This study aims to analyze and understand about analyzing the knowledge sharing strategy carried out by SMA Nurul Jadid, Paiton, Probolinggo in improving the quality of its human resources. This research uses a qualitative approach to the type of case study. Data collection techniques are carried out through interviews, observation, and documentation. Data analysis was carried out through display data, data reduction and conclusion drawing. The results showed that the strategy to improve the quality of human resources through knowledge sharing at SMA Nurul Jadid was carried out through; utilize materials, talk space, knowledge sharing culture, benchmarking best practices.

Developing the rapid syariah banking along with increasing number of employee who is recruited by syariah banks motivate human resources existing to choose profession as employees in syariah banks.This research aims to know the basic considerations motivation for choosing a profession as an employee of Bank Syariah X Surabaya. The approach used in this research is qualitative approach with eksplanatoris case study. . Data collection is done by gathering documents, interviews, direct observation, and physical devices toward employee recruitment of Sharia Bank X Surabaya 2012. The techniques of analysis conducted is making an explanation.The results obtained that there are various forms of motivation shown by each employee who push their chosen profession as an employee of Bank Syariah X Surabaya. Then, that motivation is classified and described according to the theory of motivation based on Islam, Khaliq Ahmad namely The Need Theory, Instincts and Innate Biological Determinants for Behaviour, Incentives (External Stimuli),Commitment (Sincere), and Motivated Personality which is separated as Nafs Ammarah, Nafs Lawwamah, and Nafs Mutmainnah.

This research to describe the strategy of Urwatul Wutsqo Islamic boarding school dealing with modernization challenges. The focus of his research is the strategy used by Al-Urwatul Wutsqo Islamic Boarding School deal with the challenges of modernization? 2). the activities forms of the Boarding School's deal with it. 3). the supporting and obstacle factors in the implementation it. This study is a qualitative approach in the form of case study. Data collection methods are done through interviews, observation and documentation. Data analysis techniques are data reduction, data display and verification. Al Urwatul Wutsqo's Islamic boarding school strategy dealing with modernization is providing integrated education of faith and piety in accordance with the Qur'an and Hadith. The activities are to love Allah and the hereafter is amal sholih, thariqah, recitation, istighatsah, etc.

Education is an important factor which cannot be segregated from the life of all human beings, both individually and collectively. Strategies employed by the teacher of PAI (Islamic education) thus have an important role in establishing students’ personality, especially with regard to their religious character. The teaching of PAI therefore must be performed gradually and continuously. Students' ability in reading Qur'an must be improved significantly. A method of habituation constitutes one that can be used to improve students' ability in reading Qur’an. The problems in this research are as follows: 1. How did a PAI teacher overcome problems and difficulties in reading Qur'an through the use of a habituation method at SMK Al Kholily Mlokorejo Puger Jember?; 2. What were inhibiting factors and what were the solutions? This study employed a qualitative approach in the form of a case study. Data were colleted by ways of observation and interviews. The respondents were students at SMK Al Kholily Mlokorejo Puger Jember. The results revealed that the difficulties in reading Qur’an can be improved through the use of a habituation method.

The crisis of teenage morality is a serious problem for the Indonesian people, especially in South Sulawesi, one of the efforts made by revitalizing local wisdom in learning at school. The objectives of this study are: 1) to analyze the local wisdom values of the Karampuang indigenous people, and 2) to integrate local wisdom values in geography learning. The approach used in this study is a qualitative case study. Data collection techniques used are observation, interview, and literature review. Procedure for analyzing data by collecting data, reducing data, presenting data, and drawing conclusions. The results of the study show: 1) the values of the local wisdom values of the Karampuang indigenous people, which are religious, caring for the environment, loving the country, working hard, being honest, friendly, caring and responsible and friendly. 2) one application for integrating the values of local wisdom of the Karampuang indigenous people into geography learning in class XI basic competencies 3.6 analyzes forms of local wisdom in the use of natural resources in agriculture, mining, industry and tourism. The integration of the values of the local wisdom of the Karampuang indigenous people is expected to create an education system with quality human resources and character.

 Abstrak: Degradasi moralitas kehidupan berbangsa dan bernegara pada kalangan anak-anak remaja (peserta didik) berada pada kondisi yang cukup memprihatinkan. Tergambarkan dari begitu banyaknya permasalahan anak-anak remaja yang kita saksikan, baik secara langsung maupun dari berbagai media. Sebagai tempat pendidikan formal, tentu saja sekolah memiliki peran tersendiri sebagai wadah dalam menempa moralitas dan karakteristik peserta didik. Sekolah memiliki berbagai sumber daya, akan tetapi apakah sumber daya tersebut telah dikelola dengan seksama? Dari latar belakang tersebut, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menggali, menganalisis dan mendeskripsikan bagaimana manajemen kurikulum berbasis pendidikan karakter diimplementasikan di sekolah. Metode penelitian menggunakan deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif studi kasus. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui wawancara, observasi, dan studi dokumentasi. Selain itu peneliti juga bertindak langsung sebagai key instrument untuk mendapatkan data yang jauh lebih mendalam dan bermakna saat dilapangan dari berbagai sumber yang relevan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa fungsi-fungsi dari manajemen kurikulum berperan besar dalam keberhasilan sekolah mencapai visi, misi, tujuan, dan program-program sekolah yang dicanangkan. Salah satu faktor penunjang manajemen kurikulum tersebut adalah sikap dan gaya kepemimpinan kepala sekolah. Sebagai ujung tombak dalam manajemen kurikulum, kepala sekolah mengambil peran yang luar biasa sebagai inspirator, motivator, figur keteladanan, supervisi akademik, dan manajerial bagi segenap elemen yang ada di sekolah. Kata Kunci : Manajemen Kurikulum, Pendidikan Karakter CHARACTER BUILDING BASED CURRICULUM MANAGEMENT AT SEKOLAH DASAR NEGERI UJUNG MENTENG 01 PAGI JAKARTA Abstract: The degradation of the morality of nation and state life among children (learners) is in a fairly apprehensive condition. It has been described by so many problems among children, either directly or from various media. As a place of formal education, of course the school has its own role in forging the morality and characteristics of learners. School has a variety of resources, but has it been carefully managed? From this background, this research aims to analyze, explore and describe how character-based curriculum management is implemented in schools. The research method used is descriptive with qualitative approach of case study. Data collection techniques were conducted through interviews, observations, and documentation studies. In addition, researcher also acts directly as a key instrument when in the field to obtain data which is much more profound and meaningful from various relevant sources. The results show that the functions of curriculum management play major roles in the success of the school to achieve the vision, mission, goals and programs of the school that proclaimed. One of the factors supporting the management of the curriculum is the attitude and style of leadership of the principal. As a spearhead in curriculum management, the principal takes extraordinary roles either as an inspirator, a motivator, an exemplary figure, an academic supervisor, or manager for all elements of the school. Keywords: Curriculum Management, Character Building

Abstract The purpose of the research to find out how the implementation of non-employee cooperative management strategy in Kabupaten Karawang. Research with qualitative approach based on postpositivesme philosophy, is used to examine the natural object condition where the researcher is as the key instrument, the sampling of the data source is done purposively, the collecting technique with triangulation, the data analysis is inductive / qualitative, and the result of more qualitative research Emphasizing the meaning of generalization. From the results of research, obtained the following conclusions: (1). Non-Employee Cooperatives in Kabupaten Karawang that have been established Implementation Strategy management is still not optimal, (2). The concept of competitiveness of non-Employee Cooperatives in Kabupaten Karawang as an independent economic institution, has not been applied, (3). Constraints faced by cooperatives in facing the competitiveness of cooperatives implicate inhibiting the ability of the competitiveness of cooperatives in Karawang regency, especially Human Resources which is the main resources as a driver of cooperatives and strategic management of human centered cooperatives, (4). Cooperative development strategies in an effort to increase competitiveness require development and require the attention of various parties. Furthermore, the established cooperatives should apply strategic management by applying the organization's and management's standards seen from the organization. Learning interaction is a reciprocal relationship between students and educators, between students, students with learning resources, and students with the learning environment in teaching and learning activities to achieve goals. In learning interactions also occur social interaction and communication. The purpose of this study, first, is to analyze the interaction of learning of autistic students in Islamic Religious Education subjects at Sekolah Dasar Negeri 30 Palembang, including; learning interactions between Islamic Religious Education teachers and autistic students, and learning interactions between students in general and autistic students. secondly, to analyze the constraints of the learning interactions of autistic students in Islamic Religious Education subjects at Sekolah Dasar Negeri 30 Palembang. The approach used in this research is a qualitative approach, and the type of research used in this study is a case study, data collection techniques, namely observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis techniques in this study used the Miles and Huberman model, namely data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions.

The purpose of this study is to describe: (1) the understanding of the AL-Muslim elementary school teacher Waru Sidoarjo about authentic assessment; (2) the problems experienced by AL-Muslim elementary school teacher Waru Sidoarjo in implementing authentic assessments; (3) efforts made by AL-Muslim elementary school teacher Waru Sidoarjo in overcoming the problems faced in implementing authentic assessments. This study uses a qualitative approach type of case study. Data collection techniques using observation, interview, and documentation techniques. The results of the study show that; (1) the teacher has mastered the concept of assessment and the concept of authentic assessment, (2) the problems faced by the teacher in the implementation of authentic assessments are many aspects assessed and techniques used, time availability, student characteristics, number of students, and individual teachers, (3) The teacher makes several efforts to overcome the problems faced in implementing authentic assessments, including discussing with colleagues and adding references to authentic assessment.

This research aims to reveal the management of KKN conducted by the KKN Center of State University of Surabaya during the covid-19 pandemic. This research was conducted using qualitative approach with the type of research used is a case study. Data retrieval is conducted through interviews, observations, and document studies. This research shows that KKN activities conducted are regional-based KKN activities with 1) student kkn and DPL regional placement planning tailored to the student's residential area when KKN is conducted, as well as KKN activities directed to help the community in preventing the spread of Covid-19 and solving problems that occurred during the Covid-19 Pandemic; 2) KKN activities are carried out with attention to health protocols, by implementing 5 forms of programs; and 3) evaluation of KKN activities is conducted through monitoring and evaluation with kkn center to determine the follow-up of KKN in the future. The entire management process of regional-based KKN is carried out by implementing health protocols.
