This research was conducted to .find (1) the application of marketing public relations, (2) communication word of mouth on the attractiveness of Taman Safari Indonesia, (3) the influence of marketing public relations for word of mouth communication. The method used is quantitative with explanatory research type, which explains the causal relationship between the independent variables on the dependent variable through hypothesis testing. This type of research consists of descriptive and verification conducted through data collection in the field Data collection methods used in the form of a questionnaire measuring instrument method research is conducted with a sample of 46 tourists. This study uses a descriptive analysis of the frequency and method of simple linear regression. The results showed that (1) the relationship public marketing undertaken by manager Taman Safari Indonesia has done well, through publications, events, sponsorship, news, speeches, public service and media activity identity, (2) communication word of mouth carried by tourists so that it can help disseminate information on attractions quickly. This study found that the tourist attractions are also provided recommendations, saying positive things and encourage and influence others to visit the attractions are concerned. (3) There is a significant positive effect between marketing and public relations for the communication word of mouth. This indicates a better marketing, Public Relations better than word of mouth communication about the appeal.

This study aims to determine word of mouth communication and purchasing decisions in Simpang Raya Restaurant Pasteur, and knowing how word of mouth communication influence on purchasing decisions in Simpang Raya Restaurant Pasteur. This study was a survey research type of research that the information collected from respondents using a questionnaire. The study population was all purchasers in Resoran Simpang Raya Pasteur. The sampling method used in this research is non-probability sampling with accidental sampling technique with 100 respondents. Data collection techniques using questionnaires that have been tested for validity and reliability. Data analysis technique used is descriptive analysis, correlation analysis, and simple linear regression analysis. The results showed that word of mouth communication positively related to purchasing decisions in Simpang Raya Restaurant Pasteur. Communication word of mouth in Simpang Raya Restaurant Pasteur is in the category fairly with the average response of 3.24 and purchasing decisions in Simpang Raya Restaurant Pasteur is the category of good/high with the mean average response of 3.57. Communication word of mouth give influence to purchasing decisions amounted 35.4%. The rest was influenced by other variables not examined in this study in the amount of 64.6%. The other variable is the cultural factors, personal factors, and psychological factors. Suggestions for the company based on the conclusion, Simpang Raya Restaurant Pasteur is expected to improve the quality of service that consumers were satisfied and had no complaints about Simpang Raya Restaurant Pasteur. So word of mouth communication is positive by consumer and ends on the repurchase and the emergence of potential buyers. Then, Simpang Raya Pasteur is expected to enable the public relations to complete the deployment of negative WOM communication via electronic media, namely the Internet.

Travel activities have become the lifestyle of today's society. Many people take advantage of a holiday just to travel to various tourist attractions. In the context of tourism, lifestyles are also associated with activities, hobbies, opinions, which play an important role in consumer behavior. Trend tours that became a lifestyle one of them is special interest tourism. Dolandeso is one of the special interest attractions with environmental conservation mission based on cultural values and local wisdom. Dolandeso is a community-run tourism and is a Community based Tourism (CBT). Dolandeso tourism is a blend of the beauty of the environment, nature and value of harmonization between humans. This study aims to analyze the Word of Mouth (WOM) model influenced by satisfaction, image and attractiveness. This research uses 100 international tourist respondents. The sampling technique uses convience sampling. Data analysis using two step approach to SEM. The results show that the WOM model is acceptable. Satisfaction has positive effect on WOM, image has positive effect on attractiveness and satisfaction, attractiveness has positive effect on satisfaction.

Congruity of brand and individual values is the degree of fit or similarity between consumers' personal values and the perceived values of a certain brand. In this study, we took Huawei as the test brand and investigated 525 consumers in 30 countries to examine whether congruity of brand and individual values influences consumer word-of-mouth communication in an international context. The results show that (a) brand commitment played a mediating role in the effect of brand–individual values congruity on word of mouth, (b) the consistency of a brand's practices and its values (brand behavior congruity) moderated the relationship between brand–individual values congruity and the consumers' brand commitment, and (c) brand behavior congruity moderated the mediating role of brand commitment in the relationship between values congruity and positive word of mouth. Our findings provide insight into the impact of values congruity for consumers.

ABSTRAK Nathasya Wiguna, Marketing Public Relations Melalui Instagram Screamous (Analisis Deskriptif pada Instagram @Screamous_55) Media sosial Instagram media dan seiring dengan berkembangnya zaman, Instagram menjadi salah satu media sosial yang cukup diminati untuk kepentingan komunikasi pemasaran, dengan ciri khasnya mengedepankan pesan visual dan audio visual dengan interaktivitas yang tinggi. Marketing Public Relations Instagram Screamous menjadikan instagram sebagai media atau saluran dalam berbisnis salah satunya di bidang fashion. Screamous dalam hal ini memiliki peran aktif dalam mengelola dan menginformasikan sebuah produk melalui media online.  Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meraih penyampaian informasi, mengenalkan brand dan produk serta menerapkan bangga akan produk lokal dengan menciptakan opini yang menguntungkan dan berhasilnya pemasaran. Selain itu bertujuan untuk mengetahui pull strategi dalam menarik minat konsumen terhadap konsumen, dengan push strategi yang mendorong berhasilnya pemasaran dan menggunakan pass strategi dalam memberikan opini yang menguntungkan. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Kualitatif dengan pendekatan analisis desktiptif dan menerapkan paradigma konstruktivisme, kemudian teknik yang di gunakan pada penelitian ini adalah teknik pengumpulan data, observasi partisipatori pasif, wawancara mendalam dan studi dokumen. Penelitian ini dilakukan melalui langkah-langkah : menentukan lokasi penelitian, menentukan metode penelitian, menentukan pemilihan informan, menentukan sumber dan jenis data, menentukan teknik pengumpulan data serta mengolah dan menganalisis data. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa dalam mengenalkan dan mempertahankan brand lokal, dalam menunjang berhasilnya pemasaran. Screamous mengajak kepada para konsumen menyatukan suatu pemahaman bahwa sebagai warga negara yang baik, harus bangga akan produk lokal atau produk  dalam negeri. Marketing Public Relations Melalui Instagram Screamous dalam mempromosikan suatu produk terdiri dari Pull Strategy dalam menarik minat melalui campaign di produk atau barang Screamous dan melakukan kegiatan promosi melalui media online, dan media sosial. Push Strategy Screamous melalui spesial event, seperti kickfest, expo dalam mendorong berhasilnya pemasaran. Pass Strategy Screamous dalam menciptakan opini yang menguntungkan melalui kegiatan sponsorship seperti acara seminar, edukasi, acara musik dalam menjalin kerjasama dan membantu generasi bangsa dalam berkarya. Marketing Public Relations Instagram Screamous makes Instagram as a media or channel in doing business, one of them is in the fashion sector. Screamous in this case has an active role in managing and informing a product through online media. This study aims to achieve information delivery, introduce brands and products and apply pride in local products by creating favorable opinions and marketing success. In addition, it aims to find out the pull strategies in attracting consumer interest to consumers, with push strategies that encourage successful marketing and use pass strategies in providing favorable opinions. The method used in this study is qualitative with descriptive analysis approach and applying the constructivism paradigm, then the techniques used in this study are data collection techniques, passive participatory observation, in-depth interviews and document studies. This research was carried out through steps: determining the location of the study, determining the research method, determining the selection of informants, determining the source and type of data, determining the data collection techniques and processing and analyzing data. The results of this study indicate that in introducing and maintaining a local brand, in supporting the success of marketing. Screamous invites consumers to unite an understanding that as a good citizen, they must be proud of local products or domestic products. Marketing Public Relations Through Instagram Screamous in promoting a product consists of Pull Strategy in attracting interest through campaigns on Screamous products or goods and conducting promotional activities through online media, and social media. Push Strategy Screamous through special events, such as kickfest, expo in encouraging marketing success. This study examines coffee shops’ marketing mix and its impact on customer satisfaction and word of mouth (WOM). Also, analyzing customer satisfaction mediates the relationship between the marketing mix and word of mouth. This study used a quantitative approach with 100 sampling of coffee shop’s customers across Malang City. Primary data collection is done by distributing questioner containing several questions using a Likert scale to the respondents, while secondary data is obtained from literature studies. For analyzing the data, this study applied descriptive analysis and statistical analysis employed WarpPLS 7.0 software to perform the Partial Least Squares-Structural Equation Modelling (PLS-SEM) analysis. This study proves that marketing mix has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction, and the same relationship was found between the marketing mix and WOM. An important finding from this study is that customer satisfaction plays a mediating role between marketing mix and word of mouth.

The purpose of this research is to determine whether word of mouth which has developed into electronic (eWOM) in the digitalization era can strengthen or weaken the influence of the perceived value received by customers from previous purchases to repurchase or not. This study uses a quantitative approach, whereas the method of data collection was purposive sampling and has determined as many as 116 samples. The population in this research are followers of Shopee Indonesia in Instagram, with the various characteristics that have been determined by researchers to be taken as a sample for this research. The method of data analysis using equations from Cohen et al. (1975) in the journal of Sharma et al. (1981). The regression analysis is based on the researcher's comprehension of the negligibility correlation between moderation and predictor variables. Based on the results, Perceived Value has a significant and positive effect on Repurchase Intention, and the regression model analysis was found that the inclusion of the moderation variable, strengthened the influence of Perceived Value on Repurchase Intention by 61,5% from the previous results (55,8%).

Purpose The purpose of this study is twofold: to examine the effect of information sharing and contract on increasing the trust level in the relationship between the batik small- and medium-size enterprises (SMEs) and supplier and to examine the trust on performance of a supply chain related to the procurement of raw cotton fabric (mori). Design/methodology/approach This research used primary data collected through interviews and closed questionnaires using a five-point Likert scale. The sample included 65 people, including batik SME-owners in Pekalongan, a Central Java city. This research was conducted using partial least square (PLS) through SmartPLS 3.0 software to analyze the hypothesis. Findings The results of hypothesis testing indicate that trust between owners of SME and their suppliers has a significant positive effect on the performance of supply chain management (SCM). Strong trust between batik SME- owners with their suppliers will be beneficial for both parties. Among other things, trust can reduce unnecessary cost and activity, reduce the waiting time for the arrival of raw material, reduce the number of inventories and increase profit and customer satisfaction. This result has also show that information sharing and informal contract have a significant positive effect on trust between batik SME-owners and their mori suppliers. In this case, information sharing has a higher effect on trust compared to informal contract. Broader information was distributed to the batik SME-owners and their suppliers, resulting in stronger trust between them. Research limitations/implications The limitations of this study include the relatively small sample size and data collection method used to determine the effect of trust, the number of the antecedent variables of trust and the type of scale used to measure the performance of the supply chain. Suggestions for future research may include expanding the scope of the data collection to other regions in Indonesia; adopting a dyadic approach and longitudinal research in providing evidence on the effect of trust as a component of an interactive activity along the supply chain; adding other variables that contribute towards increasing the trust between SMEs and their suppliers (such as commitment); and enhancing the performance measurement of SCM by using a direct measure of financial and non-financial performance instead of recording the perception of the batik SME-owners. Practical implications As the scale of their business increases, it is better if the batik SMEs can enhance information sharing and informal contract with suppliers to promote the development of trust. In this case, to ensure that batik SMEs will have better information sharing from their supplier, it is better if the batik SME-owners using the criteria of supplier willingness to share detailed information when they select the new supplier. Then, to increase the role of contract on trust, it is better if owner of batik SME learn to understand the written contract processes and procedures as their business scale increases. Social implications The research confirms that information sharing, informal contract and trust between batik SMEs and their suppliers can have a positive effect on the performance of the supply chain. It may encourage more SMEs and suppliers in the batik industry to build better information sharing, informal contract and trust as a bottom line for the economic and non-economic growth of their business. Originality/value The conceptual model used in this study is original, built from past research about the relationship between information sharing, informal contract and trust on the performance of the supply chain. Besides, the selection of the sample is also original, which in this case is on the batik SMEs which have informal contracts. This case has still been rarely studied, and the research is therefore highly valuable.

Drawing on research into electronic word-of-mouth communication, tie strength, and homophily, this study examines the actions of those who follow political leaders on Instagram as well as followers’ perceptions of the influence leaders’ posts have on their political views. The influence of leaders’ posts, as measured by a survey of followers, was also compared with strong-tie sources of opinion leadership, such as friends and family, and weak-tie sources, including co-workers and acquaintances. Findings indicate that posts from leaders whom followers usually agree with are seen as influencing followers’ views more than any other source, which is noteworthy given the nonexistent nature of the relationship. Implications for the study of tie strength on social media are also discussed.
