his study describes the effect of clinical supervision and academic supervision of principals on teacher performance in state junior high school 3 Rambang Dangku Muara Enim Regency. This study uses quantitative methods. Techniques and data collection procedures through questionnaires, observation, and documentation. Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression. Based on the data analysis, the conclusion is 1) there is a clue to clinical supervision of teacher performance, meaning that clinical supervision can renew teacher performance. 2) There is an effect of principal academic supervision on teacher performance. 3) there are clinical supervision and academic supervision of principals on teacher performance, thus teaching skills and work motivation collectively on teacher performance. Clinical supervision and academic supervision of principals are able to affect teacher performance with a contribution of 24.1%

The purpose of this research is to know the work motivation, organizational culture and competence on the performance of teachers in SMK Muhammadiyah 3 Aek Kanopan. The population in this study is all teachers of SMK Muhammadiyah 3 Aek Kanopan that amounted to 40 people. The data collection techniques in this study are documentation and poll list. Data analysis techniques using multiple linear regression analyses, classical assumption Test T, Test f and coefficient of determination. Data processing in this study uses the program SPSS 22.00 for Windows Software. Based on the results of the research conducted, from the partial testing influence of work motivation to the performance of the teacher obtained the value of sig (2 tailed) amounting to 0.005 smaller than a 0.05, then the motivation is declared a significant effect on the performance of teachers . A partial testing of organizational culture influences the teacher's performance gained a sig value of 0.003 smaller than a 0.05, hence the organizational culture revealed to be a significant impact on teacher performance. A partial test of competency influence on the teacher's performance obtained a sig value of 0.022 smaller than a 0.05, so it is stated that the competency has significant effect on the teacher's performance. Simultaneous testing of the influence of work Motiovasi, organizational culture and competency in the teacher's performance obtained a sig value of 0.000 smaller than a 0.05, then expressed work motivation, organizational culture and competencies are significant effect on Teacher's performance.

This objective of the study was to know 1) the influence of organization atmosphere on the teacher performance, 2) the influence of school leadership on the teacher performance and 3) the influence of organization atmosphere and school leadership on the teacher performance. This research uses quantitative methods. The population was the all teachers at Senior High School with the total 69 teachers and 1 headmaster. The Sampling was use random sampling technique at 25 respondents and multiple linear regression formula. Data collection is done by questionaire and documentations. Data were analyzed descriptively using SPPS Version 20 for windows. From the results of the study it can be concluded that 1) there was an influence of organization atmosphere on the teacher performance, 2) there was an influence of school leadership on the teacher performance and 3) there was an influence of organization atmosphere and school leadership on the teacher performance.

Educators determine the success of an education because they are as central figure in learning. Educators who have good pedagogical competence will be able to understand what is needed and desired by students in the learning process. Therefore, educators are required to improve the quality and the performance of education. This study aims to determine the effect of pedagogical competence on teacher performance, the effect of work motivation on teacher performance, and the influence of pedagogical competence and work motivation on teaher performance in Muhammadiyah Junior High School 4 Gempol. This type of research is quatitative research methods. In this study the data collection techniques used are, interview techniques and documentation techniques. The results of this study are that if educators have good pedagogical competence and high work motivation, then the performance of educators will be optimized in a comprehensive manner and more quickly achieved in improving the quality of education. And vice versa, if educators do not have poor pedagogical competence and low work motivatoin, the teacher's performance is said to be poor or not qualified.

This study aims to discover the significant influence of Organization Culture on teacher performance in cluster 1 Rambutan Subdistrict, Banyuasin Regency . This research uses quantitative methods. Data collection techniques using questionnaires and documentation. The data was analyzed using multiple linear regression formulas.The results of this study show that there is a significant influence of Organization Culture on teacher performance of elementary school with a t count value of 4,182 and t table of 1,998 where t count > t table then Ha2 received. The conclusion of this research is that good organization culture where they would actualized teacher performance.

ABSTRACKThe purpose of this study was to determine the effect of creativity and motivation on learning independence at Satya Wacana Christian Senior High School, Salatiga. This study used an associative method with a quantitative approach. The technique used is data collection (questionnaire). Data analysis using multiple linear regression Y = 36.706-0.143 (X1) + 0.265 (X2) based on the analysis and discussion it can be concluded that: 1) There is no influence between Creativity (X1) on Independence Learning (Y). 2) There is an influence between Motivation (X2) on Independent Learning (Y). 3.) There is an influence between Creativity (X1) and Motivation (X2) on Independence Learning (Y). This means that creativity does not contribute to learning independence while motivation contributes to increasing learning independence.Keywords : Kreativitas, Movivasi, dan Kemandirian Belajar

ABSTRACT  Management is a process of activities that are planned and carried out intentionally and continuously to all students in the relevant educational institutions in order to be able to participate in the learning and teaching process effectively and efficiently.  Learning achievement is the level of humanity students have in accepting, rejecting and assessing the information obtained in the teaching and learning process.  A person's learning achievement is in accordance with the level of success of something in learning subject matter which is expressed in the form of grades or report cards for each field of study after experiencing the teaching and learning process.  This study aims to determine the extent of implementation, acceptance, student management, efforts made, as well as the implications of the application of student management in At-Thiriiriah Junior High School in improving the quality of students.  This study uses a qualitative approach using a type of case study research by taking a background in At-Thiriahah Junior High School, Gunung Bunder I, Pamijahan, Bogor.  Data collection is done by interview, observation and documentation.  Data analysis uses descriptive analysis method.  Based on the process of data collection and data analysis, researchers can conclude several things including: (1) The application of student management that takes place at At-Thiriahah IT Junior High is classified as good, where the concept of student management starts from the  planning and implementation of new students, monitoring or control and evaluation can be applied by all at IT Thohiriah Junior High School.  (2) In an effort made by schools related to student management to improve the quality of students in At-Thiriahah Junior High School, among others: improving discipline including a).  At-Thiriahah Junior High School students arrive at 07.00 WIB, b) Wearing Uniforms.  (3) As for the implications of the implementation of student management to improve the quality of students in At-Thiriah Gunung Bunder I Junior High School, seen from the academic achievement in the form of UN scores that have increased, non-academic achievements achieved  by At-Thiriahah IT Middle School students have also increased, and graduates of At-Thiriiriah IT Middle School were accepted into public and private schools.  Keywords: Student Management, Academic Quality of Students

<p><strong>Abstract:</strong> The existence of a standardized appearance or ideal body, both for men and for women, often triggers body shaming for people who do not comply with these standards. This study aims to investigate the effect of body shaming on students' self-esteem This research uses a quantitative method using survey questionnare. Population of this study were 242 students of SMPN 2 Datuk Lima Puluh, with 60 sample of students. The instruments given were a questionnaire of body shaming and self-esteem. Then the data were analyzed using simple linear regression. The results of the calculations in data analysis indicates that each addition of one unit of body shaming score will be followed by a reduction in the score of the level of self-esteem. Furthermore, the results of the correlation coefficient showed that there is an effect of Body Shaming on Self-Esteem of Junior High School.</p><strong>Abstrak:</strong><em> </em>Adanya standarisasi penampilan tubuh yang ideal, baik bagi laki-laki maupun perempuan seringkali memicu terjadinya <em>body shaming</em> pada orang-orang yang tidak sesuai dengan standarisasi tersebut. Penelitian ini menguji Pengaruh <em>Body Shaming</em> terhadap <em>Self-Esteem</em> Siswa SMP. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode survei. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah 242 siswa SMPN 2 Datuk Lima Puluh dengan sampel 60 siswa. Instrumen yang diberikan adalah angket <em>body shaming</em> dan <em>self-esteem</em>. Hasil analisas data s menggunakan regresi linier sederhana. menunjukkan bahwa setiap penambahan satu satuan skor <em>body shaming</em> akan diikuti oleh pengurangan skor tingkat <em>self-esteem</em>. Selanjutnya hasil koefisien korelasi menunjukkan data bahwa rhitung&gt;rtabel (0,455&gt;0,254). Maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa ada pengaruh Body Shaming terhadap Self-Esteem Siswa SMP Negeri 2 Datuk Lima Puluh Tahun Ajaran 2020/2021.

Cases of verbal bullying are still prevalent among students in schools. Therefore, efforts are needed through various approaches to overcome the problem. One of the efforts that can be done is through the habituation of krama language in the school environment. This article aims to analyze the application of krama language as an educational communication ethic in Junior High School Islam Prestasi Al Mubtadi-ien Bantul in the perspective of Islamic education. The important issue discussed is the purpose and form of application of manners language as educational communication and its impact on the formation of student behavior seen from the perspective of Islamic education. This research is qualitative research using a phenomenological approach in Junior High School Islam Prestasi Al Mubtadi-ien Bantul, Yogyakarta. Data collection using observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis uses data reduction, data exposure, and inference/verification measures. The results of this study showed: First, the form of educational communication ethics applied in Junior High School Islam Prestasi Al Mubtadi-ien Bantul is based on the cultural values of krama language carried out during the implementation of the learning process in the classroom and in interactions outside the classroom in the school environment. The application of krama language aims to shape student behavior and participate in preserving the culture of krama language as is done in a pesantren environment. Second, the application of communication ethics using Javanese culture krama in Junior High School Islam Prestasi Al Mubtadi-ien Bantul is considered to have provided positive benefits and impacts for students. Third, from the perspective of Islamic education, the application of krama language culture in Junior High School Islam Prestasi Al Mubtadi-ien Bantul is very relevant. Islam is very concerned about the ethical issue of communication. Islam teaches the delivery of information messages to citizens using good language, friendly and polite.

<p>This research was conducted to find out and analyze the coverage of junior high school and madrasah tsanawiyah services to the user community in Cepogo District. The research used descriptive geographical research method using map analysis and the data collection methods used were documentation studies and field observations. The data collection technique in this study used a population that includes all junior secondary schools and Islamic elementary schools in Cepogo sub-district with primary data in the form of school locations obtained through field measurements using GPS (Global Potential System) and secondary data obtained from agencies authority and results from previous studies. The data analysis technique used was secondary data analysis techniques and map analysis techniques using buffer analysis. The results showed that there was a difference between supply (number of elementary school graduates) and demand (study group) in which supply was greater than demand. In addition, the coverage of education facilities at the junior high school / MTs level in Cepogo District is in accordance with the minimum standards of the national education minister's regulation no. 24 of 2007 concerning the maximum distance to education facilities, which is no more than 6 km with no hazardous track.</p>

The purpose of this study was to describe how to implement the REACT strategy to develop students’ mathematical representation, reasoning, and disposition ability. This research was a descriptive study with a qualitative approach. The subject of this study was grade 8 junior high school student in Bandung. Data collection techniques in this study with observations, interviews, and documentation. Based on data analysis results, it could be concluded that REACT strategies can be applied to develop a mathematical representation, reasoning, and disposition ability that engages students actively. Implementation of the REACT strategy runs smoothly and gets enthusiastic responses from students. The application of REACT strategies should be undertaken sustainably so that the learning objectives can be achieved by integrating various mathematical skills that were capable.
