The paper presents a new approach to the development strategy of the production system based on a formalized description of bifurcations that occur in the creative activity of specialists. The goal of the development of the production system in an effort to approach the concept of a bespoke non-commodity production is justified. It is shown that an effective producer of the strategic development process is a "bifurcation producer", which in turn is the fruit of creative activity. As the first measure of evaluating the effectiveness of the strategy for the development of the production system, an approximate method for calculating the similarity coefficient of bifurcation producers to bespoke non-commodity production is proposed.

The regions’ development specializing in the minerals extraction has certain features, primarily due to the region's economy mono-dependence on its structure diversifying possibility. In modern conditions, the study of the problem of an innovative approach to the strategic development of mining regions in Russia becomes obvious and logical. The article examines the issues of a conceptually new approach to the elaboration of the strategy for the mining region development as the main prerequisites for increasing its socio-economic condition efficiency. The use of marketing technologies in the region development strategy, as well as clustering based on the territorial production placement forms, taking into account the placement principles, the region subjects integration both inside and outside the national economic network, contributes to accelerating the solution of the tasks faced by all participants in the regional development process. A coal mining region SWOT-analysis was carried out. The main result of the work is the assessment of the synergetic effect value that manifests itself in the provision of resources combining the region’s spheres and industries. The results of the study can be recommended for use in the strategy development for the "monoregions" sustainable development.

The shift to satisfied customer markets forces manufacturers to offer customised products. Moreover, product lifecycles are shortened, which requires a faster development of products and corresponding production systems. Both challenges amplify complexity in production. This complexity is usually confronted with flexibility. A new approach offering decentralised structures, and thereby flexibility, comes from cybertronic systems (CTS), which are further developed mechatronic systems with the capability to communicate through open networks with other such mechatronic systems. Up to now no integrated development process to engineer cybertronic products (CTP) and production systems (CTPS) has been developed, although such a process is essential to use their beneficial properties for today’s market conditions. Therefore, research is conducted in the research project mecPro². First, the properties of cybertronic systems are investigated and dissociated from those of mechatronic systems. Based on these properties, the connections of CTP and CTPS are analysed and a systematics for description for both is identified. With this the model-based development processes of CTP and CTPS can be further defined as well as their intersections and afterwards implemented in a data model. Finally, the development process is summarised in a product lifecycle management software to support the development process.

Transformation of socio-economic relations, the accelerated development of production systems, introduction of innovative technologies, the development of the economy of excess supply, the reorientation of the development strategy of the organization in a situation of unstable market necessitates the introduction of the company´s customer-oriented approach. This approach is seen as a particular concept of the construction business, including the complex of the actions directed on satisfaction and shaping customer needs (end users and Resellers), implemented at all levels and focused on innovative (proactive) development with the aim of achieving a sustainable competitive advantage.

The strategic development of retail is taking place in a fiercely competitive environment. In the context of the coronavirus pandemic and the weakening of the ruble, the development of the strategy has become particularly important for retailers. The apparel market has a number of specific features that significantly affect the formation of the development strategy. One of the most important directions in achieving competitive stability is to optimize logistics costs through the development of the distribution network. The article presents the results of a study of the competitive position of the apparel brand "MOHITO". The study proved the logistics strategy of the retailer in Siberia and the Far East as well-founded. This strategy is based on the organization of a distribution centre in Irkutsk which leads to reorganization of the supply chain of the LPP holding including the retailer "MOHITO". We also provided supporting rationale of the capacity of the potential market of the retailer in Siberia and the Far East in the case of the opening of a reference distribution centre in Irkutsk.

In the article a new approach to the development of strategy of commercial organization development is offered. Authors enter the new concept “economical and technological foresight” which is understood as an expert assessment of the strategic directions of social and economic and innovative development, of identification of the technological breaks capable to make impact on economy and society in the medium-term and long term on the basis of the theory of economical and technological development of firm. It is shown how on the basis of the regularities revealed within the theory of economical and technological development of firm it is possible to prove tendencies and laws of development of last, modern and future production systems. It is shown how to use the law of alternation of economical and technological structure of firm and the law of growth of economically justified volumes of release in the development of production systems.

Recently there has appeared an apparent trend of increasing diversity of products, as well as a simultaneous increase in the frequency of their turnover. However, modern production lacks dynamics in its development, which is associated with the low change of resources during the transition to new products. To describe the production system there has been proposed a productional approach. The traditional factors of efficiency of production systems are reviewed and systematized: factors of organizational structure, technology and available resources. The process of the production transformation based on the mechanism of routine and creative transformation of work activities identifies new factors of efficiency of a production system: the effectiveness of creative activity, efficiency of scientific activity and performance of automation. The mutual influence of traditional and new factors of efficiency of a production system has been considered. The effectiveness of creative activities improves the efficiency of a production system through the factors of technology, resources and quality of the project of output product. The effectiveness of scientific activity affects the factors of technology and creates conditions for further automation of production. The automation efficiency increases the efficiency of the production system through the factors of technology and resources, freeing up people for deployment within a production system. New ideas of production systems analysis allowed to hypothesize the existence of a new factor of increasing the efficiency of production systems - accumulating the creative potential by freeing up personnel in the course of automation production. When the creative methods get activated, working routine transforms into creative state. Creative activity is the main driving force of scientific and technical progress; it creates conditions for the dynamic development of industrial enterprise.

The article is a development of a variation of the methodology for developing a strategy for the development of an enterprise in the field of agribusiness. The strategic development line for an agribusiness enterprise is based on a detailed analysis of the external environment and a comparison of the strengths and weaknesses of the potential of the internal environment, but the emphasis in the development strategy, unified for all agribusiness enterprises in Russia, should be uniform, as the results of this work show. Many agribusiness enterprises are not able to use a development strategy, due to the fact that they have a weak internal potential that does not allow them to realize the opportunities provided to them by a favorable external environment. An agribusiness that is in a different position, in order to use all the benefits available to enterprises that use the traditional approach in forming a development strategy, must first use a comprehensive analysis. Agromarketing is singled out as the main direction aimed at strengthening and developing the internal environment of the agribusiness organization. Agromarketing, based on the principles of customer orientation, realizing all the needs and requirements of a potential consumer of agricultural products.
