A model of scientific citation distribution is given. We apply it to understand the role of the Hirsch index as an indicator of scientific publication importance in Mathematics and some related fields. The proposed model is based on a generalization of such well-known distributions as geometric and Sibuya laws. Real data analysis of the Hirsch index and corresponding citation numbers is given.

In the modern world, the processes of globalization, migration, increased social mobility, the availability of tourism and other ways of meeting cultures lead to the activation of intercultural communication. More and more people become bearers of more than one culture (biculturals). The choice of an identity model in scientific publications is often considered as a result of environmental influences, but intrapsychic factors, including cognitive styles, are not sufficiently considered. Existing studies give a rather vague picture. The purpose of this work is to generalize the available data on the role of the cognitive component in the identification processes, to identify possible predictors of hybrid and alternative identification, to build a model of the influence of cognitive factors on the choice of an identification model. The author's hypothetical model of cognitive predictors of hybrid or alternative identity (in the schema format) is proposed. We see further prospects for working on the problem in the empirical testing of the proposed model.

Industry 4.0 is a development trend of intelligent industries where all use of sophisticated equipment and are influenced by technological factors that are developing at this time. The emergence of industry 4.0 affects all aspects of the field including the field of marketing. Marketing is a marketing technique or introducing a product to the public to attract a lot of people. The role of Creative Content is needed in the publication of scientific papers in Industry 4.0. Creative Content can facilitate writers to publish scientific work. Social media is a medium for media creative content in scientific publications. However, the management of online scientific publications or e-journals is still of little use. To achieve Creative Content in scientific publications the need to conduct research or research to find out and obtain information about the role of creative content in scientific publications. The method used in the research is literature study, design, and mind map. Doing research / research is not just going to a place but looking for data in a journal is also needed. This study aims to determine the importance of digital content to improve the dissemination of information on publication management or e-journal in its application within the scope of APTISI Transactions on Management (ATM) journals that have been published online. It can be concluded that the role of creative content in scientific publications is very important, especially in the face of the industrial era 4.0.   Keywords: Industry 4.0, ATM, Marketing.

Rh-negative rare blood inventory protection plays an important role in emergency blood protection. Normally, hospitals typically hold a fixed amount of daily reserve in response to emergency needs, but the measure can increase the unnecessary cost of repeated freezing and thawing. In order to save manpower, protect blood resources and reduce costs, a two-stage stochastic model is proposed to determine the optimal daily reserve of Rh-negative red blood cells, taking into account the uncertainty of demand. First, the model focuses on minimizing operational cost, shortage cost and damage caused by blood substitution. Then, the proposed model generates a series of discrete scenarios to solve the uncertainty of demand and predict the demand. In addition, a case study is presented to prove the validity of the proposed model with real data. Sensitivity analysis is also established to observe the effect of parameter changes on the results. Finally, the results show that the proposed model can effectively reduce the cost and current waste.

The purpose of this chapter is to study the benefits of collaboration among shippers in less than truckload transportation and to show the role of transhipments in the collaboration. In this chapter, the authors propose a new model for the pickup and delivery problem with transhipment and time windows to study the role of transhipment in the green collaborative transportation. A transportation network with two transportation modes road and sea is considered. Different scenarios are optimized and compared in terms of cost and CO2 emissions: with/without collaboration and with/without transhipment. The proposed model is applied to a case study with real data from three agri-food companies in short sea shipping context. With this model, the total cost and the total amount of CO2 emissions are reduced by using collaboration and transhipment. An experimental study was conducted to illustrate this positive impact.

In the absence of a correct distribution theory for complex data, neutrosophic algebra can be very useful in quantifying uncertainty. In applied data analysis, implementation of existing gamma distribution becomes inadequate for some applications when dealing with an imprecise, uncertain, or vague dataset. Most existing works have explored distributional properties of the gamma distribution under the assumption that data do not have any kind of indeterminacy. Yet, analytical properties of the gamma model for the more realistic setting when data involved uncertainties remain largely underdeveloped. This paper fills such a gap and develops the notion of neutrosophic gamma distribution (NGD). The proposed distribution represents a generalized structure of the existing gamma distribution. The basic distributional properties, including moments, shape coefficients, and moment generating function (MGF), are established. Several examples are considered to emphasize the relevance of the proposed NGD for dealing with circumstances with inadequate or ambiguous knowledge about the distributional characteristics. The estimation framework for treating vague parameters of the NGD is developed. The Monte Carlo simulation is implemented to examine the performance of the proposed model. The proposed model is applied to a real dataset for the purpose of dealing with inaccurate and vague statistical data. Results show that the NGD has better flexibility in handling real data over the conventional gamma distribution.

Modern practical experience in bibliometrics is based on the scrupulous study of researchers’ performance on the Internet. Most of the Russian scientists are confused by an array of indicators, and are unable to assess their own level of influence on modern science. The dynamic and successful development of science and related scientific and research activities throughout the twentieth century has revealed the vital problem of measuring the effects (impacts) of research findings. Participating in the academic life, the researchers have to evaluate constantly themselves and the colleagues in terms of assessing individual and collective contribution and using "digital" scientometrical indicators. The author reviews the modern perception of the significance and role of "digital" indicators in scientometrics on the whole, and in bibliometrics, in particular, in assessing modern science and its findings. While such indicators as Hirsch index, impact factor of scientific publications are the widely-known indicators, and Eigenfactor (native factor) is familiar to the few, almost no one knows what altmetrics and informetrics are and how to apply them. This article will make the first work in the series on the practical aspects of applying "digital" bibliometrical indicators in the daily researcher’s routine.

The papaer presents a review of some publications on the history of the development, formation, functions and capabilities of scientometrics, as well as the state of Russian science and its role on the international arena. The thoughts regarding the role of scientometrics in modern scientific research are stated. To date, scientometrics provides a number of possibilities. First of all, it is a system for monitoring publication activity of scientists around the world. Obviously, the main goal is structuring scientific publications with the following improvement of scientific activity. Howewer, are modern scientometric indicators objective in relation not only to the number, but also to the quality of scientific publications? Is the notorious Hirsch index an ideal parameter for evaluating the performance of researchers? Are there any prospects for scientometrics in the modern scientific world, or is a worthy alternative to currently used methods for assessing scientific activity required? These and many other questions are raised by the authors in this article.

This article discusses the Sasak people’s resistance against MataramKarangasem and Dutch colonial rulers in the 19th century in Lombok, Indonesia. It particularly focuses on Tuan Guru Umar Kelayu and his central role in the emergence of Sasak people’s resistance which transformed into Sasak physical revolution local and global imperialismcolonialism. Using the historical method, this article collected data through observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation. The data analysis involved the historical methods of heuristics, verification or criticism, interpretation, and historiography. The findings show that Sasak people’s resistance was not only caused by economic factors but also related to other factors such as social, cultural, and religious ones. Tuan Guru Umar Kelayu played a key role in the Sasak people’s resistance in that it was under his leadership and influence that the resistance transformed into a physical struggle against MataramKarangasem and Dutch colonialism as seen in Sakra War and Praya War which were led by his students and friends.

The objectives of this qualitative research were (1) to identify the factors that affect the Minangkabau language (ML) maintenance in Medan, (2) to discover the parents’ efforts in maintaining ML in Medan and (3) to find out the reason why the speakers have to maintain ML. The souree of data is the nembers of the Association of Sei Jaring Community (Ikatan Warga Sei Jaring: IWS) in Medan. The sample was 10 families including 10 parents and their children. The instruments of this study are a questionnaire and an interview. The questionnaire was used to answer the factors affected the maintenance of ML and how factors affected the maintenance of ML. The interview was used to discover the influence why Minangkabau’s people have to maintain ML. There are four factors in ML maintenance, the parents’ role, the role of family, the intramarriage and homeland visits. After distributing questionnaire and did some interviews it is found that IWS especially for the third generation (children) has the danger level in ML when they communicate to each other. Meanwhile, the data analysis also shows that both fathers and mothers communicate to each other with ML. This condition occurred because of the influence of the environment. Parents have to keep communication and teaching Minangkabau language continuously to their children. so, the young generation can keep the existence of ML for their future. The paper presents the system of predicting the indicators of accreditation of technical universities based on J. Forrester mechanism of system dynamics. According to analysis of cause-and-effect relationships between selected variables of the system (indicators of accreditation of the university) there was built the oriented graph. The complex of mathematical models developed to control the quality of training engineers in Russian higher educational institutions is based on this graph. The article presents an algorithm for constructing a model using one of the simulated variables as an example. The model is a system of non-linear differential equations, the modelling characteristics of the educational process being determined according to the solution of this system. The proposed algorithm for calculating these indicators is based on the system dynamics model and the regression model. The mathematical model is constructed on the basis of the model of system dynamics, which is further tested for compliance with real data using the regression model. The regression model is built on the available statistical data accumulated during the period of the university's work. The proposed approach is aimed at solving complex problems of managing the educational process in universities. The structure of the proposed model repeats the structure of cause-effect relationships in the system, and also provides the person responsible for managing quality control with the ability to quickly and adequately assess the performance of the system.
