This study aims to determine the effect of apparatus performance on the service quality of making family cards in Tambun Utara district, Bekasi district. This research is a quantitative research through survey method with correlation regression data analysis technique. Using the Performance questionnaire instrument to measure the performance of the apparatus includes 4 aspects, namely: quality, quantity, use of time, cooperation and the service quality questionnaire covers 5 aspects, namely: physical form (responsiable), reliability (reability), responsiveness (responsiviness), assurance (assurance. ) and empathy (emphaty). The sample consisted of 122 family heads who took care of making family cards in North Tambun District in 2019-2010. The results showed that there is a significant influence between the performance of the apparatus on the quality of service for making family cards in Tambun Utara District, Bekasi Regency, which is equal to 52.8%, the remaining 47.2% is influenced by other factors outside the performance of the apparatus. Based on the results of the above research, it is concluded that there is a strong influence between the performance of the apparatus on the quality of service for making family cards in Tambun Utara District, Bekasi Regency.

This study aims to determine the effect of service quality on inpatient satisfaction at the Bahagia Hospital in Makassar City. The research method used is a quantitative survey method using an explanatory approach. A sample of 100 people who are inpatients at the Bahagia Hospital using accidental sampling technique. The data analysis used is descriptive analysis and inferential analysis. The results showed that the quality of service had a significant influence on the satisfaction of inpatients at the Bahagia Hospital. This shows that service quality has an important role so that service delivery can provide results in accordance with what patients expect

Still low customer rating will be the quality of service company TIKI (express flash) is very loyal to the services provided by the company to its customers. This study purposes to test the effect of the the quality of service (reliability, responsiveness, assurance, emphaty), and corporate image variables to customer loyalty variables at TIKI branch of Padang. Methods of data collection were done through questionnaire distribution with a sample of 96 respondents. This type of research is descriptive quantitative research. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression. Based on the results of data processing, it can be seen that tangibles have positive and significant influence with customer loyalty, reliability has negative and insignificant effect with customer loyalty, responsiveness has negative and insignificant effect with customer loyalty, assurance has negative and insignificant effect with customer loyalty, emphaty has positive and insignificant effect with customer loyalty, image companies have a positive and significant impact with customer loyalty.

Abstract:This study aims to determine how the influence of service quality on member satisfaction. This research is quantitative research. The population in this study were 503 members of the Bhakti Lestari Savings and Credit Cooperative who addressed the Merarai Satu Village, Sungai Tebelian District, Sintang Regency. The number of samples in this study were 80 respondents, the sampling method  Used was Simple Random Sampling. Data analysis was first carried out by looking for validity and reliability, contribution tests, and classic assumption tests. The results showed that the quality of service affects the satisfaction of members of the Cooperative Bhakti Lestari with the results of the t test, obtained a t count of 8.774 is greater than (>) t table of 1.990 and the value of Sig. 0,000 <0.05.Keywords: Service Quality, Member SatisfactionAbstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana pengaruh kualitas pelayanan terhadap kepuasan anggota. Penelitian ini termasuk jenis penelitian kuantitatif.Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah anggota Koperasi Simpan Pinjam (KSP) Bhakti Lestari sebanyak 503 orang yang beralamatkan di Desa Merarai Satu, Kecamatan Sungai Tebelian, Kabupaten Sintang.Jumlah sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 80 responden, metode pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah Simple Random Sampling.Analisis data terlebih dahulu dilakukan dengan mencari validitas dan reliabilitas, uji kontribusi, serta uji asumsi klasik. The aim of the research title was to know whether the training influence and service quality effect to consumer satisfaction in Giant Ekstra Sempu Serang city. The hypothesis test used description quantitative method. The population of this research was consumers who shop at Extra Giants Sempu Serang city by the amount 800 people, in taking the samples using Slovin formula found 89 people. To get the data, this study used observation, distributed questionnaires and interviews. The data analysis technique used for processing the data was likert scaale and was assisted by SPSS 24 tool, therefore from research results could be seen the correlation coefficient value between training grades and service quality on consumer satisfaction was 0,827 (very strong), the coefficient of determination was 0,823 or 82,7%, that described the value of training (X1)  and service quality(X2) contributed for 82,7% to costumer satisfaction (Y), while the remaining of 17,3% was influenced by other variables out of this study. The results of this study showed (1) there was a positive and significant effect the value of training on costumer satisfaction at 3,015, (2) there was a positive and significant influences quality of service to customer satisfaction at 4,485, (3) there was a positive and significant influence of the value of training and simultaneous service quality on customer satisfaction at 205,647

The development of private hospitals is competing to improve the quality of its services in order to increase the number of patient visits to hospitals. RSIA Pucuk Permata Hati is no exception, as a private hospital that has only been around for 2 years and is required to work extra to improve patient visits. One of them is to improve the quality of service and increase the value of the Hospital so as to create patient satisfaction and loyalty as the ultimate goal. The population in this study were 100 inpatients at RSIA Pucuk Permata Hati and using convenience sampling techniques. The data analysis technique used is path analysis (path analysis) which previously tested the instrument (validity and reliability), classic assumption test (normality, multicollinearity and outliers). The results of the data analysis showed that the quality of service had a positive and significant effect on the satisfaction at RSIA Pucuk Permata Hati Permata Hati. Values ​​have a positive and significant influence on patient satisfaction. Service quality has a positive but not significant effect on loyalty. Value has a positive and significant effect on loyalty. Consumer power (patients) has a positive and significant effect on loyalty.

This study was conducted to analyze the influence of price (X1), service quality (X2) and promotions (X3) on customer satisfaction at Bu Rajab Resto Pancing and Cottage. The study used a quantitative approach and was conducted from March to June 2020. Purposive sampling was used. 120 people were included in the research and 97 people were selected as samples. Participants were customers of Bu Rajab Resto Pancing and Cottage who had visited at least 2 times. A questionnaire was used for data collection. Data analysis involved linear regression, hypothesis testing and classical assumption tests, using the SPSS program. Price and service quality had a significantly positive impact on customer satisfaction, but promotions did not. Keywords: price, service quality, promotion, customer satisfaction

Customer satisfaction is an important element in determining and maintaining and growing the company. To be able to develop loyalty among its customers, banks need to know what factors influence loyalty and assess their performance in these factors. This research was conducted at PT. BPR Bali Dananiaga Denpasar. The number of respondents of this study were 117 respondents. Data collection is done through observation, interview and questionnaire. This research uses instrument test by using path analysis technique. Based on the analysis result found that service quality variable have positive and significant effect to company image. Quality of service has a positive and significant impact on customer loyalty. So the better the service quality of PT. BPR Bali Dananiaga, it will increase customer loyalty in PT. BPR Bali Dananiaga in Denpasar City. Corporate image has a positive and significant impact on customer loyalty. Corporate image proved able to mediate positively and significantly influence between service quality to customer loyalty.

In the conditions of the Covid-19 pandemic, it had a very large impact not only on the health aspect, but also on the labor and economic aspects. The industrial world has been affected so much that the industrial world has stopped its production activities so that there has been a reduction in the workforce in production by being dismissed and even disconnected from their work. This condition is what makes the government take action, especially in terms of employment in fulfilling the obligation to pay BPJSK output through a relaxation or softness policy in paying contributions. Another policy is the claim service for BPJSK participants if there is a risk that results in the realization of the claim.This research is to analyze with the policy of relaxation of payment of dues and claim services associated with their influence on participant compliance in paying BPJSK dues. The population / research sample was the participants of the BPJSK Gresik Driyorejo Branch, using a questionnaire to obtain data on the perception of relaxation policies, service quality and compliance with payment of dues.Based on the results of data analysis, it shows that: first, the premium payment policy has a significant effect on dues pay compliance, second, the service quality of claims has a significant effect on awareness of premium payments, and third, the policy of relaxation of contributions and the quality of service claims has a significant effect on the premium. payment of dues for BPJSK members at the Gresik Driyorejo Branch.

The sample processing technique uses accidental samples with a sample size of 100 respondents. Research using quantitative research. The analysis method uses multiple linear regression. This research was conducted to assess whether understanding taxpayers, service quality, and tax penalties against the KPP Pratama Surakarta. Population in this research are Individual Taxpayers at KPP Pratama Surakarta. Data sources in this study are primary data collected by researchers through questionnaires distributed to 110 respondents, but returned and complete questionnaires were 60 respondents . This research is a quantitative research with 60 respondents at KPP Pratama Surakarta.  The data selection method is the random sampling method. The data in this study were processed using the SPSS 21.0 for Windows application. Based on research results understanding taxpayers, service quality, and tax sanctions have a significant effect on taxpayer approval. Understanding tax regulations becomes a benchmark for taxpayers in completing their tax obligations. The quality of service provided by the tax authorities influences taxpayer compliance, indicating that service quality is a benchmark to make taxpayers obey. The existence of tax sanctions that are given expressly will increase the level of compliance, because making taxpayers afraid of being subjected to these sanctions and the stipulation of tax sanctions will deter taxpayers and clear and firm sanctions.
