Human resource marketing (HRM) is focused on the creation of job-position while including all relevant parameters such as work specification, wage, and adequate communication of a job offer. Wage is possible to understand as not only the amount of money received but also as all kinds of reward for the work that has been completed. Forms of staff renumeration have received more interest during the last decade, especially in regards to managers and the concept of industry 4.0. Job offer descriptions help to find suitable applicants for specific managerial positions. The main objective of this paper is to state the relationship between gender and the chosen variables (job sources). For this purpose, there was a realized questionnaire survey, focused on HRM in the business environment in the Czech Republic. The sample population for the survey consisted of 522 people, though feedback was only received from 185 participants (a return rate of 35.44%). To process the data, we employed Pearson’s chi-square test for independence and cluster analysis. Graphical design was made using an ROC curve (Receiver Operating Characteristic). According to the results obtained, there were defined relationships between gender and job servers as job sources, and between gender and social networks as job sources. This dependence is supported by the ROC curve, which shows the expectations of wage incomes according to the work-experience of the employee.

The article entitled "Knowledge of Reproductive Health Issues among the Students of P. N. Campus, Pokhara" has studied to get the knowledge about the reproductive health issues. Reproductive health is one of the important factors of population studies. Several studies have been made concerning the reproductive health issues but there are few research works on the knowledge of reproductive health, especially, in P. N. Campus. The present study attempts to find out knowledge of reproductive health issues among the students in the P. N. Campus. This study was based on the primary information collected from the field survey in P.N. Campus. The sample used for collection of data is random sampling. Basically, both descriptive and analytic research design and simple statistical tools like frequency table, and cross tabulation have been used here. To test the hypothesis, Chi- Square test with contingency table has been presented. Among the total 116 students, 58 percent female and 42 percent male were taken for sample. The median age for the sample population was 23 years. About 31 percent among them were married. This research finds out the knowledge of reproductive health issues like media of knowledge, sources, reproductive health issues areas and level of knowledge among the selected demographic background of respondents.Janapriya Journal of Interdisciplinary StudiesVol. III (December 2014), page: 1-8

The present study aims to identify the potential deterrents of digital marketing communication while buying a car. Data was collected from 801 respondents from Delhi using area wise proportionate sampling. 75% of the respondents used at least one digital channel of communication while buying a car. There were 25% of the respondents who didn’t use digital channels of communication while buying a car and relied exclusively upon traditional channels of communication. The study analyzed the respondents believing only in traditional channels of communication while buying a car to know the deterrents impeding the usage of digital channels of communication. The study also aimed to identify the distinct customers segments using traditional channels of communication while buying a car. Data was analyzed with the help of chi-square test and cluster analysis. ‘Technicality’ of the medium followed by ‘lack of knowledge and time’ were identified as the major deterrents of digital marketing communication. Two customer segments were identified in the study that made use of only traditional channels of communication while buying a car. First segment comprised of respondents ‘above 40 years of age’ belonging to ‘business’ category. Second segment was composed of respondents in ‘service’ occupational category belonging to ‘26 to 30 years age’ group.

Abstract Background: The pleomorphic adenoma gene 1 (PLAG1)) has been reported to be overexpressed in pleomorphic adenoma (PA). However, its expression and clinical significance in hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) has not been investigated.Methods: PLAG1 protein levels in HCC serum and benign liver diseases (BLD) controls were measured by Western Blot, and α-fetoprotein (AFP) concentration was analyzed by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). The relevance of PLAG1expression with the clinicopathological factors was assessed by Chi-square test. Furthermore, the receiver operating characteristic (ROC) curve was performed to investigate the values of the markers in diagnosis of HCC.Results: Serum PLAG1 protein level was significantly elevated in HCC group compared to that in controls (P<0.001). Furthermore, a significant association was found between PLAG1 expression and clinical factors, such as tumor size (P=0.000), differentiation (P=0.014) and metastasis (P=0.001). ROC analysis showed that PLAG1 could distinguish HCC patients from BLD controls with the area under the ROC curve (AUC) of 0.852 (95 % CI: 0.782-0.922; 78.8% sensitivity, 83.3% specificity; P<0.001), which had significantly superior discriminative ability than AFP (AUC=0.694, 67.3% sensitivity and 62.1 % specificity) or the combination of PLAG1 and AFP (AUC=0.706, 69.2% sensitivity and 63.6 % specificity).Conclusions: This study suggested that serum PLAG1 might be a potential noninvasive tumor biomarker in the diagnosis of HCC.

Consumer behavior towards private labels (PLs) is constantly changing, accompanied by the development from generic products, offered at very low prices, towards sustainable PLs. Our study aimed to analyze the behavior of British and Polish consumers towards PLs of the retail chains. To achieve this, special attention was given to the following issues: frequency of purchasing PLs by food categories, motives for purchasing PL products, opinions of the current development of PLs, and length of the period of purchasing products under PLs. We also presented the socioeconomic features of the Polish and British consumers purchasing PL products using a correspondence graph. Our research was conducted using a sample of 500 adults from Poland and 500 adults from the UK and the Computer-Assisted Web Interviewing method (CAWI) was used. The questionnaire was addressed only to adults who declared that they purchase PL products. For a detailed analysis of consumer choices and service quality assessment, we used Pearson’s chi-square test, as well as the Kohonen’s neural network and multi-dimensional cluster analysis. We have divided the sample population into 4 clusters based on 6 factors, characterizing households: education level, income, household residence, age, gender, and period of buying PL products. Our study indicates that Polish consumers are more likely to pay attention to lower prices for PLs, while British consumers point quality compared to manufacturers’ brands. In the opinion of Polish consumers, an improvement in quality is only just beginning. This means that PLs available on the British market are characterized by a higher stage of development towards sustainable PLs.

Abstract Hafiz is one of the finest lyric poets of Iran. He learnt a lot from scholars and writers. This research deals with the alternatives of the word ‘Love’ in Divan of Hafiz. First, these words are determined and their counts are computed. Then, we classify them into sixteen categories. Finally, the counts of the words and the categories are compared using chi-square test and cluster analysis. The clustering results showed that the word ‘Way’ and the category ‘Human’ have the most applications as the alternatives of the word ‘Love’ in Divan of Hafiz.

Abstract Background Cholangiocarcinoma (CCA) is one of the most aggressive malignancies. Late diagnosis may be responsible for the high mortality. MicroRNA-106b (MiR-106b) is accepted as an important regulator in various human malignancies. The current study was aimed to investigate the diagnostic value of miR-106b in CCA. Methods Serum levels of miR-106b in CCA patients and healthy control were evaluated by quantitative real-time polymerase chain reaction (qRT-PCR). Chi-square test was used to analyze the association of miR-106b with the clinicopathological features. To evaluate the diagnostic value of miR-106b in CCA, the ROC curve was constructed. Results The expression of miR-106b was significantly increased in CCA samples compared with the healthy controls (P < 0.001). The overexpression of miR-106b was remarkable correlated with the lymphatic node metastasis (P = 0.038), clinical stage (P = 0.017) and differentiation (P = 0.009). ROC curve suggested that miR-106b was an effective diagnostic biomarker in CCA with the AUC of 0.913. The optimal cutoff value was 2.525, with the sensitivity of 89.7% and the specificity of 79.3%. Conclusions MiR-106b functions as an oncogene in CCA, which may be an potential diagnostic biomarker for CCA.

Objective: To see the frequency and compare the type of refractive error and strabismus in amblyopic versus non amblyopic children. Study Design: Comparative cross sectional study. Place and Duration of Study: Armed Forces Institute of Ophthalmology, Rawalpindi, from Jan to Jul 2019. Methodology: The sample population comprised of 250 patients of new or previously diagnosed children with refractive error and strabismus presenting at children eye outdoor patient department of armed forces institute of ophthalmology. Strabismus was diagnosed by the consultant eye specialist on the basis of heterotropia at near or distance fixation. Amblyopia and refracttive error was assessed by a trained optometrist. Patients were classified into amblyopia and non- amblyopia groups. The type of squint and refractive error was noted down along with demographic details. Chi square test was used to assess thesignificance of association between various categorical variables. Results: A total of 250 participants were included with a mean age of 5.00 ± 1.07 years. Out of total, 132 (52.8%) were males while 118 (47.2%) were females. One hundred and fifty (59.5%) patients were suffering from amblyopia while 100 (39.5%) patients were normal with comparable vision in both the eyes. Out of 150 amblyopic patients 134 (89.3%) were suffering from unilateral amblyopia while 16 (10.6%) patients had amblyopia in both the eyes. Out of refractive errors astigmatism was present in 83 (55.3 %) of amblyopia patients while hypermetropia was present in 54 (36%) of the patients. Fertility measures the rate of which a population adds to itself by births and is normally assessed by relating the number of births to the size of some section of population. It has been observed that the levels and patterns of fertility vary considerably in various sub groups of the same population in terms of educational attainment, occupation, age at marriage, contraception user etc. This study, therefore, attempts to study of fertility differential among lower caste people. This study is based on descriptive cum analytical research design. Every household of Dalit community in ward no 6, 7 and 8 of Lamachaur VDC are included in the study with a sample population of 85eligible women aged 15-49 years from 85 households. Fertility differential among lower caste people shows that most of the respondents were in the age group of 36-49 and then followed by age group 26-35 and 15-25. Higher fertility is concentrated in the age at marriage from 16 to 19 as compare to other groups of age at marriage. Literate respondents have low fertility as compared to illiterate respondents. Working respondents have high fertility as compared to non-working respondents. The users of contraception have high fertility as compared to non-users of contraception.But, there is no significant relationship between fertility and age of women, age at marriage, literacy status, occupation and users of contraception as measured by chi-square test. Objective: To determine the levels of depression, anxiety, and stress in dentists working in the northern region of Peru in times of COVID-19. Material and Methods: 310 dentists working in the northern region of Peru in times of COVID-19 were evaluated by means of an observational and cross-sectional study. Subjects were asked to give their informed consent and answer a virtual questionnaire containing 21 items based on the DASS-21 Scale that assesses depression, anxiety, and stress. A descriptive analysis was carried out with frequencies; for the variables of gender and years of work experience the Chi square test (p<0.05) was used. Results: It was found that 291 (93.87%) of the dentists suffered from some type of psychological disorder: stress (35.74%), anxiety (35.05%), depression (29.21%). Mild stress was the most prevalent accounting for 49.04% (51); mild depression with 45.88% (39), and moderate anxiety with 40.20% (41). A higher prevalence was found in females and in those dentists who had less than 5 years of work experience. Conclusion: 93.87% of dentists working in the northern region of Peru in times of COVID-19 presented some type of psychological disorder, a higher frequency of mild stress was found, followed by mild depression, and moderate anxiety.

The construction industry is responsible for the infrastructural and physical development of nations and plays a pivotal role in determining economic equilibrium of nations of the world; hence, there is a need for constant evolving of advanced ways of carrying out construction operations. The concept has led to the evolution of Construction 4.0, which entails harmonizing disruption in technological applications to enhance construction productivity. The study, therefore, provides an attempt at evolving an enhanced approach to improve construction processes and resource management through application of lean construction and Industry 4.0. The purposive sampling method was used in this study to collect data. The data collection instrument consists of a structured questionnaire designed in a Likert scale of 1 to 5 distributed to 100 construction professionals through an online method that is actively involved in construction operations. The following parameters were censored and profiled, while the results are in tables and charts. The parameters include areas of lean thinking that could enhance Construction 4.0, areas of disruption in Industry 4.0 that influence Construction 4.0 advancement and parameters for practical integrating of lean thinking approach and Industry 4.0. Additionally, the influence of Industry 4.0 in technological development for the construction industry, disruptive innovation of Industry 4.0 and gains towards Construction 4.0. Furthermore, the relevance of Construction 4.0 in construction productivity, the importance of Construction 4.0, industrial application drivers in achieving Construction 4.0, future of Construction 4.0, achieving automation goal in construction and performance expectation of lean thinking and Industry 4.0 in the construction industry are found necessary. Simple percentage, Spearman rankings, Chi-square test, Student-T test, Mann–Whitney-U test and Relative Agreement and Importance index are the tools used to process the data. The study discovered, among others, the veracity of contingency approach in harnessing attributes of the lean thinking concept and disruptive applications in achieving Construction 4.0. The study recommends the application of the hybrid model suggested in the study as a guide to deployment of an application that could help in industrial productivity.
