The purpose of this research is to examine three factors that affect audit decision such as goal commitment, litigation environment and trust on auditor’s acceptance of the client’s preferred methods. Data were collected through questionaires using purposive sampling method. Samples were selected from accounting firms which were listed on Directory of Ikatan Akuntan Publik Indonesia for 2013 period in Jakarta. Out of the 150 questionnaires sent, the final analysis was based on the response from 109 auditors (72.67%). Moreover, data analysis uses Structural Equation Model (SEM) by using AMOS (Analysis of Moment Structures) version 21.0. The results of this research reveal that (1) goal commitment is positively related to the auditor’s acceptance of the client’s preferred method, (2) litigation environment is negatively related to the auditor’s acceptance of the client’s preferred method, and (3) trust is negatively related to the auditor’s acceptance of the client’s preferred method

This study aims to obtain empirical evidence about the effect of corporate governance on profitability and its impact on company value. To measure the level of implementation of corporate governance, an index that has been developed based on relevant regulations and previous research is used. This study uses a purposive sampling method from the constituents of the Indonesian Syariah Stock Index (ISSI) in 2017. There are 50 companies that meet the criteria for the study sample. Data analysis using the Structural Equation Model (SEM) approach with the GeSCA Version 1.5 Web analyzer. The results of this study indicate that corporate governance has a positive and significant effect on profitability, while corporate governance does not affect the value of the company. Profitability affects the value of the company. Corporate governance affect the value of the company mediated by profitability.

<p><em>The purpose of the research is to analyze the influences of social servicescape and physical servicescape on hotel image and revisiting intention in five star hotels. The design of this study is a hypothesis testing. The respondents were selected using purposive sampling method in which the questionnaires are used to collect data from 200 respondents who have visited some five star hotels in DKI Jakarta at least 1 time in a year. The proposed model was tested by using Structural Equation Model (SEM). The results of this research showed that there is a significant and positive influence of social servicescape and physical servicescape on hotel image; a significant and positive influence of hotel image, social servicescape and physical servicescape on revisiting intention. This study only used some five star hotels in DKI Jakarta and 200 respondents that limit the generalizability of the results. Future researchers should accomodate larger number of respondents and used some other Five Star Hotels in other cities. The findings of this research can help hotel managers to implement better strategies in order to increase the level of customers’ revisiting intention.</em></p>

This research examines the influence of price fairness and product quality on satisfaction and repurchase on Tokopedia. This is a quantitative research that used Structural Equation Model (SEM) with SPSS and Lisrel software for data analysis. Purposive sampling is used to select samples, though it is limited to certain respondents. The minimum sampling size is 10 times the number of research indicators, with a total 149 respondents analyzed. Findings. The results showed that Price Fairness and Product Quality had significant and positive impacts on satisfaction. Furthermore, Product Quality and Satisfaction have significant and positive effect on repurchase, while Satisfaction mediates price fairness to Repurchase and Product Quality.

This study aims to determine the influence of organizational culture and situasional leadership on employee engagement through compensation as a mediator. The population in this study were all employees at PT. Astra Welab Digital Arta which has 216 employees. The data analysis technique used is Structural Equation Model (SEM) with Lisrel, sample of this research uses purposive sampling. The results showed that there is a positive and significant influence of organizational culture to compensation, there is a positive and significant influence of situational leadership to compensation, there is a positive and significant influence of organizational culture and situational leadership to compensation, there is a positive and significant influence compensation to situational leadership, there is a positive and significant influence of organizational culture and situational leadership on employee engagement through compensation as a mediator

Objective of the research was to examine empirically the influence of human resources empowerment, directly and indirectly, through organization resilience on an organization performance. Objectives of the research in detail were to analyze and examine empirically the influences of: human resources empowerment on organization performance, human resources empowerment on organization resilience, and organization resilience on organization performance. Population of the research was 69 star hotels, which spread over the East Java Province. 34 hotels were taken as samples. The respondents were 216 managers. Samples were taken using proportional sampling method and data analysis of the research used SEM (Structural Equation Model). The main finding of this research was that the organization performance would be enhanced if the human resources were empowered in participating to achieve the organization goal, commit to the organization, and have greater authority and responsibility in decision-making process. This influence will be stronger if it is followed by the organization capability to adapt to any change at the organization environment.

Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui  pengaruh sikap masyarakat miskin untuk keluar dari kemiskinan terhadap keberdayaan masyarakat miskin khususnya masyarakat miskin yang diberdayakan oleh lembaga zakat sehingga bisa dibuat strategi  yang tepat untuk meningkatkan keberdayaan mereka. Penelitian ini merupakan studi eksplanatori dilakukan dengan menggunakan pendekatan SEM (Structural Equation Model). Anggota sampel ditentukan dengan metode non-probability sampling khususnya dengan purposive sampling. Data dikumpulkan secara cross section dianalisis secara kuantitatif. Dalam penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa sikap untuk keluar dari kemiskinan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keberdayaan.Abstract: This study aims to decide the effect of the attitude of the poor to get out of poverty on the empowerment of the poor, especially the poor who are empowered by zakat institutions so that proper strategies can be made to increase their empowerment. This research is an explanatory study conducted using the SEM (Structural Equation Model) approach. The sample members are determined by the non-probability sampling method especially with purposive sampling. Data collected by cross-section were analyzed quantitatively. In this study it can be concluded that the attitude to get out of poverty has a positive and significant effect on empowerment.

The aim of this research is to discover the influence of E-distrust, E-negative beliefs, E-self inefficacy, E-logistic ease, E-convenience, E-enjoyment on Satisfaction, and to discover the influence of Satisfaction on Loyalty. The design of this research is made with descriptive research and causal research. This research is aquantitative study by taking population from consumers who have accounts and shopping experience at Berrybenka website. The samples are taken from the population using purposive sampling method through questionnaires. Total of samples used in this study are 208 respondents. This study uses structural equation model (SEM) with the help of SmartPLS 3.0 analysis program. The results of this research are E-distrust, Enegative beliefs, E-self inefficacy, E-logistic ease, E-enjoyment has impact towards Satisfaction, E-convenience has no impact to Satisfaction, and Satisfaction has impact towards Loyalty.

This research aims at analyzing (1) the effect of vendor’s ability, benevolence, and integrity variables toward e-commerce customers’ trust in UBM; (2) the effect of vendor’s ability, benevolence, and integrity variables toward the level of e-commerce customers’ participation in Indonesia; and (3) the effect of trust variable toward level of e-commerce customers participation in UBM. This research makes use of UBM e-commerce users as research samples while using Likert scale questionnaire for data collection. Furthermore, the questionnaires are sent to as many as 200 respondents. For data analysis method, Structural Equation Model was used. Out of three predictor variables (ability, benevolence, and integrity), it is only vendor’s integrity that has a positive and significant effect on customers’ trust. On the other hand, it is only vendor’s integrity and customer’s trust that have a positive and significant effect on e-commerce customers’ participation in UBM. The purpose of this study acclaims the important of Auditory, Visual and Tactile in affecting consumer’s decision makingbehavior of buying, it is also to figure out it’s impact in Aqua. Thus, it is important to study “The Impact Of SensoryBranding’s Elements On Consumer’s Decision Making Behavior Of Buying Aqua With Neuromarketing Approach InJember”. The population in this study are Aqua’s consumers in Jember. Sampling is taken using purposive sampling methodfrom 100 respondents. Instrument analysis in this study is performed using Structural Equation Model (SEM) withconfirmatory approach. The result shows that: 1) auditory significantly affects consumer’s decision making behavior of buyingAqua in Jember, 2) visual significantly affects consumer’s decision making behavior of buying Aqua in Jember, and 3) tactilesignificantly affects consumer’s decision making behavior of buying Aqua in Jember.

Service quality is one of the biggest factors in determining consumer loyalty. The aim of this study is to analyze how the Go-Jek service quality an influence customer satisfaction in shaping customer loyalty to the Go-Jek company. This research is quantitative and the variables examined in this study are website design, reliability, trust, customer satisfaction, to support consumer loyalty. This research was conducted in Yogyakarta and the data was collected using a questionnaire based on a Likert-scale, and the taking method uses purposive sampling with 300 respondents. Data were then analyzed using structural equation model (SEM) analysis with the help of WarpPLS software. The results of the study show that the effect of e-service quality on customer loyalty to the Go-Jek company were positive and significant.
