 The rapid development of information technology is the impact of globalization. The development of information technology requires that every organization needs information, not only business or government, but also the world of financial institutions. In accordance with this, the information technology has very important position in banking.  The purpose of this research is to analyze and to test empirically the influence of social factors, affect on intentions and its impact on financial behavior in utilizing internet banking technology as communication media. The method used in data collection is survey method by spreading the questionnaires. The research data obtained is based on the perception of students of Economics Faculty, University of Semarang on the use of internet banking technology implemented by Assistant Branch Bank of BNI Bank in University of Semarang environment as medium of communication between students and University of Semarang, with 96 respondents. The research method used validity test, reliability test, and classical assumption test, hypothesis test, multiple linear regression models with SPSS 23. Result of testing and analysis found that social factor and affects directly and indirectly did not affect the financial behavior of internet banking technology utilization implemented by Assistant Branch Bank of BNI Bank in University of Semarang environment as communication media of students with university, through the intention of internet banking technology usage by showing insignificant results.

The present study shall discuss and explore the advancement of Information Technology and its usage in electronic media. It will also elaborate the technological advancement, and development has impacted media particularly electronic media including radio, newsreels, television, and film, etc. Information Technology has been influential due to its rapid advancement and progression. It has also reshaped the way information is disseminated on different forms of electronic media. To gauge the impact of advancement in Information Technology on electronic media, a survey method was used and interviews were conducted from IT professionals, journalists students, etc. All forms of information technology have virtually created an impact on society. However, the electronic media industry has taken some time to adopt technological advancements, changes, and development. The emergence of new ways, techniques resultantly increased the viewership, and resultantly transmission of electronic media has gone up dramatically.

In recent years, network technology, information technology and data processing technology have become the basis of the competition of Internet financial institutions. With the rapid development of the electronic platform, the accumulation of massive customer data information, Internet finance has a more and broader range of customer resources than that of a single bank. These advantages of Internet finance will have a significant impact on commercial banks. The traditional banks have a mature business model and rich industry experience in finance. Internet finance and traditional commercial banks interact with each other. In this case, this paper will focus on the influence of Internet finance on traditional commercial banks in China.

This research  focused on  higher of job rejection result and low of coordination among unit in problem solving of all the projects which is tend to decline of employees performance. The main issues discussed  in this reseach is factors influence it, namely human procurement ,development  and  intellectual capital based information technology.The research aims to analyze, describe and test the impact of   human procurement, development on intellectual capital and its implication on employees performance at  Indonesian Aerospace,Ltd. The research used was descriptive and explanatory survey method, so the research attempts to collect, present, analyze, and test hypotheses,  to make a consclusions were used  Structural Equation Model (SEM) approach. The design of  study is a survey reseach, the unit analysis selected were  core knowledge worker with a sample size of 303 from 1245 employees, based on Slovin’s formula. The results indicated  that human procurement, development have a simultaneously positive and significant effect on intellectual capital based information technology, and human procurement, development are either partialy or simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on employees performance level throught intellectual capital based information technology. The findings  are:(1) human procurement indicates low contribution on either  intellectual capital based information technology or employees performance, the highest score of human procurement dimension is selection and the lowest is recruitment dimension. 2) human development indicates low contribution on either intellectual capital or employees performance, the highest score of human development  dimension is education and the lowest is training dimension (3) intellectual capital based information technology  indicates moderate scores on employees performance level, the highest score of intellectual capital dimension is social capital  and the lowest is structure capital dimension. (4) the highest score size of employees performance dimension based on  employees perception  is goal and the lowest is motive dimension.

<p>As competition becomes increasingly fierce, how to integrate the concept of information technology involvement into total quality management activities and better serve the customers, thus increasing the effectiveness of their services, has become an important focus for many tourism factories in their selection of an appropriate operational strategy. With the tourism factories in Taiwan as the subjects, this study was therefore set out to investigate the impact of operational strategies, information technology involvement and motivation on the executive degree of total quality management (TQM) activities, as well as the correlation between the executive degree of TQM activities and operational performance. This research was conducted from March to April 2016 using 56 effective questionnaires through a questionnaire survey method. According to the research findings, the higher the executive degree of TQM activities was, the more significant a positive impact it would have on operational performance; the execution of differentiation strategies would have a positive impact on the execution of TQM activities; the more a company was involved in information technology, the more significant a positive impact it would have on the execution of TQM activities; the higher the intrinsic motivation was, the more significant a positive impact it would have on the executive degrees of TQM activities. It is therefore advisable for tourism factories to implement TQM activities, adopt differentiation strategies, seek greater information technology involvement and become more strongly motivated toward TQM implementation in order to improve operational performance.  </p>

In the last three decades, the banking sector has seen a profound transformation owing to the changes in the global financial environment. The major change witnessed in the banking sector has been great advances in financial innovations and technologies, which are a result of turmoil in the global financial environment. The improvement in financial innovations and technologies has made E-banking an intense part of the banking sector. E-banking has revolutionized the lives of all individuals of present times and is considered to be a wave of information revolution after the agricultural and industrial revolution. Earlier banking customers were required to personally visit a bank branch in order to transact through their saving accounts but with the arrival of Internet banking the manner in which financial transactions are carried out have changed. Although E-banking has been popular among computer literates for many years, its popularity is growing exponentially as Internet usage grows and people discover the numerous benefits that are provided by online banking. In today’s increasingly integrated financial systems facing higher volatilities, more competition and higher time constraints, E-banking has become an integral part of the global financial environment in order to meet different requirements of customers of banking sector, thereby meeting the increased expectations of the participants in Indian banking system. This study makes an attempt to analyse the impact of E-banking and information technology on the employees of banking sector.

PurposeAccurate evaluation of the consequences of new technologies in various industries is of great significance. So, it will be essential to examine the impact of this technology on the banking industry, representing how to create, deliver and gain value in this industry. This study aims to investigate whether blockchain can affect the business intelligence efficiency of banks. This study also aims to examine the impact of security, fraud reduction and privacy of blockchain, equal and anonymous access to the blockchain, decentralization and sustainability of blockchain, accountability and transparency of blockchain, quality, speed and efficiency of blockchain on business intelligence efficiency.Design/methodology/approachTechnological changes are creating new challenges and opportunities for various industries. The inability of organizations to adapt to these changes may even lead to their deletion from the market. Blockchain is one of the most critical technologies in recent years. One of the sectors that will undergo significant changes in blockchain technology is the banking industry. According to the reviewed literature in this study, a comprehensive model has been proposed to examine the impact of security, fraud reduction and privacy of blockchain, equal and anonymous access to the blockchain, the decentralization and sustainability of blockchain, accountability and transparency of blockchain and quality, speed and efficiency of blockchain on business intelligence efficiency. A survey method was used to collect data from banks of the Nanjing city. The partial least square technique was used for data analysis.FindingsThe results showed that the fit of the proposed model was very good. Also, all assumptions except one were confirmed. It means that security, fraud reduction and privacy of blockchain factor have a remarkable and positive impact on all aspects of business intelligence efficiency, namely information technology, employees, competitors and customers. Also, equal and anonymous access to the blockchain factor has a positive and significant effect on all aspects of business intelligence efficiency. The decentralization and sustainability of blockchain factors have an impact on business intelligence efficiency. Also, blockchain's accountability and transparency as a fourth factor have a positive and significant impact on all aspects of business intelligence efficiency. Finally, the last factor (quality, speed and efficiency of blockchain) has a positive and significant effect on information technology, employees and customers' dimensions. But, it does not affect the competitors' dimension, and this hypothesis has not been confirmed.Practical implicationsThis paper offers valuable insight for business intelligence practitioners into how blockchain technology has the potential to disrupt existing business intelligence provisions.Originality/valueThis paper is one of the first studies to examine the impact of blockchain on IT dimension, organizational employees' dimension, customer dimension and competitors' dimension. It lays a firm foundation for future research.

This article discusses the dynamics in organizations, specifically about the comparison of organizational learning with adaptive organizations. This study used a survey method by relying on observational reviews of Organizations X and Y. Data collection was carried out on all staff from 2 organizations totaling 100 people each, 50 respondents each. The results showed the level of activity in the use of Organizational Technology, especially during the COVID-19 era, the role of information technology was a challenge and an opportunity for organizational performance owners to adapt so that their organizational performance could remain productive and effective. The results showed that the dynamics of the organization require adaptive technology, information technology has an influence on organizational development. This condition requires organizations to continue to learn and provide training in accordance with the times, this is certainly relevant to the concept of learning organization with the impact that requires organizations to acquire and transfer organizational knowledge to individuals in the organization.
