The Impact of Integrating Musical and Image Technology upon the Level of Learning Engagement of Pre-School Children

This study aimed to evaluate the impact of music technology on the attitudes and engagement level of preschool children. The desired outcome of the study is to formulate recommendations to improve the teaching curriculum through the use of physical activities at the preschool level. The strategy tested involved integrating technology, music, and images into children’s physical activities to enhance their willingness to learn, preference, and motor skills. The study used music and images created through technology instruments to stimulate multiple senses, including vision, hearing, and touch sensations. It was expected to enhance learning interests and motor skills among children in physical activities. The innovative courses were developed jointly by qualified and senior preschool teachers, a physical fitness trainer, and a music therapist. The regimen involved a set of lesson plans combining music technology with physical training for children. The study used 64 healthy children who were 5 years old and studied at a private preschool in Taiwan, who were divided into an experimental group that implemented the innovative courses and a control group that adopted traditional teaching. The physical training courses were implemented twice a week, with 45 min per session for 18 weeks. The results revealed a significant enhancement in the concentration, preference, and willingness of participation among children in the experimental group after participation in the course. However, these effects were not observed and were not found among the children in the control group. Additionally, it was also found that the positive impact of enhanced motor skills, such as dynamic balance, hopping, and jumping, was significantly better among children in the experimental group than those in the control group. Consequently, this research study supports the integration of music technology and images into physical courses for children. Clinically, it indicates a significantly improved enhancement effect towards learning mentality and motor skills among children. This innovative teaching approach suggests a high probability to substantially assist the preschool’s course management strategy and methodical learning effects.

The research aims to determine “the Impact of Scientific Creative Thinking Skills on Scientific Process Skills”. Thus, the research was performed with 24 teacher candidates in the control group and 24 teacher candidates in the experimental group in the second class of the Department of Science Teaching in a university in Istanbul Province. In the experimental group of the research, the laboratory program to be designed by the researchers on the basis of scientific discussion and research; and in the control group, the conventionally designed laboratory program were applied for an academic semester. The research data was gained through “Scientific Creativity Test” to be developed by Hu and Adey [14] and adapted by Kadayıfçı [16]; “Scientific Process Skills Test” to be developed by Okey, Wise and Burns, and adapted by Geban, Aşkar and Özkan into Turkish. The conclusions to be reached by the research are in favour of the experimental group and the last application, and it has positive impact on the opinions of the teacher candidates related with the development of the scientific creativity skills.

Aim: The study aimed to investigate the effect of using a computer-based program in developing academic skills (reading, writing and arithmetic) for children with mild intellectual disabilities as compared to the conventional teaching instructions. Methods: The study was conducted in intellectual institutions in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. A randomized controlled trial design was adopted in the study to determine the impact of the intervention. The study sample was composed of boys (n = 19) and girls (n = 21) aged 6 – 10 years who were selected purposively, and randomly assigned to the experimental group and control group. The two-division experimental group one for boys (n = 8) and the other for girls (n = 12) in the experimental group was studied by using an academic skills development program or a computer-based program. Results: The results indicated that there is a positive impact of the academic skills development program, which was applied to the experimental group to improve academic skills. The reason for the absence of gender differences in academic skills for the educational program is the similarity of the educational environment and the activities used in the educational program in terms of skills, activities, training methods, similar abilities and intellectual preparations for the genders, and for their interaction with the program itself. In addition, the program corresponds to the developmental characteristics of both genders, and there are no impediments to the application of the program in both genders.

This research is a quasi-experimental aims to find the impact of problem based learning model with experimental methods on the learning outcomes physics science of grade VII SMPN 19 Mataram in academic year 2014/2015. The population of this research is students of grade VII SMPN 19 Mataram with 144 students, while the sampling of this research is grade as VIIA as experimental group and VIIB as the control group. The sampling technique used is purposive sampling. The research design used is untreated control group design with pretest and posttest. Pre-test results obtained by the average value of experimental group is 25.36 while the control group is 28.54. Post-test results for experimental group is 75.13, while for the control group is 65.41. Research hypotheses were analyzed by t-test two tail using formulas polled variance t-test given the result that thint is greater than ttable, In addition, an increase on learning outcomes analyzed using N-gain test given the result that experimental group has increased higher than the control group.so that can be concluded that the model of problem-based learning with experimental method given positive impact on learning outcomes physics science of grade VII SMPN 19 Mataram in academic year 2014/2015.

It is unclear if using videos and education apps in learning adds additional value to students’ listening comprehension. This study assesses the impact of adding text to videos on English as a Foreign Language (EFL) learners’ listening comprehension. The participants were 76 prep college EFL students from Taibah University, divided into two groups. The semi-experimental measure was employed to compare the experimental group and the control group. The experimental group watched an English learning video and then wrote text subtitles relating to the video using apps, and later took a listening test to evaluate their ability in acquiring information through the videos. The control group watched videos during live lectures but did not add subtitles on the content they viewed. A paired samples t-test was used to assess the extent of listening comprehension achievement and posttest results were compared. Results revealed statistically significant increases in posttest listening comprehension scores. The result indicated superior performance and a significant positive impact through teaching/learning via video watching and adding text apps.

This study aims to examine the impact of formative assessment with corrective feedback as one of the effective tools that improve the performance of students who study English as a second language (L2 learners). More specifically, it contributes to research on the complex relationship between the attitudes and practices of English language teachers and students regarding the way they understand and practice the basics of formative assessment and corrective feedback when checking students’ achievement. In order to achieve this goal, the study investigated this matter in light of the following guiding questions: What are the effects of corrective and formative feedback in improving students who are learning English as a second language level L2 learners? How might teachers provide effective assistance to their students during this stage?To address these questions, A total of 58 subjects were divided into a control group (n=29) and an experimental group (n=29). All the subjects were second-year cadets at a military academy. Both groups were given a pre-test prior to the teaching of English “comparative forms”. The purpose of the pre-test was to make sure that the two groups were homogenous. The pre-test was then followed by the teaching of English “comparative forms” in both groups. The experimental group was given a formative assessment where each subject also received one-on-one corrective feedback. Finally, a post-test (summative assessment) was given to both groups.After collecting and analyzing the data, it was found that providing a formative assessment and corrective feedback has a positive impact on improving students’ level of accurate understanding accurately and student writing as well as correct reading.

With the improvement of living standards, people have more and more physical health problems. Among them, high-risk cardiovascular diseases such as hypertension, diabetes, and coronary heart disease are the most prominent. The number of cardiology patients is increasing year by year. Effectively improving the treatment of cardiology patients and speeding up the recovery of cardiology patients have become a social problem. This article aims to explore the impact of diverse nursing care on patients in cardiology treatment. This article first gives a detailed introduction to the treatment of diverse nursing and cardiology diseases, then takes 300 cardiology patients in our hospital as experimental subjects, and conducts a controlled experiment of nursing intervention, which is categorized into an experimental group of 150 cases (including 35 cases of hypertension, 46 cases of diabetes, 28 cases of coronary heart disease, 24 cases of angina pectoris, and 17 cases of multiple complications) and a control group of 150 cases (including 30 cases of hypertension, 47 cases of diabetes, 39 cases of coronary heart disease, 21 cases of angina pectoris, and 13 cases of multiple complications). The experimental results showed the following: the general information of the two groups of patients was not statistically different ( P > 0.05 ); after the nursing intervention, the blood glucose levels of the two groups of patients decreased, but the experimental group decreased more significantly and the blood glucose control effect was more obvious; after the intervention, in the experimental group that implemented diversified nursing interventions, the patient’s condition management effect was better and their scores were between 8 and 10; the mental state self-evaluation of the two groups of patients was significantly different from the domestic reference value ( P < 0.05 ), and there is a very significant statistical difference between the two groups after nursing intervention ( P < 0.01 ); after nursing intervention, compared with the control group, the quality of life of the experimental group improved more significantly and the highest score reached about 70; the overall satisfaction of the experimental group with nursing work reached 92%, while the satisfaction of the control group with nursing work was only 44.67%. Studies have shown that diversified care has a positive impact on the rehabilitation of patients in cardiology treatment.

The study aimed at revealing the impact of the cooperative learning strategy in improving the performance of eighth grade students in reading comprehension and motivation of learning. The study was limited to the eighth grade students in the schools of Irbid governorate. In the second semester of the academic year 2018/2019 was followed the approach semi-experimental, In order to achieve the objective of the current study، Where the members of the sample of students from the eighth grade to two tests on the tool to measure the strategy of cooperative learning، one of them the prior and the other post, This type is depends on one group and considered as a case study, and by presence of prior measurement that provides some information on the performance of the study group before the experiment to be then - compared prior -measurement by post-measurement The study reached the following results: - There were statistically significant differences at the level of statistical significance (α≤0.05) In the average signs of students in the experimental group (who are studying using a cooperative learning strategy) and the average signs of students in the control group (who are studying using the normal method) in the test to solve the post-reading comprehension. - There were statistically significant differences at the level of statistical significance (α≤0.05) average student signs in the experimental group (Who are studying using a cooperative learning strategy) and average student signs in the control group (who study using the usual method) In the test of solving the comprehension of post-reading, when reviewing the arithmetic averages, the differences were found to be in favor of the experimental group; It reached the arithmetic average of the experimental group (17.43) while the arithmetic average of the control group (13.34) which indicates the high skill of solving reading comprehension among members of the experimental group compared to the control group, This indicates a positive impact of the use of collaborative learning in improving students' ability to solve reading comprehension In the light of the findings of the study, the researcher made several recommendations, including: Modern teaching strategies use modern teaching in the teaching of Arabic language because of their positive impact on positive learning. The need for the teachers of Arabic to know the modern teaching strategies to learn and teach different language skills.

The study aims to find out the impact of intensive reading strategy on English for specific purposes college students' in developing vocabulary. To achieve the aim of the study, 40 ESP College students were randomly chosen from the college of political sciences at A-Nahrain University in Iraq, the participants were in the second grade during the academic year 2017-2018. Two groups were enrolled in this experiment, 20 ESP students in the experimental group and the same number in the control group. To determine if the intensive reading strategy had an impact on ESP student's in developing vocabulary, a pre-posttest was administered for both groups. The control group was treated by the traditional way of teaching vocabulary through translating the words in Arabic language and memorizing them with the help of the teacher, while the experimental group was treated by using intensive reading strategy for about ten weeks. The chosen texts were taken from (New Head way Pre-intermediate student's book). Fill in the blank exercises had been chosen in the pre-posttest which consist of 50 items for each, the test was administered by the researcher. Based on the findings of this research, it was found that the new strategy has a positive impact on ESP College students' in mastering vocabulary that was proven from the improvement of students’ mean score from pretest to posttest. Based on the results gained; it is recommended that intensive reading strategy can play a great role in mastering vocabulary.

Women are more at risk to stress in pregnancy than during the puerperium. One method of coping with stress is through physical exercise. Maryam Exercise can be used as an alternative to the development of pregnancy exercises in Indonesia because it covers the holistic aspects and easy to do. It is a combination of basic pregnancy exercises, Islamic prayer (Salat) movements and dhikr.  The purpose of this study was to examine the impact of Maryam exercise on the stress levels and cortisol serum levels among primiparous pregnant women. This study used a quasi-experimental study design, pre-test and post-test with non-equivalent control group. In the third trimester of 40 primiparous women  were randomly assigned into two groups such the experimental group (n=20) and the control group (n=20). The experimental group received the Maryam exercise while the control group received the standard antenatal exercise. There was a significant difference in stress levels between the intervention group and the control group before and after receiving the intervention (p <0.05). The cortisol levels also showed the significance difference between the intervention group and the control group before and after receiving the intervention (p <0.05). The findings of this study suggest that Maryam Exercise has a positive impact on stress levels and cortisol serum levels of primiparous pregnant women.

Modern conditions of military-professional (combat) activity of servicemen of the Armed Forces of Ukraine require a high level of development of their physical and volitional qualities, as well as military-applied motor skills. The most effective for ensuring the development and formation of these qualities and skills of servicemen are military-applied sports. Military pentathlon is a modern military-applied sport that is popular among cadets. The article examines the impact of military pentathlon on the dynamics of cadets’ special physical fitness. The study was conducted at the Military Academy (Odessa) in 2016–2021. The study involved cadets (ages 17–24) who attended a military pentathlon sports section (experimental group (EG), n = 30). The level and dynamics of special physical training of EG cadets were checked according to the exercises that are competitive in military pentathlon, during the annual military pentathlon competitions for the championship of Military Academy. The assessment was carried out according to the following tests: shooting with an AK-74, overcoming an obstacle course of 500 m, swimming 50 m with obstacles, throwing grenades, cross-country 8 km. It was found that at the end of training at the academy EG cadets significantly improved (p≤0,001) indicators: in shooting – by 36.8 points, in overcoming the obstacle course 500 m – by 59.2 s, in swimming 50 m with obstacles – by 5.4 is, in throwing grenades – for 38.9 points, in cross-country for 8 km – for 7 min 21.3 s. This indicates the positive impact of military pentathlon on the level of special physical training of cadets and the formation of their military-applied motor skills.
