The regions’ development specializing in the minerals extraction has certain features, primarily due to the region's economy mono-dependence on its structure diversifying possibility. In modern conditions, the study of the problem of an innovative approach to the strategic development of mining regions in Russia becomes obvious and logical. The article examines the issues of a conceptually new approach to the elaboration of the strategy for the mining region development as the main prerequisites for increasing its socio-economic condition efficiency. The use of marketing technologies in the region development strategy, as well as clustering based on the territorial production placement forms, taking into account the placement principles, the region subjects integration both inside and outside the national economic network, contributes to accelerating the solution of the tasks faced by all participants in the regional development process. A coal mining region SWOT-analysis was carried out. The main result of the work is the assessment of the synergetic effect value that manifests itself in the provision of resources combining the region’s spheres and industries. The results of the study can be recommended for use in the strategy development for the "monoregions" sustainable development.

The paper presents a new approach to the development strategy of the production system based on a formalized description of bifurcations that occur in the creative activity of specialists. The goal of the development of the production system in an effort to approach the concept of a bespoke non-commodity production is justified. It is shown that an effective producer of the strategic development process is a "bifurcation producer", which in turn is the fruit of creative activity. As the first measure of evaluating the effectiveness of the strategy for the development of the production system, an approximate method for calculating the similarity coefficient of bifurcation producers to bespoke non-commodity production is proposed.

he development of increasing tourist arrivals to Bali led to the development of business and tourism in the world of business, one business trip in Bali. PT. Tour East Tours and Travel is the one of the travel agents in Bali in this to win the competition with other companies, the need for proper marketing strategy and correct. This study aims to determine the marketing strategy Full Day tour packages PT. Tour East Indonesia and what strategies can be implemented in the PT. Tour East Tours and Travel to boost sales of tour packages to tourists as well as winning the competition with other companies. In this study using Qualitative descriptive data analysis techniques combined with a SWOT analysis to figure out what the right strategy is used to market tour packages Full Day of PT. Tour East Indonesia. Based on the SWOT matrix analysis obtained a marketing strategy that can be applied to PT. Tour East Tours and Travel is a strategy creation and development of tourism products, increased promotion strategies, human resource development strategy, market segmentation strategy development, and strategies for improving the quality of products and services. From the results of this study can be given advice to the PT. Tour East Tours and Travel is improving service process management and define market segments and maintain the image of the internal and external environment, while maintaining a cooperative relationship, and held training to staff meetings.

The research aim is to determine development strategy of Banjar Samu as a tourism village. This research used qualitative and quantitative data with source from primary and secondary data. Observation, interview and documentation are data collection techniques. The sample method used purposive sampling while data analysis used descriptive qualitative and SWOT analysis.  Based on the results, the research indicate is that Banjar Samu have tourism potential which is consisted of natural potentials include panorama of rice fields and water springs. While the potential of culture include: community activities, hospitality and attitude of mutual cooperation, temples: building architecture and religious activity, sacred art of barong landung and another arts entertainment such as joged bumbung, arja, gambelan geguntangan, as well as local craft communities such as wood carving, silver handicrafts, yoga-meditation activity and sekaa such as sekaa gong,  joged, geguntangan, arja, angklung, subak and sekaa santi. Based on the analysis of SWOT Matrix, the results obtained by SO strategies are improving the quality of tourism potential and establish tourist activity. ST strategy is improving the security services. WO strategies are increasing cooperation with the government college, arranging some promotion. Introduction. In the insurance market of Ukraine, there is a need for non-commercial insurance, which does not carry out business activities in favor of shareholders, but implements the principle of collective mutual assistance of insurance participants. Its necessity is determined, first of all, by the possibility at affordable prices to provide real insurance coverage to the general population, agricultural producers, small business representatives, and others like that. The development of the strategic development of the work of insurance companies prompts them to rational use of all their resources, in order to increase their efficiency at all stages of development. For this purpose, special methods of strategic management are used, which include the search for economic criteria that provide an objective assessment of the company's activities. Thus, conducting this analysis will enable each company to make it competitive on the insurance market. Aim and tasks. The purpose of the article is to reveal and substantiate the institutional forms and perform SWOT analysis to identify the weak and strong points of the organization of the insurance company and the strategic development of insurance activities in general. Research results. The article reveals the concept of institutional forms of organization of insurance activity in Ukraine. Conducted competitive analysis (SWOT-analysis) of strategic development of insurance companies and organization of insurance activity in Ukraine. The proposed ways of strategic development, weak and strong forms of organization of insurance activity are revealed. Conclusion. Insurance companies have financial institutionalization of their forms of activity. Under this concept is understood the process of consolidation of norms, roles, statuses, rules for bringing and combining them into the insurance system for the ability to act for insurance protection. The conducted analysis of the activity of the insurance company, its development strategy provides an opportunity to identify the most promising directions for its development and organization of work. Thus, the identification of weak and strong sides of the company, based on SWOT analysis, positively influences the development of the company's future strategy, its organizational structure, as well as the quality and price of insurance services.

The basic concept of tourism development strategy mangrove forest is reviewing the state of observation in the area of mangrove forests, perceptions and preferences of society and local government, and the use of SWOT analysis. This study aims to determine the development strategy of mangrove forest tour in the village Langadai Kelumpang Hilir Subdistrict, so mangrove well then expected to implement development programs and the development of an integrated strategy between the conservation of natural resouces with economic development in a sustainable society. The application of the concept of travel in the area of mangrove forest ecosystems in general is expected to reduce the rate of destruction of these areas by the public.  Processing method used is the analysis of the potensial landscape and strategy development SWOT analysis. Analysis of the data elements of the landscape each focal point of the model pengharkatan done that is by scoring according to the criteria assessment landscape elements that have been modified. While the SWOT analysis is a technique for identifying problems based on potential or strengths and weaknesses to address and respond to the opportunities and threats. So that the analysis results can be used as a basis for the development of mangrove forest tour in the village Langadai Kelumpang Hilir subdistrict in the future.  Based on the results of the assessment landscape mangrove forest tour in the village Langadai Kelumpang Hilir Subdistrict is in the range of 19-33 which means to have a high quality, so it has the potential to be developed as the natural attractions. Based on the results of this study resulted in several recommendations that include: Completing the supporting infrastructure of natural traveled activities such as: roads, bridges, gazebo, fishing, sanitary facilities, public toilets and others. Promotion to the public both in the region and outside the region. The government should  make the rules tight areas in the preservation of nature and fully supported by the community. Improving the quality of management of natural attractions integrated manner.

The purpose of this research is to study the prospect, problem fared and formulate the developing strategy of raising the chicken laugh at Kendari. The results of this study are expected to be useful as a reference basis for government and practitioners in developing chicken laugh at Kendari and as a reference for further research. The study was conducted in October - November 2012 held at Kendari. Determination of sub-sample study conducted by purposive sampling based on the amount of chicken population Ketawa most, the samples used were each 10 Baruga farmers in the district, sub-district and district Poasia Kadia. Methods of data collection that is through interview, observation and documentation. Data analysis was performed based on a percentage of the value and use SWOT analysis then reviewed descriptively. Prospects for business development in the chicken laugh Kendari supported by the high price of chicken laugh, the majority of farmers belong to the productive age and height HR breeders. The problem faced by the chicken business is a sideline laughing, limited capital breeder, the lack of a stable market and a lack of knowledge and skills in disease control. Penentuan kecamatan sampel penelitian dilakukan secara purposive sampling berdasarkan jumlah populasi ayam Ketawa terbanyak. Jumlah responden di masing-masing Kecamatan lokasi penelitian sebanyak 10 orang peternak, sehingga seluruhnya berjumlah 30 orang responden. Metode pengumpulan data melalui wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Analisis data berdasarkan nilai presentase dan menggunakan analisis SWOT kemudian diulas secara deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa prospek pengembangan usaha ayam ketawa di Kota Kendari didukung oleh tingginya harga ayam ketawa, mayoritas peternak tergolong usia produktif dan tingginya SDM peternak. Permasalahan yang dihadapi yakni usaha ayam ketawa bersifat sambilan, modal usaha peternak terbatas, belum adanya pasar yang stabil dan kurangnya pengetahuan dan keterampilan dalam pengendalian penyakit. Berdasarkan analisis SWOT maka strategi pengembangannya yakni perlu pembinaan manajemen usaha dalam bentuk pelatihan dan mengarahkan usahanya menjadi usaha pokok yang berorientasi pasar, meningkatkan skala usaha ternak, memaksimalkan peran dan fungsi ASPAK untuk menyelenggarakan kontes ayam ketawa serta pameran-pameran peternakan, perlu adanya pembinaan pengendalian penyakitKata Kunci : Prospek, strategi, pengembangan, ayam ketawa, Kota Kendari

East Java is included in the strategic area of national halal tourism development by the Ministry of Tourism. This was supported by the existence of religious tourism objects, natural and artificial tourism attractions, organizing annual cultural events, and adequate infrastructure. The purpose of this research is to review the potential and formulate strategies for the development of halal tourism in East Java. This research uses secondary data with qualitative method and SWOT analysis technique. Internal analysis shows the strengths and weaknesses factor as well as external analysis shows the opportunity and challenge factors of weakness in the development of halal tourism in East Java. Strength factors include diversity of tourist destinations, infrastructure to support the mobility of tourists, and level of tourist visits. Weakneses factors include promotion and branding, skilled human resources, as well as supporting facilities for halal tourism. Opportunity factors include government policy support, existence of supporting institutions and international reputation of halal tourism Indonesia. Threat factors include economic stability, security stability and competition for the halal tourism industry. Based on the analysis of internal and external factors, the formulation of the development strategy of halal tourism in East Java among others : a) S-O strategy: encouraging domestic and foreign investment in the development of halal tourism in East Java; b) W-O strategy: development of East Java halal tourism information center platform; c) S-T strategy: create a brand identity for East Java halal tourism titled “Khazanah Jawa Timur”; d) W-T strategy: establishment of special economic zone for east java halal tourism.

Since after independence in Nigeria in 1960, the country has been fighting for good governance and a capable state in terms of economic and socioeconomic. The Nigeria development programs have been implemented to achieve the objectives. In 2009, the government of Nigeria embarked upon vision 2020, the ambition to position Nigeria to become one of the top 20 economic in the world national development by 2020 by linking the objective of the National Economic and Empowerment Development Strategy(NEEDS) and the seven-point agenda. However, there are certain questions that need to be asked such as; how much the vision 2020 myth is becoming reality; how has Nigeria performed in terms of good governance and a capable state as far as vision 2020 is concerned. Nagari Batu Banyak is one of the villages in West Sumatra. Weak physical and non-physical potential is thought to be a trigger lagging rural villages. For the purpose of this research is to determine the development strategy of backward villages in order to become a developed country. Qualitative research methods FGD (Focus Group Discussion) involving community leaders, cadiak pandai, and Wali Nagari. To reinforce the data, the researchers also conducted observations and interviews with informants. Appointment done by using purposive sampling while to determine rural development strategy using SWOT analysis (Strengths / strength, Weakness / weakness, Opportunities / opportunities, and Threats / threats) .Next, data analysis techniques through reduction, display, classification, and the conclusion. The result showed that the Nagari Batu Banyak an agricultural area with development potential persawahan.Belum type of physical and non-physical villages villages hamper progress. It can be seen from the acquisition of land resources are limited, damaged irrigation, and low production road access. While human resources, social institutions and economic institutions are still weak due to mental and public instant culture. Therefore, the strategy of rural development can be done by improving and optimizing natural resources through the use of quality seeds, improved irrigation and access roads production, improve the way the process of agriculture, improve human resources by training and counseling, socialization of economic action immoral, to improve the economy through the eyes of search Alternatively, set up a village granary, and to enhance community participation through social institutions.Keywords: strategy, strategy development, backward village

The material of the article is devoted to the study of the potential opportunities for a company to enter the regional telecommunications market. The authors believe that the development strategy should be based on the formation of competitive advantages. T2 Mobile was an example of the implementation of the development strategy. After the transaction of consolidation of Rostelecom and T2 Mobile, it is planned to enter the markets of Sevastopol and Crimea.
