Untuk mengejar ketertinggalan teknologi budidaya perikanan yang dialami oleh pembudidaya ikan saat ini, salah satu solusi yang dapat dilakukan yaitu melalui pelatihan perikanan budidaya. Penelitian analisis faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi efektivitas pelatihan budidaya perikanan ini bertujuan untuk mengukur hubungan kausalitas dari faktor sarana pelatihan, kualitas peserta pelatihan, ketepatan metode pelatihan, kualitas bahan ajar, dan faktor kualitas pelatih terhadap efektivitas pelatihan budidaya perikanan. Obyek penelitian ini yaitu purnawidya pelatihan budidaya perikanan yang dilatih di Balai Diklat Perikanan Banyuwangi, yang tersebar di tiga provinsi, sebanyak 105 orang. Data dianalisis dengan Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). Hasil penelitian mengemukakan bahwa faktor sarana pelatihan berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap efektivitas pelatihan budidaya perikanan dan efektivitas pelatihan budidaya perikanan terhadap efisiensi kinerja pembudidaya ikan berpengaruh positif signifikan. Selanjutnya diperoleh hasil bahwa faktor kualitas peserta pelatihan , kualitas isi bahan ajar, ketepatan metode pelatihan dan kualitas pelatih tidak signifikan terhadap efektivitas pelatihan yang dilakukan. Hasil penelitian merekomendasikan bahwa Balai Diklat Perikanan Banyuwangi perlu pembenahan terhadap kriteria calon peserta pelatihan, kualitas bahan pembelajaran, peningkatan kualitas pelatih Title: Analysis of Factors Affecting Effectiveness of Aquaculture Training (Case Study on the Fisheries  Training Center of Banyuwangi)One of the solutions to pursue the lack of the aquaculture technology is providing a training program for fish farmer.This research was used using the Analysis of factors affecting the training effectiveness. Objective of the research were to measure the causality relations of the training equipment factor, the quality of the participants and the material, the provision of the training methods, and the quality of the trainers toward the effectiveness of training program. Object of the research was the Purnawidya of aquaculture training in the Banyuwangi Training Center which spread out in 3 provinces with over 105 participated. Data were analyzed by using the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). Results shows that equipments have a positive significant impact toward the effectiveness of the training and the efficiency of the aquaculture performance. The quality of the training and the material, the methods, and the quality of the trainers not significant impacted the of effectiveness of the training program. The result recommends the Banyuwangi Training Center need to improve the criteria for selecting the participants, the quality of the materials, and to improve the quality of the trainers

This study aims to determine the achievement of badminton coached management in Klaten district. The method used in this research is quantitative methods. The instruments used were tape recorder, supporti by documents such as camera and a questionnaire. The data were collected through observation, interviews, documentation and questionnaires. The technique of data analysis was done descriptively. Subject of the research includes administration, coaches, badminton athletes in Klaten district. The result showed by the administrator, coaches and athletes in Klaten district are 78.18% qualified as "good" with details of: (1) the organizational structure of Klaten badminton club is very good with a percentage of 86.67%. Most of the Klaten district badminton club administrators have been formed and collaborated in accordance with their respective duties. (2) The Klaten baok badminton club recruitment system with a percentage of 75.91%. (3) Management of good funding sources with a percentage of 77.64%. Finance is quite good because it is carried out independently by collecting contributions every month from athletes. (4) Facilities and infrastructure are good with a percentage of 74.77%. The training center is not your own and still uses the contribution system. Exercise equipment is incomplete, still hiring fitness equipment (5) Exercise program and achievements are very good with a percentage of 80.91%. The training program is carried out according to the conditions at that time, the exercise is held 3-5 times each week, holding a try out or taking part in a championship in Solo Raya.The conclusion of this research is management coached run badminton clubs in Klaten district in 2019 either.

Education and training (training) is an integral part of human resource development is always oriented to the improvement of the quality and capabilities of human resources. The development of human resources through education and training is one of the media that are considered strategic, because training is a powerful tool to improve knowledge (knowledge), skills (skills) and attitude (attitude). In order to maintain the quality and validity of training, as well as to adjust the training program to the needs of the user unit as well as to accommodate external dynamics, always do the evaluation and improvement on the educational and training has collected, either a refinement of the guidelines of education and training, curriculum, and teaching materials, methods of evaluation , teaching methods, improving the quality of facilities and infrastructure, financing, teacher / instructor, and human resources training organizer itself. Technically, indicators of the success of the work plan of an organization can be found by doing a comparison between actual planned and conduct the development program on the potential possessed. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana optimalisasi fungsi perencanaan pada program pendidikan dan pelatihan tenaga teknis keagamaan di Balai Diklat Keagamaan Bandung. Adapun metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif. Dari hasil  penelitian ini, diperoleh informasi bahwa  proses perencanaan yang dilakukan Balai Diklat Keagamaan Bandung meliputi: melakukan AKD, melakukan rapat koordinasi dengan satuan organisasi di wilayah kerja Balai Diklat, menentukan panitia, mengadakan rapat persiapan, menentukan waktu dan tempat,  menetapkan peserta, narasumber dan moderator, menyusun jadwal dan panduan, menyiapkan sarana prasarana, dan terakhir membuat laporan persiapan. Adapun yang menjadi factor pendukung perencanaan diklat tenaga teknis keagamaan adalah tenaga kediklatan, program diklat, kurikulum, sarana prasarana, metode, media, materi, dan lain-lain. Sedangkan yang menjadi factor penghambat adalah terbatasnya anggaran dari pemerintah dan peserta yang seringkali tidak sesuai dengan anggaran. Selanjutnya, strategi yang diterapkan BDK Bandung dalam mengoptimalkan proses perencanaan pada program diklat tenaga teknis keagamaan adalah dengan senantiasa mengikuti standar kediklatan yang telah ditentukan, mengadakan sistem penjaminan mutu diklat teknis, berlandaskan pada pedoman penyelenggaraan diklat, menyelenggarakan Diklat Kerja Sama, dan senantiasa melakukan koordinasi dengan satuan organisasi di wilayah kerja Balai Diklat. The purpose of this study was to determine how to optimize the planning function in the education and training program for religious technical personnel at the Bandung Religious Education and Training Center. The method used in this research is descriptive method. From the results of this study, information was obtained that the planning process carried out by the Bandung Religious Education and Training Center included: conducting AKD, conducting coordination meetings with organizational units in the work area of ​​the Education and Training Center, determining committees, holding preparatory meetings, determining time and place, assigning participants, resource persons and moderator, compiling schedules and guidelines, preparing infrastructure, and finally making a preparatory report. As for the supporting factors for the planning of training for religious technical personnel are education and training programs, curriculum, infrastructure, methods, media, materials, and others. Meanwhile, the inhibiting factor is the limited budget from the government and participants, which often does not match the budget. Furthermore, the strategy applied by BDK Bandung in optimizing the planning process in the training program for religious technical personnel is to always follow predetermined educational standards, establish a quality assurance system for technical education and organizational units in the work area of ​​the Training Center.

ABSTRACTLembang Vocational Training Center (Balai Latihan Kerja/BLK Lembang) is a government vocational training institution in charge of organizing vocational training in agriculture/agribusiness for the community, especially job seekers. The challenge faced by BLK Lembang is to create agricultural entrepreneurs expected to reduce 1.8 million unemployed in West Java (BPS, 2017). This study aims to investigate the innovations undertaken by BLK Lembang in creating agricultural entrepreneurs through agricultural vocational training. The study was conducted from November to December 2017 at BLK Lembang using qualitative descriptive method. Data were collected through secondary data, observation, in-depth interviews, and Focus Group Discussion (FGD) to several key informants. The results of this study showed that BLK Lembang has performed innovations in its vocational training system in order to create agricultural entrepreneurs that include: vision and planning, demonstration and training facilities, capacity building for instructor, training program development, training contents development, utilization of material practice, On Job Training Program, and networking. In the future, BLK Lembang will take opportunities for innovation in management and work culture, human resources, training programs, membership, facilities and partnership to improve its training system and quality in order to create more agricultural entrepreneurs. Keywords: agricultural entrepreneur, agricultural innovation system, agricultural vocational training ABSTRACTBalai Latihan Kerja (BLK) Lembang adalah lembaga pelatihan kerja pemerintah yang bertugas menyelenggarakan pelatihan kerja di bidang pertanian/ agribisnis bagi masyarakat, terutama pencari kerja. Data dikumpulkan melalui data sekunder, observasi, wawancara mendalam, dan Focus Group Discussion (FGD) kepada beberapa informan kunci. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa BLK Lembang telah melakukan inovasi dalam sistem pelatihan kerjanya untuk menciptakan wirausaha pertanian yang meliputi: visi dan perencanaan, fasilitas peraga dan pelatihan, pengembangan kapasitas untuk instruktur, pengembangan program pelatihan, pengembangan materi pelatihan, pemanfaatan bahan latihan, Program On-Job Training dan jaringan kerja sama. Di masa mendatang, BLK Lembang akan memanfaatkan peluang-peluang untuk inovasi dalam aspek manajemen dan budaya kerja, sumber daya manusia, program pelatihan, kepesertaan, fasilitas, dan jaringan kerja sama untuk meningkatkan sistem dan kualitas pelatihan dalam rangka menciptakan lebih banyak wirausaha pertanian.  Kata kunci: wirausaha pertanian, sistem inovasi pertanian, pelatihan kerja pertanian

The aim of this study was to investigate the effectiveness of the training courses of kindergarten teachers. The study used the descriptive method. The target population of the study was 46 trainees from the training center of kindergartens, teachers and kindergartens in Riyadh. In this study, three tools were used to collect the information, namely, the questionnaire and the training impact form within the training bag of the center and the interview. The study also presented four questions. This study draws on the importance of the local and international approach to the issues of early childhood and the associated educational programs and the training of teachers. And the importance of the educational process, which is the teacher one of the elements or pillars of effective and the importance of the early stage of education as it is the basic stage in which the formation of knowledge and information of the child.Also contribute to the development and renewal of the teacher's experiences through training programs both during the service or rehabilitation programs and programs aimed at developing and renewing the teacher's experiences . It also helps to compensate for the lack of studies and researches related to training programs and the measurement of their results, especially those programs provided to kindergarten teachers. The main findings of the study are that there is a correlation between the training program and the future of the trainees. And contributes to the identification of the characteristics of growth in kindergartens where the average arithmetic (3). The program offers suggestions to deal with the behavioral class problems of the child and contribute to the identification of ways to observe the behavior and modify it in addition to the administrative supervision p To the course contributed to the achievement of its objectives, where the average arithmetic mean (2.93). The results showed high approval of the planning axis of the educational unit with an average of (4.09) and high approval of the axis of dealing with children with an average of (4.29). As for the most important obstacles, it was easy to reach the training center where it reached the average of (2.26) and the candidates for training on the training program well ahead of time with an average of (2.30). The study recommended ways to increase the effectiveness of the training center for kindergartens teachers and work to remove the obstacles that limit the enrollment of private sector teachers such courses ..
