when in school teachers and principals tend to act to prevent violence by advising children, prohibiting the use of mobile phones in schools and not providing internet support facilities for children. At home, guardians provide supervision and advice if children access the internet.

One manifestation of the important role of banking in a region, as implemented by PT Bank Sumut, Gunungsitoli Branch, is to distribute loans for investment, consumption and working capital for the people in the area. The purpose of providing credit for banks is the return of credit that earns interest and can increase income to finance activities and business continuity. From the results of research conducted with this data collection technique, it shows that PT Bank Sumut has a number of loans from 2009 to 2014 which each year rises. From this study, it is also known that the rate of credit repayment has a positive influence on the level of profitability.

This study examines the role of human resource management in improving the quality of educators. This research uses a qualitative approach with case study. This research site is in MTs Nu Ma'arif Kemiri, Purworejo Regency. The data collection technique used by researchers is interview observation. In this study, the object of research is the Role of Human Resources to Achieve Workforce Quality in MTs Nu Ma'arif Kemiri. Research data collection using descriptive observation, interview or qualitative methods. This interview observation study was conducted by lecturers and students of Islamic Education Management Study Program with student WK in MTs Nu Ma'arifKemiri. This activity aims to observe the Quality of Human Resources Workers conducted by MTs Nu Ma'arif Kemiri.
